I was there for lunch last week and had pho – absolutely delicious! The broth was aromatic, the meat tender, and the portion was just right. The ambiance is modern and cozy, making you feel immediately at home. The service was very friendly and attentive – all around pleasant. The value for money is also excellent: quality and taste at a fair price. In conclusion: Sora Mirai is definitely worth a visit. I'd love to come back!

Asian restaurant with a focus on Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine. The appetizers, as well as sushi or grill platters for two, are particularly recommended. Super-friendly service and spacious space, even for groups of up to 10 people. Ideal for an after-work dinner, as it's easily accessible by car and public transport.

Very tasty and everything freshly prepared. There were three of us and we sat outside. It was a bit noisy at times because of the cars, but the hedge provided good privacy. We'd be happy to go back.

For our main course, we had sushi. The portions were very small compared to other restaurants, and it didn't taste particularly good either. All in all, it could have been better.

We were a group of eight, and the feedback was unfortunately consistent. All the dishes were barely seasoned, and the meat/fish (whether chicken, beef, or eel) were dry. The service was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance was okay, but the food wasn't worth it.

Today, I happened upon this restaurant by chance. First, I wanted to discuss its advantages. I was very pleased that the place opened its kitchen relatively late (around 10 p.m.) but still opened. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and nice decor. The sushi and small pho bo were also okay. Unfortunately, the problem only surfaced after I had paid for the order and received the receipt. The waitress probably accidentally charged me for sushi twice, and I didn't notice this when I got my order, since I only ordered sushi anyway. How often do you count how much you got in total? Should I calculate in my head how many pieces I should get first? :) While I tried to resolve the issue somehow, the restaurant manager was unfortunately not very polite. This, in my opinion, was the biggest problem. Besides saying that I was responsible for it, he made a few comments about my dissatisfied face and "emotions," which I found unprofessional at all. At the end of the day, the boss suggested half the cost of the position be refunded, but after all that talk, I was fed up with staying there any longer. The waitress, according to him, is new and has only been working there for 3 weeks. Mistakes are normal, but you should also be able to take responsibility for them, otherwise he'll never get better. Back to the situation with the boss: you should always stay within limits and be reasonable, especially when he's working with people. The restaurant itself isn't bad, but unfortunately the service didn't give me a chance to visit a second time.

We went to eat at an Asian restaurant, at first I was surprised by the decor, very fashionable, not overloaded. We ordered soup and grill mix for two. Already with the soup we experienced a mental orgasm. The soup is incredibly tasty, the combination of ingredients is just perfect. GRILL Good size. The meat is absolutely 10 out of 10. Soft, juicy, melts in your mouth. The vegetables were roasted to perfection and added to the flavor ecstasy. We decided to take a cocktail 🍸 Geisha. What can I say, emotions were at their peak. And finally we tried dessert. All taste buds have given up on reality. We watched the staff. They wear gloves, wipe down the menu, and are very friendly For me, I would give a Mechelin star to this restaurant. ☝️💯 We definitely recommend...

We and our friends were really excited about our visit to "Sora Mirai". A puristically furnished restaurant with Japanese-Vietnamese dishes (sushi, ramen, wok and grilled dishes) that reveal a certain sophistication. My wife and I had Bo Xao Xa Ot (fried beef) and Tori Katsu (breaded boneless chicken thigh), both of which were excellent. Extremely appetizingly prepared, wonderful meat and crunchy vegetables. The portions were also more than generous. The drinks include Japanese “Asahi” beer. Only the open wines seemed a little overpriced to us. Otherwise very very good!

We were here in October. Starters perfectly fried and delicious sauce. Main dishes (curry) also very tasty with a nice selection of vegetables. The lemonades were also very nicely decorated. The guest room is modern and quite large, but cozy.

Four of us had made a reservation for dinner at Sora Mirai on a Sunday evening. Reservations are strongly recommended, as the restaurant was very busy on Sundays until around 8:30 p.m. The reception was extremely friendly, and the service was always friendly and very attentive. All orders were carried out quickly and without errors, even though there was really a lot to do. All the dishes were very delicious and of high quality - big praise and thanks to the kitchen too! There is a very pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant, and you can sit very relaxed and chat in peace despite the many guests. The prices are very fair and really reasonable, due to the fact that everything was perfect here, we are sure to visit again. We can fully recommend Sora Mirai, fans of vegetarian cuisine will also get their money's worth here...

You're all great and we'll always be happy to come back as soon as we're back in Nuremberg! 5 months ago: Wonderful! Everything is perfect here: the service, the food, the ambience, value for money. The service is attentive and even recognizes 'returners' and their preferences. The food is simply fantastic, always fresh, perfectly prepared and extremely seasoned. The ambience is sober but warm and cozy. And the prices are - especially in times when prices are tripling everywhere - absolutely moderate, especially with regard to the freshness of the goods! We love this restaurant and visit it every time we are in Nuremberg. An absolute recommendation for anyone who likes Asian (Vietnamese)!!! For this reason - in true German style (...) - we always tip big. Today we were a bit unsettled because the lady who was responsible for us seemed a bit indignant when my husband looked at me Tip was a little on top. Dear service lady, if you read this review, you know how to classify the tip: it is nothing but a sign of our appreciation!! But you know: different countries, different customs. 😀

However, I have only eaten wok dishes so far; I can't say anything about sushi or grilled dishes. The price is not particularly cheap, but reasonable. You can definitely spend more without getting the quality that the Sora Mirai offers. The service is courteous and friendly. The ambience is good, but of course it's a matter of taste. I think it's a little too intentionally modern. All in all, a clear recommendation.

The guest room is very tastefully decorated. With its wooden surfaces and decorations it creates a Japanese atmosphere. The large windows let in a lot of light and give a good view to the outside. I ate there today with friends, service was always nice, food was taken quickly and appetizers came quickly, and everything was super tasty. Unfortunately, the waiting time was a bit too long until the main courses arrived, which were all delicious without exception. The birthday child in the group got a surprise dessert on the house, which was super nice. There was also enough space to take a stroller with you. Toilets clean, we'll be back.

We're just sitting in the restaurant and are about to order dessert :-) So far we have had as a starter: Tuna, beef soup and dumplings. Main course: Duck, chicken mango, beef with vegetables. The food looks and tastes sensationally good!!!! Service very friendly and attentive!!!!! Price/performance ratio excellent. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back :-)

Nice shop, good service but the food didn't pick me up. Bland in taste, sashimi with a strange consistency, yakitori skewers not made from chicken breast but chicken meat like from a cheap/Chinese snack bar... It's a shame...

The decoration is definitely very inviting, the location is also pleasantly quiet, there is enough space inside and you can have a good conversation. The food was fabulously prepared, the meat was tender, the mushrooms soft and juicy, the sushi fresh. Service was quick and efficient. Price-performance ratio okay. My only complaint, and since it concerns the food it is worth deducting a star, is the taste, which is adapted to Europeans. Probably normal for "fusion cuisine", but far from the authentic taste. Everything was a little too salty, too sweet or too sour, even the tea. There wasn't much of the umami left.

I am so happy I changed my mind in the last minute and didn’t dress up much! It will now take days and days to get rid of the food smell after the visit. 😭 The food is edible but I’d expect more, given the prices. The sushi rolls I get from the nearest Edeka are of the same quality, sorry to say that. They have an impressively long menu, which always makes me doubt if a restaurant can really maintain good quality with so many options - for that a restaurant needs to have an army of qualified chefs which is either expensive and unreasonable to the owners or good quality simply can’t be guaranteed. 🧐 I assume the owners are Vietnamese and I guess it’s challenging to find good fresh fish in a town like Nuremberg, so, perhaps, it would’ve been better for them to focus on lesser dishes with higher and more authentic quality.

A small disadvantage is the location right on the busy Regensburger Straße, the operator could invest a little more here and it would be much more comfortable.
