The sushi platter for two is great

This is the second time I’ve taken food from them, it’s just super tasty, and I give it all five stars

A Japanese restaurant with great service and a very nice and modern atmosphere. The food was very good (what we had in terms of starters, main courses and sushi on our two visits there). For example, we had butter crab, mango chicken, curry chicken, and a sushi platter for 2, all of which are highly recommended.

Very nice atmosphere and delicious food. Very good selection of Japanese/Asian dishes. I ordered sushi, it was a little dry but tasty.

Increasing my review by one star, appreciating the owner’s adequate reply 🙂‍↕️ The ambience, the music, the prices - all says the owners count on having customers with money, which is okay, but I’d suggest they invest in ventilation too. I am so happy I changed my mind in the last minute and didn’t dress up much! It will now take days and days to get rid of the food smell after the visit. 😭 The food is edible but I’d expect more, given the prices. The sushi rolls I get from the nearest Edeka are of the same quality, sorry to say that. They have an impressively long menu, which always makes me doubt if a restaurant can really maintain good quality with so many options - for that a restaurant needs to have an army of qualified chefs which is either expensive and unreasonable to the owners or good quality simply can’t be guaranteed. 🧐 I assume the owners are Vietnamese and I guess it’s challenging to find good fresh fish in a town like Nuremberg, so, perhaps, it would’ve been better for them to focus on lesser dishes with higher and more authentic quality.

Great food. Everything has a certain something! The soup, the sushi. I don't know whether it's authentic or adapted to the German palate, but it doesn't really matter. Absolute recommendation.

Absolutely loved the Sora Mirai! The service was simply first class - the team is incredibly attentive and friendly. The sushi was a real highlight: fresh ingredients and excellent quality that you can taste in every bite. The atmosphere is very pleasant, so we felt completely at home. We would definitely like to come back and can only warmly recommend Sora Mirai!

We come here every now and then during our lunch break and are always very satisfied. Excellent value for money, very friendly and, above all, competent service.

Be it the food with more variety than you would expect from a Japanese restaurant, be it the service and the friendly faces, I can only recommend the restaurant. You can park directly on site.

Tried it for the first time: Food was okay, the curry sauce tasted exactly like this red curry paste. Baked chicken was baked in tempura batter, I really liked it. Mint-lemon-fresh ginger tea was very tasty and okay for the price. The waitress was very nice, friendly and competent

Wonderful! Everything is perfect here: the service, the food, the ambience, value for money. The service is attentive and even recognizes 'returners' and their preferences. The food is simply fantastic, always fresh, perfectly prepared and extremely seasoned. The ambience is sober but warm and cozy. And the prices are - especially in times when prices are tripling everywhere - absolutely moderate, especially with regard to the freshness of the goods! We love this restaurant and visit it every time we are in Nuremberg. An absolute recommendation for anyone who likes Asian (Vietnamese)!!! For this reason - in true German style (...) - we always tip big. Today we were a bit unsettled because the lady who was responsible for us seemed a bit indignant when my husband looked at me Tip was a little on top. Dear service lady, if you read this review, you know how to classify the tip: it is nothing but a sign of our appreciation!! But you know: different countries, different customs. 😀

I really love the atmosphere, food and service in this restaurant, everything is great, the food is very fresh and tasty. I appreciate the decoration of the chefs' dishes in this restaurant. The waiters are always friendly and smiling, they fulfill almost every customer request without any complaints. Parking is convenient, it didn't take me long to park my car. I will come back more often

From drinks to food it's just wow. Very well maintained, super tasty 😊 Kimchi is absolutely a must-try There are four of us, we have mango salad and Tom Kha soup as a starter and for the main course we have various grill plates. The steak is the highlight Highly recommended!!!!

Very tasty, vegetarians will also find something delicious here, friendly service. We spontaneously ate here and were thrilled with the quality. A good selection and vegetarian dishes can also be found. You also have the opportunity to sit on the terrace. A small disadvantage is the location right on the busy Regensburger Straße, the operator could invest a little more here and it would be much more comfortable. Nevertheless, the food is great and all common delivery services are also offered. So from our side 4 out of 5 points and we will definitely plan lunch there again the next time we visit Nuremberg 😁👍 Thanks to the team and keep it up

5 Stars An authentic experience I recently visited Sira Mirai in Nuremberg and was very impressed. The restaurant offers authentic Asian cuisine prepared with great attention to detail. Overall, I can fully recommend Sira Mirai.

The food is great, fresh, tasty and varied. The service was also very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the more crowded it got, it got very loud.

That was our first time eating Japanese and it was really great! We went to dinner there before a lecture in the Meistersinghalle (a 10-minute walk) and were totally thrilled. Price-performance is really unbeatable! 🍣🍜

If I just wanted to have a coffee at lunchtime, the black-haired waitress didn't like it, I had to serve myself and never pay 4 euros for half a cup of coffee again

If you would like to smell like a food stall from every pore after the - actually very good food - this is the place for it... The service is very superficial and fake friendly - as soon as the payment is made, the smile goes out immediately. Then it's better to have an annoyed Italian waiter - at least that's honest and authentic!

I experienced a great space and delicious food here. Although I sometimes had to wait a bit for the chefs, the staff were very attentive and took good care of the customers. I will come here again next time and bring my family

A local man took us to this restaurant last night for a business dinner. Wow!!!! We were so impressed that when it came time to order lunch today by delivery we did not even consider any place else. A magical experience in the Japanese restaurant! The udon noodles were a treat, accompanied by friendly service and pleasant music. The clean ambience created a welcoming atmosphere. Undoubtedly a place that impresses not only with its delicious udon noodles, but also with a harmonious overall experience. Definitely worth a visit!

This fancy cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Atmosphere is chill and cool, hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide beverage list and wonderful dessert, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. We ate here for the first time on Valentine's Day. We found out about the restaurant through NeoTaste, otherwise we would probably have gone back to the city center. Das Essen kommt schnell, ist aber von guter Qualität, also einen Versuch wert

Das Sora Mirai Sushi Restaurant ist ein wunderbares Erlebnis mit einer delikaten Kombination aus traditionellen und innovativen Aromen. Hier wird Sushi aus frischen Zutaten zubereitet, wodurch einzigartige und attraktive Gerichte entstehen. Der Restaurantbereich ist komfortabel und luxuriös, das Personal ist freundlich und professionell. Allerdings sind die Preise möglicherweise höher als in einigen anderen Restaurants, aber aufgrund der Qualität des Service und des Essens ist es sein Geld wert. Mir gefällt die Kellnerin mit den kurzen Haaren und der Brille sehr gut, sie ist nett und sehr freundlich und lächelt immer

Sehr leckeres Essen bei tollem Ambiente und sehr zuvorkommender Bedienung.

Gäste wurden freundlich von ganzem Team direkt vor dem Eingang begrüßt. Atmosphäre wurde richtig traditionell und cozy eingerichtet und der Raum ist relativ luftig und lichtfreundlich, kein stickige Gefühl , genug breit zwischen Tischen, sorgt für eine Privatphäre. Gerichte wurden mit vollen Lieben gekocht und farbenfreudig dekoriert, nicht nur Augen isst, sondern schmeckt vedammt köstlich. warme Empfehlung von mir 🫶

Schönes Lokal, angenehmes Ambiente, freundlicher Service, sehr große Auswahl, gut gemacht, auch für das Auge. Einzig Octopus 🐙, war etwas zäh und Lachs trocken. Sonst wirklich lecker. Gerne wieder.

Umfangreiche Karte mit diversen asiatischen Gerichten, um Tageskarte ergänzt. Der Service gut, mindestens bei wenig Publikum. Das Ambiente für mich nicht so ansprechend, da es schon mehr als großzügig ist. Das Essen wirklich gut, die Tagesgerichte etwas kleiner (aber eben auch günstiger). Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Gestern Abend hatte ich einen positiven Kultur Schock, die Vorspeise ein Mango Salat mit Riesengarnelen, als auch das Sushi Menü, A DAY IN TOKYO, war Genuss Kultur pur. Ich bedanke mich ganz herzlich, für diese kulinarische Erfahrung.

Sehr köstliche und vielseitige asiatische Küche! Pho schmeckte sehr authentisch wie in Vietnam und auch das Sushi war herausragend. Das ganze in einem gemütlichen Ambiente gepaart mit einem sehr herzlichen Service. Lieben Dank

Sehr gute asiatische Küche mit Fokus auf vietnamesischer Küche und Sushi. Die Gerichte sind von hoher Qualität, sehr große Portionen und vielfältig. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr sehr leckeres Sushi. Zuvor gab es noch einen Gruß aus der Küche, auch sehr lecker. Der Service ist super, liebenswert, aufmerksam und gibt auch Empfehlungen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant absolut nur empfehlen. Wir gehen gerne dorthin!

Es wird auch Mittagstisch angeboten. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert, freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Das Essen war geschmacklich eher normal. Beim Abschied nach dem Parkplatz fragen, dann wird die Schranke geöffnet.

Das Sapa hat umfirmiert und heißt jetzt Sora Mirai. Das Ambiente ist gleich geblieben und sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Bedauerlicherweise hat sich die Erneuerung nicht positiv auf das Essen ausgewirkt, laut eigener Aussage ist das Essen sehr europäisiert; letztlich etwas fad, die Saucen haben nicht überzeugt.

Das Sapa ist bei einigen Locals sehr beliebt, vielleicht war es früher auch besser...? Service freundlich, abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte, so der erste Eindruck. Die Speisekarte aber auch abgewetzt und verblichen, auch das Interieur und der ganze Eindruck im Restaurant: die sollten vielleicht mal wieder neue Karten drucken, ein paar Möbel austauschen... macht nicht so den besten Eindruck. Das Essen: das Sushi ist wirklich ziemlich gut, während die meist vietnamesischen gekochten Gerichte ziemlich fad schmeckten. Und schade, dass sie im Grunde keine Kinderkarte haben, da hilft nur die Bestellung vom Satay. Es ist alles nicht schlecht, es ist aber auch nicht besonders toll.

Después de comer y beber en el mercado navideño, lo último que queríamos para cenar era algo pesado o remotamente salchicha. Encontramos a Sapa y tuvimos una GRAN cena. Para empezar, el restaurante y el menú son grandes; ofrecen muchos platos más allá de lo normal Pho y Bun. Había todo tipo de platos de fideos y interesantes papas fritas disponibles, así como sushi. ¡Recomendado!

Bei unserem Besuch im Restaurant hatten wir gelesen, dass sie auch liefern und beschlossen das irgendwann mal auszuprobieren. Heute war es so weit. Keine Lust außer Haus zu gehen aber Lust auf Sommerrolls. Also telefonisch bestellt. Sommerrolls, Winterrolls und Sushi. Geliefert wurde wie am Telefon angegeben nach etwas mehr als einer Stunde. Aber das warten hat sich gelohnt. Lieferung war vollständig, pünktlich, der Fahrer war freundlich. Die Rollen waren sehr lecker. Füllung frisch, Gemüse war knackig. Und das Sushi war (genau wie im Restaurant auch) mega frisch und einfach lecker. Bevor ich irgendeinen Lieferdienst anrufe, nehme ich liebend gerne wieder das SAPA. Top!

Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgäste im Sapa, seit gestern nicht mehr. Das Essen ist wirklich gut. Aber: Der Service ist seit langer, langer Zeit ein Riesenproblem. Lange Wartezeiten auf das Essen, da die 2 Bedienungen auch noch selber die Getränke einschenken müssen. Schmutzige und nicht abgeräumte Tische...Da bessert sich einfach nichts. Die haben seit Monaten eine schlechte Organisation. Der Lärmpegel im Lokal ist nicht zu ertragen. Man versteht sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr. Also ein gemütlicher Abend im Lokal sieht anders aus.
