Excellent food at reasonable prices. The Spring salad (Frühlingssalad) is a must, along with lamb chops and the extensive selection of sparkling wines, you are in for a treat at Sanders.

Arrived and when we were seated, we waited awhile for a menu to get dropped down, after ordering there was a decent wait for the food. The general service was good and friendly staff. The food was very nice and the menu had plenty of options.

We have eaten at Sanders Steakhouse several times. The food has always tasted good so far, but today a service employee (who hadn't even served us) said he had to make racist comments behind the scenes several times. I quoted "Ching, Chang, Chong Asians don't tip". As we walk, we hear “Ching, Chang, Chong, I was right.” We weren't sure the first time, I'm annoyed that we even tipped. We won't be coming back and would advise anyone who doesn't look German to visit. I advise the owner to train his service staff better in this regard, which is inexcusable for me.

We were invited there by friends. The house is nicely furnished, a little tight to the toilets, but that's how it is in older houses. Large aquarium in the entrance area. The range of dishes on offer is extensive and will certainly make the hearts of steak lovers beat faster. If you want spear ribs, it takes a while; they can be prepared on request. But that's probably the problem - unfortunately they aren't very tender. In the best case scenario, the meat slips off the bone. I also found the price-performance ratio of the food not entirely justified. It was a nice evening, but I wouldn't go there again.

I celebrated my birthday with 12 people at Sanders Steakhouse in Nuremberg and it was a wonderful experience! The food was extremely good, each of us was thrilled by the quality and taste of the food. The boss was present the whole time and made us feel very welcome. A special thank you goes to Mr. Anarul, who looked after us in a very friendly and attentive manner. Overall, a highly recommended location for special occasions. We will be back definitely!

Nice little steakhouse with a cozy atmosphere. The food is a dream, really good and the staff is mostly very friendly. When we had to wait for the service person, the boss came and took care of it. If you want to treat yourself and like steak, Sanders is highly recommended.

Terrible service they were very rude

I really enjoyed going there because the food is always delicious and people get along well. However, that makes what happened all the sadder. My wife, child and I went there to eat. My wife ordered for us: mine medium rare and we shared it with the child. Not bad, my roast beef was done and her file was medium rare. However, when I wanted to ask how that happened, the answer was: "Your wife ordered it that way." Thank you and never see you again.

Sanders Steakhouse offers an elegant and cozy atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. The steaks are cooked to perfection and the selection of meats is impressive. The drinks menu also impresses with an excellent selection of wines and beers. Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

As always, super happy with the food. Apart from the fact that you pay more than average, the food still tasted very good. The fillet was ordered medium and unfortunately arrived a little too cooked. Have for 2 people 2x fillet 150gr 3x side dishes 2x wine 1x water 1x dessert For over €120

An institution in Nuremberg for decades: in 1994 - 30 years ago, Gisela Sanders took over the restaurant and things have been looking up since then. With the right ingredients (and a lot of passion, but no magic) Sanders won a top spot among Nuremberg's steakhouses. Since then - as the Franconians say - a lot of water has flowed down the Pegnitz, but the top position has been retained to this day. Congratulations and have a continued successful time!

The food was really very good. Everything served to a high standard and to the desired degree of doneness. I can highly recommend the garlic baguette as a starter! Unfortunately, the prices are also very high, so the food has to be worth it. We'd love to come back.

Steak didn't convince me at all. Ambiance in the winter garden room not worthy of a steakhouse. Sorry, that was nothing.

During the exhibition period, we didn't have a reservation to go, but the service staff still enthusiastically worked hard to provide us with seats. That day I had white asparagus, Italian carpaccio, and Argentinian charcoal grilled rib eye with sauteed mushrooms. Delicious! It is recommended to make a reservation to go!

First time here and definitely not the last time. Nicely located on a side street, ambience outside is very nice. The service was very friendly and always there. The food was super tasty. The degree of doneness of the steak was as desired and the side dishes were delicious. The stroganoff in a super delicious sauce. We'd love to come back.

Nice restaurant, service good, dishes taste ok, but have potential for improvement - they are quite greasy. My croquettes were fried instead of baked and therefore tasted worse. Meat or sauce from the mushrooms was also swimming in plenty of fat.

Wow just wow! Very good steak, but price/performance ratio is way too expensive compared to other steak restaurants! Almost 40€ for a 300g Argentinian beef fillet is not possible. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting and rural.

Outstanding service and truly delicious food. Unfortunately, we sat in a kind of winter garden, which wasn't as comfortable as the other areas. Our steaks were mixed up in the kitchen, which we were able to fix without any problem. My wish would be fewer side dishes and more homemade ones (I don't need frozen croquettes for €6 as a side dish with such a good steak).

Nice steakhouse with delicious steak. However, it is strange that a Rindee Carpaccio, which costs around €13-€15 on average, is sold here for a whopping €25. Is it covered in gold? The boss tries very hard to provide good service, but I don't think it's appropriate to scold and complain to his employees in front of guests that a table isn't set or something is wrong.

Amazing steaks, seriously good quality meat, had dinner 5 days ago in Düsseldorf in a fancy very expensive restaurant and it didn't hold a candle to this. The white asparagus and other also really nice. Staff were super friendly and efficient and the owner Charlie was great fun and a great host. Highly, highly recommended.

Cozy restaurant. Large selection of steaks but there are also a few fish dishes. The restaurant has been around for a long time and is often fully booked. Here you have to reserve in good time. My salmon was very tasty. I can also highly recommend the tomato salad with the lemon dressing. Personally, I like the dishes and the sauces La Rustka a bit better. But that's a matter of taste and both restaurants are of a good standard.

The food was delicious, unfortunately not as good as it used to be. The staff was typically Franconian and attentive. Price performance is OK. The restaurant itself is designed to be very sociable.

The steaks were very good, which is to be expected given the prices. The operator had a slightly command-like tone when applying. What's not possible is having a kind of bib put on from behind without asking. Since I'm able to eat with cutlery fairly easily, I don't need it despite my gray hair! The deer antlers on the wall are just a matter of taste. I was invited there but won't go there again because of the service.

Impeccable service, consistently high quality food. Price high but reasonable. Ambiance with lots of wood and lots of junk takes some getting used to. Traditional restaurant with a high proportion of regular guests.

The taste wasn't bad. Unfortunately we had bacon in the salad, which wasn't apparent when we ordered. So there was no information on the map. It was then not consumed by the intended person. Even when we brought this up (less than 2 minutes after we received it) we were made to feel like we should know this. In order to avoid discussions and not ruin the day, we paid the full price.

We visited here for Valentine’s. I reserved about 3 weeks before, which was definitely a good idea, since the place was completely full. The service was very good and the food delicious! Would definitely recommend for a special occasion or simply to enjoy a juicy steak!

It used to be the best around, but since the lockdown it's unfortunately just a middle-class steakhouse with prices that can no longer be justified. To be honest, I talked it up on my last 3-4 visits, but actually something always wasn't right. Either my meat wasn't cooked to order or the service wasn't in a good mood. The price range there was already higher 20 years ago, but it is currently no longer worth a visit.

The fillet steak 300g was very good. At €43 for this good piece of meat it is also a luxury item. I would like to go there regularly. However, I simply can't afford it and that reduces the bottom line enjoyment for me.

Sehr leckeres Essen, alles hat gepasst

Die Bewertung fällt nicht leicht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass ich als 1 Person (Messe) nach kurzer Wartezeit (war sehr voll) einen guten Tisch bekam. Eine weitere Einzelperson hatte gewartet und man wollte uns zusammen an einen 4er Tisch platzieren. Das lehnte ich ab und bekam den Tisch alleine in privater Atmosphäre. Danke! Zum wesentlichen, Essen: Ich bestellte US Prime Filet 6oz (170 Gramm) für 37,50€ mit Kroketten 6€ (top) und Champignons 8€ (top). Dazu Kraut Salat 7€ der leider sehr sehr salzig war und retour ging. Und sause Bernaise 4,50€ (Fertigprodukt). Das Steak bestellte ich Medium - es kam well done. Schade… aber die Qualität war gut so reklamierte ich nicht. Konnte ich auch nicht, da niemand fragte ob alles okay sei. 1 Getränk wurde kommentarlos von der Rechnung genommen (ob Absicht oder nicht - unklar). Generell empfehle ich das Haus. Vielleicht muss man dezidierter seinen Medium Wunsch äußern, ich weiß es nicht. Komme gerne wieder und gebe dem Restaurant eine zweite Chance.
