My beautiful wife took me out for my victory on this day to celebrate our love for each other.

We were there for the first time today, only familiar with it from delivering (greetings from a former postman). Super delicious food, three of us were there today. Everything went super quickly. The waitress deserves special praise; she was super friendly and relaxed. The food was perfect; I had a TBone that was cooked to perfection and was still sizzling at the table. The appetizers were excellent. Short-sleeved, but it was absolutely top-notch.

Absolute ambiance meets super delicious food. A company party for 10 people; everything went quickly, no wait, 3 courses from the menu. Steaks cooked to perfection, no matter how they were cooked, from rare to medium-rare. Very friendly, very fast, and above all, not at all shy, yet always respectful service! A large selection of food and drinks; wine connoisseurs will find something to their taste here. Highly recommended! Prices are absolutely justified for this quality! There are plenty of parking spaces, and in the summer, a very nice outdoor area is set up. I'd be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic evening at Sanders Steakhouse on Langenstraße. The steaks were cooked to perfection – the doneness was achieved exactly as we ordered. This shows that the chef truly works with skill and attention to detail. The portion sizes were also impressive: generous, filling, and of very good quality. You immediately notice that they place great importance on high-quality ingredients. The service was also particularly pleasant. The team was attentive and friendly, always there when you needed something, but never intrusive – just the right balance to make you feel at home. Overall, a truly wonderful experience – we would be happy to return and can wholeheartedly recommend Sanders Steakhouse.

We were immediately greeted warmly, even though it was obvious the place was full and everyone was busy. The service was always fast, friendly, and professional. The food was excellent. Please do yourself a favor and visit Sanders Steakhouse on Längenstraße in the north of Nuremberg. We've been going there for over 20 years and the food is consistently good. The meat is top-quality, the side dishes are always top-notch, warm, and seasoned to perfection, and the prices are completely reasonable. Dogs are allowed, the staff is friendly and attentive, and this family-run restaurant has a long tradition and is an integral part of Nuremberg.

My first time at Sanders was for a business lunch, and I left with mixed feelings: I personally found the service very warm and accommodating, and the restaurant and outdoor area incredibly beautiful. Unfortunately, I wasn't particularly impressed with the food (considering the rather high price): I found the steak tartare (small portion) for €18 very bland. The meat quality was certainly very good, but the presentation and the accompaniments were by no means contemporary or even appealing. The steak I ordered (ribeye, English) was very good. However, the side dishes (baked potatoes and green beans) were, in my opinion, overpriced and of rather basic quality. Please don't get me wrong: I didn't eat badly here at all—it's just that, on the one hand, I don't see the value for the approximately €80 per person (!) we spent, and on the other, I'm surprised why all the steaks on offer come from far away (e.g., Argentina)—isn't there any high-quality local meat?

For me, Sanders has always been the number one place when I wanted a steak. After a long time, I went back to Sanders with friends. The ambiance and service are great. I'd also like to highlight our waiter, Harun, who's always a good conversation partner. Now for the food, which is the most important thing: If I order medium, I want a steak that's medium. Unfortunately, I was served a steak that was "just short of well-done." My friends had the same problem. One friend wanted a medium-well and got a "hardcore" well-done. For the price, which I'm happy to pay, I simply expect the kitchen to deliver the steak medium. The meat was very tough and inedible. It's a shame, because I enjoyed eating at Sanders.

I've been going to Sanders for years. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Parking is available directly in front of the building and on the street. The staff is always very friendly, and there are no complaints. So why only 3*? Because people primarily go there for the food. I grill 1-2* a year myself and would therefore consider myself a complete amateur when it comes to grilling. Nevertheless, my steaks taste worlds better, and unlike Sanders, I don't mess up the doneness every time (!). Medium isn't well done. I actually prefer medium-well, but then it's guaranteed to be dry and cooked. They just can't cook it. Personally, I'll look for another steakhouse for steaks. Nice service and atmosphere notwithstanding, but at €40 for a steak, I expect it to taste at least as good as if I had made it myself.

What a shame! We specifically chose this restaurant for our wedding anniversary, and just two years ago it delivered top-quality food. Now: the ribeye steaks we ordered medium were bleu, medium rare at best – in a steakhouse I expect the chef to know what he's doing with meat. After complaining, the steaks came back medium-well to well-done and noticeably black. The grilled vegetables were steamed vegetables thrown into the grill pan and left to burn slightly, and the salad was below par. It looked like it was yesterday and was swimming in an indefinable dressing. I find it awful to say that the fruit spritzers were excellent, but at €6.50 for half a liter, they were significantly overpriced. What was the problem? A glance into the kitchen showed an Asian kitchen brigade that was clearly overwhelmed, with not a chef in sight! Preparing steaks requires a certain level of training and experience, not like this!!! Drove 70km and paid >110€, that won't happen to us again --- not a recommendation but rather a clear warning!

We went to Sanders for the first time in about two years. The employee was friendly and asked questions repeatedly. The prices for the food have almost doubled in that time. The fries were too salty, some of the meat was very dry, and you couldn't tell what kind of sauce the vegetables were. A 0.5 liter of fruit juice costs €6.50. A scoop of ice cream costs €3. It's no longer comparable to the previous owner. We are very disappointed and won't go there again.

At €24, it seems a bit expensive at first glance—but it's worth every euro. A large portion and absolutely delicious. Enough to serve as a main course. Our first visit to Sanders Steakhaus at Längenstraße 10 in Nuremberg was a complete success – we are thrilled! The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., without closing days – a real rarity these days and a huge plus. The food was a true highlight. We ordered the rump steak with green beans and bacon, and the fillet steak with peppercorn cream sauce and fries. The rump steak was served separately from the beans and initially seemed a bit lost on the large plate – but 180g of raw meat was absolutely sufficient. The flavor was spot on: tender, juicy, and with excellent structure. The homemade herb butter was the star of the plate – intense, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The fillet steak was beautifully presented in a rustic style, just as you would expect in a steakhouse. The medium-rare and medium-well cooking levels were perfectly achieved – nicely seared on the outside, wonderfully pink and cooked through on the inside, without being dry. The quality of the meat was outstanding – you can tell that from the taste and every bite. For dessert, we had fresh tiramisu – creamy, finely balanced, not too sweet. Visually, it lacked a bit of cocoa powder, but the taste was just right. The apple fritters with vanilla ice cream were homemade, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside – a real treat! The service was friendly, attentive, and competent. Questions about the dishes were also answered patiently and expertly. The prices are high, but absolutely reasonable for this quality. We sat on the roof terrace with a beautiful view of the greenery – despite the central location in a residential area. The fans provide a pleasant coolness. A slight stylistic inconsistency: The tables appear functional, but visually don't quite fit the otherwise upscale ambiance. We haven't seen the interior yet. Conclusion: If you're looking for high-quality meat, excellently crafted cuisine, and friendly service, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be back – the menu offers many more exciting dishes that we're curious to try!

A fantastic steakhouse. The interior is incredibly cozy. The exterior is beautiful. Very romantic with gorgeous hydrangeas and lots of greenery. And the selection of dishes is simply fantastic. The steaks are a dream. Perfect value for money. I'd be happy to come back anytime. Thank you for this wonderful break from everyday life.

The steakhouse is located on a quiet side street just a few minutes from Nordring. The food was excellent. In our case, it was the fillet steak. It was cooked to perfection and very tasty. The fries were also very good and crispy. We had grilled vegetables as a side dish, which was also very good, but the portion was very generous and definitely enough for two. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The ambiance is rather rustic. However, there is also an adjoining room with more modern furnishings. There is also plenty of seating on the shaded terrace, which also has fans. The restaurant was also air-conditioned. In terms of price, Sander's Steakhouse is certainly in the upper league, but quality and service come at a price. Conclusion: If you want to eat a good piece of beef, you've come to the right place.

We received a very friendly welcome and opted for an 800g porterhouse steak. Unlike the competition, which I wrote about a few months ago, the meat was cooked to perfection, medium rare. It was also warm and the beef was delicious. And it was almost half the price. We ordered chanterelle mushrooms as a side dish, and they were very good. The same goes for the rösti (fried potatoes), although I would have liked a couple more. (They were simply too delicious 😋) The ambiance is upscale, stylish, and very cozy. I always enjoy coming here and enjoying wonderful meat.

Absolutely thrilled!!! The steaks are perfectly cooked, super tender and taste great, and the starters are also really tasty. The ambience is rustic and cozy, with lots of wood and lovingly coordinated decorations. It reminds me a bit of the old bratwurst places I used to go to with my grandpa, you immediately feel at home. Although the restaurant was busy, I was able to spontaneously get a seat twice; the service was always warm and attentive. A clear recommendation for me. I used to often go to the restaurant in Erlenstegen, which unfortunately no longer exists, but this one is at least as good. Unfortunately, I was so quick out of sheer greed that I completely forgot to take a photo of my beautiful steak. Next time then! I will definitely come back.

The Steakhaus Sanders in Nuremberg offers a very welcoming atmosphere with extremely friendly owners and nice staff. The food is excellent, especially the perfectly cooked steaks. A personal tip: The garlic bread is very tasty and the wine selection is excellent. If you not only want to have excellent food, but also want to experience a nice atmosphere, this is the right place for you. Definitely worth a visit!

The cuisine is excellent and the steaks are spot on. Thank you! The carpaccio as a starter was also really delicious. The portion is very generous and is ideal for sharing. But at a price of over €24, that's to be expected. Overall we were very satisfied. The furnishings are certainly a matter of taste - it wasn't quite our style, but something could possibly be optimized here. Reservation in advance is definitely recommended. Conveniently, there is parking right next to the building.

Good quality meat, unfortunately the tenderloin for 37.50 was not medium rare as requested but medium. The steak, which was ordered medium rare, would have been perfect for medium rare; too pink. After we pointed this out to the lady, it was suggested that we bring a new piece, which I politely declined. I was satisfied with the side dishes. The guest room was a bit dusty and simply didn't appeal to me in terms of furnishings. Complaining at a high level, but in a steakhouse that specializes in steaks and charges a bill of almost €200 for three people, I think you can be a little more critical. But overall it was ok.
