Mike’s Steakhouse in Nürnberg

Wir waren an einem Wochentag um 17:40 Uhr dort. Die Bedienung war sehr nett. Es gab einen kleinen, süßen Hund, falls man keine Hunde mag oder allergisch ist. Der Hund war ganz ruhig und lieb. Die Frau und der Mann waren beide überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als wir bestellen wollten, wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass es um die Mittagszeit manchmal Probleme mit Kartenzahlung geben könnte, und gefragt, ob wir bar bezahlen könnten. Schließlich zahlten wir mit Karte, und zum Glück gab es keine Probleme! Das Essen war einfach fantastisch! Frisch, köstlich und sättigend! Ich bin dem Koch, dem Fleisch und all der Mühe sehr dankbar. Der Salat war unglaublich lecker. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes, kleines Steak-Restaurant. Super Service und sehr leckeres Essen. Wurden zügig und sehr höflich bedient. Das Essen kam auch schnell und war ein absoluter Gaumenschmauß. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das beste Steakhaus in der Gegend mit fairen Preisen und sehr freundlichem Service. Meine Empfehlung: Filetsteak mit Bratkartoffeln. Tipp: Da es sehr beliebt ist, empfiehlt sich eine Tischreservierung.

Ihr Steak kann sich durchaus mit dem Original Argentiniens messen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir haben unser Abendessen hier sehr genossen!

Super leckeres Essen. Kleines gemütliches Lokal. Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Steak war bombastisch!

Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Essen war fantastisch. Ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig, aber das Restaurant-Erlebnis hat sich absolut gelohnt.

Ein tolles Steakhouse. Hier wird fast alles selbst gemacht. Z.b. Die Kräuterbutter, Röstzwiebeln und sogar die Barbecuesoße. Die Steaks waren vom garpunkt sehr gut getroffen und zart. Und die Kellnerin ( Brigitte ) war einfach Klasse. Sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr Willkommen gefühlt.

Wir sind 'halbwegs' regelmäßig vor Ort, Service und Bedienung sind genauso gut wie das Essen was vom Chef selbst zubereitet wird. Unsere Freunde und Geschäftspartner sind regelmäßig begeistert.

Steak wie erwartet …! Alles war Super!

Freundliche Besitzer, tolles Essen. Neben klassischen Steaks und DryAge gibt es auch Bison. Sowohl die Steaks als auch alle Beilagen und Vorspeisen sind sehr lecker, die Ofenkartoffel ist ein Mist have. Wir sind öfters dort und hatten noch kein einziges Mal eine Enttäuschung.

The food was very tasty. However, the ambiance is nothing special. You're spending a bit more money, especially for a steak dinner. The location could be a bit more stylish.

I had a steak – and what can I say? It was incredibly good! Grilled to perfection, super tender, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Great service! Extremely delicious and a really green and tasty pepper sauce. 👍 Super nice service and pleasant atmosphere. Parking spaces are few and far between and the road closure is not particularly beneficial, but access is guaranteed. Absolute recommendation!

I had the dry aged entrecote which was very tasty. Unfortunately my cooking point wasn't quite hit (medium rare) and was then medium. It could happen, but it was still delicious. The spareribs to share at the beginning were also good, but not much for €9 - the quality was top. At the end there were apple cakes - they are a MUST at Mike's Steakhouse and should not be missed. I'd love to come back.

I visited Mike's Steakhouse and am very satisfied! The food was just GREAT, unfortunately no pictures just of the dessert but this was great too! The atmosphere is very cozy and familiar. The prices are decent but it's also some of the best food I've had on my plate. You feel completely at home. It's a bit small, but it's much more comfortable. But you definitely have to pre-order, which is understandable! I can only recommend it and would love to come back 😉 My recommendation 👍👍👍

I would definitely not recommend!! I actually really enjoy eating snails. But these snails tasted absolutely disgusting! Unfortunately, the medium-rare entrecotes we ordered came to the table only slightly pink and were very dry. The farmer's salad that I ordered had a bitter taste and was inedible for me. To top it all off, I rammed a piece of plastic that was hidden in the herb butter into my gums. I was offered a schnapps as compensation! Probably for disinfection... Price for 2 people = 67€ - a failure!!

The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. The meat was cooked to perfection as requested and there was a good selection of different dishes. You should make a reservation, all tables were reserved when we visited.

Let's put it this way, the grill plate is not recommended...the amount that is served here is a joke and not recommended for the price of 26 euros! The meat wasn't medium as desired, the same with my friends...no side dish neither a small salad nor a bread, plate too big for what you get. Service was good and friendly but for the food I wouldn't come again!

I've been there several times before, today again for a long time

We were lucky to get there early and get a table even without a reservation. The 500 gram steak, which according to a humorous sign is the minimum size (anything less than that is just a "cold cut"), was served perfectly cooked - despite different requests at the table. The green pepper sauce was exceptionally good. Particularly noteworthy is the pumpkin soup, which was a real culinary highlight.

I had a 300 gram ribeye steak with bacon beans and fries. The steak was a bit "tattered" and thinner on one side. On this side it was well done, on the thicker side it was medium well, which is how I wanted it. The bacon beans were a bit lacking in flavor. I will definitely come back because my friends' steaks were perfect as they said. And I want that too. Well, now it was time. The steak was perfect in my opinion. Unfortunately, the bacon beans still had little taste.

We have been coming to this fantastic steakhouse for years, even in the old location. The quality of the meat is always top notch, the staff is very friendly, and I can definitely recommend their garlic bread as a starter.

Great steakhouse! My first visit here was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the drinks were refilled in a timely manner and the atmosphere was definitely a plus. This steakhouse will definitely become a regular stop for me in the future.

I can highly recommend Mike's Steakhouse. The steak was perfectly cooked as requested. The service is very accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was the outside area. Could be renovated and beautified :) The rest is fine 🥩 🤓👍🏻

Very friendly welcome, we were in the restaurant at 5 p.m., the food was delicious, I had a 250g rump steak with fries and mixed salad, my wife had a 200g fillet, my mom had a filletto with pepper sauce. Why only 4 stars ⭐️ the garlic bread was a piece, stale, really firm and therefore only a little soaked with the garlic butter, of course you could eat it but with something like that please look at it. I would like the restaurant to be a little more American, but that's a matter of taste, otherwise the visit to the restaurant was nice.

Super lovely owner couple, delicious food and quiet both inside and outside.

The steak was good, with baked potatoes with sour cream. Had a reservation, but it wasn't absolutely necessary as there was a lot of free space inside. Most of the guests sat outside in the beer garden. The outside area isn't very nice, so we preferred to sit inside. Price for the steak (fillet, 150g) 22 euros in the normal steakhouse price, but 5 euros for a baked potato is a bit steep. Unfortunately you can currently only pay in cash.

Food is fine. Only service terribly bad. We had to wait really long for the food, about 1.5 hours. And they don't come asking for drinks. Don't eat here again

Very good food, the steaks are really great! Service and stuff also very good. The only thing that bothered me is that smoking is allowed in the garden...

Our food was ok so far. The quantity of the grill plate was disappointing for me. The included (mini) piece of spare ribs was really a joke. The taste was ok, it didn't blow me away personally. My wife had ordered vegetarian - unfortunately, after a long wait, the wrong food was brought, then the correct one was ordered very quickly. Ambiance: a bit very loud (Saturday evening, full house). Conclusion: I personally don't have to have it anymore, sorry. The service was very nice, but I can't get enough of it.

The food was served with some delay. Mike's grill plate was a little too small for my taste. The fillet steak was of excellent quality and very tasty.

The best steakhouse in Nuremberg, even surpasses long-established addresses. A bit expensive but very tasty. Be sure to reserve.

We had dinner there on February 20th, 2024 with 8 people. Staff very commendable and extremely nice. The owners know their craft and the food is prepared with a lot of love and dedication. Quality of the food is very good. Both the fillet steak and the rump steak are highly recommended. When the place is full inside, the noise level is the only "downside". Service very nice. The welcome is very warm and you feel welcome from the first minute.

A nice and clean restaurant with a large selection of different (meat) dishes. Vegetarians have also been taken into consideration :-) the veggie burger is super delicious! The service is top and the price/performance ratio is also good.

Price/performance is okay here! Service was limited due to staff illness, but that doesn't count for me. Condition was tried and friendly. The restaurant is rather simply furnished and clear. Everything tasted good and we would come back and try more dishes.

Sehr leckeres Steak. Durch den etwas kleinen Gastraum sollte man reservieren. Die Kellnerin ist super freundlich. Die Nachspeisen sind auch gut. Haben die Gaststätte leider erst vor kurzem entdeckt, waren aber schon zwei mal da und kommen sicher wieder. Preislich nicht ganz günstig, aber Steak Essen in Nürnberg ist das nirgends.

As always, excellent. I can only advise everyone to eat here. I am always very satisfied. The meat is exactly as ordered every time. The difference between dry aged and “standard” meat is clearly not like most others. The boss and everyone else are always very courteous and friendly.
