Wir waren im Restaurant, nicht im Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames und überaus freundliches Personal. Tolles Essen. Parkplätze hinter dem Restaurant. Im Außenbereich kann man auch an kühleren Tagen gut sitzen.

Meine Familie, Freunde und ich hatten heute einen wunderbaren Abend im italienischen Restaurant Sanremo. Besonders Chef Herr Perrone und das gesamte Team waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Das Essen war hervorragend. Wir haben verschiedene Gerichte probiert und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Alles war mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt zubereitet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend und die großartige Gastfreundschaft. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal – bis bald!

Köstliches italienisches Essen. Freundliches Personal und exzellenter Service. Ich hatte Pasta mit Knoblauch und Garnelen 🦐 sowie Carpaccio. Alles war hervorragend. Ich wünsche diesem Restaurant viel Erfolg. Meine Freundin und ich haben 90 € für zwei Personen bezahlt.

Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Paar dort zum Essen und wir waren begeistert. Sehr leckere Vorspeisen wie Pizza Pavarotti, Vitello Tonnato oder Carpacchio waren ein gelungener Start in den Abend. Als Hauptspeisen waren die Kalbsbäckchen, Lasagne und die Nudelsäckchen gefüllt mit Steinpilz-Gorgonzola eine sehr gute Wahl. Die Nachspeisen rundeten den Abend erfolgreich ab und so konnten wir ergänzt durch leckere Getränke den Abend in vollen Zügen genießen. Danke dafür.

Wir waren gestern Abend im San Remo und sind restlos begeistert. Das Essen war schlichtweg fantastisch – frisch, authentisch und geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Liebe gekocht wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Service: Das Team war unglaublich aufmerksam und super freundlich, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Gepaart mit dem sehr gemütlichen Ambiente war es ein rundum gelungener Abend. Wer wirklich gut italienisch essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Alles in allem: Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr kommunikativ. Obwohl ich erst nach 22 Uhr angekommen bin und das Restaurant bereits geschlossen war, hat man mir noch eine Pizza gemacht – und das war die beste Pizza, die ich je gegessen habe! Ein wirklich großartiger Service und ein sehr hoher Standard. TOP!

Bereits mehrfach war ich mit Geschäftsfreunden in Eibach, und jedes Mal sind wir von der Qualität, der Komposition und Liebe zum Detail überrascht. Der Service ist ausnehmend freundlich und hat immer ein Ohr für Wünsche. Ich habe nicht von allen Speisen Fotos gemacht, schließlich waren wir zum Essen da und nicht für ein Fotoshooting. Die "Tagliatelle con Ragu d‘Anatra" besteht aus Sofritto als Basis, selbstgemachten Bandnudeln und feinem Entenragout. Geschmacklich stimmig, ausgewogen und einfach lecker. Man schmeckt, dass im San Remo die Soßenansätze (Jus) selbst gemacht werden. Die Pizza "Gourmet" hat als Basis Tomate und Mozzarella. Der Belag besteht aus gegrillten Steinpilzen und schwarzem Trüffel sowie Rucola. Für das Auge und den Gaumen ein wahres Gedicht. Über das hausgemachte Tiramisu möchte ich nicht viel sagen, außer: Was soll bei einem Rezept der italienischen Oma nicht schmecken? Ich komme gerne wieder, wo kann ich sonst mit nur einer Stunde Anfahrt italienisches Flair und Köstlichkeiten genießen - Essen wie ein Mini-Urlaub.

War gestern mit 2 Freunden im Restaurant. Es gibt leider beim Eingang eine große Stufe die ein Rollstuhlfahrer alleine nicht beweltigen kann.was Angenehm ist das es genügend Parkplätze gibt. Das Ambiente , Personal und freundlichkeit ist angenehm. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt aber auf keinen Fall. Mein Bekannter hat als Vorspeise einen Insalata di Rucola bestellt. Einige der Blatter davon waren am Rande schwarz . Es sah sehr unappetitlich aus. Er hat es dann bei der Bedienung moniert der erst nicht darauf eingehen wollte. Dann kam einer der wohl über im Stand und hat den Teil der schwarz war ausgetauscht und sich auch entschuldigt was ja auch das mindeste war. Eigentlich hätte der ganze Teller ausgetauscht werden. Das man dann für diese ca.5 Gabel Salat 9€ zahlt ist schon eine Frechheit. Besonders weil der Salat auch nicht gut angemacht war. Ich und meine Bekannte hatten den gleichen Geschmack und bestellten beide Pizza Regina. Die Pizzen waren ok aber was besonderes war es jetzt auch nicht. Da hatte ich schon wesentlich bessere gegessen. Mir wurde das San Remo sehr empfohlen dashalb hatte ich meine Freunde hierhin eingeladen. Das war aber leider nicht die Empfehlung wert und alles viel zu teuer.

Nichts hinzuzufügen... Perfektes Essen

Wir haben uns so auf das Essen gefreut, das als fine dinning angepriesen wird, am Schluss war nur der Preis fine, pro Person 80 € bezahlt, aber war es leider nicht wert. Ambiente schön, Service waren freundlich. Vorspeise für um die 20€ , Oktopus tot gebraten und ebenfalls die Steinpilze, musste ich reklamieren, Steinpilze waren dann besser gebraten aber der Oktopus war mehr als hart und trocken. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir die hausgemachten Nudeln in Parmesan Leib mit Trüffel für 24 €. Die Nudeln waren so dick wie Udonnudeln, richtig dicke Würste ohne Geschmack, bei der Soße konnte man kein Trüfelgeschmack erkennen, es war ein Desaster. So schlecht hatte ich noch nie bei einem Italiener gegessen. Auf dem Nachttisch haben wir aus Angst verzichtet. Alles in allem ein Durchschnitt Italiener in einer schönen Umgebung aber viel zu überzogene Preise.

Hervorragende italienische Küche. Freundlicher und schneller Service. Interessante Speise- und Weinkarte. Es wäre toll, wenn die Speisekarte häufiger wechseln würde, aber das Essen schmeckt fantastisch. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Es hat mir hier so gut gefallen, dass ich meinen Mann gebeten habe, mich auf ein Date hierher einzuladen 💛 War mit einer Freundin zum Mittagessen hier- einfach top, top! Die Sommerterrasse ist unglaublich schön und sehr atmosphärisch. Lecker und einfach zum Wohlfühlen 😊

ich kann nur das Restaurant beurteilen, und das ist einfach super! egal ob Pizza/Pasta, Fleischgerichte oder Fisch/Meeresfrüchte (wofür das San Remo ja eigentlich bekannt ist), ich wurde noch nie endtäuscht und habe auch noch nie etwas Negatives gehört. Wir waren seit langem mal wieder da und waren genauso begeistert wie auch schon vor 15 und vor 30 jahren!

Bester Italiener in der Gegend! Francesco und sein Team schaffen es, jeden Restaurantbesuch zu etwas besonderem zu machen! Charmante Atmosphäre, hervorragendes Essen und ein Service, in dem Herzlichkeit an der Tagesordnung steht ♥️

Recht hochpreisig, was dann aber nicht der Leistung entspricht . Zimmer klein, Farbe platzt von den Wänden. Highlight war die freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstück. Leider passen Preise und Leistung nicht zusammen. Mehr Schein als Sein.

Wir haben vor ein paar Wochen einen Geburtstag im Restaurant gefeiert. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen war in einer angemessenen Zeit fertig. Ich hatte Pasta mit Trüffel. Die Soße und der Trüffel waren sehr gut, allerdings fand ich die Nudeln viel zu dünn und einfach nicht passend. Der Nachtisch war dafür perfekt 🙂‍↕️. Wir waren zufrieden 🤗.

Today we went to San Remo for the first time – and there were four of us! My wife had been wanting to go for a while, and although it's not exactly around the corner, we gladly made the 25-minute drive. We had a pleasant surprise as soon as we walked in: I suddenly found myself face to face with the owner of a restaurant where I used to eat regularly over 30 years ago near the Laufer Schlagtor gate. It was fantastic back then – and I immediately had a feeling: This is going to be a good evening. We ordered: 2× Antipasti Bella Vista Fresh, homemade vegetable medley – colorful, aromatic, and really good. Grigliata Mista di Pesce Grilled mixed fish platter with black tiger prawns, tender squid, sea bass fillet, and a small salad bouquet. Fagottini Ripieni Butter e Sage Filled pasta pockets with a delicate beef forcemeat in a butter and sage sauce, served with crispy potato straws on truffled potato cream. Tagliatelle Nere Amatriciana di Tonno Black, homemade ribbon pasta with cherry tomatoes, seared tuna, and Mediterranean herbs. Fusilloni al Ragù di Vitello Large pasta with a wonderfully tender veal ragù and pecorino cheese. Everything—absolutely everything—was excellent. Not just delicious, but consistently outstanding. We haven't eaten this well in a long time. To finish, we had tiramisu and panna cotta. The prices are generally fair and reflect the quality, even if the desserts seem a bit pricey. Nevertheless, all things considered, it's absolutely fine. For four people, including water, juice spritzer, cola, two Sprites, and a glass of wine, the bill came to €180. What else is there to say? We were greeted with complimentary Prosecco, the ambiance is stylish and reminiscent of fine dining – without ever feeling overdone or kitschy. The service, including the owner, was attentive, warm, and consistently present. We will definitely be back – with the rest of the family, and perhaps even with the whole extended family for the Christmas holidays. There's a separate room for larger groups, and in the summer, the terrace beckons with live music from Pino Barone and others. Highly recommended.

The pasta served in a Parmesan wheel is highly recommended. The accompanying mushrooms were also very good. The homemade pasta is similar to Spätzle, but tastes really delicious. The service is a matter of personal taste.

I can't comment on the hotel itself, as I was only there for the meal. The pizza was very tasty, and the service staff were exceptionally friendly.

Great hotel/restaurant! I was in Nuremberg-Stein for a training course and stayed at a nearby hotel. The San Remo is a fantastic hotel for a short trip. Clean rooms, super friendly staff with excellent service—I especially want to highlight the kindness of the slightly older ladies who served me breakfast on Monday and Tuesday. Unfortunately, I don't know their names. The food (both dinner and breakfast) is also fabulous, with a delicious selection and super freshly prepared. Five stars for the San Remo! If I have another training course in Nuremberg and the surrounding area, I'll gladly stay here again. 😊 Thank you so much! ☺️

Hi, I was a guest at the restaurant. Very hospitable and good, solid, fresh Italian cuisine. I was mostly satisfied with my portions. The value for money was also mostly satisfactory. The waitstaff were really nice, and the food looked good, but it all tasted like frozen food. The tomato soup was definitely just dressed-up pureed tomatoes. It was awful; we won't be going back. The employee even tried to pocket the change. We had to ask for minutes what was going to happen with the remaining balance. The atmosphere was okay.

I visited SAN REMO for the second time today and I'm absolutely thrilled with the ambiance, location, and staff. We don't even need to talk about the food, which was outstanding. We all had carpaccio and the special meat, which was prepared right at our table and was prepared with great attention to detail. Thanks to all the staff and the kitchen, true Italians with a first-class customer service.

Long wait for drinks in a nearly empty restaurant – a full 30 minutes for three drinks. When they finally arrived, they were initially wrong. The food itself was okay, but definitely not worth the price. Noticeable: a lot of staff on the go, but small things like salt, oil, and other basics on the table seem to be ignored after serving. €95 for three people, including an appetizer and no dessert? That's simply extortionate for this level of service. The only nice thing is the ambiance in the garden.

We visited the San Remo restaurant for the first time today. We wanted to hear Pino Barone play and have something to eat. Unfortunately, the evening didn't go as planned for several reasons. It was too loud; you could hardly hear the music, just the chatter from the next table. The food was only average for the high price. The terrace was overcrowded, so the seating was very cramped. The waiters were a bit overwhelmed with taking all the orders. Overall, we were very disappointed and unsatisfied. In the end, the PINO surcharge was deducted from the bill a second time, even though it had already been paid when we booked with Open Table. My wife had pointed out that it was her birthday recently, but this was not taken into account in any way, for example, with a seat up front with Pino or a glass of sparkling wine. No, we won't be going there again; there are better Italian restaurants in Nuremberg. It's a shame about the wasted evening; my head is still pounding from the loud background noise. Simply disappointing!

The portions were not according to the value.

Saturday evening, the restaurant was one-third full: the starter arrived after barely half an hour, but unfortunately, no drinks yet. No aperitif, no water. When I asked for them, there was hectic activity but no apology, narda, nothing. When that happened to my regular Greek restaurant around the corner, they apologized three times and brought another round of Uso. As for the starters: I tried three, two of them were quite good, one not. Main course: delicious, above average. But unfortunately, they couldn't clear the empty glasses, so several were left on the table until I left the restaurant. I decided not to have a glass of grappa afterward, which cost just under €20, because loud disco music from the covered outdoor area was blaring cheerfully through the restaurant's interior: garden party, wow! This ambiance doesn't suit a restaurant in this price range. Peaceful conversation should be possible. So it didn't matter that the serving cart was standing across our table the entire evening. It's not nice when you get up from your table and have to push the cart away. Warning: Smoking is permitted outside. That might be appropriate for a street bar in Naples, but it's rather inappropriate here: Too bad if there are a few chain smokers at the next table who let you vape the not-so-cheap food. I have nothing against smokers, but the smell of cigarettes while eating is a definite no-go. I definitely won't be coming back, that's for sure! There were just too many bad things going on for one visit. Let's not even talk about the value for money.

Too expensive: Bruschetta, 2 simple, small slices of white bread with diced tomatoes: €9. Pasta with 2 small shrimp: €35 (!). Soups: €9 / €12. Tortilla, tasted good, but unfortunately the portion was small: €15. I was unfortunately not satisfied with the bruschetta, tortilla, and half of the dessert. Dessert: €15. All three inattentive waiters (who don't notice when their glasses are empty) left their empty glasses on the table. The dessert menu was handed out very rudely. For live music, you have to pay an extra €8 per person. In my opinion, that should be included in these prices. I've never experienced anything like this in 40 years. I've had the privilege of dining in fine dining restaurants and even Michelin-starred restaurants around the world 10-20 times in my life. Very nice, personable, intelligent boss. He even asked some of the guests if they were satisfied. He got all my information and invited us for two shots. Some things will probably improve this way. I doubt it will be cheaper. We've only been there once so far. We won't be coming back.

We had dinner at San Remo today. It was lovely, and the food was truly delicious. Our waiter, Salvatore, was super friendly and attentive to his guests. Truly first-class service with Italian charm. At the end, Salvatore flambéed and prepared Crepe Suzette for us at our table. A real sensation. We'd love to come back here again.

The San Remo is a well-known restaurant with a hotel. Accordingly, we were curious about the food, although we weren't staying overnight. The food and drinks were above average in price. The portions were very small. The taste was okay, but nothing special. At least the service was nice.

The price-performance ratio is no longer right. You expect first-class service and food from an upscale restaurant. Despite the small number of guests, service was once again slow. The food also has a lot of room for improvement.

El restaurante es bastante grande y ofrece una amplia variedad de platos de pasta, carne, pescado y pizza. A pesar de su tamaño y amplia selección, la calidad de la comida era sorprendentemente fresca y muy buena. Nuestros aperitivos y platos de pasta eran excelentes, claramente hechos con cuidado y atención al detalle. Sin embargo, el gran tamaño del restaurante le quita algo de encanto. Carece del ambiente italiano acogedor y auténtico que se puede esperar en un lugar así. Dicho esto, todavía recomendaría San Remo sin dudarlo y volvería felizmente para otra comida. Calificación: 4 de 5 estrellas – Gran comida, buen servicio, pero falta ese toque italiano especial.

My stay at the hotel was consistently positive. I would especially like to highlight the excellent service in the restaurant. The entire team was extremely courteous, attentive, and always friendly. Every request was met with a smile, without ever making me feel like a burden. The atmosphere was pleasant and professional at the same time. Such attentive service is rare these days – which makes me appreciate it all the more. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and would be happy to come back.

I had booked a single room with breakfast for one night. The evening before, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food, whether breakfast or dinner, was really good, and the service from everyone was excellent. Unfortunately, I had the room facing the street, and since it was very warm in the small single room, I had to leave the window open all night. There was no air conditioning in the room; instead, they provided a large standing fan. The hotel was empty on the day we arrived, and we were the only guests. Nevertheless, they offered us a quieter and "better" room facing the back courtyard for an additional charge. I would have liked the staff to have shown more flexibility here, especially considering the hotel is empty. A room facing the street is much too noisy and absolutely not recommended. Unfortunately, a quiet night's sleep is not to be expected.

Wonderful Mother’s Day meal – highly recommended We ate at the SAN REMO RESTAURANT on Mother's Day and were completely thrilled. The food was excellent, fresh, tasteful and prepared with great attention to detail. The service was also very attentive and warm, which made us immediately feel at home. The atmosphere was pleasant and stylish, perfect for a special occasion like this. We'll definitely be back.

We spontaneously went to the restaurant for dinner, so we can't rate the hotel. At first we were a little worried about showing up there with three children, but we were given a great welcome. The service was really great, you felt like you were on holiday on the Mediterranean. Five stars especially for our great waiter Salvatore, warm, friendly and very child-friendly. He made good recommendations and fulfilled special requests that were not on the menu. We had a very nice evening!

This review only rates the restaurant! And YES, I highly recommend this place. I ate there with my daughter today. It was just like I remembered it from the past. Everything was delicious, and the service was very good. Of course, the prices have risen significantly in recent years, but that's just how it is. And yet, the price here matches the value offered. Bread with olive oil, bruschetta, tiger prawns, and porcini mushrooms were served as starters. The main course was spaghetti from a Parmesan loaf with grilled porcini mushrooms, and tiramisu for dessert. As we left the restaurant, my daughter was given two scoops of ice cream on the house. I will continue to try to eat there regularly. You feel at home and welcome at the SAN REMO.

The room was small but sufficient for one person. There was a fan in the room, as well as towels. Check in went smoothly. There was enough parking space at the hotel. The location was fine. The hotel does not have an elevator.

We come back every year because this Italian has it! It's wonderful when you go to your favorite Italian restaurant in Nuremberg after a long day at the trade fair - there's a complete feel-good program here! Went there on Sunday for a company party. It was a pleasure getting to know you and your cuisine. A special thank you goes to the two bosses, you personally made my evening even better. P.S I will probably never forget this raspberry grappa... Simply a family business, just as you would expect, the food and service was first class. See you soon, but then only with my family 😉

The impression is an Italian with fine cuisine. The staff is friendly, but in this price range I expect that I get what I order (additional requests were forgotten) and that the waitress knows who ordered which food/drink. The food was decent but not outstanding. Clearly upper class in terms of price.

War das erste Mal seit vielen Jahren da. Na ja, der Kellner "Gianluca" war auf Freiersfüßen unterwegs und hatte nur den Nachbartisch mit 2 jungen Frauen im Blick. Gegessen wurde Pizza Speziale, viel zu scharf und Gamberoni mit Salat. Wurde nicht aufgegessen. Weinschorle mit 8,50€ viel zu teuer. Das Trinkgeld wurde nachdem man uns wenit Beachtung schenkte immer weniger. Es ist nicht einer meiner Lieblingsitaliener.

We ate there during our short vacation. On the occasion of our special day there was a small gift from the house. A drink order was forgotten. Food orders were taken and upon request we were also given drinks. The food came very quickly, was clear, but at the same time exceptionally tasty. Our son's wishes were taken into account so that he could also enjoy his meal. Dessert also came quickly and was very tasty. It was a bit difficult to get drinks because the waiter always put us off as we walked past. But the food was really excellent and the service for our son.

I've been coming here for almost 30 years. The quality has been consistent since this period. The team around Francesco is really great. Today Salvatore and Giuliano served us - great! We'll be back. :)
