There were two large groups there with us. It was extremely loud, and the waitress barely had any time or attention for us. The food was okay.

Simply top-notch; the service is outstanding and leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. The staff are super friendly and passionate about their guests. The food was delicious, and I was impressed by the quantity. The value for money is simply outstanding. A fantastic restaurant with a wonderful ambiance and a fantastic, large outdoor terrace. Since I'm often in Munich for work, I always enjoy coming here. Thank you for the wonderful service, the perfect food, and the hospitality.

Delicious food and friendly service! We had a great dinner here! The food was fabulous — my son absolutely loved the Kuzu Kavurma, and my daughter really enjoyed the Egeli. The staff were very kind, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The only downside was the nearby smoking area, which occasionally let in an unpleasant smell through an open door. That aside, we truly enjoyed our meal and would happily return!

I have visited Munich at least 7-8 times, definitely the best restaurant. All the kebaps and mezes were perfect. Also Davud, our waiter, did a great job, very fast and interested. I will definitely visit again.

I would describe it as a high-quality Turkish restaurant. The food is very, very tasty. You can sit in the courtyard, which is very relaxing. The service is friendly. It's well-suited for groups. We're happy to come back. Prices reflect the quality.

I have to correct my review. On our last visit, the waiter behaved so inappropriately that I'm staying away from that restaurant. He repeatedly and clearly referred to my 19-year-old daughter as "little girl" in a sexist manner. We left the restaurant sad and upset. A wonderful, modern Turkish restaurant. Good background music and pleasant lighting create a very pleasant atmosphere. In summer, you can sit in a planted courtyard. The waiters have remained unchanged since our first visit and are prompt, friendly, and personable. On all visits, the food has been excellent and reasonably priced. They have the best kofte and a very varied meze.

Great location, great food, impeccable service, and one of the best ambiances in Munich. The large selection of meze makes it difficult to choose, but guarantees that everyone will feel at home :) Highly recommended!

The place is truly amazing. I envy the people of Munich. From the octopus to the meze, everything was fantastic. The service was especially top-notch. I've rarely experienced such a great place in Germany. UPDATE I went there twice this week; the place is addictive. The daily special is also highly recommended, and if you're alone, the 20cl raki is also a good option. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately we were not very satisfied. We had to send the kebab back because it was raw and it was served again about 15 minutes later. So we had to eat the dishes separately. There was no apology or explanation for the problem. Also the waiters were very indifferent. We do not plan on coming back after this experience👎

I was just recently at Rumeli and I have to say: I really like to praise when the service is good, attentive and always has a smile on your face. Thanks to the waitress for a great evening. And the food was very, very tasty. Both were more than true today. Fine, upscale cuisine, ingenious starters and a chef who knows his craft. As a starter I recommend warm hummus with Turkish ham, And the shrimp with the hot Garlic bread. Quality and price are absolutely consistent. Gladly again....❤

We were very disappointed with the vegetarian dishes. We ordered about 5 dishes for the two of us. Some of the vegetables were very thickly breaded and fried. Unfortunately, apart from the fried food, you didn't taste much because the vegetables were hardly seasoned. Even the bread was very greasy. The food was very heavy on our stomachs afterwards.

The food was extremely salty. It was such a disappointment.

We were in this restaurant for the second time today and were very satisfied.

A few days ago I was in the beautiful, bright and spacious Rumeli Restaurant with ex-colleagues. There was a small lunch menu with lunch specials and the "normal" Turkish-Greek Mediterranean menu. Everything tasted very fine and very fresh products and food were used. Unfortunately we had to wait a bit long for our order, but then we were even more hungry and hungry!

Yesterday we went backstage for dinner for the second time before going to a concert and we were thrilled. We will keep coming back in the future. The food is varied, very tasty and the portions are generous. A huge compliment to the service too! So sweet, courteous and attentive! A place to feel good and enjoy! I had the pleasure of visiting this Turkish restaurant and it was an absolute highlight! The ambience is welcoming and authentic, with a touch of traditional Turkish hospitality. It's a shame, we come here every now and then and have had good experiences so far. A misunderstanding when ordering the main course vs. starter meant that the main course, which was served too early, had to be returned. Afterwards we were punished with disrespect, the named main course didn't come at all and was then slammed onto the table late without an apology. The food was halfway ok, but unfortunately not anymore.

The atmosphere is great, and the server was very nice. I wasn't that hungry, so I ordered the lentil soup and garlic bread for lunch. The soup was the most flavorless broth I've had in a long time. Totally watery and bland. I hadn't expected it to be like that in a Turkish restaurant. The garlic bread was completely black and burnt on one side. But it was arranged in such a way that the black side wasn't visible. I really should have refused to pay for it. I certainly won't go there again.

The two young men in the service team stood out particularly positively because of their special and friendly nature. This refers to the slightly younger gentleman and the gentleman with the glasses. Food was very tasty. It was the first time I was able to experience such an overwhelming experience with the service. You feel absolutely welcome. Props to the two young men and the kitchen. Ambience also very pleasant and elegant. Service definitely deserves a raise😄

Pure disaster. Very unprofessional and overpriced. It was his disaster. After ordering, the food came 1 hour later. Portions were mega small for the money we asked for, you could have expected more. In the middle of ordering a salad, it arrived an hour later just before it was ready to go. The staff overwhelmed and quite unfriendly. You should close the store. Once and never again. For this plate 28€

More appearance than reality Where do I start, so we were there for Iftar today. It took waiters 20 minutes to order the drinks and another 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Meat is very good, although for the price it's a meager plate. Side dishes rice was mini and not even Turkish rice???? Vegetables were frozen vegetables and really unappetizing. Bread is only served separately, which is a disgrace given the prices. Bad shop, has nothing to do with Turkish food and ambience!!!!!!

You should definitely try Rumeli Çökertme, it tastes amazing, you should also try their own production of quince dessert, Güllaç soufflé baklava. Personally, I was very pleased with it, especially I loved the Çökertme made by master Hüsamettin.

Rumeli is an Arabic restaurant in the southeast of Munich. Food: There are Turkish specialties here and, above all, a large selection of cold and warm meze. We had a selection of vegetarian meze and were really impressed: everything tasted great and was very seasoned. The portion size is also appropriate for the price level. Service: Excellent service, we were served quickly and competently and were advised on the selection of the Meze. Ambience: Very chic and extremely cozy. The ambience is very dignified and the benches are really comfortable. There is also more than enough space at the tables.

This was my second time in this restaurant and unfortunately my previous experience was confirmed. We ordered meze as a starter - and since I had the problem last time that no bread was served with it, I specifically asked for it this time. Nevertheless, the bread only came after 15 minutes, long after the meze had been on the table. The main course tasted really good, but when I asked for bread again it just didn't come. This is really disappointing because bread is a must, especially with meze and many other dishes. The staff also seemed inattentive and not particularly hard-working, and their response to questions was rather unfriendly. Overall, the food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. If you value attentive service, you might want to look for another restaurant.

Nicely decorated. The food was good. The raki was good, but the mezze could be improved in terms of taste. The restaurant has more of a lounge atmosphere. There is no right music for a nice Raki evening. That's a shame... Otherwise you can just go out for dinner..

Last night we had dinner with 16 people. We were served very nicely and I can honestly say that the food was very, very good and I can only recommend it. Price performance also ok. Will definitely eat out more often. Also a compliment to the staff and the bosses who were very, very nice.

The cashier was a complete disaster. Eating can understandably take a long time but for 2 people around 40 minutes is a bit too long. I had to ask for the bill 3 times and take out a paragraph until the payment came and then it didn't even work because their device didn't work. Another 30 minutes later the waitress came with an attitude that you didn't see. Not recommended, given the waiting time. The food was sometimes very good, sometimes very bad, no consistency. Better to resign

Really great restaurant! We were there yesterday for a birthday and it was great. Absolutely nice service, really nice ambience and great food. We shared a lot of mezze, so we were able to try a lot. There is something for everyone, whether vegan, vegetarian or with meat. Can only recommend Rumeli :)

Great place for a rakı night, had many delicious mezes which could be a bit bigger portions. The main dishes were also fine, we enjoyed them. I tried Adana İskender and found it worth trying. Although the type of bread under the kebab is nonsense, crunchy white bread shouldn’t be used for İskender base imo.

It's a nice place, but the staff working there in the order and service department have zero knowledge on these issues. Sad.. Someone took the order and the other staff took the order again... even though we said we had placed our order.. Then we were told 20 minutes later that the soup we ordered was not available..etc. The first person to order brings the soups... We ordered the main course from the menu. The waiter staff telling us that this dish is not available and that is not available... that the dishes are always sold out is not a very pleasant situation for a customer. The real issue is... I think there is a heating problem in the interior... They should check it... We sat down with our coats on.
