Pure Burrito in München

Wer amerikanisches TexMex sucht, das nicht eingedeutscht wurde, der ist hier richtig.

sehr kleine Portion, schmeckt gut aber schon sehr sehr wenig, hierfür 11,70 gezahlt

Leute sind super mett aber der Burrito is tleider sehr klein. Ha den großen fpr >10€ gehabt und der war leider nichtmal ne Mahlzeit...

Habe noch nie so einen kleinen Burrito für 7€ gesehen, das ist ehrlich unfassbar

super süß die Mitarbeiter*innen sind total freundlich, beraten dich auch gerne und das essen schmeckt auch. 6,60€ für einen kleinen chicken burrito ist schnell und einfach für zwischendurch. würde mich mittags über ein Studentenangebot freuen aber sonst super kann ich empfehlen mal vorbeizuschauen:)

Winzige Portionen - super schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Voll Lecker, immer wieder gern.

Ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Zunächst einmal war das Team sehr nett und aufmerksam, daran gab es nichts auszusetzen. Auch die allgemeine Hygiene im Laden war gut. ABER ich habe noch nie so kleine Portionen gesehen, selbst mein Haustier bekommt mehr Fleisch. Ich bestellte eine Salatschüssel, und die Fleischmenge war so winzig, dass ich tatsächlich fragte, ob das normal sei. Ich gab dann noch etwas Fleisch dazu, was am Ende immer noch nicht viel war. Der Geschmack war okay, aber es fehlte jegliche Würze und der typische Geschmack, den man erwarten würde. Ich erinnere mich an einen Burrito vor ein paar Monaten, der besser war, aber diese Salatschüssel war einfach nur traurig. Wenn es ein Mensch wäre, würde er weinen.

Die Gemüsebowl, die ich gekauft habe, war wirklich lecker. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es nur, weil ich fand, dass die Portion etwas größer hätte sein können.

Die schlechtesten Burritos, die ich je gegessen habe (ich habe in 6 Ländern und 11 Städten gelebt innerhalb und außerhalb der Amerikas). Viel lieber zu Condesa (Luisenstraße) gehen. Bei PureBurrito zahlt man rund 12 Euro für SEHR wenig Fleisch und kaum Geschmack. Die Portionen sind extrem sparsam, selbst bei der Salsa muss man oft mehrfach nachfragen. Insgesamt fad, überteuert und enttäuschend. Das Geld nicht wert. Hört bitte auf mehr Läden zu kaufen, das Essen hier ist einfach schlecht.

Hatte heute am Sonntag spontan Bock auf Mexikanisch und habe dann zufällig den Laden entdeckt. Wusste am Anfang nicht so ganz was mir schmecken würde, da das durch Allergien etwas komplizierter ist, ging aber dank dem jungen herren mit braunen Haaren trotzdem super schnell. 10/10 Experience. Mitarbeiter kannten sich aus, Ambiente war auch super. Immer wieder.

Das es war gut aber was herausgestochen hat war die Bedienung. Adrian wer echt sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. War eine sehr gute Experience

Ich war auf dem Weg von New York nach St. Louis, um meine Familie zu besuchen, und habe dieses Restaurant besucht. Es war ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. Ein Mitarbeiter namens Adrian hat sich sehr um mich gekümmert und war äußerst hilfsbereit, besonders da ich zum ersten Mal dort war. Er gab mir tolle Empfehlungen, war sehr freundlich und sorgte dafür, dass ich mich rundum wohlfühlte. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Atmosphäre entspannt und angenehm. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es gibt ein Vegetarischen und ein Veganen Burrito, wir haben beide probiert und sie waren gut. Beim Veganen fehlt leider etwas im Geschmack, da die Guacamole leider nicht vegan ist sondern mit spire creame verfeinert ist, kann man diese als Vegane Person leider nicht dazugeben. Service war in ordnung und flott:)

War letztens erst wieder dort, sehr leckeres essen und sehr nettes personal, ein netter junger Mann hat mir geholfen und viele tipps gegeben, alles in allem sehr schöner laden.

Ich bin früher wirklich gerne hier essen gegangen, aber heute war es definitiv das letzte Mal. Ich weiß nicht, seit wann sich so viel verändert hat, aber die Qualität ist stark gesunken. Die Rinderschulter wurde durch billiges Hackfleisch ersetzt und trotzdem wird das Fleisch penibel abgewogen, damit man bloß nicht mehr als seine 10 Gramm bekommt. Auch die Tacos waren nur zu einem Drittel gefüllt und wehen man bekommt einen Tropfen Sour Cream zuviel. Preise, die über die Jahre steigen, sind eine Sache, aber wenn gleichzeitig die Qualität nachlässt und das Essen dann auch noch extrem knausrig zubereitet wird, hat man keine Lust mehr. Dazu waren sowohl der Burrito als auch der Taco kalt. Werde nicht wiederkommen

Spontan vorbei gekommen. Kannte ich noch nicht und war positiv überrascht. Wollte halt nur einen kleinen Snack und das war genau das Richtige. 3 Tacos 🌮 für 7,50EUR. Fand ich ganz okay....

Als Amerikaner hofft man natürlich, dass ein Burrito-Laden in Deutschland genauso gut ist. Und dieser Pure Burrito ist wirklich SPITZE! Verglichen mit US-Ketten wie Moe's oder Chipotle ist die Qualität und der Geschmack hier um Welten besser. Die Zutaten sind frisch und richtig lecker. Ich war letzten Sonntag während eines Kurztrips nach München dort und wurde von Adrian bedient, der super freundlich und professionell war. Er hat mir einen Burrito empfohlen, der so lecker war, dass ich diese Woche gleich nochmal hingehe. Es ist ein kleines, gemütliches Lokal, aber trotzdem geräumig, und alles sieht blitzsauber aus. Wenn ihr einen exzellenten Burrito mit tollem Geschmack und super Service wollt, seid ihr hier genau richtig! Unbedingt ausprobieren!

Absolutely divine chicken burrito. Unfortunately, I've become addicted to it. The important thing is to use all the salsas, then the burrito will blast right in, hehe.

Completely non-transparent. It's pretending to weigh the food, but customers aren't allowed to see it. I've eaten there quite a few times, but the system is annoying. You get a different portion every time. A little of Sauce 1 (which is incredibly spicy) and more of Sauce 2 costs an extra 50 cents, which they then forgot to add 🤣. I reminded them to add it. I wanted a few beans, but they didn't deduct anything for that. When I asked where I could go for feedback, they couldn't give me any information. I've now found this way. BTW, the fast food joint next door is a great alternative if others are also annoyed.

Delicious burrito but slightly overpriced.

The burrito tasted very good, but unfortunately, for the price, there was very little chicken in it. Service was good and fast, and the atmosphere was somewhat reminiscent of a fast-food restaurant.

Sharp plastic in the food, completely unacceptable, especially with a child present! I was there with my 3-year-old on July 19th around 1:30 p.m. While eating, I suddenly bit down on something hard. It was a sharp, pointy piece of transparent plastic, which I had to pull out of my mouth in shock. That was bad enough, but I was there with my child, and he could just as easily have had it in his food and swallowed it. I immediately reported the incident to the staff. Their response was, "Yes, we get the food delivered too." After that, I was simply ignored; no apology, no understanding, no attempt to take the matter seriously. This is not only unprofessional, but negligent and irresponsible. I will report the incident to the food inspectorate. It's truly disgusting how customers are treated here. I'll never come back.

It is getting more expensive and the burritos smaller

The price-performance ratio is slowly disappearing... The large burrito is now what the small one was a few months ago, if not even smaller.

I've been here at least 20 times. The burritos are generously rolled and the ingredients are high-quality. The service is always friendly. You feel good afterward because it's essentially a very clean meal.

We love pure burrito in general especially this branch. The food is great without doubt and somehow they manage to offer the best service. People are friendly and polite. The price is nearly the best one can manage for the taste and quantity.

The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and otherwise it makes a hygienic and inviting impression. In my opinion, the food is no longer worth it. The price/performance ratio doesn't feel fair anymore. €11.50 for a wrap with barbacoa is one thing, but to then put what feels like barely any meat in it is a real disgrace. Not even much rice. No, it's better to fill up the wrap or burrito with cheap salad... €15.50 For a half-full burrito with barbacoa and a 0.33-ounce Coke Zero

Fast, delicious fast food. You can also bring Mexican friends here without having to worry about a flop. But it used to be better, the tortilla wasn't good the last time I was there (too hard)

Until a year ago the quality was top. Now the portions have become much smaller and paid for ingredients are often missing.

Since we couldn't find a place to eat in the center, we decided to go to such a place. I ate a burrito for the first time. I'm glad we ate it. The large (groB) menu was very satisfying and nice. We tried "Worx (chicken) and Paco(beef)". Personally, I recommend you to eat Paco. The meat is much better roasted and the flavor is more intense. It makes you feel it while eating it. The chicken was a little short. Give it a chance for sure.

The burritos have also been fuller... Given the sizes, I always need more than one large burrito to fill me up. And it would be cool if there was a vegan option that wasn't just "we leave out the meat"...

The food is fine, I'm also a loyal customer, but unfortunately the two ladies aren't going today. Rude, intentionally keeping you waiting and seem totally listless. Hope something changes.

I've been here several times, normally it is a fine experience, but today I had an experience that caused me to never want to go back. I ordered tacos for my son and they literally tried to give a little clump of like 10 grams of meat maximum- a tiny little pinch that didn't even fill 1/4 of the taco wrap. I explained to them that it is unacceptable to serve tacos with such little meat inside, and they saw nothing wrong with it. He kept saying if we wanted more meat, it would be "extra" - we said never mind we don't want to buy it at all but they wouldn't take it back. I cannot support businesses that see no problem with cheating their customers out of an adequate portion size.

Ordered for delivery. The portions are, as the previous reviewer noted, laughable. 8€ for side dish size (without meat) and the quesidilla for 4€ was a single pancake with cheese 🤣🤣🤣

Portions far too small for the price, especially if you leave out ingredients because you have lactose intolerance. You would expect that no savings will be made on the other ingredients. The saleswoman was also very unsympathetic, as if she had no interest at all.

You can't beat it when it comes to cheekiness. I ordered the Barbacoa Bowl. This not only arrived cold but was the size of a side salad and all for €8.65. It's hard to put into words what audacity this is.

Ordered through Wolt, delivery was good. Price-performance ratio is not right at all. Super small portions, the meat was totally dry. The price is simply not justified.

Unfortunately very bad service. I just wanted to order something and the waitress just scolded me.

The food was good and the service totally fine. There are stairs going down to the loo and no changing table, just as an FYI. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area.

I absolutely love the place. Their Guacamole is just wonderful, and when taken with tortilla chips, it's amazing. As a student I find that the price to portion ratio is also good. The people working are very friendly, always greet you with a smile.

The little girl with the lots of makeup and lashes needs a refresher on hygiene. Desperately. Picking her teeth, handling her phone with her gloves on and then straight back to rolling burritos. Absolutely not okay. Like the food and I’m happy you guts exist, but hygiene is a non-negotiable feature.

Der Paco ist mega, ABER: Wie schon aus einigen Rezessionen hervorgeht, hab auch ich den Eindruck, dass die Portionen trotz erheblich gestiegenem Preis immer kleiner werden. 8,60€ für nen kleinen Paco (der wohl immer kleiner wird) ist schon ein Wort.

Bin wirklich Fan von euren Burritos, Mitarbeiter auch auf Zack und sehr freundlich. Was mich allerdings jedesmal wieder schockiert, sind die hygienischen „Standards“. Eure Mitarbeiter rollen die burritos mit den selben Handschuhen mit denen sie das Geld anfassen. Ebenso habe ich schon Mitarbeiter damit Rauchen sehen. Was auffällt ist auch, wie der Inhalt mittlerweile abgenommen hat. Daher paar Sterne Abzug.

Erstaunlich leckere Burritos, etwa schnellschnell gemacht aber das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ist ja auch ein "Schnelltestaurant" dafür auch völlig in Ordnung. Nächstes Mal würde ich um extra Salsa bitten.

Wer Burrito mag ist dort genau richtig. Fleisch ist zum größten Teil in Bio-Qualität und alles relativ frisch. Vor allem keine Aroma und Konservierungsmittel. Sehr lobenswert!

Als langjähriger Stammkunde muss ich sagen, dass ich von den neuesten Veränderungen enttäuscht bin. Die Burritos waren immer super lecker, insbesondere der Burrito mit Barbacoa und Pintobohnen, den ich regelmäßig gegessen habe. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass die Preise in den letzten zwei Jahren für einen Burrito von 7,80€ auf 10,20€ gestiegen sind. Das allein wäre vielleicht noch akzeptabel, aber es gibt noch weitere Entwicklungen, die meine Zufriedenheit beeinträchtigen. Die Menge an Fleisch im Burrito hat deutlich abgenommen und wird jetzt aufs Gramm genau dosiert. Früher konnte man sich auf eine großzügige Portion freuen, aber nun hat man das Gefühl, dass an den Zutaten gespart wird. Dies ist besonders bedauerlich, da es zuvor neben der Salsas eines der Highlights der Burritos war. Heute hatte ich eine besonders schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Die Mitarbeiterin, die meinen Burrito zubereitete, war äußerst sparsam mit allen Zutaten und der Burrito wirkte dadurch etwas trocken. Als ich höflich darum bat, etwas mehr Sour Cream hinzuzufügen, wurde mir tatsächlich ein halber Esslöffel extra berechnet. Ich war wirklich verärgert über diese Vorgehensweise. Es ist verständlich, dass der Laden seine Preise erhöhen möchte, aber wenn zusätzlich noch an den Zutaten gespart wird und sogar ein Hauch Sour Cream extra berechnet wird, hört für mich der Spaß auf. Ich hoffe, dass der Besitzer diese Probleme ernst nimmt und ihre Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit wiederherstellt. Als langjähriger Kunde möchte ich weiterhin die leckeren Burritos genießen können, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, dass an den Zutaten gespart wird oder Extras unverhältnismäßig berechnet werden.

Kann ich empfehlen nur finde es gibt zu wenig Auswahl bei den Belägen und die Portionen könnten auch ein wenig größer sein

Geiler Burrito, wirklich lecker und authentisch und preislich ok ABER: Lauter fette Schmeißfliegen auf den Zutaten - eklig! Gesundheitsamt?

Nettes und Schnelles Personal aber der Preis is zu teuer für die Größe!
