Best doner you can find in the city

I asked for a spicy sauce twice, but in the end, it wasn't spicy at all. The employee, a young man who prepared the dürüm, takes the money with gloves and then wraps the flatbread with the same gloves. I'm really disappointed. Next time, I'll choose a different restaurant.

I got a doner kebab relatively late, when the skewer was almost empty. The bread looked very good and seemed homemade, but unfortunately it was quite dry. The sauces were barely noticeable; they only became a bit more intense at the bottom of the doner. The meat, unfortunately, had little flavor, was rather rubbery, and completely cold. Of course, you have to take into account that the skewer was almost empty, but overall, the doner was disappointing—a shame, since the fresh bread was actually promising.

Delicious kebab and the rest is good too.

My son and I each ordered a veal doner kebab. The wrap itself was excellent, but there was hardly any meat in the doner. We felt truly ripped off when we noticed that the meat was stretched with cooked potato slices and eggplant. The taste wasn't what I would have expected from a doner kebab. Too bad, we are very disappointed...

The bread is really good, but they skimp on the meat. It's basically a salad and bread sandwich. I've tried it several times, but compared to the competition, it's rather mediocre, and the meat itself is also very random. The red cabbage is also very sour and overpowering. The service could be friendlier. It's a shame.

The doner bread was really delicious and fresh, and tasted great! Unfortunately, the doner itself was a bit disappointing, as it contained very little meat. The service also left a lot to be desired. The employee spoke very quietly and seemed unfriendly, which made communication a bit difficult. It's a shame, because with a little more warmth and a more balanced doner, the visit could have been much better.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. Before ordering, we specifically asked if the grill was still working – they confirmed it was. We then ordered and paid for tavuk. Instead, we were given kebabs, which we didn't eat. A refund was refused. The food was also carelessly stacked together – absolutely unsuitable for takeout. Furthermore, we didn't receive the drinks we paid for. No courtesy, no customer service. We definitely won't be coming back.

I was recently "washed" into this restaurant by chance during a downpour, and now I know where to find the best salad pockets in Münster. Super fresh and truly delicious!

You'll receive a super friendly welcome, often with a free lentil soup or baklava, a large vegan selection (including delicious sauces!!), the food tastes delicious and fresh, and the falafel dumplings are just as they should be (optionally with lemon, jalapenos, and mint), AND they offer student discounts! Since we don't eat meat, I can only review the veggie items: incredibly delicious, beautifully presented, extremely fresh, and the owner is also friendly and helpful. I have rarely eaten such a fresh and special kebab as I did here! The combination of lime and mint was absolutely brilliant – something I had never experienced before. It gives the kebab a fresh, slightly exotic note that harmonizes perfectly with the meat and vegetables. You can tell that the work here is done with love and creativity. Absolute recommendation – I’ll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the taste of the kebab is not good, so what justification is there for charging the extra €5 per kebab bag compared to all other average kebab shops? It's better to drive a little further to eat a really good kebab with the appropriate quality of the individual components. The bread alone - freshly baked in the store, slightly crispy on the outside, nice and soft on the inside - makes such a big difference and shows how much emphasis is placed on quality here. The meat is simply perfect: juicy, spicy and of really good quality. You can tell straight away that it's not just any standard meat that's being processed here, but really high-quality meat. And then the homemade sauces – a dream! Whether spicy, creamy or fresh – each goes perfectly with the kebab and rounds the whole thing off. The vegetables are always crisp and fresh. No limp lettuce or mushy tomatoes – everything is just right here. You can taste that the ingredients are carefully selected and everything is made with love. If I eat kebab, it's here! I come to Royal Kebab to eat at least once a week. Not only is the food homemade and tastes divine, but the owner and staff are also very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Highly recommended and particularly affordable for students. My personal favorite is the Çiğ Köfte Dürüm, and when it's cold outside, they have the best lentil soup in Münster!
