The ambience was certainly nice at one time... the seats are now very worn. The food was ok. But not particularly. The waitress only pointed out when we asked when paying that coffee could be refilled free of charge... It certainly has potential, but a lot needs to be done...

Very cool location. The furnishings are really great, the toilets are also very nicely decorated. The most important thing is the food is very tasty. The burgers all taste very good and the fries are nice and crunchy. Too soft on the inside for me personally but that's a matter of taste. I have the cookie milkshake there. It's very sweet but really tasty.

Food was good but not great either. Service a bit slow but friendly. If there are no more croutons, you could mention that when ordering Caesar salad. You can go there every now and then, but not your local pub.

Enjoyed watching the football match. Service is 4 stars only, because the staff were seemingly unprepared / inexperienced how to handle such large crowd.

Great location (outdoor terrace) and extensive menu for American-ish cuisine (burgers, steak, beer). Large and delicious serving sizes. Very attentive and friendly wait staff. 1 star because lethargic restaurant manager on duty was profusely contemptible and treated customers with a flippant, unhelpful and insulting demeanor without apologizing for protracted wait times. Will definitely dine again! ….when particular manager is not there.

We waited 20 mins to get the menu and then another 10 mins to take our order. Then they asked us to pay the bills but we still wanted to order more drinks, when we wanted to pay the waitress said only cash we told her we were here for the last game and paid w card and she was like not for the football games! like are we lying or sth? And literally the other table paid with card 10 mins later! What the hell!! We had to go to the atm to get cash and she said YOU DONT HAVE TO BE AGGRESSIVE!!! the audacity to say that is crazy to your customers! This is NOT how you treat your customers. Good luck with losing customers cause NEVER AGAIN!!!

It was very nice. Unfortunately it was very full so we had to sit inside, it was good to oil it. Beer was good. The waitress sometimes mixed up orders and ended up with 17 Cokes on the table twice.

Expensive food and wrong on the order (got adult size even though I showed it on the menu as well). The waiter tried to demand a tip from the husband even though we had to pay full price when we ordered children's portions for the children. They didn't even give us attention when we arrived

After a long time we were back on Route 66 and watching football. Overall very disappointing. The service was subpar, the waitress seemed annoyed and the hamburgers weren't good either. For the first time in a long time there was no tip and we will avoid Route 66 in the future.

We were celebrating my wife's 31st birthday because I had previously contacted Instagram that we were in Heidepark over the birthday and looked where we could go out for dinner in the evening. It was the right decision. We received a very warm welcome. Good food, good desserts and an incredibly nice waiter named “Neil”. You can recognize him directly by his resemblance to the actor Chris Hemsworth. I will definitely come back!

Ordered nachos with cheese at 7:55 p.m. and they arrived at 10:05 p.m. (!). Staff completely overwhelmed due to the rush. It's better not to go to big football games. Better find a better place for the European Championships! The experience at the Champions League final: The store is crammed with customers, regardless of whether the staff can afford it or not. Why you can't make a reservation and is then fully booked at some point can probably only be explained by the owner's greed for money. There were around twice as many guests as the service and kitchen staff could manage. In the end, all the guests were angry and disappointed, and the mood was accordingly.

Super slow, waited 1 hour for food. The food was poor, I understand that the crowds at the CL final are big. But people who ordered after us got their food earlier. Waited 40 minutes for a beer, the second one didn't come at all. Bad experience, not for me anymore. Edit: Food came after 3 hours, and not everything that was ordered came

First we got the wrong food, then the plate was taken away and after 5 minutes it was brought back identically and what was missing was simply served on a separate plate! The cream was also missing from the dessert...

I discovered this shop 5 years ago and enjoy going there regularly with friends. One of my favorite places and highly recommended. The store has a lot of space and seating inside and outside. My favorite recommendations are the Philadelphia pasta and the homemade iced teas.

It's nice to sit outside and watch football or other sports. Unfortunately, the operation takes a little longer.

The quality of the burgers has pretty much decreased... the fries are too greasy and burnt, the lettuce leaf has already fallen asleep... everything used to be prepared more lovingly, plus nice farmer's salad fries, delicious, burgers were bigger... now more expensive and has nothing to do with Route 66 anymore.. overall rating food 3-

The shop is very nice, a bit old, the food is good average, not outstanding. The beer could have been colder. Unfortunately, the prices are relatively high for the performance.

The food and the atmosphere were indescribably beautiful. It was so good that I didn't even have the cell phone in my hand when I was there in four hours. So I have to come back again.

I was eating in the restaurant today and it was very busy. I had a bill for 61.40 and the waiter somehow misunderstood me and entered 69 into the device and I noticed that immediately after paying. I spoke to my colleague about it and came A large, broad employee shouted at him that he should give him the card payment machine immediately and go to the front that he didn't have time to discuss, so I paid almost 10 euros more than I should have. I found it a great shame that my problem wasn't addressed was received and he was sent away, never come back

American Sports Bar, burgers very tasty and service very good.

The service was extremely slow, the drinks took about 20 minutes even though the place was maybe max a quartet full. The waiter never asked once if we would like anything else. Every request was initiated with us having to wave him down..... The food is average at best and is not worth the money charged in my opinion. I was here many years ago and it really has gone down hill since then. Average at best for me.

I ordered sprite, they brought me water three times in a row and the person next to me who wanted water got sprite but didn't say anything.

The service was very nice!!! The condition was very worn, but OK. The TV was constantly loud and you had to listen to the advertisements. Music would have been more pleasant instead. Unfortunately the food was a disappointment. The sauce on the ribs smelled unpleasant, but the taste was okay. The rump steak was an imposition, especially for 36 euros. Tough on the outside and raw on the inside. According to the complaint, it would have been appropriate not to charge 36 euros. In my opinion, €75 including tip is a disgrace for what we got. Very unfortunate.

We ordered Mushroom Chicken and Peanut Chicken, served with Sweet Potatoes. They were very delicious, and the meal was big. Many thanks to the staff for their hospitality and friendliness.

Like eating in a US diner from the 50s... that's possible at the Route 66 Diner. The ambience is “authentic”, eye-catchers and photo motifs can be found on every wall. The food is plentiful, tasty and affordable. You pay a little more for the quality than in a fast food restaurant - and rightly so! The service was super friendly.

The location is very impressive. Unfortunately the seating at the table is very tight. The fries we ordered with the burger were sometimes very soggy. The burger (Bacon Chesse, medium) was top and very tasty. The service was great and very attentive.

I am from Berlin and have been there many times in my youth. It was even better attended because it was “hip”. But nothing has changed since then, only the number of visitors has unfortunately decreased, so that the upper part and also the lower part are now often closed. But the ambience is still great, you can watch sports at any time, the waitresses are super nice and the food is solid. Go people, it's still worth it. Don't let Route 66 go under.

Cozy and nice atmosphere with fast and capable staff

In the past, about 4-5 years ago, I really enjoyed visiting Route 66 because of the delicious Cajun chicken dish and the Flying Gorilla Shake. Now I don't like the Cajun Chicken anymore because it doesn't taste like it used to. Unfortunately, the Flying Gorilla Shake hasn't been available for years. The burgers aren't what they used to be either. The prices have risen significantly. 3 stars because I used to love going to Route 66.

Today I was very disappointed. The burger was dry and the nachos tasted like the spices had been cooked on them. The service was nice, but not really attentive. Unfortunately I had to eat the dry burger without having previously ordered beer because it was forgotten. I've never experienced that there before. My consequence of this is that I will forego this experience in the future.

Immerse yourself in the Golden Sixties, which is achieved perfectly in Route 66, like in a time machine. The food was very tasty, the service was highly motivated and, although alone, she still found time to ask if everything was OK. But “getting old” is sometimes almost a euphemism. The men's toilet in particular is not really inviting, even for hardcore nostalgics. Hopefully the renovation backlog can still be resolved.

The food is great, served in enormous portions. You cannot go out of there hungry. I ate a cheesburger and next day pasta. Delicious! Plus the service was so nice and milkshakes were the best in the world

🍔 good as always 👍 can get even better as the bun and hamburger get warmer. Fries 🍟 almost always bad, I guess they are lying under the sun and are not made with orders, unfortunately. Drinks good, service still has room for improvement, but still nice and friendly.

Route 66 used to be the go-to place for large groups, but unfortunately we were very disappointed with our visit. After the food was ready for 4 out of 6 people, the other 2 people were informed that their desired food was out, which resulted in not all people being able to eat at the same time. The Chicken Ceaser Salad was served without dressing. Upon request, the Ceaser dressing was also sold out and an alternative dressing was provided. Overall the food was rather bad. I think it's a shame that neither an apology nor a discount was offered...everyone has a bad day, we completely understand that, but as a customer you don't have the feeling that you would like to be seen here again, maybe you could work on that in the future.
