Delicious food, very nice and fast service and a punching bag in the toilet.

The food was delicious, the service was great and the price was within normal limits. So we'd love to come back.

our experince was terrible, the food was very overpriced a not good either, disgusting smelly toilets and rude service. at first he was nice and then he asked us to give him a tip but we didn’t want because it wasn’t worthy and then he was very rude and asked us if we give tips in our country which we do because it’s worthy :) after that he didn’t say goodbye or anything just walked away. we don’t recommed at all. if it is possible we would give ZERO stars.

I decided to go to the first establishment I came across at the bus station. I really liked the service and atmosphere of the cafe. Large portions and very tasty dishes. I recommend)

Met really nice people there. We laughed a lot, it was great. Drinks were good, the nachos were very tasty and the waiter made them for us late at night.

Has little in common with a diner. Neither 24/7 opening times (which makes sense for a bus station where buses arrive and depart all night long, instead you have to go to the kebab shop down the street after 9:30 p.m.) nor American comfort food, just a few steaks and burgers, not a big vegetarian one /vegan selection, no egg dishes, no pies etc instead curry sausage?

Looking for a late lunch whilst out for the day, we came across this diner next to the bus station. The prices looked a little high but we were hungry so stopped anyway. We weren't disappointed. The burgers came on a huge plate with fries and salad making each dish a full meal and actually good value for money, plus they were tasty and well cooked

The food was good so far. When there were few customers, the employee still didn't serve at the table, but called across the store. The toilets were very dirty, disgusting and unusable.

The food is expensive and comparatively well below average. The service was okay and the ambience is quite nice with a diner look, but the leather seats are also in a very dilapidated condition.

Fine location, friendly staff, terrible food. Hands down the worst burger in my life. There were 5 of us, we all ordered the burger, none of us could eat it. I recommend anywhere else for an American diner burger.

Great food, great service. The portions are very large and the staff is very attentive. You don't have to be afraid of having an empty glass for 5 minutes - you'll be asked often enough. We will definitely be back and have found a new favorite restaurant.

It’s common sense to be respectful to people. No wonder the reviews are so bad.

Didn’t eat here, but I wanted to mention the kind and generous man at the bar counter who let us use the restroom for free, even though we weren't guests. Although they have a policy that the restroom is reserved only for customers, we were grateful for his understanding. This is just a shoutout for their niceness.

It's a shame, I ordered a salad in a tortilla bowl - I was really disappointed, it looked carelessly thrown away and was mainly just iceberg lettuce (hardly chopped) with dressing slathered on it😏, a few (2) slices each of tomatoes and cucumbers, a few corn kernels and Beans next to it - simply loveless...and tasteless, for 12€?? Never again...🤨

I was Here for a long distance travel , so after a quick stop for a coffee , I asked where the toilet was. I was rudely told that toilet is not available right now, and the waiter suggested to use ibis hotel's toilet. This is after I was a paid customer and also paid around 20% tip. Can't imagine the plight of fellow travellers who need to use toilet. Absolutely reprehensible behavior. Not recommended.

Da es leider nichts anderes am Busbahnhof gab, waren wir gezwungen uns in dem Lokal etwas zu essen mitzunehmen. Das Personal war anfangs sehr nett, bis man bestellen wollte, unterschwellig bis freche Aussagen. Zwar gab es alles to-go, aber mit einem Aufpreis von 1,50€. Das Essen war für den Preis sehr schlecht, nicht gewürzt, nur zusammengeschmissenes Dosen-Essen. 15 Euro für angebliche Tex-Mex Nudeln, die ich zuhause wahrscheinlich für höchstens 5€ zubereitet hätte. Das Lokal an sich sah aber cool aus, als Bar ist es dort wahrscheinlich angenehmer.

Food was okay, service was lazy. And didn’t like the atmosphere. We didn’t eat everything and they didn’t have everything we ordered. We wanted Berliner luft. It wasn’t on the menu, but the guy said yes and came back they were out.

Reservierung einen Tag vor der bootsmesse...super lecker Essen, super Lage an der Messe, freundliche Bedienung ...ein Punkt Abzug da die Heizung nicht richtig funktionierte und durch das ständige raus und rein mega kalt war. Toilette im Keller war eine Eisgrotte...man wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, ein Tee/ Grog wäre eine super Geste gewesen

Donc je déconseille formellement cet endroit ....

Tolle Bedienung in einem sehr rustikalen aber dadurch gemütlichen Ambiente. Die Bedienung war sehr umsichtig und ist sehr auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen. Das Essen war ansprechend zubereitet und hat auch sehr lecker geschmeckt.

we ordered there a hot chocolate today and it felt like it was just some powder with hot water, it wasn't even drinkable. we had to leave it full because it was so awful that drinking that felt like a penalty. definitely can't recommend, i left that bar sad and 5 euros poorer

Wir kommen jedes Jahr wenn Messe ist hierher zum Essen, aber dieses Mal war es eine Katastrophe, Pommes weich und komplett ohne Salz und die Currywurst war lauwarm. Auch die Speisekarte war komplett geändert und leider vereinfacht .Schade 😡

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Essen! Nur die Einrichtung ist was in die Jahre gekommen, was aber auch seinen Reiz und Flair ausmacht.

Es ist eine Tradition das wir jedes Jahr nach unserem Berlinbesuch im Diner einkehren. Das Essen ist wirklich gut, das Service Personal ist freundlich und jedes Jahr erleben wir dort ein paar wundervolle Stunden.

Hier kann man einen ganz fantastischen Bacon-Cheeseburger essen. Die anderen Gerichte sind auch sehr lecker. Kenne das Restaurant noch vom Potsdamer Platz. Da war die Atmosphäre irgendwie besser. Neben dem, trotz Neubau, abgerockten Zentralen Omnibusbahnhof, wirkt leider alles irgendwie nen bissel schmuddelig.

Mein Flixbus ist ausgefallen und ich musste zwei Stunden überbrücken bis der nächste kommt. Ab ins Diner. Das Ambiente: American Feeling. Die Bedienung: gewandt und sachlich. Wir haben Nachos gegessen samt je ein Getränk. Meine Begleitung hatte einen kleinen Hund dabei. Das war im Diner kein Problem. Der Gang zu den Toiletten: ein Erlebnis.

Ich besuche das Diner seit Jahren - immer, wenn ich auf (Bus-)Durchreise bin. Personal sehr freundlich und die Speisen sehr lecker.

Essen war super! Einziges Mangel an diesem Restaurantsystem ist die Tatsache, dass man für alle Extras zusätzlich bezahlen muss. Zum Beispiel wenn man noch Ketchup möchte ist das ein Extra oder wenn man noch mehr Sourcream möchte, ist es ein Extra. Die Preise sind so saftig wie die Steaks oder Hamburger, insofern finde ich die Extras völlig unangebracht. Man merkt sehr deutlich, dass der Standort des Restaurants diese Vorgehensweise unterstützt. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Messe Berlin und nahezu in Greifweite der ZOB kann man es sich wohl leisten, weniger Gastgeber sein zu wollen.

Wenn ich in Berlin wohnen würde wäre es mein Stammlokal! Selten so authentisch und freundlich in Berlin Bedienung worden . Gerade die Gastfreundschaft ist in NRW xmal besser aber in diesem Lokal habe ich nichts vermisst . Essen kam schnell und war außerordentlich. Die Auswahl ist genau richtig und für jeden was dabei . Auch die Preise sind fair ! Nach einem langen Tag auf der IFA genau das richtige:)
