It was delicious and suited the Korean taste well.

I've already ordered and instead of 1 hour it took 2 hours to arrive but at least it tasted good. Ordered again today and waited almost 4 hours instead of 90 minutes, food was cold and had a hair in the burger. I'll never order from there again

Great burger - love coming here. Lunch is also a good option.

A good burger and solid fries. However, I am giving it 4 stars because the whole burger was a bit too sloppy and messy and the bun itself was crumbling. The seasoning and sear on the meat (beautiful lacing and well caramelized) was on point. Will definitely visit again and give them another shot, it is worth it.

Good burger, friendly attentive service, that's all you need

I live 500 meters from this shop and I still had to wait 90 minutes for my food. There is also no way to cancel the order or call the store, as nothing is stored on Lieferando or here on Google. Just an absolute disgrace.

Burgers and fries are good quality. Unfortunately, it has happened several times now that specially ordered sauce was not delivered or simply a different sauce was instead. At this point, quality control needs to be significantly improved.

Where I come from they say in such a case: “Hunger forces it down.” Rarely have I had such a bad burger and chicken part. The fries were totally soggy.

Food was very tasty, unfortunately they forgot to deliver half of it… No solution other than refund was offered. No customer oriented service

The lady at the counter misheard me and gave me the wrong order. When I said I would order extra what I wanted, she accused me of lying. When I disagreed, she said she would call the police. She also jumped at me with money saying she would rake away the wrong order. The lady was smoking for 20 minutes while I was waiting, making it impossible to be around. Really sad. Very unprofessional.

The burger joint is great! The smashed burgers and the curly fries were very good. The staff is super nice and relaxed. I've been there twice and will come back 🤗

Burger tastes like nothing and the texture is as if it had been pre-digested. The only solid thing in this meal was the dried out bacon.

The food was take away. Unfortunately we didn't notice that the order was wrong. When we got home, we noticed this and called immediately. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and accommodating! That's what I call service!

We ordered a menu but the coke wasn't delivered. When asked, the delivery person said he was told there was no Coke even though the receipt said "Coke in a bottle".

I'm actually a regular at BurgerVision, but unfortunately they have a completely different concept. No more regular burgers or cheese fries. It's a shame, I've definitely lost myself as a customer

Very nice smash beef burger. Buttermilk chicken burger was also very juicy since they used chicken thighs. Overall really tasty halal burgers.

We both ordered burgers without onions. Note was in both German and English. Probably still not enough! Burger too small and flabby. Fries stale and old. Never again!

We just ordered and it only arrived after 1 hour!!! canceled. After the delivery had long been confirmed and the delivery time was displayed. It doesn't work at all!

The delivery man stood in front of me in the hallway at midnight without a light on, without saying anything. He also didn't try to give me the food and just stood there. When I asked to give me the food, nothing happened. He just stood in front of me. He didn't speak German. A piece of the BurgerBun is missing, the burger slipped and was made without love. For just under €15 you would expect something different!! They were better at the beginning and I won't order anymore!

If you want to order burgers that look like burgers, you've come to the wrong place. I was able to “enjoy” smack Bürger. They were a very generous maximum of 10cm each. At first I thought they made a mistake. No, they are serious. For almost €9 you get a “burger” that is smaller than a Mc’s Cheeseburger. A maximum of two slices of toast with all the trimmings. The buns were bad. The buns were thinner than pressed together slices of toast. Folks, this isn't a "let's put the store down" review. I'm not exaggerating. I'm still shocked. Who buys something like that? Seriously, make some toast and you'll be more full. Thanks for almost nothing Burger Vision!

I liked the burgers, but now they only seem to have Smash Burgers. Very disappointing. Then I guess I'll have to find another place if I want a burger.

Most boring smack burger ever. It tastes super boring and has no kick. But there is endless meat and cartilage. Delivery was great, but will not order again. I'd rather go back to Smack Burger on Turmstrasse.

In itself a very cool burger shop in terms of the location. The service is also very nice and there is cool music playing. We ate there, but you can also take the burgers with you. AAAABBBBEEEERRRRR unfortunately the burgers and fries don't work at all. The burger is far too small and doesn't taste particularly good. The patty is dripping with fat. Unfortunately, the fries aren't a highlight either. But what I think is the worst thing is that there are little ketchup and mayonnaise packets with the food. From a burger joint I expect 3-4 different squeeze bottles at the table.

Wow wow wow! It was my first time at one of the BurgerVision stores and I will stop by more often from now on. Really perfect smashburger! Patty was nice and crispy on the edges and well seasoned, soft but toasted bun, sauce ratio to the caramelized onions was great. Upon request, the mozzarella sticks that would otherwise be in the burger were put aside, but they were also very cheesy and stringy. Fries were also very good. The lunch menu is unbeatable but regardless of that I would come back again and again, not just for the food but also the team is super friendly and welcoming! Cash and card payments possible, toilets were clean

Not really recommended. The burgers are really mini for the price. The taste is just fine. No comparison to the brilliant Smack Burger. The interior is cozy and clean with good music. Staff is fine. Halal certificate available.

Until recently, BurgerVision was one of our favorites. But it hasn't been fun for some time now! Deliveries no longer arrive as ordered. If you inquire over the phone, the UberEats driver will be held responsible. The lady on the phone complains every time that he should have taken the Coke bottle with him, that it's "always the same." From that moment on it seems more like she's complaining to me... Huh? 🤷‍♀️ When I asked what the white sauce on the burger was, she replied "well, no mayonnaise" (I canceled that because of an allergy). When I asked, she said it only had mustard and ketchup on it and she was personally there during the preparation, so that could only be what was on it. So that means the unidentified white sauce that I see on my burger isn't actually there at all, or I'm lying, OR it was added during transport (and the mustard was removed in the process, because it wasn't on it) - probably also the driver , such a rascal. So BurgerVision takes no responsibility, behaves completely unprofessionally and I'm sitting there with an overpriced burger that I can't eat. In any case, we don't order there anymore. What a shame! We were previously completely satisfied with the price-performance, taste and service. Now it is no longer acceptable.

Not good in quality and very bad behaviour with their guests. Worst part is I saw them very rude with courier boys which is very bad thing .

Price/performance ratio is definitely the same. Very tasty food that fills you up. Service was super friendly and the location is pleasant and relaxed. You can eat very well here. The four of us were very impressed, can highly recommend him and will definitely come back.

Arrived late at night in Berlin and got a take out Smash Cheese Burger as a meal. I wasn’t expecting anything special at half 11 at night, but I was absolutely blown away by the quality and taste of this burger. Quite probably the best burger I’ve ever tasted in my life, so good in fact I ordered it again on the final night of my trip in Berlin. If you like burgers and happen to be in Berlin. You’d be doing yourself a disservice by not going here.

Es ist ein unglaublicher Service. Ich habe jetzt mehrmals über Uber eats bestellt. Das Essen ist lecker und immer warm. Die Lieferung war obwohl wir weit weg wohnen innerhalb von 20-30 min. Ich bin vollkommen zufrieden und werde immer wieder bestellen. Und die Dame am Telefon ist so lieb heute auf meine Wünsche eingegangen!

Für mich ist das einer der besten Burgerläden in Berlin. Vor Allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis 1A! Ich bestelle meistens und das Essen ist eigentlich immer warm und mit Liebe zubereitet. Vor Ort ist es natürlich am Besten :)

Super leckerer Burger! Das Mittagsmenü ist der Hammer. Kann ich wirklich sehr empfehlen - grade die Smashburger sind schon top.

Ich war eben da und hatte einen Smash burger, preislich voll okay und die Bedienung war nett. Geschmeckt hat er dann auch noch, war richtig juicy, und ich bin satt geworden. 5 Sterne!

Lecker,freundlich und nicht zu teuer

War zur Abholung nach Vorbestellung hier, Arbeiter waren sehr freundlich und Bestellung war schnell zubereitet, Burger/Menüs sind fair bepreist und Portionen gut. Laden war durchaus darauf ausgelegt, dass die meisten Speisen außer Haus konsumiert werden.

Nach dem ersten bissen in den Panic Room Burger hab ich Paranoia geschob3n. Es ist bei all den vielen Burger Restaurant, der beste den ich je gegessen habe. Testet es selbst aus ihr werdet nicht enttäuscht sein.

Ein Laden, der regelmäßig besucht wird von mir. Alle Burger schmecken top. Aber nichts geht über „der Pate“. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle höflich und das bestellte Essen ist immer köstlich und die Qualität ist top!

Der beste Burger seit sehr langer Zeit. Fries und Curly Fries ebenfalls top. Hoffentlich bleibt Ihr ganz lange hier. Wir sind zwar nur im Urlaub hier, kommen aber regelmäßig. Stamm Vietnamese und Stamm Italiener hatten wir schon und jetzt auch endlich einen Stamm Burger… wirklich Top!!!
