The food was mediocre, carelessly thrown onto plates. The service was rather unenthusiastic and the atmosphere cheap. Despite this, everything was very expensive.

Good music, delicious burgers at hefty prices, good service, cool exhibits.

If you like burgers, then you absolutely have to eat them here! And in this atmosphere with excellent service!

The employee, named Recep, was very nice. He was very helpful and friendly. We were very satisfied!

Mr. Recep greets you so quickly and warmly at the door that you'd think he had superpowers. If he kept chatting like that, he could easily turn any bad day into a good one!

Everything was perfect. Mr. Recep, who looked after us, was wonderful. He brought a special chair and food for our toddler. We will definitely come back.

Delicious burgers, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly service. Recep, in particular, is a very nice and helpful employee.

I was in Hard Rock Cafe last Saturday. It was absolutely an AMAZING experience! Me and my gf had Mac&Cheese and veggies which were tasteful. But more than that, the waiter Recep was really accommodating and friendly all the time. My gf has gluten allergy so we were so lucky to be informed by Recep. thanks to him, we had a special gluten free food and left the place satisfied.

Simply fantastic! Super professional service, delicious food, and as always, a great atmosphere with guitars and other great accessories from great bands and singers!

What bothered me most was the fact that many employees there ONLY speak English. Yes, I understand that a place like this with so many tourists needs multilingual staff, but everyone should have a basic knowledge of German. A good example of this today was Brittany at reception. She did ask if I spoke German or English, but kept reverting to English. It came across as arrogant, at least to me as a guest… Update after reply: A customer complains that no German is spoken – and what do you do? Reply in English! Is that supposed to be ironic or just plain ignorant?

We were greeted with great care and attention. Recep, the employee who greeted us at the door, was very welcoming and welcoming. It was a pleasant lunch break on a cold Berlin day. Thank you.

Mr. Recep welcomed us very nicely at the door and although we came without a reservation, we were able to sit down immediately.

Rather mediocre; the food is cold or lukewarm. You sit very close to the next table, making private conversation impossible. The waiters are friendly and try their best, but for that reason alone, I won't be returning. I don't understand the hype for a small, average burger. Disappointing value for money.

Hard Rock isn't what it used to be, there was little to no atmosphere being sat by the bar, I'm sure it used to be more themed and more of an experience. We went for our 11th wedding anniversary and selected that when the booking was made, and there was nothing for this, usually you get a small cake or something (that's not the reason we went) but it just all felt very flat and disappointing, it was, also the day we flew into Berlin.

Thanks to Recep and the entire team for a truly enjoyable evening. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the food and wheat beer were delicious.

A very nice, spacious place. We ordered the Caesar salad at Recep's suggestion and loved it. Their attentiveness, spacious atmosphere, and great food. I definitely recommend it.

Another Hard Rock for our collection. As always, the standard order: nachos to share – excellent! The food overall was fairly standard, but perfectly acceptable. We'd especially like to commend the service: extremely friendly and attentive. The music was a bit too dominant for our taste, and it's a shame there isn't a proper stage – even though the artist really gave it her all. Compared to other Hard Rocks, a solid C-.

There were four of us at the Hard Rock Cafe after the NFL game, and we had a reservation. It was immediately noticeable that things were hectic due to the packed restaurant, and we asked a few times when our table would be ready. There were some minor delays. They were out of lager (a bit baffling, but unfortunately, that's how it was), so I asked the supervisor to come over and explained a few things we weren't happy with. We had a good point of comparison from last year in London (NFL), where we had also been to the Hard Rock Cafe. What's worth highlighting is that our complaint was taken seriously, and we received very nice compensation in the form of a free dessert. Therefore, a fair 4 stars. No one can control the atmosphere, and ultimately, it's a matter of personal taste. My friends' burgers were rather average, but my ribs were outstanding.

Last week I went to the Hard Rock Cafe Berlin with friends, and honestly, it was a fantastic evening. The atmosphere grabbed us as soon as we walked in: the music, the lights, the energy—just that typical hard rock feeling. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, always smiling, and the food arrived faster than we expected. My burger was cooked to perfection, the fries crispy—exactly how you want it. I especially appreciated that they took the time to chat with us, not just rush us through. We felt truly welcome and will definitely be back. Thanks to the whole team! It was a memorable evening!

Everything about the Hard Rock restaurants is just right. The service was friendly and had a great sense of humor that was perfect. The food was ready very quickly and consistently delicious. However, with such a pleasant atmosphere, you'd almost be disappointed if you didn't spend much time waiting for your food.

I thought it would be a noisy Hard Rock Cafe, but I was surprised to see soft pop songs playing.

Burgers etc. are fine, but the food definitely tastes better at McDonald's. The fries, for example, weren't fresh or crispy at all. The "mini salad" had no vinaigrette whatsoever. A shame, considering the high prices. The atmosphere is okay. There are better tourist spots.

Booking in advance is essential due to the crowds. It's noticeable that they're a bit understaffed, but the staff who are there remain friendly and do their best. Due to the large groups, the food took a little longer to arrive, but this was clearly communicated beforehand. The food, as always, was excellent.

A few days ago, four of us visited the Hard Rock Café Berlin – on a weekday during the school holidays, with a reservation for 6 p.m. The reception was friendly and professional, but even at the entrance, we sensed a certain hecticness and a slight sense of being overwhelmed, which the receptionist confirmed between the lines. The staff spoke English throughout and, when asked, admitted to speaking very little German. In an international environment like Berlin, this is generally not a problem, but we still found it somewhat unusual that communication was only possible in English. The hectic atmosphere continued throughout the restaurant. While the service remained professional and friendly, the restlessness was always palpable. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 90 minutes for our main courses. As we left, we politely inquired whether the evening had been unusually stressful, which the staff confirmed. Unfortunately, the burgers didn't taste great. Two of the four burgers were completely unappealing, and the garlic sauce (?) was unpleasantly inappropriate, especially on the kids' burger. Additionally, two burgers looked like they'd been sitting for a while. The chicken patties were dried out and no longer crispy at all. The ambiance was what you'd expect from a Hard Rock Café in a tourist location – solid, but lacking any special flair. Overall, we had imagined the visit to be much more harmonious: too much hustle and bustle, too long wait times, and at times, the taste was disappointing.

The four of us came here for the first time on Friday and were absolutely thrilled. The service, the food, the whole atmosphere... You just have to experience it! Our two daughters were absolutely thrilled too. We'll be back soon!

A truly large and impressive venue. Super friendly staff. We were there for the Katy Perry warm-up party. Everything was very clean. The only criticism: since we didn't eat there, we ordered takeout. However, the packaging wasn't very good. For example, the pulled pork was simply wrapped in paper. The food itself, however, was super delicious 👍👍

Honestly, that was one of the worst cafe visits I've ever had. The service was so unfriendly that I felt truly unwelcome. No eye contact, no smile, no interest—I felt like I was just a nuisance. The service staff obviously didn't care about me at all. Such indifference to customers is truly sad. I absolutely cannot understand how such behavior is possible in the restaurant industry. One thing is for sure: Never again!

A really great atmosphere, good music. Nice and no-nonsense.

After a week of leather, latex, and liturgy, we were hungry. Not for more craftsmanship, but for grease, salt, and noise. And so we ended up where all the leather finally dissolves: at the Hard Rock Café on Kurfürstendamm. Els—still clad in her leather jacket, which now smelled of sin and cigarettes—ordered a burger with extra bacon. Harm—wearing his new Dago Engler belt and a look of salvation—asked for “something American that tastes like nothing.” The waitress nodded understandingly. A Bon Jovi guitar hung on the wall, Aerosmith was playing, and for a moment it seemed as if the entire journey—from GEAR to Lederversand—had been just one big chord. Els raised her glass and said, “This is heaven for people with a grease stain on their soul.” I laughed, looked at the leather chairs, the gleaming lamps, and thought of Johnny’s Vintage and Leathers, the shop on Etsy. Even here, amidst the burgers and the bass lines, I saw craftsmanship—wrapped in a show, but made of real material. When the bill arrived, it said at the bottom: Rock On. And so we did. The evening ended outside, under the neon lights, with the sound of rain on leather. Hard Rock Café Berlin—where the journey ends with a chorus.

I had to let the delicious (real) burger settle for a few days before writing anything here. I've been a regular Hard Rock Cafe visitor for a long time (reward card/account holder since the "All Access Card"), but I've never experienced anything like this before. There were two of us, our order was taken: a Smashed Legendary Burger and an Original Legendary Burger. We were served two Smashed Burgers. I pointed out to the server (Maria) that it was the wrong burger. This was met with an audible eye roll and then the "accusation" that I had ordered the Smash Burger, otherwise she would have asked about the doneness. How am I supposed to know, as a guest, which questions belong to which dish? I don't always eat the same thing. She then reluctantly took the plate back. When my wife finished her meal, my new, real burger arrived. So we basically ate separately. What a pity. Where people work, mistakes happen, that's okay, but how you deal with them makes the difference.

Ordered food, got 12 noodles from Mc&Cheese for €6.50, a total rip-off. Burger was top notch. The burger was great, but the side dish was rude.

Hard Rock Cafe Berlin is the place for lovers of a relaxed atmosphere and good beer! 🍺 The atmosphere is energetic and fun, the staff is friendly and helpful 😄. I have to especially praise the beer selection – when I asked the waiter what he recommended, I chose 13 Lager, and he asked me: “Do you want a bottle or a draft?” With a laugh, I asked him to recommend it, and he said: “Draft – you can buy a bottle everywhere, draft rarely anywhere.” Since then, I have only drunk draft everywhere 😆. Great detail and a great recommendation!

The beef is still alive + employees can finally speak German.

It didn't impress; the collection of musical artifacts is interesting, and the atmosphere was ordinary, no different from other restaurants. The dish (onion rings) I ordered with my beer was soggy and undercooked. We weren't allowed to pay by card, although other tables accepted. I've visited 14 HR restaurants, and this one is one of the saddest. Hard Rock Cafe London and Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow still rank first in terms of atmosphere and service. We can learn from them.

Really, really good, we really enjoyed the food. Our service was super friendly! The restaurant itself, however, is nothing special – quite chic, but boring. The menu is exactly like in the USA. The prices are the same, but in euros. That's a bit excessive for me! Otherwise, we would gladly come back. But I'm not willing to pay €20 + x for a (only moderately large, but nonetheless very tasty) burger. And people in Germany complain about American prices...

We were welcomed, served, and looked after by Coco, and it was a wonderful experience. His kindness and friendliness made the meal even more enjoyable. The dishes were delicious and generously served. Thank you, Coco!
