Great live music and our waiter FLINN entertained us very well.

Always the same great experience. Awesome food and great service.

Visited twice in the past week—once for a business dinner and once with a co-worker. We sat both indoors and outdoors, and the service was excellent on both occasions. We actually returned specifically for the nachos and shrimp appetizer—they were that good. Convenient central location makes it an easy choice.

Worst hard rock cafe I've ever been to. Went in for some cocktails, we were seated at the bar but there was no bar staff. After 10 minutes of waiting and none of the other staff offering any assistance we left.

What can I say, nothing lol. This is a great Hard Rock! As I’ve said before we go to these all over the world and this stands out as excellent! Reykjavík, Krakow, Copenhagen, Paris, Amsterdam, etc… Berlin stands out. I’m fairly certain this was due to our bartender, Vickie, such a great person. High energy, great drinks, and a great attitude. Food was great as well! Thank you for a great experience, we will be back.

We came from Eskişehir, we ordered our beers, our friend Recep, who was a student at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, brought our beers. Thank you very much for everything, Recep.

The Margherita Flat Bread was, in a word, great. We ordered them as an appetizer for everyone, but I ate them all by myself. 😀 She was really fantastic. In my opinion you can also eat them as a main course. The dough was extremely thin and I loved the green sauce on top. For those who want to try something other than burgers or fries, the grilled salmon with a slightly sweet dressing is recommended. The dressing gave the salmon a very special touch. Even for someone like me who rarely eats fish, it was just perfect. It was served with mashed potatoes and vegetables, which made the whole thing even more attractive. Otherwise I can summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the restaurant as follows: Cons: Prices are slightly higher compared to similar restaurants. If you come with your own car, it can be difficult to find a parking space. It is best to use public transport. Additionally, there was live music during our visit and service was a little slow. I think it was because of the live music. Pros: The live music was pretty entertaining. We didn't know this before and came spontaneously. At first we sat downstairs, but our waiter Recep told us that there was an event upstairs and offered us a table upstairs - we really liked that. In addition, the staff overall was very attentive, and I think Recep is really funny, we laughed a lot. 🙂 Our waiter upstairs, Julien, was also very polite. And the fact that there is a smoking area upstairs on the balcony is also a plus point in my opinion.

No thanks, unfortunately there's nothing much to do with a Hard Rock Cafe anymore! Very loud! Poor communication with the service team, we were seated, the waiter came shortly after ten minutes and then we left without ordering anything.

Music just too loud, but we had a nice meal and got a hoodie.

Really really high and honest rating, really nice and kind service from the waiters and waitresses. They always asked if we were okay and used to laugh with us as well. The food arrived quickly and we didn't have to wait long. The atmosphere of the place really feels alive and flowing. We really enjoyed the main thing which is the food, we ordered wings to start and then a Chico burger with fries and lamb chops for main and we closed with dessert and a good cocktail. The souvenir shop is very expensive..

Roger aka “Rah Rah” is someone like that. He takes care of his guests with exceptional dedication, attention and warmth - and takes the experience to a whole new level. He takes his time, sits down at eye level with his guests, introduces himself personally and immediately creates a pleasant, authentic atmosphere. You don't feel like a number, you feel really welcome. Roger lives service – not as a duty, but as a calling. Such people make the difference and deserve special thanks and recognition! Thank you dear Roger, we would love to come back! :D

So we've already been to a few Hard Rock Cafés... unfortunately this one is a bit unspectacular 🤨 Oh, the communication was off despite good English skills... Had a signature cocktail because we wanted the glass as we collect them and in the end we didn't get it and had to buy it at the regular price... Unfortunately the food wasn't quite as warm... And in the shop itself I had the impression that you should be happy that you leave quickly... Too bad

The Hard Rock Cafe Berlin on Ku’Damm is a must for every enthusiastic fan of good food and a cool location. Internationally, everyone receives first-class service here. I got a great steak here that was so tender and delicious. Next trip to Berlin is on the plan. The many signed guitars, exhibits (Peter Fox, John Bon Jovi and many other stars are a feast for the eyes! Who can say that they have been in the field of “David Bowie”... the shop is open as long as the restaurant! Thank you very much!

I went to celebrate my birthday and it was fantastic! They really pay attention to the details and make you feel really special! I highly recommend a visit to Hard Rock Cafe and be amazed by the food, the people, and the atmosphere.

I visited this place with my mother and a friend and though they were vegetarians...we found something to have. The server was very very helpful with us wanting only vegetarian options and even though his English was broken he helped us out. We had a good time here...visiting the shop as well and ended up having some chilled beer and loads of fun.

Delicious food this evening and friendly staff. The hard rock items from many artists are always fun to watch.

Absolutely unfriendly and helpless staff. Children are also seemingly unwanted, even if they behave well. We used to enjoy coming here, but we won't be visiting here in the future. The price/performance ratio of the food is no longer right either. Food tastes boring and boring, half of it is missing. The portions have shrunk so much that you hardly have any fries on your plate. No thanks.

A Must-Visit Spot in Berlin! Hard Rock Cafe Berlin exceeded all expectations! The atmosphere was electric, with great music, iconic memorabilia, and a welcoming vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the cocktails were perfectly mixed. It's the perfect blend of great food, cool history, and rock ‘n’ roll energy. A fantastic experience from start to finish—highly recommended for anyone visiting Berlin!

We had a great meal and drinks here. Too bad the Messiburger has disappeared from the menu! The service is all German, friendly but a bit less enthusiastic than in other hard rock cafes we have visited.

Had a fantastic experience at Hard Rock Cafe! Our server, Praveen and Joey, were absolutely amazing. I have multiple food allergies, and they were extremely careful and attentive throughout the entire meal. They made sure to double-check everything with the kitchen and kept me informed, which made me feel so safe and comfortable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was outstanding!

We'll skip this one, no reason to come back next time. Waited an hour for a drink. No possibility to eat because everything is fully booked. At 5:30 pm tables empty but no place to serve a plate with hamburger. There is a lot of smoking on the terrace, so it is not an option to eat there. Shame. The experiences in other cities have always been good.

Chicken fajitas were on the small side but tasted fine. Server was very nice. Atmosphere was the normal HRC one, I would have liked the music a lot louder though.

An excellent Hard Rock Cafe on beautiful Ku’damm. Recep was extra attentive and suggested the balcony for us. We loved it, sitting close to the trees. Ribs and nachos are super delicious! Recep checked on us several times. Staff makes such a difference in restaurants. We will come back whenever we are in Berlin.

I've been to Hard Rock locations in New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, London, Edinburgh, Barcelona, Madrid, Tenerife, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Porto, Brussels, Vienna, Krakow, Copenhagen, Valletta, Athens, Sharm El Sheikh, Dubai, Cape Town, and Toronto and, sadly, the long-closed Hard Rock Cafe Istanbul. I can proudly say that Hard Rock Cafe Berlin was my 23rd Hard Rock location. 🤘🙂🍾 But among all these, my memories at Hard Rock Cafe Berlin have truly been the most unforgettable in my nearly 20-year Hard Rock journey. At the entrance, I was wondering whether I should speak English as usual or try my half-forgotten high school German. 😆 And then, for the very first time at a Hard Rock, someone greeted me in my native language, creating a sweet and special moment for me and my family. 🙃 Despite being very busy due to Easter and not having a reservation, we were kindly offered a great table in just five minutes. For that, I’d like to give special thanks to dear Recep. As always, the food was amazing. We had the Ribeye, the BBQ Bacon Burger, and the Ribs. Everything was delicious, although the ribs were slightly dry, but considering how busy the restaurant was, that’s totally understandable. Huge thanks to the Hard Rock Berlin team for their great service and once again, thank you, Recep! One final request: please consider reopening a Hard Rock Cafe in Istanbul. We truly miss it and would love to see your brand back in our home country. 😞🌍

In every city we visit, we always make a point to go to the Hard Rock Cafe, if there is one. Naturally, we went to the one in Berlin and really enjoyed it. I can honestly say it was above our usual Hard Rock experience. All the staff were very attentive, but one employee in particular — Recep — was especially friendly and incredibly helpful.

The food wasn't anything special and the vegan burger patty didn't taste particularly good. It was just super expensive.

Stopped in for a drink. We sat upstairs at the bar. Music was a little louder, as always in the Hard Rock Cafés. I had a sangria. For the price I expected a little more. There was a small piece of orange in it and lots of ice. The glass also looked completely different than on the card. The beers were freshly tapped and delicious. We didn't eat here.

Very nice atmosphere. Service very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty. Not necessarily cheap in terms of price but reasonable for what is on offer. Table reservation recommended. What surprised us a bit was that it was pretty empty, even though we were told at the entrance that it was currently very full and there were no tables available. That was a little strange. Overall, definitely recommended!

Today we drove to the Hard Rock Café relatively spontaneously without a reservation. We actually got a good table, super friendly service and what we came by in the first place...gluten free food. We were really excited and we will definitely be coming back. Our daughter was so happy about a gluten-free burger. Thanks!!!

Coffee is good, I can't judge the food because we didn't have anything to eat, next time I want to try! The cost is a little high, but the atmosphere is really nice, come in if you happen to pass by!
