Very good restaurant and offer, but be sure to reserve in advance for events in the Uber Arena. We were lucky because I was traveling with people of very advanced age, I think the boss had a very big heart ❤️ and pushed around a bit for us to find space. A big thank you here too

We were here with six people. Amazing: Everyone ordered ribs. The ribs are an experience. We haven't had it that good yet. The portions are generous, but it's still worth ordering the larger portion. We were also happy to swap around to try things out. Everyone was thrilled. The side dishes really take a back seat here. Nevertheless, the many fries and the small coleslaw were good. Other guests also had burgers which also looked good. The service was attentive and everything was quick. We never had to wait long. It is unpleasant in winter when the door is kept open for a long time by other guests. The vestibule isn't of much use either, it just gets cold. The ambience in the American diner style fits well, but for our taste there is room for improvement. This is kept very simple. We're definitely not here for the last time. Maybe in the summer when we can sit outside.

Food was okay, tasted good and you had what you ordered on your plate, but the "love" was missing, standard cheap frozen fries and baguettes etc...makes you a little more self-sufficient instead of just defrosting and warming up...steak and ribs were a bit bland but okay The service was also okay, but what really bothered me was that the food/drinks/dessert menu was constantly taken away after you ordered... Yes! I just ordered a citizen but I'm fat, maybe I still want a steak...Yes! I've just had a cocktail but maybe I really want to paint my helmet today, especially since we're in a group here... what's the problem with leaving a drinks menu and why do you have to take it out of my hand when I say I don't want anything right now, rude! okay, maybe I'm a bit too strict, after all, the menu is really run of the mill... if you want good spirits, don't go to this shop where there's nothing other than Smirnoff, JimBeam, HavannaClub and Jägermeister, okay Jägermeister is always good, but you know what I mean... Toilets were certainly nice when they were new, but they are now pretty worn out and need a repairman again My visit was paid for by my employer and I may complain at a high level, it was okay, but privately I would certainly not spend my money in this store

Forbidden good - that's how you could describe the entire restaurant. The ambience is really awesome, stylish, lots of metal but still not cold. The food is simply a sin, right down to the dessert, although the bar is set very high with self-confident references to various awards even before it starts. Rightly so? I always thought that the spare ribs at Black Beard couldn't be topped. And I have to realize that they are not, because something that is perfect cannot be made better. But you can do it just as well, and that can definitely be said here. The ribs, which according to the company have won several awards, are really incredibly good and therefore fit perfectly into my "Hall Of Fame" of the ultimate barbecue ribs alongside the Black Beard. In addition, so-called chicken lollipops are also causing mischief here. These are small chicken legs that look more like mini minces, but have also been cooked slowly in smoke and are therefore at least as sinful to enjoy. My wife liked them even better than the ribs. I couldn't have decided. In any case, there was no taste of the usual “reasonable factor” of poultry over pork. No. Absolutely not! So if you want to consume less red meat for health reasons, you definitely won't compromise on lollipops, quite the opposite!! While the dessert selection isn't huge, it's just as top notch and nasty in terms of addictiveness and calories. My favorite was the Banana Cream Pie, consisting of - surprise - sliced ​​bananas, which was served on a banana cream and crumbled chocolate cookies. The banana cream is the evil thing about the dish. It also tastes like banana flavor, but to a degree that enhances the original flavor rather than flattening it. In terms of taste, but especially in terms of consistency and texture, the cream reminded me of the mascarpone cream from Gelato Eiscafe, just as addictive. As for the price of the dishes, well, it's not without its price. But you have to say clearly that every cent is justified! All that remains is the service. And it also delivers full marks. Not only was everyone consistently friendly, I have also rarely experienced such attentive service. My daughter had barely finished her orange juice and was just about to tell me that she would like some more when the service asked us whether we could have another juice. And that wasn't a coincidence, because it happened twice. A visit to the toilets didn't produce any criticism either. Everything was clean and valuable. The latest models of multifunctional mixer taps from Dyson are used here, which can also blow dry your hands at the same time. Conclusion: Absolute and unreserved recommendation, 5 points superior, so to speak!

I know everybody’s talking about the ribs, but the coleslaw salad is crazy good too😂 We had the pleasure of dining at Tony Roma’s today for my wife’s bday. I reserved a table a few days before, and seen a lot of people getting turned around as it was fully booked. THE STAFF IS TOP NOTCH. The service was just great. Pair that with The Ultimate Family Feast and you get a great night out ;) Really, we can’t thank you enough for this amazing evening.

Speaking as a person who hasn't been to the states, I can't provide a strong comment on the authenticity of its American 'restaurantness' but I can say that it had great food! It was aesthetically pleasing and the portion sizes were hearty. I liked the options of the various sauces to have with your food as well as it's presentation. By far the best coleslaw I've ever had!

Es ist immer wieder sehr nett dort. Die Rippen sind perfekt. Nur leider werden sie viel zu schnell serviert. Wir hatten gerade mal das Vorspeisen-Brot angebrochen - das würde ich gerne gemütlich und in Ruhe essen. Die blitzschnell gebrachten Rippen waren dann leider höchstens lauwarm, die Pommes heiß und knusprig. Ok, ich muss da nicht 3 Stunden sitzen, aber gemütlich wäre schon schön.

Es war schon immer etwas teurer sich etwas besonderes zu leisten, aber die Rippchen sind wirklich eine Sünde wert. Super lecker mit richtig viel Fleisch. Das hat dann schon etwas für die lange Wartezeit von 40 Minuten entschuldigt. Die Separes waren gemütlich, was die Lautstärke selbst bei Massenfütterung erträglich macht. Das es vorher noch warmes Brot mit Kräuterbutter nett angerichtet gab, hat uns gut gefallen. Die Getränkepreise sind zu hoch.

I recently celebrated my 60th birthday there. Unfortunately the service was not prepared for this at all. Two tables had to be hastily pushed together, even though the occasion and number of guests were known in advance. But the food was delicious and the service was attentive.

It was late but they still let us sit, a really nice and welcoming place! Details meticulously cared for. I took the ribs and a sandwich, truly spectacular! the Ribs above all, truly exceptional (truly experts in the sector)!

The food is rather good but not outstanding. The potato boats are quite bland, the jalapeno poppers are simple frozen goods and nothing special. The baked potato is very dark on the outside and the simple sour cream on the side is boring. Sour cream would give it more of a kick. The steak is tasty and grilled as requested. The spare ribs also taste very good and almost fall off the bone. All in all the food is good but not worth the price.

We had the table at the front door and it was always so fresh when the door opened. U pulled it but otherwise everything was great...we're coming definitely again

Das Essen wieder sehr lecker, wenngleich teilweise nicht sehr preiswert. Aber in jedem Fall lecker. Service gut. Interessant war der Rausschmiss. Reservierung zu 18.30 Uhr. Waren früher da. Aber um ca. 19:45 Uhr wurden wir gebeten doch bitte zu gehen, weil der Tisch benötigt werden würde. Das Restaurant hatte noch viele freie Tische!!!!! Das fand ich recht dreist und unverschämt.

If you want to eat really good spare ribs, you should definitely go here. We have never been disappointed 👌🏼 But the rest of the menu is also absolutely convincing and it tastes very, very good. Overall, you feel comfortable in the restaurant, even if I think it's a shame that some of the chairs are very worn and the upholstery is defective. I think you should have this claim, especially at this location.

We were there for the second time now. Same top quality! First there was a salad with scampi and the main course was baby back ribs. Like last year, it was impressively tasty. We'll definitely be back. If the journey wasn't 300km we would certainly eat there twice a month. Reservations are highly recommended.

The restaurant was very busy and yet the reception and service was very friendly. Onion rings and ribs are very tasty. But going out to eat isn't a bargain but it's worth every cent. One hundred percent recommendation.

The main course came while I was still busy with the starter, which I found a little unfortunate. I also ordered a cocktail with dinner that contained so much sugar that I couldn't drink it. From sip to sip I felt like the drink was getting sweeter and sweeter, which is why I was only able to drink about half of it. Unfortunately, it was not possible to accommodate and was fobbed off with the argument that if something doesn't taste good, there's nothing you can do. Nobody expects the drink to be given to them as a gift, but an accommodation or a small discount on the price of the drink would have been welcome, but was rejected. Unfortunately, I don't find this very service-oriented and customer-friendly, which is why I was there last time.

We really enjoy eating the Baby Backs ribs, but this time we found the portion of ribs a bit too small in relation to the price. We also find the time limit for meal times unreasonable for reservations of only 1.5 hours. The restaurant has to be careful here because as a customer you then draw a line. I was visiting Berlin with my two sons in December and after 10 years I wanted to go to Tony Romas again and enjoy the spare ribs. The restaurant is now at Uber Arena, along with many other restaurants. It's nicely decorated inside, but not too big (I think it used to be bigger near Potsdamer Platz). We had reserved and the service was great, even though there was a lot going on. There were also kids' versions of burgers and spare ribs, which I thought was good because the portions were rather large. I had the “Country Combo” or similar, i.e. the normal ribs and the Lousiana ribs. Top recommendation from me if you don't know it yet. Personally, I still prefer the classic ribs. The kids were happy too, although the spare ribs were better received than the mini burgers. The service was quick and friendly, we were completely happy. If you want to eat spare ribs, you have to go here.

Die Rippchen waren wie immer super. Das Hähnchenfleisch in den Chickenburgern waren, wie schon mal in den Hähnchenstücken, sehr trocken. Vielleicht sollte man da dünneres Fleisch nehmen. Bedienung war sehr nett, am Ende leider sehr selten gesehen. Alles im Allem aber immer wieder gerne.

In my opinion, Tony Roma's has the best spareribs ever. The baby ribs are the classic and almost fall off the bone just by looking at them. I was there years ago and loved it. When I was in Berlin again at the beginning of December, the tasty ribs convinced me again.

Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist nüchtern, z.t. zugig, wenn die Tür geöffnet wird und dies ist bei großen Andrang nach Events in den benachbarten Veranstaltungshäusern der Fall. Die Rippchen sind super und das Aushängeschild. Das Hühnchen war dagegen fad, trocken und lieblos angerichtet. Der Preis dafür absolut ungerechtfertigt. Der Service ist bemüht, die Einlasskontrolle unprofessionell organisiert und eher im rauhen Ton. Insgesamt nicht mehr dass, was ich in Erinnerung hatte, als das Lokal noch am Potsdamer Platz war.

Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut. Die bedienung hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und war sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und war wie erhofft hervorragend. Ja es hat seinen Preis. Das ist es aber wert.

Essen war wirklich Top 👍🏻, Kellner sehr freundlich, das Restaurant ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Einziges kleines Mango, waren die sanitäre Anlage. Hier müsste wohl öfters gereinigt werden, was jedoch immer den Gästen geschuldet ist.

I've heard a lot about Tony Roma's, but I've never been there. There was a shop on Potsdamer Platz that was very famous for its ribs. Today was the first day where I was able to convince myself of the ribs. We ordered the baby backs, the rib combo “ultimate family feast” includes the baby backs, breaded shrimp and the chicken lollipops. As a side dish there was the homemade coleslaw salad, corn on the cob and on top we had the mashed potatoes. Personally, I didn't think the mashed potatoes were that special, the salad was great and everything else was incredibly tasty and juicy. The terrace outside has an incredible view of the Uber Arena and you can watch the water fountains right in front of it. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service is quick and courteous and the food is served very quickly. Thank you and see you again.

Amerikanische Spezialitäten sehr lecker serviert. Große Portionen, schmackhaft gekocht. Frittiertes ohne Fettgeruch, damit vermute ich mal, dass das Frittierfett oft vielleicht sogar täglich gewechselt wird. Angenehmes Ambiente im touristischen Umfeld an der großen Arena.

Wir empfanden bei der Kellnerin besteht noch Luft nach oben. Wir saßen an einer Tür, welche als Durchgang nutzbar ist, was allerdings keiner der Servicemitarbeiter in Anspruch nahm, außer die Dame, welche für uns zuständig war. Sie ging hindurch, rempelte jedes Mal unseren Gast dabei an, ließ die Tür offen, obwohl Sie nicht erneut hindurch ging. Gerüche aus der Toilette erreichten uns dadurch. Auf die Frage, ob Sie dies bitte unterlassen könnte, schaute Sie uns nur entgeistert an und verschwand wortlos. Dann fing diese Dame an, über unseren Tisch mit einem Kollegen zu lästern und sich zu beschweren. Kein guter Eindruck und ein schlechter Nachgeschmack. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Had on December 21st. our Christmas party in the restaurant. Table was booked for 7 p.m. Were there before 6 p.m. It wasn't a problem getting the table beforehand. Eating very 😋 and all the food came to the table at the same time for everyone. Steaks were cooked to the right cooking point. Service very nice and attentive. Highly recommend the cocktails. It was a very pleasant evening with you. We were definitely not there for the last time.

Overall, I would like to give it 5 stars because everything was fine so far. BUT unfortunately our food wasn't hot, just warm. Unfortunately for me personally this is no small matter and for the price I expect a hot meal. Overall, a pretty high-priced restaurant with very nice staff and comfortable furnishings.
