The record for two is really good. I haven't eaten polled pork this good in a long time. It would be nice if you could pay with a credit card.

The food (mixed plate of two + garlic bread) was good. I liked the chicken wings best (very tender and lots of meat) and the homemade farmer fries. Prices are not exactly cheap. Service friendly. Furnishings are very nice, although a little too gloomy overall. It's quite difficult to reach without a car, and there are basically just a few workshops around and a hotel opposite. This offers a lot of parking spaces, but these are actually only intended for hotel guests.

Food was delicious! We had the bbq mix (for 2 to share) plus a mac&cheese. Perfect amount of food for us. 😊👌 I would like to see some local beers on the menu, since there are two craft breweries close to the place. 🍺 Warning tho - you can only pay with cash (unless you have a giro card aka "EC-Karte, that hardly exists nowadays)!

With four people on site €50 each. Meat too dry for all orders. Sandwich was more toast with mozzarella sticks than gourmet cuisine. The sweet potato fries were great.

We were there spontaneously today. Had reserved by phone 3 hours in advance. Capacity was 3/4 full on a Saturday evening at 6:00 p.m. The service guys were super friendly. Unfortunately it was very cold in the otherwise stylish atmosphere, so some of us initially left our jackets on. It's a shame that there is no special menu for the kids and there is no designated dessert menu. Upon request, there was vanilla ice cream. The food was tasty, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. I've had my ribs more tender before. However, regionality scores points. 4 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ can be done! 👍

After an exciting drive into nowhere in the snow, we suddenly found ourselves there... quite an unreal place for Berlin. Inside it was very nice and rustic, you could almost still see the old stock exchange (even though it was so dark that I had trouble seeing the food). We ordered two mixed plates for the four of us, covering half the menu. In terms of taste and appearance, the ribs, chicken wings and side dishes were more reminiscent of bowling alley food. However, the pulled pork and dessert were great. But the bill made the bowling alley dream shattered... that was it for mom's Christmas money...

Seats too tight or tables too narrow. Ambience great and cozy. Food was ok.

Little insider tip. It was our first time eating here and it was very tasty. Unfortunately it is very hidden in a kind of commercial area. It's rare to come by there purely by chance.

I would like to give 6 stars for everything!!!! I became aware of this location through a tip from friends and I have to say that we were not disappointed. We were there with 8 people and they were also very enthusiastic about it. My recommendation is to reserve a table for large groups and my recommendation is to look at the menu in advance so that when ordering or reserving, you can specify what you would like to eat (so as not to be disappointed, for example pastramie). is) . We had the BBQ Sparribe, BBQ Beef Sparribe and other dishes from the menu and EVERYONE THOUGHT IT WAS SUPER DELICIOUS!!!! We made reservations on Friday evening. Most people had already eaten, but we waited 45 minutes for our food (there were two of us). The service was nice, but they didn't have a good overview and an eye for newcomers. Spare ribs 500g were lukewarm and not juicy, the BBQ sauce was good. With the mac'n'cheese, the noodles were very soft and tasted floury. Garlic bread was perfect but was forgotten when ordering and came after we asked. Drinks were ok, but not particularly outstanding. Price too expensive for the quality of the food.

Important to note that only Giro cards and cash are accepted here. In 2024!! This was upsetting as we found out after we finished our meal and wanted to pay. I had to travel 1km to withdraw cash at the ATM. Hence, the 3 stars. Aside from that, the food was well-presented and tasted good, with the cocktails being particularly nice.

The ambience was good, even if the lighting in the store itself was a bit dim. My table wasn't straight, so the plate kept almost slipping off the table. The food came after 1 1/2 hours, for some only after 2 hours. The food was, to put it politely, below average. The burger was cold and anything but medium rare, as ordered. The fries were inedible! I lacked taste in everything! The only really great thing about the shop for me was the staff, the one waitress in particular was really very nice and accommodating. For you alone I would have given 6 stars for the service, the gentlemen seemed slightly overwhelmed! It's a shame, maybe I had too high expectations or maybe I didn't have such a good evening.

Generous portions, very great food, very nice service. Fantastic BBQ sauce. Music choice was questionable and the giant banister with the logo hanging on the wall is a strange decorating choice that removes some of the otherwise nice industrial qualities of the space. Nice cocktails, but could have had more beer options. Located in a very strange place (I doubt its possible to stumble over this place without prior planning), but definitely worth the trip!

Cool location, unfortunately a bit out of the way, but definitely worth a visit. Very tasty food, BBQ, all young people working, nice and accommodating.

I went there with a good friend after a recommendation from a work colleague who raved about this shop. The ambience, very nice. It feels comfortably warm and the interior is well put together. The staff was more than friendly and not intrusive. The corn dogs, a dream. Delicious cheese sausages in a corn dough coating. I then ate the chipotle burger with jalapenos. The meat is very juicy and delicious all around. The fries that we specially ordered were very good. Not the best I've eaten so far, but they were tasty. Important: They were NOT oversalted. Definitely price/performance ratio. We paid €59 for 4 drinks, 2 burgers, 2x corn dogs and 1 small bowl of fries. Which is absolutely fine. The parking situation is so-so. Directly opposite, they have a large parking lot, but unfortunately only for hotel guests. If you dare, you can stand there, but you have to remember that it can be towed away.

The food is good, is nicely prepared and initially seems sufficient. You can't always meet every taste right away, but there are tools to help you do that. Then a bit strange that as a BBG FACTORY there is only a small fly fart BBQ sauce on the plate and you have to ask for a 2nd or 3rd one. We reordered twice and found that even though the restaurant was empty, it took up to 20 minutes to prepare individual dishes. Unfortunately, 2-3 things on the menu are significantly overpriced. What is really annoying and unfortunately cannot be excused in this day and age is the fact that you can only pay with the old-fashioned EC Maestro card from the 90s. When asked, a small A5 sized sign was shown on which it was written like this but no one noticed it. If asked, the contract or switching from an EC card to an ALL card contract is too expensive. Anyone who has an idea or is an expert here knows that this is nonsense and nonsense. I haven't had a debit card for years and only have the three most common credit cards, but that's okay. We ate well but that was it. Service top and no complaints, so as far as the gentleman at the tables in front of the bar is concerned, the lady behind the bar was a little unmotivated. The location itself is cool and clean, it's quite impressive. Unfortunately I HAVE to deduct 3 stars for the card payment stuff, because unfortunately that's no longer an excuse these days. If you want to make money, you also have to give your customers the opportunity to spend it.

The food was great tastes like in the USA. When you walk in, you immediately feel like you're in a Texas BBQ joint.

I was very surprised to find such good food in the area.

We chose the pastrami sandwich and the spare ribs (pork) . The pastrami was seasoned well and tasted amazing. It was quite tasty for almost 20 Euros but we were happy that a lot of the meat was put inside the sandwich. The sandwich itself was also really good, crispy and fit well to the meat. The spare ribs however were a bit dry on the inside and tasted okay. The waiters were super kind, polite and also attentive, asking us whether everything was alright and whether we needed anything.

Went there for dinner last Friday. Food excellent!!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Any time. Two small notes for the operator. It was difficult to read the menu in the restaurant because the lighting at the table was rather dim. And maybe you should think about wet wipes if the customer orders finger food.

The food was really great. We had the beef ribs... Super tender and tasted amazing. The waiter was very attentive. Yes, the price is pretty decent overall. But the portion was very large and really tasty. Unfortunately, the ambience in the industrial area is just OK... But inside it's really cozy. We'd love to come back! A real recommendation!

The meat was decent but the sides were rather bleak. There's a craft beer brewery right next door but their beer menu is pretty conventional.

Sadly I didn't finish my meal. It tasted mediocre to me but my German partner liked everything. The home made drinks were nice. You can only pay with EC/cash. No credit cards despite it being 2024.

Update 2024: Food still great, service friendly, definitely try it! Great spare ribs, a great burger, a good sandwich and super-crispy sweet potato fries, homemade barbecue sauce to top it off with - and always delivered quickly and hot. Top!

Location is hidden and not exactly in the coolest area, but the food and service make it worth stopping by. Both the sandwich and the burger were delicious. Also very rich with the fries. I preferred not having room for the mega brownie dessert. They also have good beer and the prices are fair. We'll definitely be back.

Very large restaurant with large parking lot, tastefully decorated. There were four of us here and we got a place without any problem. The service was friendly and the food was delicious, although the beef ribs were unfortunately very dry. Unfortunately, the cocktail and dessert selection leaves something to be desired. Overall a good BBQ restaurant for an evening with friends.

Great shed. Food is a 10 out of 10. And there is free parking. Payment can be made in cash or with debit card. Unfortunately you can't use a credit card here.

Food was very good and sufficient, service friendly and accommodating. Environment absolutely ok for us, nice and quiet location.

Very friendly service, very tasty food. We had the burger, pulled pork sandwich and the side salad. Very good portions. The salad is enough as a starter for two people. As a starter we had the garlic bread. We recommend. The iced tea with lemon is homemade and tastes very fresh.

Our group enjoyed the food and loved the atmosphere, the whole location smelled amazingly good like wood and only slightly like bbq.

We had dinner last Saturday. So we were satisfied. Food and drinks were great. Disappointing in the end as we wanted to pay our bill with a voucher! Unfortunately, since we had an invoice of around €107 and our voucher worth €180, payment was not possible. The staff was not allowed to make a written change in the voucher with the rest. Super annoying because we weren't informed about this beforehand when we received it.😤 Therefore the tip to everyone: When redeeming the voucher, the bill should be higher!

US food in a rustic atmosphere The approach to the commercial area is bumpy and over bad cobblestones, parking spaces are shared with the hotel opposite. Enough space for a football team on Saturday evening. Very nice, attentive service. Food really tasty. Portion manageable. A large portion of ribs didn't even fill up the wife. All side dishes extra. So you can hardly get away with less than 30 euros for food. The pastrami sandwich for just under 20 euros was delicious but only with 3 forks of coleslaw and pickles. If we shared potato wedges, that was enough. Since there is no through traffic, it is quite quiet even if there is no view. It won't be our regular restaurant, but you can do it.

The food was very tasty, but not a taste explosion. It was a little too sweet for me. The restaurant itself is great, a little too dark, the service is great. All in all recommended. I'll be back again too. Now I was there again. Prices have increased. Still felt like I had less on my plate. I also had the feeling that the quality of the ribs was no longer that high. The meat wasn't that tasty and there wasn't much meat on it. The dessert was very tasty.

All I can say is...I love it! The ambience, the service, the food...very good. The meat (we had ribs) is tender, juicy and flavorful. We have been to the old stock exchange three times so far and were not disappointed.

The platter for two was very tasty and sufficient, the brisket was okay, the coleslaw was deliciously dressed.

There were two of us on a Friday evening. Reservation went very well, service was friendly. We sat very closely, private conversations are rather difficult. The food is good, although very meat-heavy with little side option, but that's probably the goal. You should avoid heels, the atmosphere is rustic. With a full house I imagine the toilet situation (I only saw 1 for ladies) would be difficult, but it was very clean. I might want to go again in the summer in the hope of seeing the smoker in action :-)

The beef ribs are so delicious that I give 5 stars for that directly! It was very soft and tasty, and the bbq sauce was perfectly matching it. I also ordered two Mac’n cheese portions, but only one was enough for two people. It came very warm, but was too dry and although it was good, I wouldn’t order it again as it’s not as tasty as other mac’n cheese I’ve eaten in other places (maybe because it was too dry?... not sure). I’ve also ordered their burgers and I liked them pretty much. The cheesesteak sandwich is amazing and the meat is really juicy and soft!

We were able to stop in with 5 people shortly before the kitchen closed. The food was good quality and plentiful, the drinks tasted a bit stale. Prices definitely above average, location hidden but stylishly furnished. EC card payment is possible.

That was absolute rubbish!!! 130 for a record which was absolutely ridiculous! 2 ribs that was a joke, just not recommended, please go somewhere else... That was just sad! And it was my birthday...Never again!

An absolutely wonderful place. Every detail has been taken care of with precision, from the excellent food to the impeccable services and the enchanting atmosphere. I can't recommend the ribs highly enough, they are simply delicious.

On Saturday at 8 p.m. there were plenty of tables available and a waiter served the 10 occupied tables. It all went pretty quickly. Drinks were picked up and delivered quickly. Food was also served quickly and tasted really good. Of course, none of this is particularly cheap here. But I'd rather pay a little more if everything is correct, which is the case here. Toilets very well maintained. Overall, I like that there is a lot of space and high ceilings here compared to the other store on Pappelallee. It is much more comfortable and lovingly furnished here. There is also a large free parking lot. I will now only prefer Marzahn. My tip: a small rack of ribs with mac & cheese is enough to still have room for dessert afterwards. With a small beer and tip you're at €30. It fits.

Interesting restaurant in Marzahn. Tested it with friends yesterday. Food was very tasty and is what you would expect at a BBQ location. Prices are also what you would expect from BBQ and match the quality. The dessert was also very tasty. You just have to ask because it's not on the menu. If you like burgers, you should stop by on Tuesday or Thursday because those are the burger days. Recommended, come back.

After a visit with very good hospitality, this time we ordered and picked up. Unfortunately, that was pretty disappointing. In terms of quality, this had nothing to do with past experience on site.

So far one of the best BBQ spots in Germany that I’ve been to. I have been here a few times and I have tried a few different dishes, their smoked Beef Rib is definitely a must try but bring a friend or come hungry! It’s a good portion size! Overall, A great spot for a quality meat binge!!!

So the store was convincing. Someone has really thought about this. The ambience is coordinated... fits the BBQ theme. The service was very friendly and was also able to advise on food. I had the 500g pork ribs and potato wedges... the ribs were incredibly tender and tasty.. potato wedges were crispy and had the right amount of salt and the coleslaw was also delicious. Everything I made myself, which I think is important. Definitely worth a visit. Deserved 5 stars!

Tucked away in a rather strange area, Blackbeard is a pretty cool shop. The restaurant is located in an old, converted factory hall. The staff is nice, but could be more attentive (our side dishes were only brought when we asked, sour cream was given to us instead of mayo). The food itself was delicious and the atmosphere was great. We had a vegetarian with us. This was communicated in advance and there was a special veggie burger for him (it's not otherwise on the menu). Meat eaters will be very happy here, otherwise vegetarians will only find side dishes that they can eat.

I was a bit disappointed, I didn't expect to get just two burnt sausages with no side dishes for 14 euros in a restaurant where you have to sit on a cheap blanket as a poster and can only wash your hands with ice-cold water. When I asked Keller about it, he wanted to add something, but then he forgot. My girlfriend was still hungry afterwards, but since the whole thing took a little over an hour, we didn't order again. By the way, I had the sandwich, which tasted very good but was also a bit small for 19 euros.

The store is really beautifully designed and the staff is friendly! However, the food is extremely expensive and not worth the money. 6€ for 2 5cm long corn dogs 33€ for 600g beef ribs that taste like mom’s goulash…… Not again, or for drinking…..

We were very disappointed! Ambiance was really cool but that was all. It was just as cold and most of the guests had their jackets on and insisted on a blanket. Absolutely understaffed staff and not particularly friendly. We waited 35 minutes for drinks and we didn't get anything at all. The food was an absolute disaster. We ordered the fleischblatte for two people and waited for an hour. Food was cold! Ribs way too dry and partly burnt, fries too salty. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he just said that no one had ever complained and that things usually get better 🤔what kind of statement is that!? We are very disappointed because the bill was €95 for two people!!!! And we didn't leave the store with a smile after a good meal as usual.

Super delicious ribs!! The ambience is very perfect as well, not too noisy and big and spacious. The service is pretty fast and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have some yummy ribs!!!

Ambience very inviting and service friendly and attentive. Brisket was good. The smoky BBQ sausages were tasty and something different. The chicken wings were nice and big and tasty. Unfortunately we didn't get the mash and cheese. Prices were a bit overpriced. We'll be back again in the summer

I received a confirmation for my reservation on Tuesday for the weekend. It was a special occasion and I mentioned it. Once there they had no clue what the reservation was about. I showed the confirmation on my phone and nothing. So he offered the smallest crooked table they had in there. I am not even kidding: what we ordered did not fit in the table, I started taking the decoration down to the floor, and the plates were sliding sideways. So I advise you to make a reservation beforehand not to... Oh no, wait.

Nice service but the food was really too greasy for me

The food was super tasty. Our recommendation is to order dishes or add-ons individually and share them instead of the platter. The sweet potato chips were super crunchy and especially the chicken wings and pulled pork were great. The only annoying thing was the attention of the service. We had to make a real effort to place orders, get cutlery or the table cleared. The waiter behind the bar was extremely helpful. We hope you're still grooving.
