The ambience was fantastic. A man comes in and goes straight into a small vaulted cellar. Very stylish and comfortably furnished. The staff was also very friendly, especially the chef. The food was incredibly tasty and our children really liked it too.

Heerlijk gegeten in deze bijzondere locatie. Dit restaurant heeft een echt gutbürgerliche Küche. Gezien het aantal tafeltjes is vooraf reserveren noodzakelijk.

We were on vacation nearby and spontaneously called in the afternoon and asked if there was room for the two of us in the evening and we were lucky. Unfortunately, the landlady had to send guests away throughout the evening because the restaurant was completely full. And that's how you want it for the innkeepers. The food was absolutely delicious and exactly what we expected. Simple home-style cooking.

We were also in the Römerkeller for the first time and were thrilled. Very friendly service, nice menu, the food tasted great, and the price was absolutely reasonable! We will certainly be guests in the Römerkeller again.

A pleasure every time😋 This time we visited the Römerkeller. They were also very enthusiastic. The meat is deliciously tender, the spaetzle is on point and the sauces are a dream. The dessert also left nothing to be desired. The staff was super friendly as always :)

Very nice restaurant in the old cellar, with an outdoor area when the weather is good. The food was plentiful and very tasty 😋, friendly attentive service, very cheap for the delicacies. Could easily charge a few euros extra! We were very satisfied and will come back when we are in Sulzburg next year!

Were here with the entire family. Were greeted very nicely and brought to our table. The service was super friendly. The rump steak was very tasty. You should always book your table in advance, they all fill up quickly.

Because of the good food I went there with my daughters for dinner two days in a row. The schnitzels baked with onions, Münster cheese and raw ham are simply amazing! We also enjoyed the simple side salad and spaetzle with wild mushrooms. The staff is busy, but always extremely friendly. An absolute recommendation!

Food wasn't my thing, cordon bleu was far too dry for me, no melted cheese, just dry. A pity. Great service and nice ambience

Go here if you want to eat proper Schnitzel or other German food in a very cosy restaurant. We’ve got some salad to start, which had a nice taste. The Schnitzel I had was awesome, it included mushrooms & bacon both from the Black Forest. And topped off with some cheese. The flavor did not disappoint at all. Unfortunately, we couldn’t finish the dish. Best of all? We’ve got a doggy bag home! I wouldn’t recommend dessert, which is just some fried apple.

Was a guest at the "Römerkeller" in Heitersheim for the second time and was absolutely thrilled again this time. Great team, rustic ambience in a Roman vaulted cellar with a show kitchen, where the boss wields the pots and pans himself and excellent, freshly prepared food at a really more than fair price-performance ratio. I can only warmly recommend this culinary pearl in the middle of Heitersheim, because here guests get real quality for their money. Many thanks to the whole team at “Römmerkeller”! No question, we'll definitely see each other again. I'm happy to take the route from Binzen.

The Römer Keller is a small, very nice restaurant. The old vaulted cellars offer a very special atmosphere and the food is also very good. Price-performance ratio is right and the staff is very attentive. We would definitely eat here again. :)

We ate Leberle with Brägele. The Leberle were very tender and the staff was very friendly. Here the boss still cooks himself. We liked it very much. I am looking forward to the next time

Wir haben draußen gesessen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Personal war ziemlich knapp besetzt, trotzdem sehr nett und freundlich. Können wir sehr empfehlen und kommen im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ten eerste een mooie locatie met een fijne service, het eten was onwijs goed, de schnitzels zijn een aanrader! We konden hier terecht zonder voorafgaand te reserveren.

El local es espectacular, acogedor y se come tremendamente bien, el servicio genial y el dueño es un krack que está al quite de todo y es el cocinero y vamos a repetir. Es de verdad un buen sitio y además barato lo cual nos sorprendió por la calidad y cantidad de comida.

Leckeres Essen zu guten Preisen, guter Service, hat sehr gut gepasst.

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal im Römerkeller und fanden es beim zweiten Mal genauso super, wie beim ersten Mal. Wir hatten einen Salat mit Pute, ein Spargelgericht und die Kids haben die Kinderkarte genutzt. Die Portionen sind ausreichend und die Bedienung ist sehr nett. Was uns besonders erstaunt hat, war ein Detail der Bestellung vom ersten Mal. Das ist außergewöhnlich. :) Zum Abschluss empfinden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich top und werden ziemlich sicher wieder kommen.

Uriges Ambiente und gutes Essen von einfacher Art. Sehr gut geschmeckt. Hauptgerichte sind meist Schnitzelvariationen.

Ich war beruflich und Heitersheim und bin über die Google Suche auf den Römerkeller gestoßen. Das Essen war richtig richtig gut, sehr lecker, super frisch, sehr gut abgeschmeckt und ein mehr als faires Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Sobald ich wieder beruflich hier bin, gehe ich auf jeden Fall wieder im Römerkeller essen!

Wir waren zu viert Essen und waren sehr begeistert. Das Essen war herfohrragend, Servic waren sehr freundlich und der Chef kam auch, ob alles recht war. Es war alles herfohrragend. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Ambiente kommt sehr gut rüber und es ist sehr lecker

Kleine, eingegrenzte Karte. Habe für 27,50€ Rumpsteak mit Bratkartoffeln gegessen. Vorweg einen Salat. War zu wenig. Man sagte mir ich könnte ja noch Pommes hinterher bestellen. Wir haben 88€ gezahlt. Alle blieben hungrig. Dessert gab es auch nur 2. Sind anschließend ins OX gegangenen. Dort noch etwas gegessen und Dessert. Im OX noch einmal 59€ die sich lohnten.
