Unusual sushi, very nicely prepared. Unfortunately, you don't always get what you order here, but sometimes improvised rolls that aren't on the menu. In principle, complaints will not be addressed!! Update: The order was placed at the branch in Langenhorn (see photo)!

Food good, service and delivery underground! We ordered at 5:16 p.m. with delivery time at 1830. At around 6:45 p.m. I called the branch in Langenhorn, whereupon they apologized to me, promised a free drink and promised me delivery in 15 to 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I called again... "The driver will be there in 2 to 3 minutes, he'll be right at your front door" - click, hung up. It then took another 20 minutes until the driver showed up at our front door after a total of 1 hour delay. There was neither the promised drink from Rohhäppchen (whatever it was), nor a voucher, discount or anything similar that could have reduced my disappointment with this subterranean service. I can't understand the excuse that there's a lot going on today: then you're not allowed to take so many orders. I won't order there again, I hope the other branches are more competently managed.

Easily my new go-to sushi place. Fresh ingredients and full of flavors. The star of the show is def their prawn sushi roll. Plus their chicken sushi is halal. 100% recommended 💯💯

First takeaway order. Pleasantly surprised: quickly and freshly prepared with love. A little more expensive than the competition, no discounts - but worth every cent. Not the last time...

I usually pick up here. Classic delivery service. Unfortunately the branch in Eidelstedt is closed. In my opinion, Rohhäppchen is one of the best sushi suppliers in Hamburg. The quality is top as always. Unfortunately, only the edamame are always completely overcooked, so I wish they still had at least a little bite.

Sorry.. But while the price is increased and additional delivery costs of almost 2 euros are charged, the rolls have become significantly smaller and are almost falling apart! It's a real shame that you've changed so much... Unfortunately, ordering from you is no longer an option, even though your products taste great. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right here. What a shame!

For pickup/delivery only. Sushi was very tasty, but the sauces all cost extra and quite a bit extra. Premium price, semi premium taste. Good vegan selection. Still tasty, don't regret anything but wouldn't necessarily get it again.

I've been ordering from Rohhäppchen for years and I have to say that the quality has declined in the last few months. I ordered mixed tuna salmon sashimi, which in terms of portion size for 20 EUR was just half of what is normally delivered. Okay… tuna okay, salmon tastes weird this time. Gave it to my cat to try and she won't eat it, so trash as she loves fresh salmon. It's hard to go wrong with tempura vegetables... fried and greasy. Miso soup was okay, but all in all a poor performance that I don't want to use again.

Everything is really right here - quality and service. I complained about something once and immediately received a very nice email and then a new order on the house - on the date I requested. You have once again completely convinced me of you, thank you for the great and personal service! I really enjoy ordering from Rohhäppchen and can only recommend it.

Very friendly staff, high-quality fresh products (even on Sundays) and top preparation! After 15 minutes of driving, still warm and fresh like eating in a restaurant. If you like high-quality sushi, this is the right place for you!

The food was wrong and way too late never order here again

I used to love the sushi. They were always not cheap, but very tasty. Today I ordered them again (Langenhorn). Unfortunately I'm disappointed, the quality is no longer there. Expensive but no longer tasty. Almost €70 and no enjoyment. For that money I would rather order Henssler at home. I'm really sorry😢

Unfortunately that was nothing today!!! 90€ for unspectacular sushi. Wanted without meat….. but came with…. After 2 hours!!!! It's better to add a minimum and order from the competition. Unfortunately it's more of a wannabee at the moment... A pity….. Loveless... No more sense for the product. It was different at first...

Our sushi was very tasty and well prepared. The order was also delivered quickly for the quantity. The price is a little higher but we all found it worth it. Will order again.

I‘m not a huge fan of sushi in Germany but I’m a big fan now of their vegan König Drosselbart with Enoki mushrooms, tempura avocado, vegan teriyaki sauce and carrots. Very tasty.

Life is too short for bad sushi! So for us it's just raw morsels. The prices are steep, but the taste is simply unmatched. By the way, super nice employees on the phone and delivery service too ;)

When ordering, instead of the vegetarian dumplings, the ones filled with mince were delivered and instead of the vegan sushi option, the ones with fish were delivered. When asked, they promised to redeliver the order. This order never arrived. Won't order again.

Really one of the best sushi restaurants in Hamburg, especially among delivery services! It always tastes great and even as a non-vegan I am pleasantly surprised by the vegan versions 👌🏽😮‍💨

Unfortunately, a portion for €50 doesn't even come with sauce. We've ordered several times before where you have to buy a good amount for €3.50. The glasses and the quantity have become smaller, but the price has remained the same. Abbbbbbbeeer…. Despite being so cheeky, the sushi is an absolute treat for the palate - and of course the sauces too. You won't fail when it comes to quality, but you'll be happy to spend a mark more. I would still like to get a small jar of sauce with a fairy tale box.

⭐⭐⭐ sounds bad? It's not, but the "We're different" and "We're better because we're more expensive" doesn't work for everyone - the expensive, elaborate MontBlanc-style packaging doesn't match "5ct with every order for 'Café with a heart' "... Sushi? Creative, sometimes very significant deviation from the illustrations and thus from the taste expectation, but definitely tasty, although far away from Henssler or our German winner in Potsdam.

Hands off! The order doesn't arrive and no one can be reached in any restaurant.

Delivery on Sunday (ordered around 5:30 p.m.) stated as about 90 minutes but it arrived after about 60 minutes. The rolls were delicious, I couldn't see how many there were online. I found it a bit more expensive and the site a bit confusing.

Once again first class! Received perfect, nice information over the phone. Creative, delicious (also vegan) selection, attractively prepared. Great quality. Prices are not the cheapest category, but absolutely justified. Fast delivery despite high business volume. Always consistently good. If you collect 7 glasses you will receive a free sushi roll! Wow!

Contact by telephone is not possible at all before 4:30 p.m. Orders via web only over €30. If you want to pick up you have no choice but to order anyway for €30.

Thank for the dinner. Ill start with the positive. Great service, with a High speed. The packing was brilliant. Nice looking and a touch of elegance. Really impressive. The food was ok. It would really make a slam dunk, if the same level og attention to details was used on the food, as it was on the packing. The sashimi was to Big in my opinion. I had a feeling of eating a whole fish. Rather ligth and cheaper than so Big and expensive. A shame. The rolls, the idea was good, taste with truffle, was a good idea. But again i miss the details. All in one, acceptable, to improvement.

Delicious vegan rolls - the tastiest lunch break in a long time!

Although the employee was friendly, the quality of the sushi was quite disappointing. An hour ago we picked up a “fairy tale box” with 6 different rolls and every single piece fell apart. And as if it wasn't bad enough, we discovered a hair in a roller, which is a no-go! I don't expect quality from sushi from the supermarket, but I do expect quality from a restaurant that specializes in sushi!

We really enjoyed the sushi. We have rarely eaten so well. I'm already looking forward to the next visits / the next order

I ordered takeout on July 10, 2021. That worked well, I was on time and the order was ready. I think it's good that you get a roll for free if you give away seven deposit jars. I wanted to do this when I ordered two vegan boxes of “The Three Lucky Children” and decided on a roll of “Rumpelstiltskin”. At home the disillusionment: It is filled with salmon. What we didn't know is that "Rumpelstiltskin" is available as a vegan version and as a version filled with salmon. Dear Rohhäppchen team: If someone orders two vegan boxes and you give them twice the name, then I expect that as a customer I will be asked on the phone whether I want the vegan version or the one with fish. You have to know your product range better than the customer. In addition, the quality of the sushi is steadily declining, now also in Langenhorn. For this order, the middle rolls in the box had been placed in the wasabi. That is not how it works. I'm happy to pay for quality, but then you have to deliver!

I have never eaten such delicious sushi. There are many variations and combination options, with elegant and sustainable packaging, where everything is wrapped very clearly and is also very tasty. The employees are all pieces of gold, as they are not only friendly, professional and do a great job, but also keep a cool head in the event of complications and leave a family feeling. It's a dream that this restaurant exists in Langenhorn and is therefore within reach. I definitely won't go back to any other sushi restaurant than this one.

Have ordered here twice now and both times the very tasty sushi, which is beautifully prepared and looks very appetizing, was delivered quickly. The price isn't cheap either, but it's not as outrageously expensive as Hensler. You have new regular customers.

I ordered twice and today I made a mistake when ordering, which was solved very accommodatingly with an extra delivery. The first time we ordered, they called and said there was a bit of a delay and apologized for that. The most important thing is of course the taste and everything tastes great! Visually it also looks great! Highly Recommended!

Ordered sushi to pick up: everything was ready on time at the agreed time. The various sushi rolls were very elaborately and visually appealingly designed and put together - and super tasty. Our expectations were exceeded. Perfect! We will happily order here again. Many thanks to your team!

I ordered a vegan sushi box, the food was nicely presented in a box. The taste was good even when the food had not much in common with traditional sushi. Nevertheless I would order there again in the future.

Catastrophe!!! Pre-ordered sushi in the morning for 60 euros. Delivery should be between 7:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. No delivery at 9 p.m. No availability by phone or email. One star is still too many. We now have to order somewhere else... and never again from Rohhäppchen... not even answering the phone is an absolute disaster.

Unfortunately nothing received after 2 hours. We then canceled.

Already ordered twice, the sushi is super tasty but you have to allow at least 2 hours for delivery. Other delivery services can definitely do this better.

Tastes as good as it looks, very tasty.

Unfortunately it didn't roll well/everything fell apart. The box wasn't optimal either - everything stuck to the cardboard - (it wasn't the black box - a foil would have helped. It's a shame - what wasn't stuck to the cardboard simply broke apart and stuck to the cardboard.

Super tasty and creative sushi, beautifully prepared, superbly packaged. No one size fits all. We tried “Tischleine Deck Dich” yesterday and are real fans. From the friendly driver to the taste, everything was great. Small drawback: The sushi was so fresh that the rice unfortunately stuck to the cardboard package - but that really didn't make a difference. We are convinced that if sushi is at home, then here!

Fast delivery, was well prepared, perfectly packaged so that nothing could be crushed. The taste was well matched. I always look for places that I can choose as my default when I want to eat one way. For sushi it is this one

We are disappointed and honestly hoped for more. The sushi compositions couldn't convince us with the exception of “The Blonde Eckbert” - but that's certainly a matter of taste... For sushi in the higher price range, we would have expected more when preparing the rolls... In terms of taste and craftsmanship, it cannot be compared with “Henssler at Home”!

So many people told me raw snacks were so great, or the best. I have to say that I tried everything from local cheap “stalls” to HennslerAtHome and chic restaurants. The delivery time was good (20 minutes) and the packaging/presentation is really nice. For 100€ you get comparatively very little sushi and what you have is okay - but it just doesn't taste great. And with sushi, my favorite food, I don't really care about the presentation, as long as the taste blows you away. When freshly prepared, I would like the ingredients in the roll, such as beef, tempura prawns or crispy chicken, to be warm and not at refrigerator temperature.

After a colleague recommended it, I tried it out and what can I say... ... great sushi, beautifully presented (no plastic box, soy sauce in a glass can be reused, nice and sustainable) Price/performance top and that for a delivery service! Dear Rohhäppchen team, After I placed my order, I was able to enjoy a delicious and elegant sushi box after just 20 minutes. Although the price is comparatively high, it was an impressive and tasteful experience. The presentation after opening the box was very nice and artistic, but I forgot to take a picture, which is why I will probably order more often in the future ?:^).

Neither the presentation nor the taste can be compared to normal delivery sushi. Anyone who orders here will receive absolutely delicious sushi packaged plastic-free, appetizingly prepared and with finely coordinated ingredients. Definitely try it out, you won't regret it.

As an absolute sushi fan, I can only recommend raw bites. The sushi rolls were prepared with a lot of love and are also incredibly delicious! Simply a culinary delight. The delivery time was great and packaging was sustainable.
