Modern, welcoming place, original Italian dishes, the Bolognese is made to perfection, the service is very good, I eat there almost every day and I need to go quickly for my work and they always satisfy me and to finish they always offer me a good original Italian espresso, something very rare to find.

Aglio e olio with extra shrimp – instead of 16€ then 29€, but absolutely recommended!

Traditional Italian restaurant in Frankfurt, the food is freshly prepared and both pizza and pasta tasted very good, especially the Pizza Parma.

Food was okay. When we wanted to pay, the owner Captain Lazy Eye said no pay by card when I was looking right at the pin terminal in front of me. Without excuse he send me out into the dark area around the Haubtbahnhof to get cash. When I found the ATM I was surrounded by 5 thugs looking over my shoulder what I was getting. Not a great experience.

I honestly find it hard to understand why the overall rating of this place is so high. The restaurant does have a certain charm, and the food isn’t bad at all. The pizza I had was worthy of being called an Italian pizza, and the Alfredo sauce on my wife’s pasta was very good. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review, even though I find your reply quite inappropriate and unprofessional. My review was honest, balanced, and based on my personal experience at your restaurant. I praised the quality of the food, especially the pizza and the Alfredo sauce, and even noted the charm of the place. However, the service on the day I visited was simply not acceptable — cold, almost rude, and it felt like the staff didn’t want customers there at all. Calling a customer “crazy” for sharing their experience reflects exactly the kind of attitude I encountered during my visit. I sincerely hope you can use constructive feedback to improve your service rather than insulting your guests. However — and I don’t want to be unfair because maybe it was just a bad day for the staff — it really felt like they were annoyed that there were customers in the restaurant. The service was poor, almost rude, as if we were bothering them by being there. It was, by far, the worst service experience I’ve had in Frankfurt, and for the first time here, I chose not to leave a tip.

I didn't understand why this restaurant has a high score. The staff was very rude. I ordered a pizza but there were 2 small bugs on the basil of pizza. When I told the staff, they never accepted it and forced me to new order and told us "otherwise you cant sit here".

"Truly" Italian food, my 3 year old ate the whole pasta with tomato sauce as if she were at home.

So, the food was okay, the spaghetti was cooked to perfection, but nothing special. The service was abysmal. No smile, no thank you, nothing. The value for money, especially for the drinks, is outrageous. €9.50 for a 0.75 liter of Gerolsteiner isn't normal either. And €4 for an espresso would make any Italian turn in their grave. The highlight: cash only. In the 21st century.

If you manage to get past the street entrepreneurs at Hauptbahnhof you get the chance to eat the best pizza in Frankfurt

The food was fresh and extremely delicious. The price was, in my opinion, on the high side, but acceptable given the taste and presentation of the food. I think setting the price for a large bottle of water at over €9 is worth reconsidering. We therefore opted for small soft drinks. Since we were participating in a running event today, we had to forgo the red wine and subsequent espresso. The ambiance is harmonious, the staff approachable and attentive. We'd be happy to come back!

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely slow and inattentive—getting the staff’s attention felt like a chore. The food was also subpar, lacking flavor and freshness. To make matters worse, we were only told after the meal that they didn’t accept card payments. There was no sign or mention of this beforehand, which caused unnecessary stress. Poor communication, poor service, and poor food. Definitely not coming back.

We ended up in the restaurant by chance, as it was rather inconspicuous from the outside. When we entered, a small but beautifully decorated restaurant awaited us. In which two tables were occupied. Service was nice and helpful. I chose the Pizza Diavolo. It tasted very good and was even hot, which I rarely experience. However, I missed the sharpness. We also had pasta Arabiata and the starter plate with pizza bread. The pizza bread was awesome. Starter plate was also good, but needed a little seasoning. The noodles were good. Waiting time not significant. I found the price to be rather moderate, but that could also be due to the proximity to the main train station. All in all, a highly recommended restaurant.

The food is ok, they don't accept cards for some bizarre reason. They sent me around to find an atm to pay with cash. And for 2 years now they harash my review within google trying to bring it down while i have sent all relevant proof to google about what i state in my review.

There is no standard to any modification to a dish on the menu. The owner is also a racist. My friend and I went a couple of weeks back for dinner: we ordered a pasta dish but wanted to add shrimp to it. The communication to the owner, who waited us, was difficult - he seemed quite impatient listening to our requests and it took a few times to get our meaning across. He did not inform us at this point how much the modification is going to cost. Later on, we got charged for this other pasta dish with seafood (including shrimp, but other things too) which is 14 euros more. But all of this is for 5 pieces of shrimp! We tried to argue with the owner who refused with a rude manner. It is clear that the owner took the advantage of the fact that we are tourists so he can get away with making up unreasonable prices. After this really bad dining experience, my friend posted on Google review about what happened. The owner tried to remove the post, and commented that he can go eat dead dogs, which is racist given that we are both Asian.

Unfortunately, they obviously weren't able to prepare a steak properly here. The first one was completely cooked through, but the second one was raw inside and still fridge cold. As I was leaving the restaurant, I was even suggested to fry my steak myself next time. Not to mention the questionable quality of the meat and the carelessly prepared plate. We requested extra shrimp on the Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino, but were surprised to find it priced the same as a different pasta dish—€14 more than the original. This is an unreasonable charge for an add-on, especially considering we only received five shrimp. The waiter did not inform us of this pricing beforehand, which was disappointing and felt misleading. It's also worth noting that the restaurant owner attempted to have this review removed from Google.

Unfortunately disappointing – not recommended We were looking forward to a nice evening, but were unfortunately disappointed. The pizza tasted okay, but the selection on the menu was rather small overall. The steak was particularly disappointing: it had to go back twice - once completely cooked, then raw inside. The reaction to this was anything but professional: we were basically told that we could fry it ourselves next time. There were also problems when paying: a separate card payment for the table was not possible despite the card reader, cash payment was insisted on - we didn't receive a receipt either. Overall, the interaction with us was very unfriendly, almost annoyed and frustrated. The food overall was mediocre, but the price was just acceptable for the location near Frankfurt main station. However, the ambience doesn't seem very inviting and doesn't have much to do with an authentic Italian atmosphere. Overall, unfortunately not a good experience - we won't be coming back.

You can easily drink a beer, and the Margherita pizza is so delicious. The warm and salty taste goes well with alcohol, and I ate salmon pasta and aglioli, and the way the salmon was cooked was really good. It's still juicy! In the case of agliolio, it may be bland for Korean tastes, but it feels like authentic pasta noodles, right? Overall it was a great place! If you are looking for a quick place to eat, go

Food is not good at all! I ordered a pizza and they put too much tomato sauce and cheese on it so that the pizza dough was totally soggy. I complained but the waiter and owner just said that this is how the pizza is supposed to be. I left my food almost untouched. The customer service is really bad. Wish I could leave zero stars for this place.

After the restaurant operator responded to our review (see below), we would like to correct our review and point out the following: we are not Italian, we have been staying in Italy for a long time once or twice a year since 2014, have traveled the country several times from Trentino to Rome, know the diversity of Italian cuisine quite well, but we are not experts. Our rating is based solely on our gastronomic experience and the many positive reviews certainly speak for themselves. Because of these mostly good reviews, we reserved a table for Saturday evening. We had carpaccio as a starter and the classic pizza calzone and spaghetti carbonara for the main course. The carpaccio was served with some parmesan and rocket, but we were missing olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon. Unfortunately, the meat was still a bit watery (carpaccio has to be cut very thinly when frozen). Two pieces of pizza bread were served, which were unfortunately so hard that my wife had trouble biting off a piece. I then ordered fresh bread. We got a small piece again, it was warm, a bit mushy on top and hard on the bottom, the second piece for my wife (each piece of bread had to be ordered separately) was fresh and warm. The carbonara was served hot and plentiful, originally made only with egg and bacon, although the fat from the bacon dominated this dish too much for our taste. Regarding the calzone: this was also served very fresh from the oven, was incredibly large, and the filling was okay. All of the dishes were a little too salty for our taste. After dinner we had two more espressos. At 4 euros per cup, they were surprisingly expensive and unfortunately they tasted way too sour for us, so I drank 1/2 liter of water after the visit. The restaurant has a professional portafilter machine, so in my opinion it must have been solely due to the choice of coffee. We paid around 80 euros in total, which is apparently normal for a big city like Frankfurt. For this price we thought our dinner was ok, which means a maximum of 3 stars for us.

Total scam. The pizza was terrible-bland dough, low-quality toppings, and cheese with a really strange smell. My brother ordered lasagna, but it smelled so bad he couldn't even finish it. When we left, the waiter didn't even bother asking why the dish was barely touched. On top of that, the service was awful and very expensive for the quality. The waiter kept insisting on cash payment, which felt really sketchy. The whole experience was unpleasant, and it's clear they don't care about quality or customer satisfaction. Definitely not a place I'd recommend.

This restaurant is a scam, don't come here! Poor service, the boss as unpleasant as possible! We arrived at 9 p.m. on a Saturday, at 9:10 p.m. they were already turning off the lights, we clearly understood that we were in the way. To top it all off, we were forced to pay by cash. Lasagna for €25 and salmon pasta for almost €30, the quality wasn't even there. Move on, it's not worth it

The pizza was okay, but a bit cold, and unfortunately the seasoning was missing and didn't taste like anything. But the dough was very tasty. The spaghetti aglio olio e peperonico was just spaghetti in oil with ready-made garlic seasoning... When asked, the boss said that was normal and was very unfriendly 2... We go out to eat very often and we've never had anything so bad. But the service was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this restaurant.

Price/performance in no relation. For 2 people for 1x Cola 1x rose 1x lasagna 1x salad (with a ball of mozzarella and a large tomato) I think paying 61 euros is excessive. The restaurant is normal, not a great ambience or service.

We came to the restaurant based on the reviews and were assigned a seat. A gentleman (could have been the boss) slammed the menu onto the table without saying a word or making any eye contact. Also the employee behind it Tresen did not respond to eye contact. After guests who came to the restaurant after us were served before us, we got up and left after 15 minutes. The topic of service and friendliness towards the guest is completely missed. Never again.

do not step a foot in this restaurant if you are not "european". waitresses were spesifically rude to us, only us. we waited much more for service also for the food. we also had to pay a 5 euro service fee which we were not informed about. just because we shared one pizza with my mom cuz we werent that hungry. the waitresses claimed that this was "legal" even tho it was clearly not and we knew this but still paid for it. they were smiling to all the other customers who were "white" but not to us. cant believe a place like this could get this much stars. does not deserve it at all.

Beware that this place doesn’t accept credit/debit cards at all, and this is not explicit at all. I ordered pasta which was decent, but underwhelming. Our waiter was ok, but when I asked for the bill, the owner/chef came with a small note with prices handwritten down and told me that they didn’t accept cards. Everything looked very sketchy.

The orange blonde waiter was quite rude and listless, communication was zero. The Indian waiter was very friendly and patient. The atmosphere was very strange, every minute there was a cracker walking past and loud people. We were almost alone, and only very quiet music that you couldn't hear. The Margarita pizza was extremely watery, the cheese quickly became hard and cold, and the pasta was a bit dry.

Traditional Italian food feels like you are eating in Italy, great service the staff speaks many languages and overall very pleasant experience. Will come again. Edit: I came back recently with my family, and had a great time simply great food

We were lured into the restaurant by an employee's statement “if you want quality, eat with me.” A serious mistake, as we later discovered, because unfortunately not a bit of the aforementioned “quality” could be felt or tasted. I ate probably the worst pizza of my entire life in this restaurant. If one were to claim that the products all come from the frozen section, that would be an insult to all frozen products, because every frozen pizza that I have eaten in my life has tasted better than this “pizza” that is dripping with fat. You should save yourself the money and get a pizza from the supermarket instead, which tastes a lot better.

Food was good. I had the pizza toscane and it was amazing. Crispy on the edges and cooked but soft in the middle. Also the beer was very nice. Also the place is very clean. Toilets do smell a bit of bleach, but in my mind that is a good thing. Food came quickly and the serving was good.

2 stars only because the food was tasty, even if portions were small. Very expensive- they charge us 8.5 euros for a 750l bottle of water. We ask to pay Vai credit card and they gave as a piece of paper with a break down of price with no receipt!
