Pizzeria Saporito in Frankfurt am Main

From the looks of it it's an order pizzeria with a few seats outside, but DON'T be fooled by that. Very tasty 🍕 and definitely try the noodles and daily recommendation. Never been disappointed. Fine tablecloths and cloth napkins aren't everything. The rest is true here 👍 P.S. Antonio, we have missed your kitchen since we moved away and you are always a reason to come back here to eat ❣️

A loving, original Italian family restaurant with very fair prices. Very nice service and an excellent cook. I've been here several times with my whole family and we've all had enough. Great recommendation!

The food is incredibly good. A dream 😍 I really recommend it to everyone. I was there with my son, they were so open and immediately made room for the stroller. They are super kid friendly. ☺️

The owner is super unfriendly and always seems annoyed and stressed. All tables have reserved signs and everything is supposedly reserved. Strangely enough, some of the tables remain unoccupied. What is astonishing is that the following guests are then offered a table even though they have not been reserved. They are now so arrogant that they choose their guests using the reservation scam. Too bad and sad.

Delicious pizza and a cute, intimate but informal atmosphere in Frankfurt

I had a very pleasant experience at Saporito Pizzeria. When I arrived, all the tables were marked as reserved, which made me unsure if seating was available. However, the owner was welcoming and let me know I could take one of the tables. I ordered the Marinara pizza, which was well-prepared with fresh ingredients and a nice balance of flavors. The crust had a good texture, and overall, the meal was satisfying. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere comfortable. I would recommend Saporito Pizzeria to anyone in Frankfurt looking for solid, authentic Italian food.

Food top! Service: very friendly! Ambience: There is a winter garden with a maximum of 20 seats. Certainly OK in summer. From autumn it depends on the weather. Then maybe take it with you as “to go”. Otherwise made comfortable 😀

Last year we were in Frankfurt for 5 days as a couple and were looking for a pizzeria near the hotel. We came across you by chance and were totally thrilled. Very tasty pizza, good Lambrusco and the service was super friendly.

Lovingly run family pizzeria. Small and clear, simple and good. Relaxed atmosphere and non-intrusive service. Warm and familiar. The location and the dishes are also really nice. Delicious and highly recommended. Top!

Good food for very good prices that you can hardly find today. Actually ideal for the lunch break, as long as you are welcome as a guest: when it comes to asking for a seat, people obviously act as they see fit. I noticed how one person was sent away with the remark “unfortunately everything is reserved” and 15 minutes later two people who asked for a table and definitely hadn’t reserved were allowed to sit at a table. Sure, you can earn more with two guests at a table than with one, but I still find it extremely unpleasant to lie to potential guests and work with your own fake reservations. This has confirmed my suspicion that decisions are made arbitrarily here, and I find that a shame for reasons of hospitality. Some of the owners' reactions to negative reviews here also leave me a bit disturbed - do you really have to respond in Italian with "If you give a pig a candy, it's the same thing" just because you don't like the customer's subjective opinion and only one star is awarded? Some people just don't like it, as a restaurateur you should be able to live with that and not be offensive.

Owner-run restaurant that impresses with unbeatable value for money. The food is delicious, the prices are fair and the service is good (except at peak times). I will gladly come again. PS: I hope that the pizza bread will be real pizza bread again soon.

With lots of salt and pepper you could somehow eat it despite asking for extra spiciness. Very greasy pizza… then pantopratzol was thrown in.

Unfortunately, a huge faux pas! Especially the red wine, which was served lukewarm! But you could have saved it with ice cubes! Really?!

The first time I had spaghetti carbonara and it had almost no bacon and a lot of pepper. I decided to give it one more chance and went back for pizza. I ordered the carbonara pizza and received a dough, with egg and a few pieces of bacon. I asked for cheese because the pizza didn't have any cheese and they gave me a ridiculous portion of cheese. Also, lots of pepper on the pizza too. I will not go back to this place again and with these prices I could eat in better restaurants.

Delicious pizza and good value for money (e.g. 8.50 euros for a pizza with ham and mushrooms, 7 euros for a pizza Margeritha). The staff is very friendly, the food is ready quickly.

Really good lasagne and my son ate black noodles, super tasty, plentiful and very good price ratio. Pizza very good dough, crispy and well topped. Highly recommended .Here the quality is a passion for excellence.

I can't understand the positive reviews. The pizza and the pasta were rather average. The staff rather unfriendly. All tables were reserved, even when asked, there was no space for a family with 2 children. We ordered and ate on a park bench around the corner. In the meantime and even after we were finished, none of the tables were occupied. I confronted the owner about it. Apparently some didn't come (do I permanently reserve 4 tables and no one comes when I only have 6 tables?). My guess is that children are undesirable.

Small joint that can seat maybe 20 people max. Food is very decent. Service is homely.

It looks like the owner and workers are Italian themselves! Believe me, they know what they are doing! The spaghetti carbonara was perfect! Huge portion. I barely made it! Very nice waiter.

Insider tip during the Frankfurt trade fair, about 10 minutes on foot from the exhibition center right in the residential area. Small and looking more like a small bistro, but super tasty and so cheap that it almost sounds unbelievable. I had spaghetti al oglio with saltimbocca. Colleague pizza. Both drinks and a total of around 40 euros paid... we would come back at any time

You can definitely get real Italian food

I have ordered from Saporito several times and was initially thrilled. Price/performance was top. But then one order suddenly went bad. A strange taste in the tomato sauce. I felt like worse ingredients were used. Since I generally give another chance if I was satisfied before, I ordered there twice more. Unfortunately, the bad picture has been confirmed. My tuna pizza today was just bad. The tuna tasted really strange. I eat tuna pizza regularly. But I've never had anything like that. I had to scrape it off. Unfortunately for me that was it with Saporito.

Ein kleiner Italiener, eher unscheinbar.. Aber wenn du mal in Bockenheim eine location suchst, die gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen anbietet und in der du dich on top noch entspannt unterhalten möchtest., dann bist du hier richtig. Wir haben überdacht draußen gesessen, ob es Sitzplätze im Innenbereich gibt weiß ich nicht.

Bester Italiener in Frankfurt - kein Schnickschnack, einfach nur richtig leckeres Essen!!

Ein Besuch lohnt sich sehr. Die Pizza kann ich ehrlich gesagt nicht empfehlen, dafür die hausgemachte Pasta umso mehr. Die Pasta ist wirklich vorzüglich.

Wij hadden zin in een pizza en zijn door de goede reviews gelokt. Graag willen wij hier een goede review aan toevoegen! Het restaurant is een afhaalwinkel met een parasoloverkapping. Fijn buitenzitten maar toch winddicht. We hebben met vier personen erg lekker gegeten. Twee pizza’s, een salade Caprese en een spaghetti Carbonara. Alles was vers en heerlijk bereid. Ook kwam het eten snel op tafel. Na het hoofdgerecht hebben we nog een twee lekkere tiramisu’s, een panacotta en een cappuccino gehad. Ruime porties en ook weer erg lekker. De totaalprijs was voor hedendaagse begrippen erg laag. Vandaar een leuke fooi. Tot slot kregen we van de eigenaresse twee limoncello’s aangeboden: lekker koel op ijs. Helaas is vandaag onze laatste dag in Frankfurt anders waren we zeker teruggekomen. Aanrader!

A wonderful surprise: They only do pasta and pizza here, but the cook does it better than most other Italian restaurants I visited in Germany. This is REALLY good pasta you get here, and for very reasonable prices. What a pity I discovered this place only on my last evening in Frankfurt, as I would have come several times and tried all the pastas. This time I even ordered a second plate of pasta (even though I had enough food with one), just to taste if a second recipe was as delicious as the first one - and it was! I will come again here, next time I visit Frankfurt! And the atmosphere is very friendly too, you fell very welcome here as a guest.

Ich bin begeistert. Ich bin durch Zufall auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Es gibt zwar nur wenige Sitzplätze draußen, aber ich habe einen Platz gefunden. Nette Betreiber, gutes Essen und unschlagbare Preise. Nächstes mal in Frankfurt werde ich erneut einen Besuch abstatten.

Endlich habe ich diesen Italiener mal ausprobieren können. Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen freundlich, die Tagliatelle mit Lachs perfekt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Sehr gutes Essen. Kann man nur empfehlen. Und Grappa gab es auch noch.

Mit Rezensionen einen Italiener in der Nähe der Festhalle gesucht und hier fündig geworden. Hat zwar nur 16 Sitzplätze in einem (zumindest aktuell) mit Zelt überdachten und beheizten Außenbereich. ABER: Die Pizzen und der Salat waren hervorragend ! Wir kommen vorm nächsten Konzert sicher wieder.

Restauracja nie zacheca wygladem, ale jedzenie przepyszne. Polecam.

The Spaghetti Bolognese almost brought tears to my eyes! One of the best spaghetti I’ve ever eaten. Fair price, friendly staff (all Italians btw), cozy atmosphere. Recommend it if you want to eat some cozy Italian food with your friends or family.

Der Scheint trübt! Pizzeria wirkt von außen wie ein 0815 Lieferservice. Es handelt sich aber eher um einen sehr guten Italiener, der einfach einen sehr kleinen Laden betreibt. Günstiges Mittagsangebot, große Tageskarte und ebenfalls große Speisenkarte. Sehr leckere traditionelle neapolitanische Pizza, frische und selbstgemachte Nudeln mit frischem Fisch/Meeresfrüchte. Italienisches Bier und Getränke. Sehr faire Preise und sehr freundlicher Besitzer!

Gibt zwar nicht viele Sitzplätze aber die Pizza schmeckt auch auf der Parkbank geil
