The food was really incredibly tasty and fresh!! Quality was excellent. The price was right. Had a lovely evening in a friendly atmosphere. Gladly again!

The best Italian in Frankfurt that I know. The food is to die for. You can taste that the ingredients are selected with care and combined with a lot of love and skill. Lello and his team are always very warm and we feel completely comfortable and well looked after every time we visit.

After a very tasty lunch and a very nice time here, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Very family and friendly atmosphere, especially the music was very vibey and pleasant. The festive Christmas decorations also created a nice atmosphere. The fresh pasta seemed very creamy and tasty. The pinsa I had was also super tasty and very well topped. It was just really oily, but of course still super delicious - and not a deal breaker for me.

Located close to the city center at one of the bridges over the Main River. Small but cozy inside with a lovely atmosphere. Fantastic team, very friendly and fun, great organized, despite of a very full space. Food outstanding: we had Caprese, Insalata Sophia, and Pinsa Campagnola. It was one of the best Italian dinner ever, for a good price. Must do!

We were completely surprised at how big the room was. The division is brilliantly thought out. The view of the Main is sensational. But what we liked best was the staff. Very accommodating and incredibly nice. We particularly liked the small Italian restaurant. We stayed at the NH Collection Hotel during the day. Since my daughter is vegan and has problems when she eats onions, they didn't manage to organize a decent meal for my daughter. No problem at the restaurant within the Flag. After we explained the situation, a special main course was prepared for my daughter according to her wishes, off the menu. It was super tasty, we have rarely experienced anything like it. The tenant is a treasure. (By the way, your portion was also much larger than mine)

A super nice little restaurant, not far from the Eiserner Steg. I would like to give even more stars because the food was simply excellent. We have rarely eaten such good Italian food in Germany. When we are in Frankfurt again, we will definitely come back!

Reserved. Upon arriving they said they needed more time and told us to wait without being given an estimate. 30mins after our reservation, still no news and we grabbed our jackets and left, no one batter an eye.

Reservation at 8:30 p.m.! First of all, we had to wait more than an hour to get a table, even though we had a reservation! The food came at 10:30pm! Very small portions, but it tastes good.

Seriously, it's so delicious. The steak was very tender, and the pizza was really delicious. I'm not good at leaving reviews. The price was not expensive compared to German prices and it was very delicious. Must go when you come to Germany!

We spontaneously went to Longobardis on Friday evening, reserved online, everything was problem-free. The reception is friendly, almost family-like, accommodating... And still keep an eye on every guest. The dishes we chose were very tasty, including the starter and the two main courses. The desserts we chose were also very excellent. We felt very good, although the restaurant was full, the service was not overwhelmed. If we visit Frankfurt again, we will definitely come back

2 stars for the very nice and courteous service. Food was very mediocre. Carpaccio came with balsamic cream, but tasted sour. The friendly waiter or owner took it back without further ado and served a new one, which was no problem. The fact that each one came without balsamic cream was salted, which gave it some flavor, but with the baked ciabatta that was served, it still doesn't come close to a good restaurant experience. My pasta was also mediocre, the plate wasn't preheated and the Parmigiano sauce was too rich and there was oil floating at the bottom. For food, there are better options in Frankfurt. Two stars because the service was very polite and friendly.

Wow!! It's been a really long time since I ate SOO GOOD!!! It's unbelievable how fresh and delicious the food is here! There was nothing to complain about. The vegetables were still crunchy, the meat was just butter tender and I don't even have to start with the truffle cream, it was simply a poem! The visit was completely worth it. There is so much love in the food and if you want to eat a tiramisu that really tastes like an Italian mother made it in Italy, you should stop by here! I'll definitely come back! Thank you 🙏

Pinsa and starter tasted good. Service pleasant and quick. Small beer unfortunately stale, not chilled enough, stale. Invoice handwritten on a piece of paper, like before. Thought a proper receipt was mandatory. We got two places unannounced, so it's better to reserve in advance.

The order (bruschettas and salad) took 40 minutes. The child waited 1 hour for pasta carbonara. Portions are small

Fanstastic homemade noodles! Definitely recommend!

This turned out to be super disappointing. Booked a table for 5 at 7:30, we had to wait until 8pm+ to be seated as there was no capacity and even 3-4 parties that arrived and joined queue (some without booking) after us were seated ahead. The reason was apparently we were a party of 5 and needed a larger table, but when seated the waiter actually separated our table so we ended up sitting at the same table as everyone else. We had a 2 year old with us, no consideration at all, and with a 7:30 booking we got drinks at 8:30 and food at 9:15. From showing up we ended up waiting 1 hour for a drink and almost 2 hours waiting for food and little service in the meantime, no excuse for that. It’s a shame because the place is nice but service & capacity killed the night for us. And we got zero apology.

First of all: lovely service. Our server was very friendly and accommodating, he made us feel right at home. My friend and I got the pistachio-burrata pasta and my other friend got the pasta with clams. My friends loved their dishes, but I found the pistachio taste too strong. My bad, of course, I chose my dish so it’s my mistake if I don’t like it. But, our server insisted I got another dish instead. After a few minutes he got me a pasta with Parmesan, tomatoes and rucola. I’m so grateful he did, because this dish was amazing! The staff were very helpful and kind to us, we definitely recommend checking this place out! If you LOVE pistachio, get the pistachio-burrata pasta, otherwise the pasta with clams is a delicious alternative. Thank you so much for the lovely evening!

Very good Italian at a medium but inexpensive level. Big highlight: the Nutella Pinsa for dessert! (Can be easily shared + almost impossible to do alone)

This place was absolutely incredible. Had the Sophia salad which is their seasonal salad and it was one of the best salads I've ever had in my entire life. In addition to that, there is this burrata pistachio pasta that was absolutely mind-blowing. I'm going to be sad when I leave here and can no longer come here and eat this pasta and this salad absolutely incredible. 10 out of 10 would return an absolutely recommend!

A complete disaster. We would have to wait 1.5 hours for the food (pasta and pinsa). With the carbonara you forgot the parmesan, it just tasted like egg. The portion was quite small compared to the other plates. Often you had to look for a waitress to order something to drink. If anything, the Pinsa was recommended. If I let myself be persuaded to come again, then I'll take the Pinsa too.

We had a really nice evening where everything was just right. We went hungry and full of anticipation and were not disappointed. We will be back definitely!

The waiters were very stressed, annoyed and not very friendly. The champagne was warm (was changed upon request), the wine glass was only half full (was also refilled upon request, somewhat annoyed). We had a 2 for 1 voucher. We couldn't redeem this as we wanted because it could only be used for meat or fish once. This was not noted in the voucher booklet, so unfortunately you could not choose the dishes you had previously selected. Other restaurants make this more transparent (not redeemable for xyz). The waiting time for the food was very long, but the quality was very good.

Very tasty food. We were there with 10 people and were served very well. We were even allowed to bring and serve our own birthday cake. The food tasted very good, the dishes with truffles were very well received. The portion size could be a little more, but there are starters and dessert.

The restaurant is small but nice, and offers a great location that immediately left a good first impression. The food at Longobardi’s was excellent. The dishes tasted well prepared and we found the prices to be fair and reasonable. Particularly noteworthy is the authentic ambience, which is underlined by the quality of the food and the cozy furnishings. A small minus point, however, was the Limoncello Spritz, which none of us found really tasty. Unfortunately, the drink did not meet our expectations and was the only negative point in an otherwise very successful experience. In addition, another situation was a bit embarrassing for us: When we asked whether there was also sweet wine on offer, we received the answer: “No, we only have high-quality wines, nothing like that.” We found this remark to be rude and inappropriate, since she unnecessarily devalued our interest in sweet wine. Overall, Longobardi’s offers a great atmosphere and good food, making it a recommended destination for Italian cuisine lovers. Despite minor teething problems with service and a disappointing drink, the overall impression remains positive.

Were there for the second time now, once just my wife and I, yesterday with friends. There was almost half a year in between. We had carbonara, beetroot pasta and pinsa. The quality of the food is very good, the hosts are friendly and solution-oriented. The dishes are authentic (especially the carbonara and pinsa). Really great. We'd love to come back

We are still surprised by all the positive reviews about this strange restaurant and would like to describe our experience: - Gluten-free pasta is only available upon pre-order. This is not mentioned anywhere on the website or anything like that. Generally a bit strange - as if a good restaurant doesn't have at least a few packs of gluten-free pasta in stock. Apparently the restaurant is not good... 😅 - Meat was not done to the level ordered The waitress then took the plate away again. We then got the same plate with new meat back - only the side dishes were the old ones (because they hadn't been replaced) and of course they were cold 😅 - Pinse tastes bland/dry/bland There's really not much more you can say about it... - Overall, the service was mediocre at best and not particularly competent... I also felt like I was dressed like a lady from the horizontal trade

Super mega location, the homemade pasta made from parmesan cheese is recommended. The boss Lello is a very nice person and at the same time the restaurant manager is very knowledgeable about the gastronomy area and wines, the cuisine in Longobardis tastes delicious, which is why it deserves 5 stars, in the summer the shop is very busy and we recommend making a reservation

We had Pasta Trio with three different types of pasta and thought all three were great. Our favorite was the Pasta Legend with truffles.

I was there yesterday with a friend. The waiters made us wait outside at first, then when it got too windy we sat down and waited again for a long time until we asked ourselves whether we could order. The waiter just said I'll be there soon and took other people's orders first. As a waiter you should have some idea of ​​who has ordered and who hasn't. Then at some point my Esseb arrived and had a small mini portion of truffle pasta in parmesan. The pasta was ok, the cheese was far too little. The portion is generally just far too small for the price. I don't like it when restaurants are stingy, don't we pay to get enough? I really don't understand it. You're just losing customers. Would I eat there again? No. I choose local places where I get enough food and don't have to go out to eat again. My girlfriend's food was also quite little and she wasn't full. And no one else can tell me that they got full from pasta. And then my girlfriend's food didn't come. I waited for her food to come, but nothing came until my food got cold. Staff friendly but that was pretty sad. I wouldn't go there again so there's one less customer, maybe you'll change something about your portions. I would like that for the rest of here in the future.
