The truffle in the carbonara was a bit crumbly, which was a bit disappointing, but the taste of everything else and the friendliness of the staff were perfect. Reservations are recommended. Merry Christmas!🎄

We came here for dinner and weren't disappointed. I had such delicious truffle pasta that I want to go back to Frankfurt soon just for that 😀. The service was also very good and we had a wonderful evening.

We went there for my wife's birthday dinner. She traditionally likes pasta with truffles served from a cheese wheel for her birthday, and our usual Italian restaurant wasn't offering it this year. I can only echo the positive reviews. Everything tasted fantastic, and the prices were reasonable for the quality.

Where to begin? I booked four weeks in advance and was practically seated by the exit. Unfortunately, this negative impression was only confirmed. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything, but the Chardonnay tasted like it had been watered down. Not to mention the beer, which wasn't even cold. Moving on to the food: The pasta served from the Parmesan wheel was simply outrageous. No cheese, no flavor, no purpose. It was (unfortunately, I have to say it) dry pasta, carelessly garnished with arugula and cherry tomatoes. While one of the other dishes did contain a generous amount of truffle, it was still tasteless. I don't know if the discount voucher was responsible for this disastrous dinner, which was quite a shame in what was otherwise a cozy atmosphere.

I think the photo speaks for itself. The pasta is supposed to be the popular pasta served in a Parmesan wheel… I'm really disappointed… From the seating to the service, the drinks, and the food, everything was a complete flop. I had hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, there's no way to sugarcoat it.

😋🍝 Delicious food with room for improvement in terms of value for money 💶✨ The food was really very good, and the menu offers a great selection. The staff was friendly and relaxed, and the interior definitely has charm – even if the "tile" wallpaper is a bit crooked; perhaps that's part of the concept. The main courses were delicious, but the portions were sometimes different than shown in some of the pictures – something to be aware of. I would advise against the appetizer platter for two, as it's significantly overpriced. One point of criticism: It was extremely hot inside, and many guests were coughing – the ventilation definitely needs improvement. Overall, though, it's a good restaurant with a lot of potential. If the price-performance ratio and the indoor climate are improved, it will certainly get 5 stars on our next visit. We'll definitely be back to try more dishes.

We were drawn to this restaurant by the good reviews. Unfortunately, I can't share the other guests' opinions. The ambiance was unpleasant, both inside and out. The service was poor; they took our order and that was it. They didn't ask if we wanted another drink, didn't offer dessert, and showed no interest in the other guests. It's a real shame, as they could have made significantly more money and earned good tips. The food was average; personally, I found it too oily. However, the base of the pinsa was excellent. They urgently need to improve their staff's customer service skills.

Unfortunately, the restaurant's opening hours online were incorrect, and I arrived at 5:00 PM, even though the restaurant doesn't open until 5:30 PM. I was assured this wouldn't be a problem, but they said the restaurant was fully booked and there were no tables available. I asked if it would be possible to just grab a quick bite, and then leave immediately. I was given a table and the menu, but then no one paid any attention to me, as everyone was busy on their phones. The meal was a complete disaster because the pasta was cold. I informed a staff member, who then took my plate to the kitchen, and I could see him cooking the pasta in a pan. He then brought my plate back with the veal fillet, and I just thought, "What's going on?" The veal fillet will get cold by the time I get the pasta. And that's exactly what happened. The pasta was then placed on the table in a bowl without any explanation. I asked several times how they expected this to work and whether I should eat the meat without pasta or wait until the pasta arrived and the meat was cold. The staff were completely overwhelmed by the situation, and I was ultimately just furious about this treatment in what is supposed to be a highly praised restaurant.

Everything we ate was perfect. It was the best pasta we’ve ever had. Be sure to try the tiramisu as well. Compliments to the chef!

Bustling place, good food and servers

We were staying in Frankfurt from Düsseldorf for one night and discovered Longobardis by chance. We actually always had our favorite Italian restaurant in Frankfurt, which we went to. But this has now clearly been replaced by Longobardis. Not only was the food an 11/10, but the staff were also incredibly warm and friendly, something we rarely experience. We absolutely recommend it. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I must say that this is one of the top three pasta dishes I have ever had. I have lived in Italy for many years and the homemade pasta here is very authentic in seasoning. The noodles are fresh and firm, very good. The staff is also very nice. We had a very pleasant evening and I have decided to come here every year when I come to Frankfurt.

Probably, the chef and the staff had a hard day before us. Beer served warm and the corner of the paste plate was broken. I didn't mind, I had high hopes from the pasta because of high points in Google. However, the pasta was not cooked properly (Yes, not even dante). Only good thing was the truffle slices on the pasta..

Eve due the restaurant was empty at 15:30 on a Saturday, the service was slow. No bread was served, we have to ask for it. Far from fresh bread and without oil to mix it… the Pasta tomato based used only canned tomatoes pure, so we got the feeling to be eating in a fast food Imbis.

The food took a while to arrive, but it was worth it! The pinsas were crispy, juicy, and generously topped. The homemade lemonades were delicious. The service was a bit hectic, but still very friendly. We'd love to come back again.

We came to this restaurant with no reservation and even though the place was packed, the owner accomodated us in a matter or minutes. Service staff was amazing and food was delicious! We would be back if we ever find ourselves in Frankfurt again. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody we know that’s visiting Framkfurt.

An absolutely fantastic restaurant! The pinsa was simply divine – crispy, fluffy, and full of flavor. The truffle pasta was a real highlight and perfectly seasoned. The non-alcoholic cocktails and homemade lemonades were also incredibly refreshing and creative. To finish off, there was a tiramisu that truly topped everything off – creamy, light, and simply heavenly! 😍 The super friendly, attentive staff deserves a special mention – you feel welcome and completely at ease from the very first moment. We were there this evening and were very pleased. We were thrilled. The most delicious Pinsa in Frankfurt! A great place, delicious food, tasty and strong drinks, very welcoming and friendly staff. The staff is very attentive and caring. Very good location, beautiful location and view of the Minora. There is a summer terrace.

Two of us went there for dinner on a Friday and luckily got a table. The service was very friendly, but unfortunately, due to the full house, it wasn't as attentive, and we had to wait a while for our food. We shared the bruschetta to start with and the tagliatelle with truffle and gnocci for the main course. The portions were generous and tasty—but they didn't blow me away for the price. Overall, solid food.

Saw the 4.8 stars and booked but not sure how this is possible based on experience. Main courses cold ( had to send one back but then it came back cold again so I gave up and didn’t eat it ). All pasta dishes tasted bland and the same while throughout the meal they were bringing bags of food by us which was quite weird. Staff were relatively nice but very slow service. Starters were ok but would never return.

The visit to Longobardi's had both ups and downs. The first beer was unfortunately warm, but was replaced shortly afterward. The second was cold, though not quite as perfectly chilled as one would have hoped. The tagliolini carbonara tasted excellent – ​​a real highlight for me and highly recommended. The only downside was that the portion was rather small. Overall, a very good meal, but details like the drink service and portion size could be improved.

The food was good, and the prices were still reasonable. The wines didn't impress me and didn't quite live up to the price. The ambiance was okay, but the air conditioning made it a bit rushed, and the background music was a bit intrusive. It's best to check it out for yourself.

We visited this Italian restaurant on Thursday. I ordered the Gnocchi Sorrentina with tomato sauce for my main course. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed by the dish: The flavor was rather unspectacular, and the portion was very small—my plate contained just eleven gnocchi. I had expected considerably more for a main course...

So, I was all the more curious to see what had changed in the eight months since my last visit. For comparison, I ordered exactly the same thing again: the fillet with truffles, and what can I say: it was already very good then, and this time it was simply – even better! 🤤 The meat was grilled to perfection, the sauce was simply to die for, and the fresh, homemade pasta, tossed in a Parmesan crust with fresh arugula and cherry tomatoes, was an absolute delight 🥩 Malek also served us freshly baked bread made from pinsa dough, a fantastic combination! But there was something else: the garlic cream with freshly shaved black truffle, equally delicious and with a subtle hint of garlic, which really fueled my anticipation of the steak 🔥🧄 Conclusion: I'd be happy to come back anytime! Next, I'll try your lunch menus – I promise! We are staying in the apartments connected to this restaurant and immediately came here after a long travel day checking in. We didn’t realize what an amazing culinary experience we walked in to!! The food was amazing - highly recommend “The Legend” with truffles as a side to the filet or veal or fish. The bread is amazing and a great way to start your meal. We literally canceled reservations at a Michelin Star restaurant to come here a second night. Thanks so much Marco!!

The service and communication is phenomenal and the food matches it. The filet almost dissolves in your mouth and the "Legend" pasta is alone worth the visit. Marco is attentive, communicative and made is feel at home and welcome. Definitely some of the best service of my life.

The good reviews had lured us in. However, the high prices are definitely not justified for the quality of the food and drinks. The drinks weren't cold enough, and the waiters had to be reminded several times about our orders. The carbonara and "The Legend" unfortunately lacked flavor, and the high price, even with the truffle, meant that the Parmesan cheese was poorly presented. Unfortunately, neither olive oil nor balsamic vinegar was served with the appetizer. When we asked, only the olive oil was served. Overall, neither the food nor the service are worth the price.

We decided to have a spontaneous meal at Longobardis and arrived before opening, but they kindly invited us in and offered us a drink. The food was absolutely delicious. We had vitello tonnato and burrata for starters and the veal medallions for the main course. The server was incredibly attentive and friendly. We highly recommend Longobardis to everyone. An Italian restaurant located in a hotel. I had pasta with lots of truffle mushrooms. It was a little salty, but delicious. The noodles were really delicious. I think it would be delicious even if I just ate the noodles. I think it would be even more delicious if I ate it with a group while having a glass of wine on the outdoor terrace.

This restaurant shows that Frankfurt's gastronomy is doing far too well. I can't recommend it to anyone. We went there for dinner a few days ago as a couple. The beer was lukewarm. The food took a while to arrive, but that was still reasonable. The two meals (one per guest!) arrived about 20 minutes apart, so we ended up sharing. The tomato salad with Kalamata olives consisted of hard, unripe tomatoes like you'd buy at Lidl in December (it was summer!), and the olives were blackened olives from a jar. There was no bread. The four "scampi" were Argentinian red shrimp, which are a different beast. They advertised expensive ingredients on the menu, but used the cheapest ones. The handmade tagliatelle, advertised as "The Legend," "tossed in a Parmesan wheel," was also very bad. The food wasn't salted enough. The tagliatelle was spaghetti, which obviously didn't appear to be handmade either. We didn't see the cheese wheel. The service was friendly and courteous, but it couldn't make up for the poor cooking and poor kitchen organization. It was very loud in the dining room, and the air was saturated with grease fumes.

Great restaurant with an outdoor area and attentive, courteous staff. I recommend the pasta dishes. The pasta is homemade and excellent. Be sure to make a reservation. The prices aren't cheap, but they're completely reasonable given the quality of the food. We shared a starter, a main course each, and a dessert. We also had four drinks, and the final bill came to almost €100 for two people. A wonderful evening with friends. 😃

Very delicious food – we had the pasta trilogy and it was excellent!!! The vitello tomato starter was also very good, but a bit small. Otherwise, the service was very friendly. But it wasn't exactly cheap. I would definitely come back.

I ate at this restaurant with my girlfriend. It was fantastic. We had the salmon with homemade pasta made from a Parmesan cheese. The young Italian owner was amazing, with a typically Italian charm. Right near the Main River, so you could stroll and digest afterwards.
