Ich kann die guten Bewertungen leider nicht nachempfinden. Service sehr langsam und schlecht, trotz Reservierung mussten wir zu einem anderen Paar an den Tisch sitzen und das Geschirr zur Seite räumen, der Tisch wurde nicht mal abgewischt. 20 min keine Karte bekommen, der Service war auch nicht besonders freundlich oder einfach nur nett. Der Teig schmeckt gut, ich hatte aber die Pizza Funghi ohne Tomatensoße und die Pizza war einfach nur trocken, pappig und hat nach nichts geschmeckt, selbst mit mehr Salz (mussten wir vom Nachbartisch holen) hatte es keinen Geschmack, auch wenn Rucola und Pilze frisch waren. Vllt teste ich nochmal eine andere Pizza zum abholen, aber würde nicht nochmal dort essen.

Hier wird italienisch gesprochen und die Pizzas sind sehr delikat, gut belegt und aus dem Steinofen. Der Service war etwas zögerlich und das Ambiente (ohne Tischdecke) draußen sehr einfach.

Ich komme aus Italien und muss sagen, dass diese neapolitanische Pizza hervorragend ist. Die Zutaten sind frisch, viele stammen direkt aus Italien, und der Geschmack ist einfach fantastisch. Auch das Tiramisu ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der ein köstliches italienisches Essen sucht. Solch eine Qualität findet man sonst nur schwer zu einem so günstigen Preis.

Ich kann keine objektive Bewertung abgeben, da wir das Restaurant, das wir vor einigen Wochen zum ersten Mal besuchen wollten, nicht aufsuchen konnten, weil sie ihre Feiertagspläne online nicht aktualisiert, sondern nur einen Aushang an der Tür angebracht hatten.

Eine solide aber sicherlich nicht Die beste Pizza. Die anderen Bewertungen treiben die Erwartungen und meine wurde leider nicht erfüllt, da der Teig in der Mitte durchgeweicht war.

Es war enttäuschend. Wir waren vor unserem Flug dort zum Mittagessen, da wir zuvor so gute Bewertungen gelesen hatten. Der Pizzateig war fantastisch, aber der Käse wirkte irgendwie alt und von minderer Qualität. Wir bestellten Chiliöl, bekamen aber stattdessen Knoblauchsauce. Außerdem war der Service sehr schlecht und der Kellner wirkte desinteressiert. Einer von uns bestellte Carbonara, die viel zu groß und nicht besonders lecker war. Alles in allem würden wir empfehlen, den guten Bewertungen nicht zu vertrauen, da wir enttäuscht wurden.

Sehr gute Pasta und Pizza. Der Service ist auch 1a! Unserer Meinung nach die beste Pizza in ganz Sachsenhausen.

Der Hunger hat uns her gebracht. Leider hat weder die Pizza noch die Nudeln oder der Cesar Salat geschmeckt. Vielleicht nur Pech, aber wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder. Wer behauptet, er mache die beste Pizza Frankfurts, muss anders liefern und nichr eine fade, überteuerte Pizza.

Super Pizza, total fluffiger Teig!

Das Essen war richtig gut, das Bier noch besser, doch das hat den Besitzer nicht abgehalten, während des laufenden Betriebs zu renovieren.

Sie haben Halal-Salami-Pizza! Vielleicht haben wir die falschen Gerichte bestellt, aber die Pasta war nicht so gut. Und die Pizza war auch nichts Besonderes.

Pizza und Pasta sind sehr gut. Geschmacklich top. Die Salate treffen meinen Geschmack nicht. Die Bedienung wirkt unaufmerksam. Sie spielt am Handy und reagiert langsam. Mehrere Tische sind dreckig. Der Gastraum wirkt wenig gepflegt. Die Toiletten sind sauber. Fazit: Essen sehr gut. Bedienung Note 5. Sauberkeit Note 5. Zum Abholen gut geeignet. Zum Vor-Ort-Essen eher nicht.

Super napoletanische Pizza. Man kann auch veganen Käse wählen, wenn man möchte. Dafür man ein dickes Plus.

Das Essen war köstlich!! Erstklassig! Es war so lecker, mit einem so intensiven Geschmack, und sie eröffnen am 1. Januar – was für ein Glück!!

Pizza schmeckt dort ganz gut. Sehr frische und leckere Zutaten auf der Pizza. Preise hoch. Aber Spaghetti Carbonara waren wirklich schlimm. Verkocht, Sauce hat Pecorino nie gesehen. Es war so schlecht, dass wir nach 2 Gabeln die Portion weggeschmissen haben. Zum abholen ok. Dort essen niemals. Wenn, dann nur Pizza.

Was für ein tolles Erlebnis im Restaurant! Wir haben alle Pizza bestellt, und ich kann euch sagen, sie war einfach köstlich – genauso gut wie die Pizza in Italien. Sie ist groß, der Teig ist leicht und luftig, die Zutaten sind von hoher Qualität und die Portionen sind sehr großzügig. Das Restaurant ist rustikal, aber sehr einladend; der Service war exzellent, und wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit. Unbedingt hingehen und es ausprobieren!

Wir hatten telefonisch bestellt zum abholen, mussten jedoch eine ganze Stunde länger warten als der vereinbarte Zeitpunkt (1 Stunde nach dem Anruf). In der Zwischenzeit hatten wir genug Zeit den Personal beim arbeiten zuzuschauen, diese waren sehr hektisch, oft verwirrt was dazu führte dass einige Gäste am Tresen sich beschwerten, entweder über die Lage Wartezeit, oder falsche Getränke oder Essen. Es gibt kein System, da einige neue Gäste sich einfach vorne an den Tresen gestellt hatten und teilweise direkt ihre Bestellung bekamen. Wir hatten dort bereits einige Male gegessen, es war selten so schlimm aber es war immer eine längere Wartezeit als vereinbart. Ich muss auch leider sagen dass die Pizza zum mitnehmen nie wirklich gut schmeckt, wir hatten einen Fußweg von 2 Minuten doch bis dahin ist der pizzaboden durchweicht und schmeckte nicht besonders.

Wir haben glutenfrei bestellt und eine nicht glutenfreie pizza geliefert bekommen. Nach Anruf wurde uns bestätigt, dass 15 min. Später die richtige pizza geliefert wird. Eine halbe Stunde später wurde erst am Telefon aufgelegt, und uns dann gesagt, wir müssen die pizza abholen. Und dann wurde mir am Telefon gesagt, dass die Dame nicht weiter mit mir reden könnte. Unfreundlich und unverantwortlich! An die Konsequenzen denkt das Personal wohl nicht, wenn man als Allergiker speziell Glutenfrei bestellt! Ich erwarte von einem Laden, der auch Speisen für Allergiker anbietet, dass er diese auch liefert und sein Wort hält und seine Fehler korrigiert! Und kein unfreundliches Personal!

SEHR leckeres Essen, SEHR große Portionen - genau wonach wir an unserem Abend hier gesucht hatten. Es ist nicht das schickste Restaurant, aber dafür nettes Personal und top Küche.

Der Service war freundlich und der Pizzateig sehr lecker. Die Beläge waren allerdings etwas enttäuschend. Ich hatte die Pizza mit Salsiccia und Friarielli bestellt, aber sie wirkte überhaupt nicht authentisch. Es waren nur sehr wenige Friarielli, viel zu viel Wurst und diese war zu fein geschnitten. Außerdem waren andere Zutaten dabei, die man dort normalerweise nicht findet. Der Nachtisch war lecker. Ich würde wiederkommen, aber beim nächsten Mal eine einfache Pizza wählen.

Ob es die beste Pizza ist schwer zu sagen, aber die ist so gut, dass man denkt man sei in Italien!

Kenne mich in Frankfurt nicht genug aus, um DEFINITIV zu sagen, dass hier die beste Pizza der Stadt serviert wird, aber weit weg von Platz 1 kann sie nicht sein, weil der Unterschied selbst zu Pizzen in Neapel sehr gering ist. Die typisch neapolitanische, luftig dicke Kruste, der dünne, krosse Boden: so kriegt man Pizza sonst nur in Kampanien. Durch das angrenzende Wohngebiet findet man fußläufig auch kostenlose Parkplätze. Geheimtipp in Frankfurt.

War jetzt ein paar Tage in Frankfurt und habe die Pizzeria Il Paradiso ausprobiert Kann ich nur empfehlen. So gut habe ich bei keinem Italiener gegessen. Es ist alles sehr gut gewürzt und hat viel Geschmack Es lohnt sich auch mal was neues auszuprobieren. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wenn es möglich wäre würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

WOW!!! *ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED*!!! A visit to Il Paradiso was a truly disastrous culinary experience. I'm speechless and simply cannot fathom how such high ratings are possible. Tagliatelle al Ragu: The pasta was overcooked and the Bolognese sauce was abysmal. It was far from homemade. And if it was, I suggest the chef check and change his recipe. Pizza with Frutti di Mare (except for the crust) was completely soggy with an unidentifiable sauce. The ingredients looked and tasted like the cheapest kind. They also seemed to have been pickled in vinegar beforehand. Unfortunately, it's light-years away from Italian cuisine and any kind of culinary skill. More than disappointing and, in my opinion, *ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED*!!! The positive reviews are therefore more than puzzling to me....

The menu is straightforward, focusing on pizza and pasta. The tuna insalata was a large portion and tasted good. The pizza was good. We couldn't quite place the spaghetti carbonara because it wasn't warm enough. Considering the fair prices, it was quite okay.

We went there for dinner because of the good reviews. It was the biggest disappointment ever. It took 10 minutes for the table to be cleaned. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks, and the pizzas didn't arrive for an hour and a half. After they realized they'd sent ours out, the pizza base was wafer-thin and completely soggy. It couldn't get any worse.

We ordered and arrived at the restaurant at the specified time. We still had to wait another 45 minutes. We received no apology or discount the entire time. We ordered, among other things, a pizza with burrata. Apparently, they were out of burrata, and instead we only got three small mozzarella balls. But we still had to pay the full price.

A 9 out of 10! A 9 only because they're better at pizza than pasta. But that doesn't matter. The pizzas are incredible and generously topped. It was a real treat. And the price is simply unbeatable. Where else can you find that in Frankfurt these days?! 😂 We'll be back.

I was at Paradiso Ristorante in Frankfurt today, and the pizza was simply fantastic! The dough was both fluffy and crispy, just like in Naples. The ingredients were fresh, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. You can taste the passion and tradition that goes into their work. The restaurant itself is cozy, not overly fancy, but with a truly Italian atmosphere. For me, it's currently the best pizza I've had in Germany – highly recommended! 🍕🇮🇹

The food was very tasty and of good quality, so the price was a bit higher. We had pizza and pasta. The only thing that could possibly be improved would be the indoor and outdoor areas. I find artificial turf unpleasant in the summer.

I ate there with my girlfriend on Monday, and I have to say the staff were really super friendly and sweet. The food was delicious and it's become my favorite pizzeria. Problem is, I'm actually from Stuttgart 😂🥹. So, if I'm ever in Frankfurt again, I definitely know where I'll eat again, because the price was great too 🫶🏻.

Super delicious pizzas, very friendly service. The crust is wonderfully crispy, and the inside is soft thanks to the generous toppings. I had the pizza with grilled eggplant, grilled zucchini, and grilled peppers. Well-seasoned, everything was perfect. You can also sit outside.

I ordered a Margharita pizza through Wolt and didn't have super high expectations...but boy was I wrong! The pizza was so good I went to the restaurant two days later and loved it!!

Upon entering, you immediately notice that cost-cutting measures are being taken and that the former Roma is in disrepair: the exterior is unkempt, the interior is partly dusty, the food elevator is full of dirty dishes, and the back area is untidy. Even the relatively new paint on the walls doesn't help. At the time of our visit, there were five employees present, one of whom was squatting on the steps, paddling. Despite the empty bar, there wasn't enough time to bring the tickets, so we finally said goodbye to Paradiso (which isn't exactly a promise).

So so so delicious. Keep it up!

We ordered takeaway food. I ordered spaghetti carbonara. The dish arrived with only 3 strips of ham. You really had to look for it. Generally tasteless. The worst cabonara I've ever eaten.

Pizza decent, ambience very simple, almost even dingy. We had a pasta dish which was unfortunately bland. However, since the pizza is good and the prices are rather low, it is given 4 stars

How people manage to give high ratings to such crappy places is beyond me. My pizza came with raw onions and mushrooms. I’ve eaten enough pizzas in this lifetime to know this isn’t a bold new culinary twist—it’s just lazy. Maybe the chef got inspired by sushi and thought, ‘Why not top it after baking?’ Never again. Unless I’m dragging someone here as a social experiment to test their tolerance for disappointment.

The pizza is highly recommended, in my case even without cheese! The ambience is rather "rustic" with main street chic, but that doesn't detract from the quality. The staff was very friendly, just needed training. How do I hold a tray, how do I touch a glass, etc. But you can ignore that. It's just harder for me because I'm from the industry and would have liked to be offered training straight away ;) All in all, recommended, I would definitely come back.

As I've read from others, our pizzas were totally moist on the inside and basically matched the toppings. The edge was good and crispy. We decided not to have a wine because €6.40 for 0.2 liters of open wine is steep and the ambience doesn't justify it.

My husband and I have ordered from here several times and are absolutely impressed with the pizza here! It's a Neapolitan pizza, not a Romana pizza: so the crust is very fluffy and soft. No "cookie dough"!! We ate here after Christmas with my extended family-in-law from Sicily. Everyone was thrilled and said you can hardly find such good pizza in Italy!! Both the pizza and pasta here are highly recommended. Even though we had lots of children with us and we were very loud (as is the case in a large Italian family...), all the employees were super nice and the service was super nice and friendly. Compliments and keep up the good work!

Original review: Extremely delicious pizza and pasta. If you order for pickup even on Saturday evening, wait a maximum of 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately, the restaurant inside and the seating area outside seem rather shabby. Edit: Unfortunately, developments are sad. Our last visit will not be followed by another one. The service staff seems increasingly disinterested and listless. You sit for 15 minutes until the card arrives and the table is cleared by those in front of you. It was only wiped off when asked again. The starter platter consisted of 3 types of sausage, some rocket and a mozzarella, the cheese and olives were completely missing. Some of the pizza dough was still raw. No questions asked if everything was okay or if you wanted any more drinks.

I think it's one of the best pizzas I've eaten in Frankfurt! Definitely worth trying again

ONLY CONCERNS THE GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA AND SERVICE. We ordered online. The pizzeria can't do anything about the fact that it arrived cold, so I don't rate that either. But: the wrong pizza arrived! Which was super annoying, but maybe just happened on a Saturday evening. Only: the way it was handled is not working at all! I had to justify myself on the phone for 15 minutes. “It was a bufala where the cheese was melted.” (not even a bufala that goes back into the oven after delivery looks like that!) The only person who really tried hard was the service person who was called in to help because of his impeccable German. In addition: we were told on the phone that the gluten-free pizza dough would be made in-house. For this you have to accept an extra charge of €3. But it came with a floor from Schär (which you can always easily identify by the “dots” on the floor. It was the worst gluten-free pizza in all of Frankfurt, the frozen pizza tastes comparable, or even better!! 1€ surcharge, as far as I'm concerned. But €3?! I'm so so disappointed.

I recently ordered a pizza to pick up from this pizzeria and was unfortunately very disappointed. The pizza was overloaded with so many onions that it was almost impossible to eat. The dough was far too thick and still raw in some places - anything but enjoyable. I was particularly shocked by the lack of hygiene on site: while I was waiting for my order, I saw an employee who was responsible for cutting the pizzas blowing her nose right in front of me. She then put the tissue back in her pocket and then cut the pizza without washing her hands. Something like this is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic. I hope that urgent measures will be taken to improve hygiene here. Until then, I won't order pizza here again.
