The atmosphere on the terrace appealed to us throughout our holiday, every time we walked past it. It actually had to happen on the last evening. We arrived without a reservation, but a spot was quickly created for us on the terrace (4 persons). However, with the caveat that we might have to change tables (which turned out not to be necessary) Service rushed out of the way and remained friendly despite the enormous crowds! Delicious pizzas and quick service too! If we ever visit Usedom again, we will definitely visit here again!!

We were just in the restaurant. I ordered vanilla ice cream with hot red jelly. I got 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream with large ice crystals, cream and warmed frozen currants. These were totally sour and had absolutely nothing to do with red jelly. I then pointed this out to the waitress and asked her to pass it on to the kitchen. Apart from the fact that we paid the full price, there was no further response, let alone an apology.

It is very tasty and comparatively cheap. The pizzas are very good. The noodle dishes are a bit small (or the lasagne). Unfortunately, card payments are not possible at the moment.

Food is good and sufficient. The service is quick and super nice. Is a usual pizzeria.

If you don't have time, maybe you shouldn't go out to eat, this is where the temperament is reflected: eat in peace, good food takes time! ... and that's exactly what happens in this restaurant, you slow down, are served lovingly and get really good food! Were there with children, unfortunately they were not satisfied. We waited for our food for more than an hour. Baked potato with salmon fillet, pasta with mushroom sauce were cold/not very warm. The food doesn't taste that good, you still have to add salt and then you can eat. Other guests came later and got their food earlier.

One thing in advance::::: the employee who served us was extremely courteous and friendly. The food was a bit mediocre, I liked the salad but it wasn't that great either. The rest of the family had calzones and they were also pretty mediocre.

Were there for the first time - 2 mommies and 5 kids (3-14 years). Rude gentleman as waitress. We waited over an hour for our food. Starters came together with main courses. Even though we specifically announced starters first... During the hour we wouldn't ask for drinks again... Other guests came later and got their food earlier.

High season, many guests come without pre-booking (during our visit, for example, a family of eight people), everything should happen within minutes and woe betide it if it doesn't fit, then it's just rated with one star... Guys! It's incomprehensible to me. We have eaten here several times. I find it authentically Italian. Yes, you wait a while for food. But when you go to a restaurant, you take your time with you. Cooking at home also takes time. So that's the case here too. The portions are large enough, the service was friendly and attentive and makes an effort to serve everyone as quickly as possible. That's why I, who once worked for an Italian and knows what it can be like, give it five stars.

Have been here twice for dinner now. Very tasty food, super friendly service and fast service despite the restaurant being full. We reserved again for the next day.

We arrived there almost starving to have an Italian meal. After we changed places twice, we got the card. The waitress tried everything but when we got the carpaccio, I thought... well more rucolla than beef. The main course trumps everything. A beef steak was ordered medium rare. But it arrived with a bloody sauce. In terms of taste, it was more the grill than anything else that stood out. All in all....not recommended for good cuisine.

Were there yesterday and ordered 2 pizzas and took them away. 1 seafood and 1 children's pizza salami...Were really tasty...The children's pizza was the size of a plate and the price was ok too.You can still taste the love for pizza...I'd be happy to do it again

Just Italian food, the carbonara "original" is delicious. Unfortunately there were no anchovies as a topping for the pizza at the start, which was a shame. But otherwise ok.

We had dinner on Monday 8/7/24. The restaurant was normally busy, so there was no apparent stress. So the three of us looked for a place and waited. At some point a waitress came and brought two cards. As I said, there were three of us. Ordered drinks and waited quite a long time again. I had ordered a small* beer, what came was a large shandy. So I waited again for a drink and to order the food. We had a salad, baked gnocchi in tomato sauce and tagliatelle with mushrooms. The salad was still quite good. But that was it. Neither the gnocchi dish nor the ribbon noodles tasted great. There's no pep in either of them, plus it's salt-free and bland. The tomato sauce had something like pureed tomatoes and was free of herbs and spices. Baked means 3 mini pieces of mozzarella. It couldn't be more loveless. Cutlery was only available upon request. The prices are quite reasonable considering the portions. In the end the bill was wrong because the wrong beer* was bonged. Card payment is also not accepted. Neither works at all. Conclusion: poor service and carelessly prepared, tasteless food.

We had dinner here and were pleasantly surprised, as we weren't impressed a few years ago and have avoided the restaurant until now. This time we liked it so much that we went back there the next day. Very friendly staff and also nice to sit.... Will be back next year 😃

It was our first time with you and we immediately felt like we were in good hands. We stopped by by chance and were surprised to find a free table outside. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. We were served immediately after we were assigned a table. Drinks and food selection very good. The food was then served quickly. Pizza was very good, spagetti and my gratinated gnocchi weren't quite as good. Unfortunately, they were too cold to be over-baked. The portions could be a little larger. But that is at the discretion of each guest. I was hungry, so I was glad there was some leftover pizza from my son 😉. All in all, highly recommended.

Pay attention to the details when ordering. Homemade cake and coffee or cappuccino is advertised for 5.80. If the slice of cake comes out at €6 and the milk coffee at €5.10 = €11.10, it's probably my fault for not asking better. My dinner was served with mushrooms instead of oyster mushrooms on the menu without comment and the spinach was so mushy, not nice! A modified order also arrived at the next table

Today it should be pizza and gnocchi and so much choice in this restaurant. The service was very nice and the prices were ok too. The food was tasty, but a little more salt and spices wouldn't have hurt. Overall a good lunch.

We sat on the terrace/outside. The service staff was friendly. Of the 4 meals, 2 were good. Unfortunately, the pizzas were very clearly topped and the dough was very fluffy... the salt was probably completely missing.

My wife and I ate pasta, I ate carbonara, my wife ate linguine with herbs and tomatoes, so nothing with mussels. Just before the end of the meal she bit on several mussel shells, it can happen. The Polish waitress yelled at my wife that she almost ate what she wanted. My wife just wanted to explain it to her. The waitress disappeared and after 15 minutes they sent a young colleague to us who was supposed to give us €2. No apology, nothing. When I'm in Germany, I expect the staff to speak German properly, then this incident would have ended with a smile and not a wordless €2. Never again!

Here is my experience in detail: **Atmosphere and Service** The restaurant itself makes a decent impression at first glance, but unfortunately that is deceptive. The service was average - not unfriendly, but not particularly attentive or warm either. **Food and Prices** The food was an absolute disappointment. We started with bruschetta for a whopping €6.50. What we got were pieces of bread with tomatoes and balsamic vinegar - a meager portion and far below average in taste. The carbonara was a disaster. Instead of the creamy, savory sauce you'd expect, we got something that was very reminiscent of toddler milk noodles. For €18.50 we ordered medallions with Gorgonzola and croquettes. The croquettes were the only highlight on the plate. The medallions were tasteless and the "Gorgonzola" unidentifiable - a bland sauce that didn't live up to the name. The side dish was frozen broccoli, which had obviously just been warmed up. **Conclusion** Overall, our visit was a bitter disappointment. For the high prices you would expect significantly more quality and taste. I will definitely not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the money and disappointment!

Unfortunately I can't give a rating for the food or the ambience, but what the service staff did there is outrageous. You sit there for 20 minutes and they haven't managed to hand out menus. Logical consequence we left the restaurant. And as we were leaving we talked to other guests who already had a menu but still couldn't order after 30 minutes... Not hospitable... not recommended.

Rather not. The service was very friendly but seemed slightly overwhelmed. Unfortunately the food didn't taste good at all. The Mediterranean vegetables were frozen vegetables made from brocolli and carrots. The starter was a salami plate with cold cuts from the department store and a ball of iceberg lettuce.

Pasta Tuscany would have been too small a portion even for children... Cheeky!!!!!! I haven't tipped in a long time! But we felt completely fooled. The taste was ok, but nothing more! And for almost 15 euros only 15 pasta/smothered in ruccola.....unbelievable! Naughty, naughty, naughty!!!!!!!!

Very tasty pizza 👍🏻👌🏻We have nothing to complain about here at all. Very friendly and attentive service. The pizza was big, fresh and tasty. Even small extra requests are taken into account. We would love to come back.

I ordered pasta carbonara to take away. Waiting time about 28-30 minutes, I think that's a long time, but okay. I asked in between and seemed like I had forgotten because I was asked to take away or eat here 😅 and the restaurant wasn't that full. When I received the order, I was very shocked by the Asian noodle box (see pictures). At €12.50 I would have thought that the portion would be a little larger, but okay. Arrived in the hotel room, opened the noodle box and unfortunately found no cream sauce. Although it was specifically stated on the menu that you should mention it if you don't want cream sauce. And who would have thought it, the whole experience was very disappointing from start to finish, because the taste of the pasta with carbonara without cream sauce reflected what I had experienced. I can still promise, the waiter was very nice and friendly 👍🏼 Maybe the experience on site is completely different, but I wouldn't test it after the experience.

Unfortunately, the service was really unfriendly and seemed very annoyed, even though maybe 3-4 tables were occupied. The drinks were simply put on the table and you had to take them yourself. Pour the wine yourself. So it's definitely not service. The shop seemed uncomfortable and the cake freezer was extremely loud. The pizzas (the dough) tasted of absolutely nothing and were not completely cooked. The pepperoni pizza was extremely greasy. Carbonara was very weak and couldn't be compared to the real thing. The risotto was delicious - that's why we get the one star. We won't go there again.

The waiter is a hit :-) the ice cream tastes great, the portions are huge. I can also highly recommend the cake.

We got warm beer, really as warm as if it had been left on the heater all day. Spaghetti with GIANT prawns contains 5 mini prawns from the frozen bag, for €16. Bruschetta was soggy, the broccoli soup consisted of indefinable flour paste with no broccoli taste, probably just stirred together spontaneously, but very expensive. The pizza tasted like almost nothing, you have to deal with that first. Then you sit “comfortably” in front of the 60 incher where the football plays without any sound. Anyone who has too much money or is about to starve can do it, I felt completely deprived.

It's not that easy to evaluate the whole thing. The dishes: Carpaccio was great and so were the mussels. The pasta was good, the pizzas unfortunately not so much. The dough completely lacked flavor. Likewise with the bread served with it. We had reserved in the evening and arrived exactly 5 minutes late. Stupid, but unavoidable with children. Unfortunately our table had been given to someone else, but we were kindly told that we should wait a bit. After 10 minutes we got a nice table in a fairly simple but good atmosphere. Our (!) waitress was very nice and tried hard. Let's come again, probably not.

Unfortunately we (5 people) were disappointed. 1 meal was completely forgotten…. Didn't even give an apology. The broccoli was cold on every plate, the lamb was fatty and tough. The steaks... grilled to death... the fries raw inside! Sorry, but at that price… NEVER AGAIN!

Service tried hard, communication difficulties. Orders forgotten, wrong orders brought. Pizza definitely needs to stay in the oven longer, dough wasn't cooked through. Too much cheese on the pizza. So unpalatable.

The staff was totally overwhelmed. No napkins We had to pour ourselves wine at the beginning. Pizza wasn't baked through. Food was confused with neighbors. Not just once. Had to return two meals because they were inedible. Also at the next table. It's a real shame because we wanted to spend a nice last culinary evening in Bansin.

In the evening there were only two service employees on duty and the restaurant was full. They were really busy. Unfortunately, everyone who sat around us and came later got food. When asked, they took care of it, saying "now we'll get the food", then we had to wait another 15 minutes. So I spent about 1.5 hours waiting. The food was acceptable. Unfortunately, Bolognese tasted almost exclusively of basil and the pizza dough didn't see a gram of salt. To put it nicely, a sheet of paper had more flavor.

Very pleasant visit to the restaurant with extremely friendly, courteous service. Large portions, good selection. Also various vegetarian dishes to choose from. We liked it, the pasta even better than the pizza. The leftovers were easily packed up for us.

Unfortunately we were hungry, otherwise we would have left without eating. Potatoes (fried) were cold. The vegetables tasted “like the fridge”, the schnitzel was tough. We returned the plates after the first taste. 5 minutes later they were back. Not fresh! The potatoes were only in the microwave for a short time. The potatoes were warm - the rest were cold. Without words! We are “locals” from Trassenheide and often go out for dinner in the evening. Not there anymore

Es war sehr schön und lecker selbst die Kinder fühlten sich wohl bei euch.

Nudelgerichte ok für den Preis. Kulinarisch aber nichts besonderes. Der Zander war noch roh und nicht zu empfehlen. Die Lammkottlets wurden mit 5 Kroketten und blankem Brokkoli serviert, absolut fad und geschmacklos . Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder .

Sehr nette Bedienung, Hunde sind erlaubt. Ohne Probleme für 6 Personen und 2 Hude gegen 18.30 einen Tisch ohne Vorbestellung bekommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Bei allen Personen. Allerdings könnten für Männer die Nudelportionen ein wenig größer ausfallen. Die Pizzen und Calzone sind Mega. Sehr zu empfehlen
