The food was excellent. Large pizza with plenty of toppings. Great, attentive service. We'd love to come back.

The food is good value for money. Be careful with the drink prices—Coke, Sprite, and the like are a rip-off.

So I can't confirm the negative reviews because of unfriendliness, although we were there with a dog 🐕 and unfortunately people don't like having a dog as a guest everywhere, it's different here. For dinner we had pizza, a large salad and lasagna and that was good, of course there is always room for improvement, but we have eaten there several times and never had a bad experience.

The food was a disaster for the money. I also explained to the waiter in detail that the spaghetti had been pre-cooked and that the garlic in the spaghetti aglio olio didn't taste like garlic, but like potatoes, but the gentleman wasn't interested in that at all. To this day I don't know why he even asked me. The mussels that were widely advertised were not available. Instead I had to eat half-cooked fritto misto, I guess straight from the freezer into the oil. That's the advantage of the restaurateur with constantly changing holiday guests...

The Rialto in Heringsdorf makes more effort to accommodate guests.

The pizza was very bland and tasteless and also tasted smoky in some places, the salmon noodles weren't exactly good either, as instead of fresh salmon as described on the menu it was smoked and tasted absolutely strange. However, the waiters were very friendly and the atmosphere was also very nice and we were not charged for the salmon.

I liked it. Very nice staff. The pizza I had was amazing and huge!! I've eaten much worse directly on the Baltic Sea.

That hasn't happened to us yet either. There was virtually nothing going on when the three of us sat down. Yet we were completely ignored. The waiters even walked past our table. When two young ladies sat down after us, they were served immediately. The women sat about 3 meters away. After 15 minutes it was too stupid for us and we left. Never again…

At first glance, a really cozy Italian restaurant. But...food has deteriorated greatly, extremely arrogant, overwhelmed and bad waiters. One person dropped the tray due to incompetence and subsequently triggered a police operation. 8 came!!! heavily armed police officers and 4 paramedics entered the store. At the next table sat his elderly couple with a small and cute dog. Apparently he bit the waiter on the arm. Given its size, it would never have been possible. The waiter simulated a serious injury, although there was not even a scratch on his arm or damage to his shirt. The police and paramedics were also completely stunned by the waiter's behavior. The impression was that the waiter wanted to rip off the couple. I will definitely never go to a restaurant like this with my friends again, especially since the food isn't even close to the quality it used to be.

We can't quite understand why the average rating isn't at least 4.5 stars, but so be it. You can't always choose your customers and guests... We were definitely more than satisfied with all the details and can definitely recommend the RIALTO!

Ambience and location were very good, but the food (lasagna and Bolognese) was very bad. I haven't eaten such bad lasagne in a long time.

The service was okay, although the staff behind the counter seemed rather disinterested. Unfortunately, the pizzas were by far the worst we've had in a restaurant in years. Half the ingredients were raw and tasted of absolutely nothing. The appetizer plate was well-filled, but the ingredients were of the cheapest quality. "Cervelat sausage" on the appetizer plate... The chicken in the pasta was very dry. It's a real shame, because the location in the front row is quite nice. All in all, unfortunately, very disappointing, and the previously shared reviews seem to be correct. We had deliberately chosen to have dinner on Usedom. Our hosts had previously recommended the Polish restaurants to us.

First the waiter mixed up our order. We wanted to eat mussels twice. After the order went through, we learned that mussels were supposedly sold out. Not quite believable. The pizza as an alternative, instead of having a lot of garlic, was delivered without garlic at all and with an incredible amount of cheese on it, but otherwise pretty tasteless. Also the grilled calamari with fried potatoes! Were just mediocre. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not recommended

We were there 2 evenings in a row with our German Shepherd. We received an incredibly warm welcome and chairs were even put to the side for the dog so that he had space. Incredibly friendly staff, delicious food! Highly recommended - we would love to come back!!

Never again, we had the worst bruschetta ever, sticky bread with no taste and the tomatoes also had no taste and were of poor quality. The salami pizza is also not recommended. Ambience and toilet facilities are very outdated. Salt, pepper shakers, oil bottle on the table were muddy/dirty. Service was nice and quick. Unfortunately, quantity is important here instead of quality. 👎

The ambiance itself is really nice and the location is great. Unfortunately, the food wasn't anything special. The creamy mushroom sauce was completely watery and bland, as was the curry sauce. The meat was dry, and the mushrooms were from a can. The food arrived after only five minutes, and there was nothing freshly cooked in it. The price really wasn't worth it. The server also seemed rather rude to us.

Service is when I get my coffee and cake together and not the coffee first and the cake after 15 minutes when the coffee is cold... I know and expect gastronomy differently.

Large restaurant, Italian where the espresso doesn't taste good. We felt more like we were at a train station than in an Italian family. Better to fly to Olbia quickly. The restaurant is well located, the service was fine. The food was below average: 17.50 euros for ravioli and mushroom cream sauce, which didn't even contain real mushrooms, just those from a jar. The lasagna consisted almost entirely of fatty cheese. This is not real Italian cuisine, just a check-in for the tourists. So the price-performance ratio is not right at all. We, two people, were in this pizzeria for the first and probably the last time today. Both pizzas were absolutely tasteless, no spices whatsoever. There was no sign of the specially ordered garlic, even though the waiter said he had put the garlic on the pizza himself. The waiter was friendly and the cozy dining room was at a pleasant temperature, which is almost extraordinary given the current temperatures.

Located on the promenade, interior more like an ice cream parlor. Big and rather uncomfortable. Waiter nice, tried hard. Pizza ok, salad is fine, lasagne cut with a lot of tough béchamel sauce surrounded not gratinated with cheese. I had previously asked whether it would be cut in portions and the answer was somewhat hesitant: no. It may be that I'm old-fashioned, but I like lasagna best that comes in a small form and is still bubbling😏

We were there on December 30th. 24 had dinner with 9 people on December 27th. ordered upon arrival in Ahlbeck. Drinks and food were great, everything tasted good. The waiter was very attentive. The next day we ordered take-away and everyone had a leisurely meal in the area. They definitely are full 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

Unfortunately, apple strudel tastes like it was thawed out of a Lidl package. Cappuccino from a fully automatic machine (or tastes just as bad), a shame for an Italian. I don't need it again.

Oto opinia po niemiecku: --- Unfortunately a huge disappointment. We ordered a pizza that was supposed to be the flagship of Italian cuisine, but it was a complete failure. The dough was so hard you could hammer nails with it, and every piece was practically dripping oil - a completely unreasonable amount that ruined the entire taste. The fish? Even worse. It was so dry that it tasted like a rubbery sole that you couldn't enjoy by any stretch of the imagination. It looked like it had been in the oven for at least twice as long as it needed to. Unfortunately, the ambience and service cannot make up for this culinary fiasco. If this is supposed to be "Italian cuisine," it seems someone has completely misunderstood the basics. We had dinner here today and were unfortunately a bit disappointed. So I had a carpaccio that was really good, then came the pizza diavola, which I was really disappointed with, no spicy, hardly any taste. My buddy had a Capricciosa that also had a fairly neutral taste. My other friend's lasagna was very good, he said.

It was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. A very quick, attentive service that really fulfilled all your wishes. There was absolutely nothing to complain about about the food either. The desired starter, Frittura di calamari, was on point and is recommended. Spaghetti fruiti de mare was just as delicious as the spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino. Grated Parmesan was also available with the meal upon request and was not charged for. Despite the full house, the waiter's attentiveness was sensational. We'd love to come back! Perfetto i grazie mile... 👍🏼

The waiter was very attentive and friendly and everything went very quickly from ordering to arrival at the table. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't really baked through and was therefore heavy on the stomach, and the taste was also rather bland. The bruschetta and lasagna were good. Next time I would give pasta a try instead of pizza. The prices were absolutely fine for a vacation spot.

Unfriendly Italian service in decades of traveling and restaurant visits in Germany itself. Food: poor quality, not used to Italians. Jar or canned mushrooms - definitely not fresh mushrooms! Sauces tasteless. 2 out of 4 people with subsequent gastrointestinal symptoms. Not recommended!

The pizza 🍕 was quite tasty but there was a bit too much oil on it

Went to the Rialto again on vacation. The food was delicious and the service was great, the waiter who served us was extremely attentive and asked if everything was OK with us, if we still had enough drinks... Still We have never had our food on the table so quickly! We look forward to a lovely evening with delicious food every year when we are in Ahlbeck.

Unfortunately that was nothing! We ordered pizza, but it had nothing to do with Italian pizza. Way too full, too much cheese and the edge of the dough was too thick. The taste is ok, but nothing more. Boiled eggs instead of raw eggs, which cook in the pizza oven, onion pieces sometimes much too big, olives only lukewarm. And the pizza sauce wasn't anything special either. The bruschetta wasn't great either. I expect much, much better from the Italian. Location great. Staff friendly but could be more attentive. Ambience quite nice. Yes, you get full. But you don't have to come by a second time.

No recommendation! The taste of the food (pasta and pizza) didn't impress us and it also tasted like it had been reheated. The staff is neither attentive nor can they smile. If you want to eat delicious food on vacation, this is the wrong place for you. The only good thing is the location right on the beach, but the restaurant doesn't have anything else to offer.
