Ate in this restaurant on business, the food was okay, the service was rather so-so, we often had to call staff to order something (drinks, etc.). For an Italian, hospitality is rather reserved. Salad was very oiled, pizza was partly in the oven too long Search for parking space is very limited

It's a cozy restaurant. The staff was very friendly despite being busy. I had penne with mozzarella and it was a very tasty and, above all, large portion. The side salad was also very large. Price-performance ratio is definitely right. I recommend it.

We are regular guests at the Casa Grande restaurant and are always very satisfied. The food is very tasty, the staff is always very friendly (I can't understand the sometimes bad comments about the staff). The ambience and especially the covered outdoor area is very cozy and inviting in the warm season. Highly recommended!!!

Italian restaurant with a quite impressive menu. The taste of the dishes is nothing special. The size of the portions and the price charged for them are not appropriate at all. The drinks in particular are very expensive. For a wheat beer 5.90€, wine spritzer 7.50€ and the other drinks prices don't match what is on offer here. These are prices like in Munich, Hamburg or somewhere else. But we are talking about a restaurant in Kaiserslautern and then in an industrial area.

A very well-kept restaurant! All. Waiters are very polite and very respectful. We were warmly welcomed and our wishes were taken into account immediately. The drinks and food arrived in a pleasant timeframe. The starter salad was a visual feast for the eyes and the taste was excellent. The combination and the pizza met our taste exactly. The climate of the room is perfect and the acoustics. The other guests were very pleasant. We found all the waiters who served us very friendly and attentive. We would be happy to come back. I didn't take a photo because the food looked so delicious: "I couldn't keep it waiting!"

I ate here for the first time with friends today. My pizza was really appealing in terms of taste and appearance and was very tasty. The dough from the wood-fired oven was crispy yet light and neatly topped. So really good! Unfortunately, this is in the shadows due to the service, which really doesn't deserve its name. We had to wait more than 70 minutes for our food, which has never happened to me in a restaurant - regardless of whether it was full or not. There was a large group sitting next to us. At first only individual salads were served and only gradually did the other things arrive and they were there long before us. Only when we asked where our order was did the waiter go into the kitchen. Same with the drinks. Nobody came and asked if we would like anything else - we all sat at the table without any further drinks until I made myself known. So the service was really poor and the gentleman unfortunately seemed a bit listless to us too. When we wanted to pay, I had to wave several times before they noticed us. None of us gave a tip at the end - I've never done that before either. But where there is no service, there is no extra. But as I said, the food was good.

The food was always delicious on every visit and we have been here many times. My favorite are the baked mushrooms. Service is very friendly and accommodating.

We saw this pizzeria purely by chance from the bus and thought we'd go in there after doing our shopping. We were immediately greeted by a friendly waiter, top 1. From the menu we chose an appetizer salad Chef (somewhere else it's called Nice with tuna), as well as Pizza Diavolo and Pizza Monte Bianco (see photos). The salad was great with a very tasty dressing, top 2. The pizza costs €13-14 but is large and tasty. All ingredients are fresh at Bianco. The base is thin and the dough is crispy. What more could you want, top 3. We can't understand the bad reviews and found everything really tasty and will come back when we're in the area.

Very nice atmosphere, delicious food with a good price/performance ratio. Service was good, but a bit inattentive and sometimes not always friendly when there was a lot of traffic. Despite the criticism, a clear recommendation. You can work on stress resilience. :)

So for me and my wife the worst restaurant in Kaiserslautern. 1.Arrogants can't be outdone. 2.The food price performance poor every home service in Kaiserslautern is better. 3. Service even McDonald's has better service than this restaurant. 4. Cleanliness at and under the table!!! So clean that you had ants crawling on the table in the food and on yourself the whole time. Unfortunately really not recommended

Was there for my weigh-in party, quite spontaneously. It was delicious, I was also able to order individually, which I really liked. Everything was fresh, the service was attentive and the atmosphere was very stylish. All in all very relaxed and completely satisfied. The price is worth the performance!

Service and ambience were really good but unfortunately the food left a bit to be desired.. the pizza was very bland and the dough was really not good.. it looked delicious but the taste was a complete failure. There are significantly better pizzas in the area. The antipasti plate for €12.50 is also a disgrace.

We ordered from the delivery service for the first time. Two Jägerschnitzels with fries and salad. The salad was missing and we called to ask them to please bring the salad. But the driver can't! Poor service for the price/performance ratio.

Had to wait over 1 hour for 2 drinks and 2 starters salads. When we arrived after 20 minutes. When we asked where the drinks were, we got a rude answer that we weren't the only ones here. We each wanted a main course and maybe a dessert. But when everything came, we paid and had the salads packed. NEVER AGAIN!!! We then went to another restaurant and were served much faster and friendlier and ate very well.

I can't give this one star!!! Pure fraudsters, we were extremely ripped off!!!! A price was agreed in advance for a menu that was not adhered to. 375 euros were charged for 5 starter plates and there was almost nothing on the plate. The fish was served dry without sauce. People canceled them and we had to pay for them too... where can you find something like that?????? That's what I call it actually calculation. A pure rip-off place...Never again!!!!Staff cheeky and derogatory

They don't stick to agreements and the food is... well... vegetarians eat a pizza with hardly any toppings... no vegetables or salad for meat... no side dish for fish... and exorbitant prices! !!

We had a going away dinner here, and everything was amazing from the reserved area, attentive staff, beautiful atmosphere, and wonderful food. The owner and his servers were very efficient as each person arrived they were greated, seated, and had a drink in hand within 3 minutes. I will always come here for a great meal but the combination of everything else is what makes this place one of the top places here in Kaiserslautern. The hidden gem that people should c9me experience at least once. Parking is a surprise if it's your first time you have to know when to turn early but it takes you behind the restaurant where there is a huge parking lot.

Essen war ok aber die Bedienung eine reine Katastrophe. Achtung: es sind auch keine Italiener, die das Restaurant leiten und dementsprechend wird man bedient. Als Frau ablässig behandelt und total unfreundlich. Preise wie in einer Großstadt und Qualität des Essens lässt zu wünschen übrig

Pizzen sind gut, der Preis ist angemessen. Die männlichen Bedienungen sind, gelinde gesagt, unaufmerksam, lassen sich extrem viel Zeit, obwohl noch nicht so viel los war, und Freundlichkeit ist was anderes. Das Essen wiederum kam zügig und war gut bis sehr gut (wir hatten allerdings auch "nur" Pizzen bestellt).

Wir sind Stammgäste in diesem Restaurant und sind im schnitt ca. zwei Mal im Monat dort. Wir hatten uns sehr gefreut als bei unserem Besuch im Januar 2024 endlich neue Speisekarten präsentiert wurden. Die alten waren immer leicht verschmutzt und schon mehr als abgegriffen. Doch dann die Ernüchterung. Die Preise wurden derartig erhöht (Teilweise mehr als 50%), dass uns fast der Schlag getroffen hat. Beispiel: Ein kleines Fanta (0,3L) für 4,90€!! (das sind Preise die ich nicht mal aus Düsseldorf oder München City kenne). Andere Speisen und Getränke ebenfalls maßlos im Preis verteuert. Das lässt sich nicht durch das immerwährende Thema der höheren Gehälter, Einkaufspreise, 19% MwSt. Anhebung, usw. begründen. Wir sind auf einem Preisniveau eines edel Restaurants angekommen. Das kann man machen, wenn Speisen, Getränke, Ambiente und Bedingung zum Preisniveau passen. Das ist hier aber nicht der Fall. Dann würde ich tolle hochwertige Speisen, mit einem schönen eingedeckten Tisch (Tischdecke, Stoffserviette, Weingläser,..) erwarten. Aber nichts von all dem ist hier zu finden. Einfache Speisen (jedoch schmackhafte), einfache Weine, mittelmäßige Bedienung, blanker Tisch ohne Eindeckung,…. Das Ganze hatte zu dem Preisniveau von früher gepasst, aber jetzt nicht mehr. Lieber Inhaber: Wenn Sie die Preise so extrem anziehen, dann auch bitte im Verhältnis zu dem was sie auch kulinarisch, service- und ambiententechnisch aufbieten. So passt das nicht zusammen. Schade! Somit werden wir uns einen anderen Italiener suchen Es gibt genügend Alternativen in Kaiserslautern.

Schöne Pizzeria mit gutem Essen

Nette Begrüßung und schönes Ambiente. Ausreichende Auswahl auf der Karte. Beilagensalat war gross und die Soße war auch ganz gut. die Pizza war gut bis sehr gut belegt aber leider nicht richtig heiß. Das war sehr schade.Dafür dann zu teuer.

Sehr schönes Lokal. Das Essen war gut aber preislich ein wenig teuer für die Größe. Die Bedienung war net aber wirkten ein wenig überfordert.

Food was delicious and so was the food presentation. It’s quite convenient that there is parking practically right by the restaurant. The atmosphere is comfortable. However, the service could be a tick better. We had to ask for the menu, ask if we could order, ask why the drinks didn’t come , basically had to ask for everything. We would have appreciated a bit more attentiveness. Apparently, based on the other comments this seems to be an issue that has not been dealt with.

Eine Endtäuschung. Vom gehobenen Preis her erwartet man eine gute Qualität. Nur die Ober waren gut und schnell. Das Essen war eher mau. Die Pizza zu dick. Gar nicht italienisch. Die Büffelmozarella fehlte der Geschmack. Bei der anderen Pizza fehlte der Charakter und man musste die Nüsse suchen. Der Lambrusco war trotz des hohen Preises charakterlos. Schade. Wir hatten mehr erwartet. Die Location an sich hat zu viel Flair von einem Vereinshaus als von einem guten Restaurant.

Kann mich hier leider manchen anschließen das die Bedienungen nicht sehr freundlich und etwas arrogant waren. Haben 15 Minuten gewartet bis uns mal jemand gefragt hat ob wir was trinken möchten. Und dann kam auch kaum noch einer wurden nicht mehr nach Getränken gefragt oder nach Dessert. Alles sehr schade weil geschmacklich top! Ansonsten war das Essen sehr lecker. Mein Antipasti war für 12.50 schon sehr übersichtlich. Pizza und Pasta waren super lecker.

Food was great! Drinks were good! Our order was messed up by forgetting our appetizers but it was an honest mistake. Outside seating under a retractable canopy made for a spectacular dinner outside.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte mir eine Pizza 🍕 Salami bestellt und meine Freundin sich etwas gegrilltes Bestellt ich glaube etwas mit Pute. Der Service ist freundlich, könnte aber etwas aufmerksamer sein. Die bestellte Pizza war geschmacklich sehr gut, aber der Boden ist knüppelhart und mit musste mit dem extra beigelegten Messer regelrecht durchgesäbelt werden. Der Essen kam zügig und relativ zeitgleich für alle.

Tolle Pizza, viele Variationen, dazu als Nachtisch Tiramisu, und eine gute Weinschorle, das Case Grande ehem. Siedlerklaus ist wirklich eine Bereicherung für Kaiserslautern. Was würden wir nur ohne euch machen?

Haben einen Tisch bestellt mit mehreren Leuten ,da der eine oder andere nicht kommen konnte, was wir nicht wussten , wurde der Chef sehr unfreundlich, er hätte die Plätze auch anders vergeben können. Wir boten ihm an das er ja noch Gäste dazu setzen kann, worauf er gar nicht ein ging. Der Kellner fragte dann ob wir uns umsetzen wollen, was wir dann auch getan haben. Normalerweise wären wir gerne gegangen ,aber mit zehn Leuten an einem Samstag Abend ein anderes Restaurant zu finden ist schwer. Das war das letzte mal ,das wir da waren ,denn solche Vorfälle von diesem arroganten Chef hatten wir schon öfters. Anscheinend zählt bei Ihm nur noch das Geld und nicht das Wohl der Gäste. Freundlichkeit kostet nichts, wobei man noch erwähnen muss daß das Essen nur Durchschnitt ist.

Unfreundliches Personal, motzen Gäste an, Kinder sind wohl nicht willkommen, Essen ok, aber für den Preis jetzt nicht sonderlich gut.

Wir waren hier mit einer größeren Gruppe, hatten vorher reserviert. Immerhin klappte die Reservierung. Der große Pluspunkt des Restaurants ist die Terrasse mit Überdachung. Doch dann haben sich die Pluspunkte schon aufgezählt! Das Essen ist allenfalls durchschnittliche italienische Küche, die man auf diesem Level in Kaiserslautern preiswerter findet. Das Servicepersonal ist trotz zahlenmäßig guter Besetzung chronisch überfordert, Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit gibt es hier nicht. Man wird regelrecht abgefertigt, die Getränke dauern lange und ein kundenorientiertes Nachfragen gibt es hier nicht. Das Personal ist dem Gast gegenüber so konsequent ignorant, dass es sich einen möglichen Mehr-Umsatz und entsprechende Trinkgelder selbst versemmelt. Stammkunden werden wir hier bestimmt nicht, diese Location dient allenfalls als Notnagel. Schade, denn die Location an sich bietet zunächst viele gute Voraussetzungen, hier eine gute und empfehlenswerte Gastronomie laufen zu lassen. Auf einen Drink „aufs Haus“ sieht man hier als Gastgeber auch großzügig hinweg - trotz eines hohen Umsatzes! Vielleicht zählt hier eher Cassa Grande als ein echtes Casa Grande, in dem sich der Gast auch rundum wohl fühlt.

Schöner Freisitz mit der Möglichkeit, das Dach und die Seiten elektrisch zu schließen. Leider gab es an diesem Abend anscheinend etwas Personalprobleme. Die Wartezeit war zu lange - und den Service musste man herbeirufen; Service war aber freundlich. Die Speisekarte bietet eine große Auswahl an bestimmt leckeren Speisen. Die Auswahl fällt schwer. Von mir für mein Essen ganz klar Daumen nach oben.

Das Parmesanschnitzel ist ein Gedicht. Auch die andern Gerichte der Karte sind einwandfrei! Den Besuch können wir nur Empfehlen. Preis/Leistung mehr als Angemessen.

waren wir an unserer Geburtstagsfeier am Abend. Das Lokal randvoll, die Geräuschkulisse nicht zum Aushalten, aber das kannten wir ja. Keine Extrakarte mit der Begründung -gestern war Ruhetag-, lediglich Lachs wurde angeboten mit EINER Beilage, Kartoffeln oder Gemüse. Das kam dann lieblos auf den Teller geklatscht, furztrockener Lachs, rundherum gleichmäßig in dunkler Farbe, was darauf hindeutet, dass er in die Fritteuse gewandert ist, Beilage frittierte Kartoffelwürfel und als Deko eine halbe Zitrone. Sorry, aber das bekomme ich in der „Nordsee“ ordentlich „gebraten“ mit Remoulade und Beilagensalat. Und für diesen Mist dann noch € 18.— zu berechnen, einfach unverschämt. Man war nicht gewillt die Reklamation entgegenzunehmen, im Gegenteil, man fiel dem Gast ins Wort und kanzelte ihn in einem unangemessenen Ton ab. Vielleicht sind das die Gepflogenheiten in ihrem Land, aber bei uns kennt man das nicht. Für uns war es der letzte Besuch. In dieser Preiskategorie gibt es genügend andere Restaurants die wissen was und wie sie ihr Essen auf den Teller bringen und wie sie sich ihren Gästen gegenüber zu verhalten haben. Der Ruhetag bietet sich perfekt an um Getränke und Lebensmittel einzukaufen! Unsere Beanstandungen waren nicht unbegründet, da sich an unserem Tisch gastronomieerfahrene Personen befanden.

This is a nice small restaurant just down the street from the main Post office in Kaiserslautern. The pizza was really good. My wife likes the penne pasta with Gorgonzola. Parking can be a challenge but they also deliver and the price and food is good.
