I was there as a temporary worker and the staff was very unfriendly to me. Well, it's a shame actually.

Food was available quickly and to everyone at the same time. Service attentive and friendly. Food very tasty. Price is right.

Heute zum ersten Mal im Brauhaus zum Abendessen. Dienstag ist Schnitzeltag. Ich hatte das Hawaiischnitzel mit Pommes. Die Auswahl an glutenfreiem Essen ist arg begrenzt, deshalb hatte meine Frau ein Rumpsteak. Nach Aussage meiner Frau war es ok. Mein Schnitzel war ok aber jetzt auch nichts besonderes. Wir hatten einen schönen Tisch und die Leute vom Service waren freundlich und flott.

Well, location until you get second drinks

The outside area makes a good impression. The service staff tried hard and served quickly. Unfortunately the food wasn't outstanding. We ordered schnitzel. I had the Brauhaus schnitzel with fried potatoes and a side salad. The salad, especially the dressing, were good. Only the carrot sticks could be left out (for my taste). The warm dishes tasted bland. There was a complete lack of spice. The fried potatoes were not crispy, but rather greasy. My friend's fries weren't crispy either. The breading of the schnitzel wasn't as it should be either. Schnitzel was very light, a little dry and not breaded golden yellow. Since I mainly rate the food here, unfortunately I only give it 2 stars.

We were there for lunch. It's nice to sit there. A side salad is recommended.

It was terrible. The finest food, beautiful fried potatoes and the spaetzle in delicious cream sauce. 1 star less because the service takes 20 minutes longer when the number of visitors is high.

You can sit very comfortably here and the service is very nice and quick. The food tasted very good and there was a very short wait. There was a starter salad for all dishes, including the vegetarian ones. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right given the large portions. We tried the light and dark cellar beer and can recommend both. The entrance is at ground level and suitable for wheelchair users.

I had dinner in the restaurant today and the waitresses were very nice. It's nice to sit outside and it's very nice when the weather is sunny. I ordered a Jägerschnitzel with fries and it came with a salad. The salad was really very good, but unfortunately it was the only good thing about the entire meal. FYI because I only give one star for the food and at the same time I write that the salad was very tasty. When I order a Jägerschnitzel, I only rate the Jägerschnitzel! So to the schnitzel: - it was neither crispy nor was it souffled. (The breading didn't taste good either and I would say it just wasn't breaded properly) - the mushrooms were simply cut way too big. Thinner slices simply come into their own better in a hunter's sauce. - the sauce just tasted very unseasoned and just like cream without anything. So no cream sauce. I don't know a sauce as light as this one either. - the fries had no salt at all and were a bit soggy (not really tasteful or tasty either) I hope today was just an exception. But unfortunately annoying for the customer. For info: I also said this very nicely to the waitress when she asked me how the food was! So I'm not the kind of person who just complains here without having personally said anything about it. She also apologized very nicely, which I found very polite. I don't want to badmouth the store either. This is solely my opinion and taste! (Which is known to be different for every person) I was also recommended the restaurant by satisfied guests who had been there two years ago. I don't know if the kitchen is still the same.

All in all we had a very pleasant visit. Reservation over the phone went smoothly. We got there and got the tables that we had requested for. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the pleasant day. The food was good. They offer a host of German specialties. The food presentation was also very well done. The order came with a side salad. The dressing was very good and I liked the fact that it had enough dressing on it. Other restaurants salads are quite dry. The service personnel were very friendly and helpful. There is also plenty of paid parking within walking distance from the restaurant. Unfortunately, I was told that they do not offer “food to go.” So I just ordered a regular meal and asked for a box and boxed it myself. Basically, that was my food to go. I don’t understand why they cannot offer it. I also had a bit of leftovers from the meal I consumed, and it was strange that I was also charged for that box. I’ve never been charged for the packaging in a Restaurant.

Comma but this week the opposite: 8:45 p.m. on site, waited, waited, waited, no service came, although 2 (two) women were chatting extensively at the counter. We were there for dinner today. We didn't know that Tuesday was schnitzel day. Offering different schnitzel variations €12.90 is very cheap.

We were there because that's what the birthday "child" wanted. The food was good, portions were sufficient. Ambience is so-so, not necessarily comfortable. You can sit well outside. The service could still be optimized, we didn't feel like we were in good hands. We couldn't make the reservation by phone because it was always busy. Nothing worked via email either. So personal. When I commented on this, they said it would be forwarded. When we got there, we noticed that the phone was ringing several times, but there was no one to answer it. Conclusion: Unfortunately not ideal.

The children's meals are not recommended, the nuggets taste like cardboard. The Cor Don Bleu and the fries also tasted like nothing, more cheese than meat.

We went there for dinner today. There were problems with 2 of the 3 dishes (the asparagus was too hard). The staff was super friendly, I immediately brought the food back to the kitchen and it was recooked. All conditions super nice, attentive and friendly. I would like to go there again. Wieder mal auf Besuch in Kaiserslautern und fast schon wie ein Ritual 👍👍 mind. einmal Abendessen im Brauhaus an der Gartenschau. Wieder super super lecker, Rumpsteak Pfälzer Art auf den Punkt, Beilagensalat mit sehr leckerem Dressing, Flammkuchen mit Spargel und Souce Holli einfach lecker 👍👍 Service sehr freundlich !!!! The formerly solid to delicious brewery surprised me a lot today. Unfortunately, from starter to dessert, none of the courses were tasty or pleasant. Cooking mistakes everywhere. Rump steaks marinated completely over-seasoned, far dry on the palate despite the pink coloring??? What just happened here? As an explanation, I fear a change in the brewery's cooking team. There used to be really great, juicy steaks here, I mean even from the quality supplier Blockhouse. A pity! At least the service team was friendly as usual and tried to make the kitchen crisis somewhat pleasant. In response to our complaint we received free Ramazzotti and desserts. I'm afraid that with this kitchen the brewery will have to close soon🥴.

Small brewery with delicious food, and when the weather is good there is also a small beer garden outside. Small menu with steaks, schnitzel and Palatinate specialties, the menu changes every week Reasonably priced

Food came quickly, was tasty, and all special requests were taken into account, only the vegetables with the pike-perch and the schnitzel were a little too fatty for more sensitive stomachs. The staff was very nice, attentive, polite and immediately apologized that it took a little longer to take the order. The ambience is visually very appealing, but the acoustics inside are very difficult for conversations and quietly spoken service staff. (When the weather is nice, on-site parking options quickly run out. So it's better to park a little further away and walk a few steps.)

Solid brewery with a great location. The service was a bit spotty, but the waiting time for drinks and food was still reasonable. There was a good selection and the portions were commensurate with the price. Canned mushrooms (they were watery) are an absolute no-go! Hence the two deductions in the food and service categories.

Very disappointing service, even one star is too much. After a rump steak was complained about twice (1x inedible because there was too much pepper and 1x well-done instead of medium), we were not accommodated in any way, although they admitted that the mistake the second time was the cook's fault. An absolute no go for a dish that costs €25. After several discussions, we pointed out that we should refrain from future visits, which was only met with a shrug of the shoulders. We have often eaten there with the whole family. We had to pay for the steak in full and even the ice cream sundae afterwards was charged in full. A restaurant with a service orientation would have at least had the ice cream on the house, but here they are obviously only acting for profit and guest satisfaction doesn't count. It's a shame but we'll go somewhere else in the future!

Delicious food, great concept, great location

From the moment we walked in till we left, everything was great. Staff is very friendly. Our waiter was knowledgeable about different wines we could pair with our food.. This restaurant is on the higher end but totally worth it. Food was delicious from the appetizers to the main course and dessert. This place is so much better than the one downtown. Definitely check it out and see for yourself.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about! The food was excellent and very filling. The service was very friendly. The brewery is very socially committed and works with Lebenshilfe and Aktion Mensch, which is actually reason enough for a visit. Everything just fits!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The restaurant is about 20 minutes' walk from the train station but can also be reached by bus and car. The ambience of the restaurant was very elegant, the tables were beautifully set and pleasant music was played at the beginning. As the evening progressed, the music wasn't really suitable anymore; pop songs were playing that didn't quite fit the overall ambience. The food and drinks were served very quickly after the order was taken. The portions were very good for the price and definitely sufficient. Since there was unfortunately no price on the drinks menu, I unfortunately have to deduct a star here, as a beer at €7.50 is almost cheeky. The staff tried very hard to ensure that all guests were satisfied, although some employees did not have such a cheerful demeanor.

Good food - Good service. Of the 6 main courses, 4 were brought to the table at relatively the same time. The 2 remaining dishes were brought to the table about 5 minutes later. Unfortunately, one insert was incorrect - but this was corrected and submitted very quickly. The waiting time was very short. The service was very attentive - drinks were brought to the table quickly.

This place is great, the food is high quality and low price, and the beer is excellent. I only have one complaint, it's really weird and unclear how they manage the restaurant. They are completely booked for reservations, but the restaurant is literally 60 percent empty. Tables and tables of empty chairs but if you ask them to reserve, they'll say they don't have any space. It seems like they define "fully booked" as "less than half full".

Super schöne Location.Das Essen ist wirklich super lecker Getränke waren recht schnell bei uns, genauso wie das Essen.Die Bedienungen waren alle super nett. Ein Minuspunkt leider ist die Wärme in den Räumen. Ich fand es eindeutig warm. Ansonsten volle 5 Sterne.

Pfälzische Gaststätte mit der üblichen Speisekarte (Rumpsteak, Schnitzel u.s.w.). Am Eingang der Gartenschau gelegen mit schöner Terrasse. Freundlicher Service. Auch positiv ist die gelungene Integration von Mitarbeiter/innen mit Behinderung hervorzuheben.
