Everything was great. We were here at 1 p.m. and it was really busy. Despite everything, our service was very friendly and attentive. The food arrived quickly and the portions were generous. My Garden Show salad was incredibly good; I would order it again in a heartbeat. All in all, we were very satisfied.

We were there for the first time in ages. The food used to be really delicious...now you wait outside for 20 minutes before you even get a menu, then you wait another 20 minutes to notice that the table next to you, who arrived later, already has food and drinks. The waitress seemed completely in the mood. After a full 40 minutes, we finally got a sparkling water and a latte, along with the food we ordered, where the fried potatoes were so bad...we won't be back!!

The food was very good. Unfortunately, the ice cream had thawed. Spaghetti ice cream was barely recognizable. Banana split with cookies; totally unacceptable.

We really enjoy coming here. The salads are very good, but unfortunately, they no longer offer the tuna salad. (Perhaps they could reconsider that.)

The food was served very quickly and was delicious. The salad with fried potatoes is highly recommended. Hot meals are available all day.

We were there on schnitzel night. The schnitzel, which came with a delicious side salad and fries, cost €14.50, which I consider a really good price. The Jägerschnitzel I ordered was also very good, although I hadn't expected the sauce to be as good as it should be. Despite being quite busy on the evening of our visit, the restaurant wasn't overly noisy; you can generally sit comfortably both inside and outside and enjoy your meal.

We ate here for the first time in a long time and were unfortunately very disappointed. The steaks were really bad; we had the impression they weren't freshly prepared; they tasted sour; the texture was quite odd—we sent both of them back. The schnitzel was also not tasty; the meat was mediocre and had a ready-made sauce poured over it. The salads were "drunken." Two other tables next door also sent back meat... It's a shame about the beautiful location—but we won't be going there again.

We were absolutely thrilled! The salad was fresh and crisp, with a great dressing that was perfectly matched. The tarte flambée was thin, crispy, and simply delicious—one of the best we've ever had. The rump steak was cooked to perfection, tender, and a true highlight in terms of flavor. The service was also first-class: friendly, attentive, and pleasantly unobtrusive. An all-around successful visit; we'll definitely be back!

This was our first time at the Brauhaus at the Garden Show. We really liked the atmosphere, and there's plenty of parking nearby. We received our food shortly afterward, and it was delicious. The service staff deserves special mention; they were very attentive and friendly at all times. The lady on the phone when we made our reservation was also very friendly. We had a good selection of gluten-free food. Highly recommended restaurant!

Rump steak, Palatinate style "Fried potatoes" from the warming container were only lukewarm and soggy. The rump steak and onions were probably similarly warmed. You can get nursing home food for less :(

Great inclusive business, good value for money. One of my favorite spots, especially in summer, with the beautiful fountain in the background. Good lunch options! Plenty of parking nearby.

I was there on Tuesday. There were only 3 servers but they did a really great job to keep everything under control. They tried to serve everyone in a timely manner but the kitchen was noisy and annoying. I felt bad for the servers because there were only a few of them and it looked like they were being rushed because I could hear the loud ringing constantly from the kitchen. With only 3 people serving, they should be more patient with them. Good service overall though.

🌟 Top wedding venue with a great team! I recently had the opportunity to DJ at the wedding in the ballroom of the Brauhaus at the Garden Show – in brilliant sunshine and with a great atmosphere. The location is beautiful, the ambiance ideal for celebrations. The arrangements beforehand were uncomplicated and friendly, and the service team on the day itself was attentive, warm, and professional. Clearly recommended – I'd be happy to come back.

Finally, a good, cold Kristallweizen beer. Very tasty, as are the tarte flambées.

As always, the food and service were very good, the salads are always great and the price/performance ratio is excellent.

The website says last orders are by 9:30 PM and the kitchen is open until 10 PM, but that's a lie. At 9:05 PM, an unfriendly man tells us that it's already 9:30 PM and the kitchen is closed. Apparently, he's fed up...

We arrived at 9:03 p.m. because of the half board and wanted something to eat. We were immediately told, "It's already 9:30 p.m. and the kitchen is closed," and given a disparaging grin. The half board says the kitchen is open until 10 p.m. A very unfriendly, arrogant man... I'll spare you the rest... Next door, in another restaurant, we received an extremely friendly welcome and service!!!!

The salmon salad was very well presented: 3 (!), in other words: three salmon rolls on the plate for €14.90. Otherwise, the salad was very freshly prepared. The steak at the next table was also significantly smaller than the 250g portion. Otherwise, the side dishes were okay; it's best if you try it for yourself. 🤔Yours, R.

I ordered a pepper schnitzel today for Schnitzel Tuesday. A decent portion. I was definitely full. The taste was okay. The atmosphere was great. The service was also very professional and friendly.

Leider sehr entäuschend,Steak war nicht medium wie bestellt sondern blutig wurde nochmal auf dem Grill gelegt kam zurück war immer noch roh und kein medium Bratkartoffeln waren noch roh nicht durch und kalt. Insgesamt war es schlecht. Zwei Wochen davor auch eine Feier wurden zwei Hauptspeisen vergessen wurden serviert nachdem alle schon fertig waren und waren auch nur noch lauwarm Insgesammt sind wir alle übereingekommen im Brauhaus treffen wir uns nicht mehr.

We've been to the brewery several times in the past for family celebrations, including today, and we won't be coming back. They charged us fees that we weren't informed of despite repeated advance contact. Our guests often sat with empty glasses, and the children's food arrived a long time later instead of first. When we politely asked when drinks that had been ordered a long time ago would arrive, we were told that it just took a while. The cakes were left uncut, with no knives or cake servers. We ended up cutting the cake ourselves. Two side dishes were simply omitted and didn't arrive even when asked, but they were charged for. No, thank you. Not like that again.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. We booked two events there. The quality of both events was very poor. The meat was undercooked on several dishes, and the fried potatoes were also undercooked on several dishes. The complaint was noted, but no replacement was offered, and they came up with some excuses. The only thing that was correct was the bill. Wrong orders all the time. There was a time lag, so some were already finished while others were still waiting. Sometimes less is more. If I were to maintain quality, I wouldn't have to juggle three things if I don't have the staff. Running a beer garden and two events with too few staff can only end in disaster. The contradictory statements from the staff, who were overwhelmed and annoyed, were sad. It was bad and a real shame.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had a shrunken salad. Guys, that's unacceptable. A salad should be crisp and fresh. The main course was good.

We've often been to the garden show in Kaiserslautern, and it's always interesting to see the beautiful things there. We've been to the city, too. But it's only at your place that we're well-fed and have great food, friendly staff, and generous portions at reasonable prices. Traditional Palatinate cuisine, which we, as Rhineland-Palatinate residents, love. A good selection and perfect. It's also super delicious at your place. The 1-hour drive from the Hunsrück area, Kirn, Idar-Oberstein, to KL is definitely worth it. This city also has a lot of flair. But I recommend you 100%. Great food.

We went to a restaurant with friends on Saturday. It was terribly loud and packed. We could barely hold a conversation. The aperitifs they offered came in different glasses and different sizes. The food arrived at the table for all six of us after 15 minutes. Except for the steaks (which were apparently perfect), it could not have been freshly prepared. Probably because of a heat lamp. The fried potatoes were almost cold. And now for my Brauhaus pan. It was not (!) served in a pan as advertised, but on a plate. The meat was okay, the mushroom sauce had few mushrooms, but too much sauce. And the so-called cheese spaetzle were swimming in a cheese sauce; the spaetzle were unrecognizable and indistinguishable. It looked like runny mashed potatoes. The fried onions were missing. I complained and got the cold fried potatoes. People, take the food off the menu if you can't manage it. Or tell the guest that the spaetzle are out and don't scrape up the leftovers. I also found it a shame that there are no chicken or turkey dishes. And very little fish. And again, the speed. They don't serve the main course until the appetizers at the table have been consumed. When you go out to dinner in the evening, you want to enjoy it.

Super delicious food, perfectly seasoned, and the meat cooked to perfection. Large, tasty portions of side salads. Everything is beautifully presented. Extremely fast and super friendly service. The drinks arrived in no time, and the food was served shortly after. You can see and taste in every little detail that everything here is homemade! We sat outside, which was very harmonious and cozy. My conclusion: Family-friendly in terms of price, service, and food. We will be coming more often from now on!

A nice restaurant, with a bit of a noise level. Unfortunately, one person had to wait a long time for their food while everyone else already got theirs. The food itself was very good, and the price was reasonable. And you'd definitely be full.

Very good schnitzel, a very nice atmosphere

Rump steak with pepper sauce, fried potatoes, and a side salad (very good and varied). The 250g steak was very tasty, excellent. My wife ate the tarte flambée, which was also very satisfying. She also had a wheat beer and a blackcurrant spritzer. All for €39. We'll be back. Because the rump steak was a bit over medium, we got a really great coffee.

The food was delicious and served quickly. However, the lady who served us last night probably couldn't speak, unlike her colleagues, who were very nice. But the lady's facial expression and gait showed that she had absolutely no desire to serve anyone, and then she also booked the wrong order. Perhaps she should switch to the kitchen.

We have been to Brauhaus KL many times. It is attached to the garden show grounds and, like the garden show itself, is an inclusion business. Today I went there for dinner with my wife. As a starter there was a seasonal asparagus soup for my wife and a garlic baguette for me. The soup was fresh, nothing convinience, the baguette was fresh with fresh butter, fresh garlic and fresh chives. Plus a small salad with homemade dressing. Everything great. The main course for my wife consisted of a rump steak with mushrooms and for me a portion of liver dumplings with sauerkraut and potato and carrot mash (or as we call it here in the Saarland/Palatinate region: "Gelleriebe-Grummbeerstambes") Steak medium to perfection, the mushrooms fresh. The liver dumplings are homemade and delicately seasoned (you have to be able to cook liver). The Stambes is also fresh with structure and delicately seasoned. Finally, an ice cream cafe for my wife and a spaghetti ice cream for me. Homemade vanilla ice cream (you can tell by the little black dot in the ice cream and of course by the taste) with fresh strawberries. Starter and main course were accompanied by a home-brewed dark cellar beer on tap. Afterwards we got up for just under €75 less and were absolutely justified for what we had. The staff very friendly and helpful. Gave a tip of €10 for this. Conclusion: We'll be back!

Highly recommended. The only drawback: if you can't tolerate the accompanying side dishes (here I wanted fries instead of croquettes) and you want to swap, you can either choose without side dishes or pay an extra charge for swapping.

Unfortunately, once again a disappointment. Service, oh well. Something could be improved with training. But then you would also have to have staff in line with the number of guests. One employee at the bar for 40 people at a whiskey dinner is not enough. The soup varied from cup to cup in consistency and also in the distribution of the salmon content. Unfortunately the main course was nothing. The bernaise was sour and some of the steaks couldn't be cut with a knife. Tendons longitudinally and transversely. Not just one person, but right and left of at least four out of six people. You should also ask about the temperature of steak. Not everyone wants their sirloin steak bloody. Too bad. Dessert ok so far. But then he can't tear everything out anymore. Unfortunately, this was my third bad experience. It was ok twice. The relationship doesn't fit. The price doesn't match either.

First of all: We were there on the holidays with a large group (about 30), it is possible that this rating does not correspond to the general impression. Our group was divided in terms of ordering, which initially sounds like professionalism. Unfortunately the food didn't really suit our taste. Everything was eaten but we just expected more. Some of the food had cooled down significantly. The service staff responded really well and was also very nice. The food was warmed up and came back, so far no problem. Unfortunately, the Braumeisterpfanne is not served in a pan and the cheese spaetzle looked more like scrambled eggs. The starter salad, however, was very tasty! Salmon salad as the main course wasn't that special, just 4 salmon rolls that tasted more like they came from a supermarket package. The portion size was otherwise good but, as already mentioned, there was no taste highlight. All in all, unfortunately it didn't convince us.

We had made a reservation for a group and sent the menu details in advance. However, we couldn't order spaetzle instead of fries for a schnitzel. Fries were only available as an additional order, so they were charged extra. The food for 27 people was served within 10 minutes, meaning it was already prepared. The schnitzel and sauce were also only lukewarm. I don't think this is customer-friendly or appropriate. I won't recommend it to anyone.

Heute zum ersten Mal im Brauhaus zum Abendessen. Dienstag ist Schnitzeltag. Ich hatte das Hawaiischnitzel mit Pommes. Die Auswahl an glutenfreiem Essen ist arg begrenzt, deshalb hatte meine Frau ein Rumpsteak. Nach Aussage meiner Frau war es ok. Mein Schnitzel war ok aber jetzt auch nichts besonderes. Wir hatten einen schönen Tisch und die Leute vom Service waren freundlich und flott.

The outside area makes a good impression. The service staff tried hard and served quickly. Unfortunately the food wasn't outstanding. We ordered schnitzel. I had the Brauhaus schnitzel with fried potatoes and a side salad. The salad, especially the dressing, were good. Only the carrot sticks could be left out (for my taste). The warm dishes tasted bland. There was a complete lack of spice. The fried potatoes were not crispy, but rather greasy. My friend's fries weren't crispy either. The breading of the schnitzel wasn't as it should be either. Schnitzel was very light, a little dry and not breaded golden yellow. Since I mainly rate the food here, unfortunately I only give it 2 stars.

It was terrible. The finest food, beautiful fried potatoes and the spaetzle in delicious cream sauce. 1 star less because the service takes 20 minutes longer when the number of visitors is high.

You can sit very comfortably here and the service is very nice and quick. The food tasted very good and there was a very short wait. There was a starter salad for all dishes, including the vegetarian ones. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right given the large portions. We tried the light and dark cellar beer and can recommend both. The entrance is at ground level and suitable for wheelchair users.

I had dinner in the restaurant today and the waitresses were very nice. It's nice to sit outside and it's very nice when the weather is sunny. I ordered a Jägerschnitzel with fries and it came with a salad. The salad was really very good, but unfortunately it was the only good thing about the entire meal. FYI because I only give one star for the food and at the same time I write that the salad was very tasty. When I order a Jägerschnitzel, I only rate the Jägerschnitzel! So to the schnitzel: - it was neither crispy nor was it souffled. (The breading didn't taste good either and I would say it just wasn't breaded properly) - the mushrooms were simply cut way too big. Thinner slices simply come into their own better in a hunter's sauce. - the sauce just tasted very unseasoned and just like cream without anything. So no cream sauce. I don't know a sauce as light as this one either. - the fries had no salt at all and were a bit soggy (not really tasteful or tasty either) I hope today was just an exception. But unfortunately annoying for the customer. For info: I also said this very nicely to the waitress when she asked me how the food was! So I'm not the kind of person who just complains here without having personally said anything about it. She also apologized very nicely, which I found very polite. I don't want to badmouth the store either. This is solely my opinion and taste! (Which is known to be different for every person) I was also recommended the restaurant by satisfied guests who had been there two years ago. I don't know if the kitchen is still the same.

The food was good. They offer a host of German specialties. The food presentation was also very well done. The order came with a side salad. The dressing was very good and I liked the fact that it had enough dressing on it. Other restaurants salads are quite dry. The service personnel were very friendly and helpful. There is also plenty of paid parking within walking distance from the restaurant. Unfortunately, I was told that they do not offer “food to go.” So I just ordered a regular meal and asked for a box and boxed it myself. Basically, that was my food to go. I don’t understand why they cannot offer it. I also had a bit of leftovers from the meal I consumed, and it was strange that I was also charged for that box. I’ve never been charged for the packaging in a Restaurant.
