Ristorante Pergola Eidelstedt in Hamburg

I've lived around the corner for years. It wasn't considered a restaurant at the beginning. Now it has been tried. Finally being able to eat a decent pizza again.

Italian restaurants are a dime a dozen. But this one stands out with an extensive menu, high quality food and a cozy atmosphere. The service doesn't lack any service or friendliness either. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is right. I enjoyed celebrating my birthday there. Conclusion: Highly recommended.

Honestly it was not the best experience. The pizza seemed like, they bought it from Rewe nearby and just baked and served it. We also lad lasagna which was worse than the pizza. I don’t know why it tasted sweet. Not recommended.

Very tasty pasta dishes served by super friendly service. The portions may seem small at first, but they are still sufficient. The only thing is that the prices are very high; for a small salad with tuna, €15 without an elaborate dressing is expensive in my opinion.

A nice Italian with nothing to complain about. At first we thought the portions were quite manageable. In the end we were still well full.

Very disappointed, unfriendly and the food was inedible!

Food was a disaster. We had dinner there 15 minutes ago and enjoyed going there. We ordered the number 57. Pasta and wanted extra shrimp. The sauce was inedible. We complained about it because it seemed to us that there was alcohol in the sauce. The waiter was extremely unfriendly and said “No there would be no alcohol there” after we told him the food was inedible he said “if you don’t want to pay for the food then say so” we said it wasn’t about the money but it just didn’t taste good and the waiter then walked away We then complained at the bar about the food + the waiter then the waiter came to the bar and said I could have made you another sauce and we were about to pay!!!! He then said I should buy you a drink, we don't drink alcohol!! Extremely dissatisfied with the shop, very provocative waiter in a bad mood from the start, otherwise always happy and happy to come. That was our last time!

The food is okay. The service is nice and helpful. All main courses are the same price. There is also pizza which is very tasty. The pizzas are hidden further down the menu behind the drinks ;-)

Having visited this restaurant several times, I can only say that everything is really right here. Delicious food (whether pasta/pizza/fish) Very friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. I find the price-performance ratio to be absolutely appropriate. Some overpriced “noble Italians” could learn something from this. I recommend Ristorante Pergola without reservation!

You are treated as if you were there more often. Staff very nice and accommodating. Attractive atmosphere, everyone seemed very happy with the food! The only thing I didn't like was the appetizer platter.

What a great restaurant. The waiter/possibly owner was super friendly with a quick saying on his lips... exactly my comfort zone. The food was great. Pizza Parma with fresh rocket and spaghetti prawns, both great value for money. We'll be back. Thank you for making my birthday sweeter.

After the hustle and bustle in the tourist hotspots, I was looking for a nice Italian restaurant and found it by chance. Was thrilled by the friendliness. And the whole ambience. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Hamburg.

A small, inconspicuous Italian restaurant that surprised us very positively. A really extensive menu with a lot to choose from, and the dishes we tried were very tasty and filling. The pizzas come fresh from the stone oven and are very well topped. And if you want something special, there are also “higher quality” dishes on offer, but still at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and there is also a small nightcap on the house with the bill. We were certainly not here for the last time!

The food was very tasty and the portions were also sufficient. Beforehand you get free rolls with a dip and afterwards we were offered a schnapps, which we politely declined. I also found the prices really reasonable. Service good, ambience good and food good :)

Wir haben nach der Neueröffnung einmal probehalber Pizza bestellt und waren soweit sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt ebenfalls. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und freundlich. *mittlerweile bestellen wir hier regelmäßig Pizza. Die Qualität ist gleichbleibend sehr gut. Meist ist die Pizza ~10-15 Minuten nach der Bestellung fertig. *Stand August 2021: Die Pizza hat etwas nachgelassen. Sowohl was die Größe als auch was die Qualität angeht (geändert von 5 auf 4 Sterne)

It was a nice place to eat. The staff were nice and attentive. We asked them if a baby seat was available and they helped us get one. The Bruschetta was nothing spectacular, but I ordered creamy pasta with herbs and duck, this was very very well made. My wife ordered creamy tortellini, however the sauce was liquid, not creamy at all. The flavour was also good. People there was looking at us, the noisy foreigners, but I guess this is a place where not many of us eat that they like their peace and quiet... We were not even too noisy to be honest, it was only 2 people talking but whatever. In general a good place to eat and flavours are delicious.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Hatte mir ein Steak medium bestellt. War sehr zart und medium . Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Der Tisch war sehr nett gedeckt ... War nicht das letzte Mal das ich hier war ..👍🙏

Man wird immer freundlich bedient und das Essen schmeckt super. Auch Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt.

Schönes, gemütliches kleines Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist einladen, der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Eine Reservierung wird empfohlen.

Irritierend ist, dass dieses italienische Restaurant nicht von Italienern sondern anderen ausländischen Mitarbeiter geführt wird. Die Portionen sind eher kleiner gehalten, verdeckt wird das Ganze dadurch dass man vorher kleine Brötchen bekommt und dementsprechend schon ein gewisses Sättigungsgefühl bekommt. Das Essen selber ist okay…. Fazit: kann man mal machen… ist okay, nicht top, aber in Ordnung

Erstes Mal zum abholen bestellt: Pizza-dünner Teig, ausreichend Belag und vom Geschmack lecker Calzone-12€!!! Gefüllt mit Kinderwurst und Pilzen aus der Dose. Zubereitung war schnell, Angestellten sehr sehr freundlich und offen. Die Calzone war sehr enttäuschend, von daher leider ein Stern Abzug.

Sehr schönes kleines echtes italienisches Ristorante !!! Wo es mal nur das gibt ,was es auch angibt. Service auch sehr nett und reichlich auf dem Teller !!! Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Immer wieder gut. Essen mehr als ausreichend. Sehr schmackhaft auch der frische Salat zum Essen. Immer wieder!

Total freundlicher Service. Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend. Das Essen meiner 3 Bekannten war gut! Leider war meine Pizza Funghi nicht ok . Der Teig war hart wie eine TK Pizza.Und die 2 Champignons waren trocken.Schade. Wie wollen wiederkommen - und dann lasse ich mir von Ihrem sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter einfach etwas Besonderes empfehlen. Mal abwarten!

Wirklich leckeres Essen und ein super aufmerksamer Service, immer wieder gerne....

Absolute Weiterempfehlung. wir haben Ziegenkäse, Antipasti,Lasagne, Kaninchen, Calamari,Tiramisu und das weltbeste Tartufo gegessen. Tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und eine großartige, amüsante Bedienung hat das ganze abgerundet.

Leckeres Essen, sehr freundlicher Kellner. Drinnen recht klein und gemütlich, draußen leider direkt an der Straße- deshalb nur 4 und nicht 5 Sterne.

Sehr leckere Nudeln ! Bis jetzt hat immer alles geschmeckt ! Der Service ist auch immer nett und freundlich. Leider stinkt es draußen nach gulli , so dass es keinen Spaß macht draußen zu sitzen ! Aber trotzdem sitzt man gerne dort und lässt sich verwöhnen und unterhalten !

Ein sehr solider Italiener in Eidelstedt, gemütlich zum sitzen, preislich in Ordnung. Der Kellner ist immer nett und gut aufgelegt - aber meistens auch allein im Service, sodass es auch mal ein bisschen dauern kann. Pizza hat eine gute Größe, Nudeln sind z. T. (Unsicher ob alle) frisch gemacht.

Sehr lecker zubereitete Gerichte. Eine sehr große Auswahl mit allem, was man in einem italienischen Restaurant gerne bestellt. Dazu super freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und absolut angemessen. Mein Highlights: am 23.11.2022: Pannacotta auf Karamellspiegel am 23.07.2023: gemischte Nudeln mit Hähnchen al forno Parkplätze sind eher rar, aber in den kleinen Parkstraßen parallel zur eigentlichen Fahrbahn findet man meistens noch einen. Wenn Dir meine Bewertung gefällt oder geholfen hat, würde ich mich über einen Like freuen.

Service: Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung! Pizza für einen Hamburger Vorort gehen besser: Pizza Antipasti (Ofengemüse) mit Spinat? Sehr unpassend, geschmacklich nicht zu empfehlen. Das geht mit selben Zutaten viel besser. Appetizer: Selbst gemachtes frisches Weißbrot mit Joghurtdipp. Nicht meins, aber aufmerksam und anscheinend beliebt. Gäste aus der Nachbarschaft, authentisch.

Der Salat vorweg hatte seine besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Hauptspeise und Dessert waren in Ordnung. Die Bedienung war äußerst aufmerksam.

Wir waren erstmalig zum Mittagstisch da. Hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bedienung war ein kleiner Komiker 😄der Mittagstisch bietet eine Auswahl von 5 Speisen. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.
