Das Restaurant hatte eine angenehme Atmosphäre, und der Service war sehr freundlich. Das Essen selbst war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Allerdings gab es organisatorische Schwächen: Ich musste deutlich zu lange auf mein Getränk warten, und ein bestellter Salat wurde vergessen. Insgesamt war es ein gemischtes Erlebnis.

Was soll ich sagen: alles unique im L'Unica: das Essen, Alfonso und seine Familie, der Service, ... Ein grandioser Abend.

Wir sind dort per Zufall für ein Mittagessen “gelandet”. Es handelt sich um ein familiengeführtes Restaurant. Schon der Empfang durch den Sohn war sehr nett. Der gesamte Service durch die Familie war herzlich, unkompliziert und aufmerksam. Das gesamte Ambiente ist absolut angenehm. Die Auswahl auf der Karte war sehr vielfältig. (Anm.: Pizza gibt es mittags nicht) Ergänzend zu der Speisekarte gab es noch eine Mittagskarte. Das Essen hat uns hervorragend geschmeckt. Wir haben leider keine Fotos gemacht. Es war jedenfalls Gaumen- und Augenschmaus. Klare Empfehlung!

Endlich ein authentisches italienisches Restaurant in Deutschland!!! Ich übernachte beruflich oft in Stuttgart/Leinfelden-Echterdingen, und das Abendessen im L'Unica ist mittlerweile ein fester Bestandteil meines Aufenthalts! Das Restaurant ist liebevoll gestaltet, warm, gemütlich und einladend. Und erst das Essen ... frische Zutaten, meisterhaft zubereitet. Ich habe schon fast alles probiert: Pasta, Pizza, Fleischgerichte und Salate – alles einfach hervorragend. Vielen Dank, Alfonso und Lucrezia, dass ich mich bei euch immer wie zu Hause fühle. Ich würde euch am liebsten noch mehr Sterne geben!

Das Essen war lecker, Steak und Dessert waren hervorragend, ich bin zufrieden. Kleinere Anmerkungen: Die Pfeffersauce war unterdurchschnittlich, der Cappuccino schlecht (für ein italienisches Restaurant ist das wirklich schade...). Aber insgesamt kann ich es empfehlen.

Tolles Angebot, nur die Tische sind etwas klein und die Akustik ist ein kleines Problem – wahrscheinlich aufgrund des alten Hauses –, aber es vermittelt ein schönes Gefühl.

L’unica ist ein echtes Highlight! Das Essen war geschmacklich hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Dazu eine sehr feine Weinauswahl, die perfekt zum Essen passt. Besonders schön: Alfonso, der Chef – unglaublich sympathisch und herzlich. Mit seiner Art sorgt er für eine warme, persönliche Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ein rundum gelungener Abend – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder

Wir besuchten das Restaurant nach einem Messetag gegen 20:00 Uhr. Der erste Servicekontakt zur Getränkebestellung war gegen 20:30Uhr; auch die Vorspeise ließ deutlich länger auf sich warten. Die Weinkarte wurde uns erst auf Nachfrage ausgehändigt. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen und einer Beschwerde wurde die Hauptspeise schließlich erst gegen 21:45 Uhr serviert. Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch nicht überzeugend: Die Pizza war sehr stark gewürzt und schmeckte deutlich nach Tabasco, die Beilagen zu den Steaks waren teilweise trocken, die Pasta dagegen hervorragend. Nachdem wir Wein im Wert von knapp 100 € bestellt hatten, wurde die lange Wartezeit mit einer einzelnen 5-€-Flasche Sommer-Rotwein kommentiert, begleitet von einer Entschuldigung. Der anschließend servierte Ramazzotti war zudem warm. Zum absoluten Höhepunkt wollten wir gerne Zahlen, und nach schließlich 30min Wartezeit riefen wir im Restaurant an das wir als Tisch gerne zahlen möchten, danach dauerte es nochmal 20min bis wir zahlen konnten. Insgesamt hinterlässt der Besuch aufgrund der erheblichen Wartezeiten, des unkoordinierten Serviceablaufs und der nur durchschnittlichen Qualität einen enttäuschenden Eindruck und bleibt deutlich hinter den Erwartungen zurück.

Spontaner Besuch mit einem Kollegen. Der Service war etwas langsam, da das Restaurant durch die vielen Gäste etwas überlastet war, aber dennoch freundlich. Das Essen war gut zubereitet, teilweise sogar originell, zum Beispiel das Vitello Tonnato. Mein Freund war vom Fleisch sehr angetan. Meine Spaghetti al Ragù waren durchschnittlich.

Zum Mittag waren wir mit einer kleinen Gruppe im Ristorante L’ Unica und waren von Anfang an begeistert. Schon die Speisekarte wirkt hochwertig und durchdacht und macht direkt Lust aufs Essen. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und herrlich klassisch italienisch, immer mit einem lockeren Spruch und viel Herzlichkeit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut umsorgt. Da es mittags keine Pizza gibt, was für uns absolut kein Problem war, starteten wir mit einem kleinen Beilagensalat, der frisch und fein abgeschmeckt war. Zur Hauptspeise entschied ich mich für das Iberico Karree mit Rosmarinkartoffeln und Kräuterbutter. Das Fleisch war hervorragend, super saftig, intensiv im Geschmack und perfekt gegart. In Kombination mit den aromatischen Kartoffeln und der Kräuterbutter ein wirklich großartiges Gericht. Auch die anderen Speisen am Tisch sahen sehr ansprechend aus und bestätigten den Eindruck einer durchweg hohen Qualität. Alle waren äußerst zufrieden und haben ihr Essen sehr genossen. Bei der Lage Mitten in der sehr überlaufenen Innenstadt ist besonders die Tiefgarage vom Rewe direkt unten drunter sehr praktisch und enstspannt die Parkplatzsuche immens. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Mittag mit tollem Essen, sehr gutem Service und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Ein Restaurant, das man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann und das wir definitiv wieder besuchen werden.

Die Qualität der Produkte schmeckt man definitiv heraus und jedes Gericht war für mich perfekt abgeschmeckt. Mir wurde des öfteren gesagt, dass der Laden was drauf hat, jedoch bin ich immer sehr kritisch was Essen angeht, da ich selbst gerne und leidenschaftlich Koche. Doch alle meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das Fleisch- und Fischangebot ist 10/10 und ist im Kreis Filderstadt definitiv einmalig. Vom Vitello Tonnato bis zu den Steaks - top Qualität. Das Rib-Eye, sowie auch der Wolfsbarsch meiner Partnerin waren hervorragend gegart. Das Rib-Eye war perfekt Medium-Rare, ganz ohne grauen Rand. Der Wolfsbarsch war innen perfekt glasig. Das beigelegene Gemüse war frisch und scharf angebraten, sodass es noch sehr knackig war und den Biss nicht verloren hat. Auch die Auswahl des Gemüses war super. Von Mini-Karotten in orange, gelb und schwarz, bis zu Mini-Aubergine und Wildbrokkoli. Der Chef, sein Sohn und alle anderen Mitarbeiter überzeugen mit ihrer zuvorkommenden, lustigen und liebevollen Art. Jeder von ihnen weiß, was auf den Teller kommt und kann einzelne Komponenten aufzählen und erklären. Ich werde in Zukunft auf jeden Fall öfter vorbeischauen. Mit diesem Essen habt ihr einen neuen Stammgast gewonnen. Hätte ich bloß früher gewusst, dass wir so ein Restaurant ganz in der Nähe haben, dann hätte ich mir viele Fahrten nach Stuttgart sparen können. Ein authentisches italienisches Restaurant unweit des Flughafens Stuttgart. Die Parmigiana und die Hauptgerichte sind ausgezeichnet.

Wenn ich diesem Restaurant mehr Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun. Ich war bisher zweimal zum Mittagessen hier und muss sagen, dass es sich schnell zu meinem Lieblingsrestaurant entwickelt hat. Man wird immer mit einem herzlichen Lächeln empfangen. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, einladend und stilvoll. Das Essen ist AUSGEZEICHNET. Immer frisch, perfekt zubereitet und angerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich freue mich schon sehr darauf, wiederzukommen und weitere Köstlichkeiten der exquisiten Speisekarte zu probieren.

Geschmacklich nicht zu übertreffen

Nach einem Event in der Messe suchten wir Freitagabends hungrig nach einem Restaurant in der Nähe – und hatten Glück: Wir bekamen spontan einen Tisch für 9 Personen. Bereits beim Betreten waren wir vom Ambiente begeistert: ein wunderschönes, sehr einladendes Lokal und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Menükarte ist überschaubar (was ich persönlich schätze), und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut fair.

Several friends had already advised us against visiting Ristorante L'Unica in Echterdingen, but we wanted to see for ourselves. Unfortunately, the warnings were absolutely justified. The wait time was extremely long – both for drinks and for the food. The service was chaotic, inattentive, and simply a disaster. The owner's behavior was particularly negative: When my friend asked a simple question about the Wagyu beef, he didn't respond with a polite answer, but rather condescendingly and arrogantly. He literally asked us if we even knew how much a kilo costs. A disrespectful tone of voice that a guest should not experience. In addition, one gets the impression that critical reviews regularly disappear, which significantly distorts the restaurant's image to the outside world. All in all, a very disappointing visit. We will definitely not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend the place.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing! The pizza was dated and had seasonal vegetables, and the vegetables on top were too hard, unseasoned, and honestly tasted like frozen vegetables. The salad wasn't any better! The service and friendliness also left a lot to be desired. A real shame! 😕

If someone asked me where to get the best salad, I would say L'Unica. The food there always tastes very fresh and delicious. Always happy to come back.

Really nice, authentic and quaint restaurant with very tasty food, fast and polite service

I've been going to the Lunica restaurant regularly for over three years now - and for good reason. I have high standards when it comes to restaurants, but Lunica impresses me every time. The quality is consistently excellent: the food is always fresh, tasty and prepared to perfection. The service? Friendly, attentive and absolutely reliable. My personal highlight and absolute recommendation: the Parmigiana as a starter. I have rarely eaten such a well-seasoned and perfectly prepared version - a must for anyone who comes here!

The place is very intimate and nice. The main course (rib-eye steak) was very good. But the vegetables could have been better. The people were very nice and attentive. We will go back again.

Extremely poor service. After 30 minutes, we didn't get a menu or a drink, on our birthday. We then got up and wanted to leave, but the manager started yelling at us and said we just needed patience. Sorry, after 30 minutes, you can expect a menu and a drink. We wanted to leave anyway, but he just said, "So, get out." This place is absolutely NOT recommended. I'll never come back and can only advise you to look at the other reviews. Better to go back to Adesso. It's better. The guest is a guest, the service is top-notch, and the food is also excellent. Addendum: I only apologize for the sentence about the smeared curls. I was annoyed, but it's personal and not true. I deleted it too. I stand by the rest of the comments regarding the service and the manner. It's a shame when guests are treated like this. And it doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. At least that's my opinion, and I express it freely.

Yesterday my husband and I went there for the first time. We ordered 2 pizzas. These were very, very tasty! The service was very on point. The boss also left a very professional and cool impression. Definitely not the last time! I'm already looking forward to the next time and am very excited to try the other great dishes too! A real treat! And the half-timbered house is really beautiful, lovingly furnished with lots of hearts on the inside and very attractive on the outside too! Thank you for the great evening!

We have been to L'Unica several times and the food is delicious and the service is very good. Today, however, we were very disappointed: We had reserved a table online and also received an email confirmation. When we arrived it was said - closed company. “Oh, you made a reservation online? We don’t check that closely…” Thank you for not even canceling on us - why is there even an option to reserve online if no one cares?

We were here with 16 people during the CMT. I called in the morning on the day of the visit and made reservations for 16 people and it was a nice phone call. 2 hours later I was called and asked if we wanted to order appetizer platters. We thought this service alone was great. The restaurant had a problem with the number of people, the restaurant thought about it, called us and we happily accepted the offer. The starter was great, the main course was great, the service was very good. The wines, the desserts were so great. We'll be back next year because everything went so well. Thank you very much and see you next year!!

Four of us went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening. I have to say, this whole store is a complete disgrace. The salad begins to swim in fat when it comes to the starter. Absolutely inedible. Afterwards we each had a pizza. In one case we had a request and that was that there should be no basil on the pizza. This was ignored. In addition, the arugula on the other Pizza Extrems was tasteless, indicating that it was older. The entire time we weren't asked how we were, whether everything was okay or whether we wanted something more to drink. The dessert, on the other hand, was okay. But the best comes last. When paying, we should add up the bill ourselves. So while we're doing this, the head of the house goes to other guests and chats with them. So with all my love, this is really just naughty. Service 1, General 1.

Bad experience at a birthday party Last night I had a birthday dinner at this restaurant with 15 friends. When making the reservation, I specifically asked if they had space for 15 people and also said that it was a birthday party. I was assured that it wasn't a problem. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, I found that 12 people were supposed to sit at one table and the remaining 3 people were seated separately at another table. Of course I didn't want my guests to sit apart and when I asked why it was arranged that way I was very rudely told that I should have said in advance that the tables should be together, which was a given for me. After some back and forth, it was finally allowed to add a small table, but it meant we all sat very close together. While ordering, one of my guests stated that he just wanted a drink. The waiter, who is probably also the owner of the restaurant, then said in a very rude tone, “This is a restaurant. If you don’t want to eat, you can stay at home.” This disrespectful and condescending manner was simply intolerable. Both the organization and the treatment of my guests was a disaster. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly good either. Worst of all, I feel like I've supported someone who treats their guests like this with my money. I live on the same street as the restaurant, but I will not be bringing anyone here again and will make sure everyone around me knows about this extremely unpleasant experience.

I had a porcini mushroom risotto for lunch, it tasted as good as it looked! Simply wonderful. Dishes from top gastronomy for me. Seldom eaten as well as here.

Food was ok, we had to wait a long time for the food. When we wanted to order drinks, we said "Just a moment" and it stayed that way. We found some of the staff's comments to be cheeky.

The food and staff are much better than at Mangal. Plus it's much nicer to sit outside than there. Excellent food! I can only recommend it!

We had a very nice and delicious evening at Ristorante L'Unica. The map leaves nothing to be desired - everyone will find something. I had an Insalata Mista and the Calamarata allo Scoglio. How did it taste? See for yourself in the picture. Ambience and staff super nice and warm. Only recommended.

My heavily pregnant daughter ordered grilled salmon. When the owner of the restaurant served it to us, he said that salmon was not good for pregnant women because of its contamination with environmental toxins. We could have easily done without this comment. We also found it inappropriate that he addressed us as “Du”. The fish (price €30) was garnished with some vegetables and a small bowl of avocado dip. And it was still raw inside - which is not healthy for either pregnant or non-pregnant women. After cooking, we got the fish back without the avocado dip. My meal of the day (pasta with pesto) was fine. There was only a piece of frozen pesto in it.

Was here for lunch, surprisingly there was swordfish with spinach and a sophisticated sauce with mushrooms, a small steamed carrot on top and there was a very tasty, almost invisible, mild lemon sauce on the swordfish. The best swordfish I have ever eaten.Bravo!

In the website they are open til 22:30 and it’s not mentioned a kitchen time closure, I arrive at 21:40 and they say I can not order pizza. I order a parmigiana that it’s very far to be good, no cheese in the parmigiana (??), the second dish is calamarata allo scoglio, no fish taste anywhere…. Won’t come back

Lovely authentic Italian restaurant in Echterdingen, staff friendly, prompt and courteous and very reasonably priced, would highly recommend.

The ambience outside was a bit plain for the price range of the food. The service was a bit rude but friendly. The steak was very good and cooked to perfection, although I wasn't asked how I would like it. (I would expect that for a €38 steak). The spaghetti with cherry tomatoes on the side was a bit irrelevant. But I will definitely go again.

Oh well. Oh well. Maybe it was nice there. But if I hadn't been invited I wouldn't have paid such prices even at a more upscale Italian restaurant. The food was quite okay. Nicely prepared but taste average. Then I'd rather go to my trattoria next door at Luigi's. I don't need it anymore.

Our choice of drinks was criticized ("I would never order something like that!"), as was the fact that we weren't quick enough with the selection ("yes, the ladies are always talking, then I'll just come back") and we didn't repeat the order and then sometimes brought the wrong thing. No apology for it, just made us feel like it was our fault. In between, no one ever came to the table to ask if we needed anything else or anything. Further drink orders were forgotten or took so long to arrive until we asked again. And in the end, card payments were possible but “either all together or none”. Aka the waitress just didn't want to enter our orders individually into the device instead of just the total. The food was good but we won't be back.

I had lunch with my business colleague and two friends on Friday and was thrilled. There was Iberico pork with mashed potatoes and it tasted delicious. The boss and the staff are very friendly and attentive - so I can highly recommend the restaurant!

Very nice Italian restaurant. Tasteful, creative atmosphere. Very charming innkeepers. Picture-perfect Italian in a positive sense. Friendly, lively and humorous. Very creative card. I assume that the food is usually of a high standard. Unfortunately I can only give this 3 stars. The paccheri with beef fillet strips didn't completely convince me. I have some doubts as to whether it was actually fillet, but I don't want to make a false accusation. Maybe it was the preparation. It was definitely beef. I have to deduct another point because there were some sprigs of thyme, some of them very firm, in the food. And not obviously, but hidden in the sauce. Of course, this makes perfect sense in terms of taste, but it can be very unpleasant in the mouth if you don't notice the twig in time or even accidentally swallow it. I would definitely remove these before serving. Still a recommended location.
