We had a very nice and delicious evening at Ristorante L'Unica. The map leaves nothing to be desired - everyone will find something. I had an Insalata Mista and the Calamarata allo Scoglio. How did it taste? See for yourself in the picture. Ambience and staff super nice and warm. Only recommended.

My heavily pregnant daughter ordered grilled salmon. When the owner of the restaurant served it to us, he said that salmon was not good for pregnant women because of its contamination with environmental toxins. We could have easily done without this comment. We also found it inappropriate that he addressed us as “Du”. The fish (price €30) was garnished with some vegetables and a small bowl of avocado dip. And it was still raw inside - which is not healthy for either pregnant or non-pregnant women. After cooking, we got the fish back without the avocado dip. My meal of the day (pasta with pesto) was fine. There was only a piece of frozen pesto in it.

The food is delicious and the service attitude of the boss is very good

Was here for lunch, surprisingly there was swordfish with spinach and a sophisticated sauce with mushrooms, a small steamed carrot on top and there was a very tasty, almost invisible, mild lemon sauce on the swordfish. The best swordfish I have ever eaten.Bravo!

I always like to visit before I leave for vacation. Great, authentic cuisine and very tasteful.

Lovely authentic Italian restaurant in Echterdingen, staff friendly, prompt and courteous and very reasonably priced, would highly recommend.

In the website they are open til 22:30 and it’s not mentioned a kitchen time closure, I arrive at 21:40 and they say I can not order pizza. I order a parmigiana that it’s very far to be good, no cheese in the parmigiana (??), the second dish is calamarata allo scoglio, no fish taste anywhere…. Won’t come back

The ambience outside was a bit plain for the price range of the food. The service was a bit rude but friendly. The steak was very good and cooked to perfection, although I wasn't asked how I would like it. (I would expect that for a €38 steak). The spaghetti with cherry tomatoes on the side was a bit irrelevant. But I will definitely go again.

We spontaneously decided to visit today and I was more than satisfied. The pizza was huge and I enjoyed it very much. The dessert (semifreddo) was to die for. Very cozy restaurant with friendly and humorous service. I highly recommend it.

Very cozy atmosphere and really delicious food

Oh well. Oh well. Maybe it was nice there. But if I hadn't been invited I wouldn't have paid such prices even at a more upscale Italian restaurant. The food was quite okay. Nicely prepared but taste average. Then I'd rather go to my trattoria next door at Luigi's. I don't need it anymore.

Humor and service take some getting used to, to put it nicely. Our choice of drinks was criticized ("I would never order something like that!"), as was the fact that we weren't quick enough with the selection ("yes, the ladies are always talking, then I'll just come back") and we didn't repeat the order and then sometimes brought the wrong thing. No apology for it, just made us feel like it was our fault. In between, no one ever came to the table to ask if we needed anything else or anything. Further drink orders were forgotten or took so long to arrive until we asked again. And in the end, card payments were possible but “either all together or none”. Aka the waitress just didn't want to enter our orders individually into the device instead of just the total. The food was good but we won't be back.

I had lunch with my business colleague and two friends on Friday and was thrilled. There was Iberico pork with mashed potatoes and it tasted delicious. The boss and the staff are very friendly and attentive - so I can highly recommend the restaurant!

Very nice Italian restaurant. Tasteful, creative atmosphere. Very charming innkeepers. Picture-perfect Italian in a positive sense. Friendly, lively and humorous. Very creative card. I assume that the food is usually of a high standard. Unfortunately I can only give this 3 stars. The paccheri with beef fillet strips didn't completely convince me. I have some doubts as to whether it was actually fillet, but I don't want to make a false accusation. Maybe it was the preparation. It was definitely beef. I have to deduct another point because there were some sprigs of thyme, some of them very firm, in the food. And not obviously, but hidden in the sauce. Of course, this makes perfect sense in terms of taste, but it can be very unpleasant in the mouth if you don't notice the twig in time or even accidentally swallow it. I would definitely remove these before serving. Still a recommended location.

Restaurant of an Italian self-promoter, with a lot of room for improvement, except for the prices. The starters were not served together. The pasta dish as a starter was simply forgotten. After 20 minutes it was pointed out and succinctly said I hadn't forgotten it, but the chef had!! What kind of statement is that from the boss!! Ordered a pizza with extra porcini mushrooms. You can guess what wasn't on the pizza. When asked what was wrong with the porcini mushrooms, the answer was that we had no mushrooms left. Well, it was Sunday, but my colleague ordered a Saporita pizza, and it came with the porcini mushrooms. Two of my colleagues ordered rack of lamb, only to be told half an hour after ordering that the lamb was good but out. A mixed salad and pizza took 2 hours. Everyone can make up their own mind, but this store won't get my money anymore!

We spontaneously booked there for 4 people for the CMT trade fair. The boss pushed us in, but immediately said that it would take longer. It was totally ok for us. When we got there the restaurant was completely full. We ordered food and received the starters, in our case a side salad in advance. I ordered a pizza and a colleague of ours ordered Iberico. I tried his Iberico and found that it was the best piece of meat I've eaten in recent times and we eat out very often. I was very jealous... We decided to come back a second time that week, which we did and I ordered the Iberico. About the owner, at first glance he seems a bit arrogant, I read something like that in the Google reviews before. But it really just seems like, Yes, of course, he's Italian, yes, of course his shirt was open almost to his belly button, but I don't care. I go to the Italian restaurant to feel like I'm in an Italian restaurant and that's what they do there. The owner is always busy entertaining his guests. Between guests he also prepares fresh pasta in a parmesan paste with fresh truffles. So he is very focused on the guests. A little anecdote about the visit, we had a light cream on our plate and he said whoever tasted the heart note would get a drink for free. And he kept his word, I was the only one at our table who tasted it and got my drink on the house. At the end we drank a delicious Melonchello and had a super nice and delicious evening. Even on the 2nd evening of the week everything was great. We will go back often. Simply recommended.

Warm welcome and cozy atmosphere. A very great feel-good atmosphere, just like we know and love Italy! Thanks to the attentive service, we never felt like we had to wait for anything. The menu has something for every taste with a selection of steaks, pizzas, pasta, fish and meat dishes. The Vitello Tonnato was both visually a feast for the eyes and impressed me in terms of taste across the board. Thank you!

A visit to Alfonso's Restaurant was a real pleasure. The warm hospitality of Alfonso, his wife and son made the dining experience particularly personal and inviting. The ambience of the shop is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was of outstanding quality, with fresh ingredients and creative presentation. A highlight was definitely the house specialty. Alfonso's passion for good food and excellent service can be felt in every detail. A must for anyone who appreciates authentic and lovingly prepared dishes. I will definitely come back! :)

A very nice place, comfortably designed. The pizza we had was very good. Fluffy and well topped on the inside. The service was very nice and we didn't have to wait long even though we were busy.

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis passt in keinster Weise. Der Service ist vom dargestellten Eigenanspruch weit entfernt

Eigentlich eine schöne Pizzeria, aber die Freundlichkeit des Besitzers läßt zu wünschen übrig. Erst wird man herablassend angesehen beim Betreten der Pizzeria. Bei der Bestellung kommen überflüssige Kommentare ob das alles sei. Nach Aufforderung ob wir ein Glas noch für das Wasser bekommen (Flasche) ist der Besitzer nicht sachlich und professionell. Hier wäre es gut, wenn Sie mal einen Lehrgang für Rhetorik und Kundenumgang besuchen. Sind dann gegangen ohne zu Essen. Und einen Tipp..........Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall.

Bin immer wieder gerne im L‘Unica und genieße das tolle Essen und die guten Weine. Die Spaghetti aus dem Käselaib mit Trüffel sind ein Gedicht.

Kleiner aber feiner Italiener . Besonders die Spaghetti im Parmesanlaib mit Trüffel sind zu empfehlen.

Einen wirklich schönen Abend verbracht und sind total zufrieden gewesen. Es ging auch mal ohne Reservierung Freitags Abends und haben einen schönen Tisch bekommen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr lecker, bei vollem Haus sind die Angestellten etwas überlastet. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

A cute little place whose owner is super super sweet! We had spaghetti aglio olio and fettuccine Bolognese. Both were absolutely delicious. But nothing compares to the choco lava cake with ice cream....this is to die for!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Service is a little slow...but worth the wait!🥰🥰🥰 We didn't know it, but they also make pasta inside a cheese wheel...if you get a chance do try it!

We stopped here during a festival and the food was amazing. My wife wouldn't stop saying how great it was.

Wirklich alles super! Ich esse sehr regelmäßig im Lunica und es ist immer konstant sehr gute Qualität und die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Ich war mit einer Gruppe Mitte August dort. Das Essen war super, ich hatte ein Steak und das war perfekt gebraten, die Beilagen haben mir auch geschmeckt. Dazu habe ich Weiß- und Rotwein getrunken. Auch sehr schmackhaft. Wir saßen drinnen unterm Dach. Sehr gemütlich wenngleich auch etwas warm. Gerne wieder!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Preis-Leistung waren vollkommen in Ordnung. Bedienung war im Großen und Ganzen freundlich, wirkte aber in manchen Äußerungen etwas befremdlich.

Beschter Italiener, tolles Essen, sehr nette Bedienung und die trüffelpasta aus dem Parmesanlaib ist einfach ein Traum. Kommen immer wenn wir aus dem Ruhrgebiet anreisen hierher.

Die Beratung hat mich nicht angesprochen, das Essen war hervorragend. Zahlung mit Kreditkarten ist Unerwünscht dafür wurden mein großes und kleines Radler beides als groß abgerechnet.

Wir waren an einem Montag mit mehreren Personen zu Besuch im Ristorante L‘Unica. Die Gerichte die wir hatten waren gut bis sehr gut. Der Pizzateig ungewöhnlich aber lecker. Die Portionen von Nudeln und Salat waren eher kleiner - bei den doch ordentlichen Preisen überraschend. Beim Service hatten wir kein all zu großes Glück. Wir haben wohl tendenziell das falsche bestellt und die Empfehlung klang mehr nach einem Wunsch etwas anderes zu bestellen. Beim bezahlen konnten wir es dann auch nicht so ganz recht machen. Fazit: Essen gut bis sehr gut, Service deutlich zu optimieren. Für uns so schnell nicht die nächste Anlaufstelle.
