Six of us had a very good meal. The service was very friendly and attentive. We'd be happy to go back.

The portions aren't particularly generous. Unfortunately, it also lacked that "certain something." There was no nice garnish, and everything seemed a bit carelessly presented on the plate. A little bread with herb butter as an appetizer would have been nice. It's a shame... I expected more for the price. The taste was okay, but not outstanding. The restaurant's decor was quite run-down, even though the website suggested otherwise. The service was quite slow. Unfortunately, the value for money here is completely out of this world! Compared to other, better restaurants, this one is rather overpriced and therefore not recommended.

We arrived safely. The outside area was a bit cramped, as expected, but this is the city center. Our service was really friendly and accommodating. However, the food was, quite simply, extremely disappointing. Tiny portions, unloving, bland, and at really high prices. For the main course, we had octopus and pistachio pesto pasta. Basically, both dishes were okay. When we commented on the lack of flavor, the server told us that this was normal; the kitchen hardly uses salt, which is why it's left on the table. Which in itself isn't a bad thing, but when the whole meal only tastes of what we seasoned it with, i.e. salt and pepper, that's really weak. The octopus, at €34.50, tasted indistinguishable from a fried chicken breast and was only garnished with two leaves of parsley. The pesto pasta had a similar problem, as you can't add more salt to the pasta if the cooking water was missing. The pesto was good, but tasted more of basil than pistachios. Overall, we would strongly advise against it; it seems like it was done with high-class intentions but not skillfully. The craftsmanship was a complete disappointment.

Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm, the portion was very small, and it was quite expensive for that. We had informed them that the food was too cold and were told that it had to be served that way (otherwise the egg would curdle), but the plates also seemed to be cold. Furthermore, they didn't even offer to reheat the food. After about 60 seconds, the food was completely cold. Unfortunately, it's an Instagram trap. I can't recommend it!

So we paid almost €100 here and are extremely disappointed. We came with the Scartaste offer, which by chance wouldn't work today (it was 25 degrees and all the streets were packed), and even if it did, it should be added to Scartaste. As for the food, we haven't eaten anything this bad in ages. Nothing here tasted good; the truffle pasta was awful, and the truffle bruschetta left my mouth drier than after any dry wine. The cocktail didn't feel like 1% alcohol, and at first I thought it tasted good, but the surprise is due to the little to no alcohol content and the massive amount of sugar. The food portions were much smaller than you can see in the videos. All in all, the service wasn't nice either; she gave us strange looks, maybe because we have blonde hair, but we're nice, so there's no need to stare like that.

Small restaurant with a lovely outdoor area. The staff is very friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the food isn't particularly tasty, and the portions aren't particularly large. We didn't really get full. The price is reasonable, though. The homemade noodles taste great.

What can I say? So delicious!!! The bruschetta - a dream! (Best I've ever eaten.) The fried pasta with guacamole - fantastic! The pasta with truffle sauce - amazing! And then at this little place - we'll be back!

The food and drinks were good. However, the prices were significantly higher for what was served. Service was rather patchy, depending on who you were served. The atmosphere was also rather mediocre. OK, but not recommended.

A small and cute Italian restaurant with a Schanzen flair to boot. If you're looking for good homemade pasta and tapas, this is the place to go. We were there midweek and had a reservation, but we would have been fine without one. Reservations are definitely recommended on weekends. If you're lucky, you can find parking right in front of the restaurant, but otherwise, parking is also nearby. The service was very friendly, attentive, and quick. The food and drinks were delicious and of high quality. You can really tell the cuisine is good here. We'll be back.

Instagram led us there. Our expectations were partially met. The two main courses tasted great. The portions were manageable. The "Italian nachos" were a disappointment. Extremely hard and tasteless; the dip was delicious. The seating inside is on three levels. We sat downstairs. There was a very strong smell from the kitchen. Paying with a credit card is a disaster! The fees are added to the bill. "It's not our fault," was the stupid explanation. Having the guest "pay" for the payment through the back door at the end is brazen. Guests leave the restaurant with this lasting impression. We'll come back - maybe.

Saturday was the hottest day...the most wonderful homemade pasta dish ever...ravioloni with truffles...Chardonnay and tiramisu (even better than the classic one). After the 2-hour drive from Aachen with traffic jams...the very best reward...super friendly service and a very inviting atmosphere.

We ate at La Cicchetteria today and were absolutely thrilled. The staff was so warm and welcoming, and nothing was left to be desired. The food was delicious, and the portion size was perfect for us 👌🏼…unfortunately, we're from Stuttgart, but we'll definitely eat there again on our next visit to Hamburg 😍😍 Thank you again.

A real insider tip! The shop looks rather unassuming from the outside, but what awaits you inside is simply fantastic. The truffle pasta was by far the tastiest I've ever eaten – perfectly seasoned, made with high-quality ingredients, and simply divine! The other truffle dishes on the menu are also highly recommended. They also offer a fine selection of authentic wines, perfectly rounding off the tasting experience. The service was super friendly and attentive – you immediately feel welcome. The only small downside: it can be a bit noisy outside in the evenings. But if you love good food, you'll easily overlook that. The atmosphere inside is still super pleasant. We'll definitely be back!

We relied on the good reviews and spontaneously stopped in for dinner. We chose the mixed appetizer plate and the pasta carbonara and were very satisfied. Very friendly service! Clean restrooms. From the outside, the restaurant is very unassuming, and the plastic flowers in mayo bottles look cheap, which might put off some potential customers. They could definitely improve that.

The food tasted really great. Unfortunately, the portions are so small that you'll leave the restaurant hungry rather than full. Considering the portion size, I don't think the prices are justified. It's a shame, because the culinary potential is definitely there

Unfortunately the food was cold. It was explained to me that it was because the burrata that was on top came straight from the fridge but the plate was also cold. Unfortunately, the pasta was also overcooked. That's a shame considering they specialize in pasta. Unfortunately I can't recommend it at all!

Unfortunately no recommendation. After reserving a table we were moved several times, the first place we were given was higher up, tables were not set, very careless. After polite questions we were moved, I thought it was great! But we were not told that we had to move again. This just stole a lot of the ambience. Because it was just cold, we ate quickly and left. As for the food, I've been there before and remember it well. Unfortunately it wasn't to our taste. The guacamole was very sour. The truffle pasta was a dumpling and simply cold. After being asked how my pasta was, I answered honestly. The reaction to this was that the pasta is like that and you should know it and you left with your eyes rolling and there was another conversation among the employees. No dessert was offered. Like next to the table. If you work in the catering industry yourself, you have a certain look, politeness and respect. It's a shame that it turned out this way. I was embarrassed to have chosen the restaurant for my companion. No recommendation

Unfortunately the food was mediocre and the portion was very small. Despite a generous tip of €6.10 on a bill of €73.90, an additional surcharge of €3.11 was charged - without prior information or explanation. There was also no simple “thank you” for the tip. Overall a disappointing experience. Definitely the last time for me.

I couldn't even order the food. The employee was extremely unfriendly and obviously had no interest in her work at all. This kind of behavior puts off your appetite. It's a shame - I definitely won't be coming back under these circumstances.

Sadly I left hungry. Food was not salted & peppered well, for me the portion size is quite small for the price and the Aperol spritz didn’t have carbonation nor alcohol.

Very good experience in this restaurant. The welcome was warm, the service fast and dynamic. The setting is neat and the decoration and background music provide a beautiful atmosphere. I opted for pasta with a cheese sauce, truffles and breaded chicken: a real treat. The flavors were well balanced, especially the sauce, and the breaded chicken was both crispy and flavorful. A great discovery during my weekend here. I recommend without hesitation!

Please don't go here! Looks good but doesn't taste good at all. Saw the restaurant on Tiktok and wanted to try it out for a nice occasion. There were 5 of us and we all thought that the only good thing about the restaurant was the service staff, but I don't think they had any desire to work there themselves. The restaurant is far too small and cluttered, it's hard to breathe, it's far too warm and the wallpaper is coming off the wall. A plate also fell down next to us, which can happen, but leaving the leftover food stuck to the floor doesn't have to be the case. When we arrived, a table had already left, obviously outraged... that should have been the first sign that we shouldn't eat here. When it comes to the food, we have never been so disappointed. Apart from the fact that we had to wait almost 1h20 for our food, it neither tasted good nor was it warm. These aren't even such high demands to serve the food warm and prepare it fresh... The tacos are dry and cold, and the topping tastes like a Bolognese sauce. At the end we were in a bad mood anyway, and then having to pay €160 hurts. If you go to Mcces afterwards, I can recommend this restaurant rather than this restaurant (sorry not sorry).

We discovered the restaurant through social media and really wanted to try it out. However, we were very disappointed: We had to wait over half an hour for our reserved table and were led to a place where you couldn't even stand normally without hitting your head. It took at least another 30-40 minutes for our orders to be taken and for us to get something to drink. The food was lukewarm when it arrived. Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary, and way too expensive for that…

Food is delicious. Non-alcoholic cocktails cost up to €11.90 in a small glass. For 9€ (!) there were a few small shrimps with the tortellini. All in all, prices are a disgrace.

Had a wonderful evening at la cicchetteria! Starting with two great aperetivos, bread with aioli and piementos de padron. We then decided on tortellini and pasta (tagliolini) made from a parmesan wheel, each with fresh truffles. Super high quality served and really tasty!

I've been there for a long time, after the construction work. The construction work was really a big improvement, looks really aesthetic and makes the ambience even better. The waiters were also super nice, just like last time :) I had the Calamarata Pistachio and it was a 10/10. The panna cotta with pistachio was also incredibly tasty and I would order both again and again.

I went there for the first time yesterday and will definitely do it more often!! Both the pasta made from the parmesan loaf, which really didn't skimp on the truffle😍, and the tapas that we ordered in advance were really tasty. The service is friendly and very attentive and the food and drinks came relatively quickly. The ambience was also great, small but nice, family-run restaurant. I would recommend it to everyone!

I'm horrified! Seems like a joke here! Or tourist trap? We paid €70! For what??? Uncomfortable and unsightly atmosphere: linoleum floors, cheap wallpaper from Action or Poco Domain on the walls, wobbly tables. The cutlery: it couldn’t be cheaper. If I order a pasta for €37, then I want to be able to eat it with a decent fork. The bread and aioli costs €3.50. You can really save yourself!!! The bread is so miserable and the aoili is definitely not homemade! Plus: at a good Italian restaurant, the bread, olive oil or dip is on the house! Here they try to make a profit from everything. I would have liked to treat myself to a Fritz Cola...But all Fritz drinks bottles are 3.80€ 0.2l?!?! Pasta was delicious…but not worth €37! You shouldn't charge more than €25 for the pasta!! The service staff was friendly but I expect well-groomed fingernails in the service area...it's actually a no-brainer! Well…once and never again!

My visit here was the first and last. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was okay, but the seating was very cramped. Food okay, but overpriced in my opinion. There is no (free) bread with pasta, which I personally find very questionable for an Italian. Our bread, which we had ordered in advance, was completely forgotten. However that can happen... After we paid and sat for a moment, we were asked to leave the store. That was probably the high point and highlight of my evening. Throwing your guests out - I've never experienced anything like that. By the way, there were at least two free tables around us, it's not like we were holding up the place. The only thing worth praising: the drinks. They were very full (but also full of ice cream...), but very tasty!

It was our first time eating there and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was very tasty, especially the truffle pasta! The service was also very friendly and attentive. However, we weren't 100% convinced by the ambience as it was a bit too bright and in my opinion this had a negative impact on the atmosphere. Candles would be a good idea instead of the big light ;)

Cozy little Italian restaurant with a great menu!

We spontaneously went to La Ciccetteria. I have rarely eaten so deliciously. The spaghetti in a parmesan loaf as well as the spaghetti carbonara (the real one!) were amazing and the dessert, panacotta with pistachios, rounded off the taste experience. Keep it up! Thumbs up 👍

Very crowded on the weekend but it's worth it!

There were 15 of us there and almost all had different dishes. Nevertheless, the food came out at the same time. Everything tasted good. Each of us felt comfortable thanks to the attentive staff

Starters great, pasta okay. Unfortunately, instead of crispy baked bread with olive oil and balsamic as a starter, we only got a soggy baguette without olive oil and balsamic. That shouldn't happen and unfortunately it drags down our otherwise positive experience.

We are very disappointed. The prawns taste extremely fishy and the day after we both had stomach issues. Unfortunately the quality is no longer there. Very unfortunate.

We were more than disappointed today. Carbonara tastes like a vegetable soup. Truffle paste had nothing to do with truffles. Waiting over 1.5 hours for the food wasn't a highlight either.
