I can't comment on the quality of the food. However, the pangasius fillet on the menu doesn't bode well. This fish, artificially farmed in Asia and full of growth hormones and antibiotics, shouldn't be found on the menu of an ambitious restaurant. Spaghetti carbonara with cooked ham and cream has absolutely nothing in common with authentic Italian cuisine. I only ordered melon and Parma ham. Can't go wrong. My young waiter was incredibly arrogant. Please, no way.

Unfortunately, I was invited there by an Italian who isn't one, so it can't be good. My anticipation wasn't disappointed. It's loud there, and the food, well, you can skip it for the price. If you've never eaten Italian before, it might be okay. I recommend everyone go to a proper Italian restaurant. A quick tip: they rarely have pizza on the menu.

The best Italian pizza in Germany, and the other dishes are also very good. It's really cool that this restaurant is practically on my doorstep (a 3-minute walk). I highly recommend it from the first moment you arrive to the last. And you can just drop in, except on seemingly special days like the commercialized Valentine's Day, when the whole of Bernau is booked out.

The restaurant is receiving high praise everywhere, so we must have just had a bad day. Even though the restaurant was almost empty at 2 p.m., we were seated at a small table right by the entrance. This meant that every guest who wanted to use the restroom had to walk past our table in a very tight space, which was very unpleasant. The table wasn't set, and the tablecloth was dirty. The wait for service was too long. We were served eight olives, which you had to eat with your fingers because there was no skewer provided. The bread wasn't the freshest either. The lasagna and penne Gorgonzola were okay, but not outstanding. Everywhere you read that a visit to this restaurant is an absolute must when visiting Bernau. The team really needs to work hard to live up to these advance praise.

I was there for the first time last Saturday. We had ordered a table for 4, and a fifth person spontaneously came along, which wasn't a problem. It was good that we had reserved because it was completely full. The food was very tasty. We'll be back.

Popular Italian restaurant with lots of seats, therefore very loud in my opinion. Food freshly prepared and served promptly. Staff nice and present. Prices tend to be higher. Few free parking spaces available.

We love coming here often - you feel completely at home. An absolutely attuned, warm and super friendly team works here. The food and drinks are also of high quality. Reservations should be made during peak times.

We are here several times a year. Service is very good. Food always delicious. Prices are completely okay. In summer you can also sit outside. Toilets are always clean too ;)

First of all, the service is brilliant and ideal for dog owners. Unfortunately, you don't have that luck very often. My girlfriend and I always enjoy the ambience and the food. I have no idea why, but I liked the salami pizza. Really great. The staff is really friendly. Bon appetit everyone 🍽️ .

The food was absolutely outstanding and worth mentioning in every way! From the starter to the dessert, everything was delicious, the service was great and very friendly. We had drinks throughout (very rare that that works) and felt at home. Both pasta and pizza 1a, the tomato soup was the best I've ever had in the restaurant. Casa Vicina is a nice Italian restaurant in downtown Bernau. The city wall and a city gate nearby are well worth seeing. On the weekend you need a reservation to get your money's worth. The order was taken quickly and friendly. The food came quickly and was very tasty. Prices are completely reasonable and at the end there was a schnapps on the house.

I've been eating there with my family on my birthday for 3 years. Every time I reserve a table with information about the outside area, the smoking area if possible at the edge and always with the answer that it works. Unfortunately, things look different when they appear. Every time we had to stand in the aisle for 15 minutes in the hope that guests would leave, even though two tables (although reserved) were free. After a table was offered today, I asked if we could smoke there. Answer no problem, you put the windows down, no problem. After eating I lit a cigarette and was insulted by the table next to me that this was the non-smoking area. I kindly pointed out that I was allowed to do so and that the guests at another table were also smoking. That's different because the cigarette is in an electronic device. Surprising because it also contains THC and nicotine. 2 waiters were standing right next to them but no one explained this situation. The food was very tasty but the reservations thing needs to be improved urgently. On the one hand, there is simply no table available at the agreed time and you are standing there waiting as if at a bus stop, and on the other hand, if you agree, there is a suitable table available. Because this situation really ruined my birthday and I wasn't to blame.

More appearance than reality. Boss at reception super friendly. Service at the table, depending on the mood of the staff, wasn't exactly friendly. Spaghetti with pork fillet and fresh mushrooms is underground. Pork fillet pieces fried to death and hard. The mushrooms were fresh before they were put in the can and landed on the guests' plates. There were for sure Jar or canned mushrooms. People! Go somewhere else. The Sambuco we ordered tasted like grappa, the Sambuca on the house was normal.
