Rich`N Greens in Köln

Everything was super simple. Recommendation: Order the Cancun Chicken Burrito with extra hot sauce. A solid 10/10

Everything looked fresh, but personally I didn’t like the chicken—it had a slight smell (maybe I’m too sensitive to it). The place is nicely decorated with lots of little details. The food took a bit longer than expected, but their homemade lemonades are a must-try!

We have always enjoyed eating there regularly in the past, and no matter how busy it was, the service and quality were consistently outstanding. In the last few months this has decreased drastically, sauces were forgotten, parts of the order were forgotten, despite the empty shop we waited forever until someone came and yesterday it was really enough, we were ignored, a lady who came after us and wanted to order take-away was taken care of, we were further ignored. There were 2 guests there besides us. There were no queues for delivery services either. We were initially given a card, but after that we were simply ignored. I left the bonus card on the table and left and won't be coming back. You don't feel comfortable being treated like that. And I never opened a window there when something went wrong, we are human and make mistakes, so the ignorance towards us is completely unfounded.

Very tasty food, very nice service. I thought it was great value for money. During the week there are offers from lunchtime to 3 p.m. Additional charge for bowl or burrito is also reasonable. White chocolate/macadamia nut banana bread was delicious. Ambience a bit loud, narrow and hectic. But overall it fits the style of the store

I was here for the third time today around lunchtime 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and each time I had to wait at least 30 minutes for a burrito I ordered. This is simply a no-go in the catering industry. Staff are constantly running around or sitting and looking strange.

We have always been big fans of Rich & Greens, but on our last two visits we were very disappointed!! This evening we ordered 2 borritos to take away and at home we saw that in one borrito the chicken was completely forgotten and in the other there was hardly any pastrami in it, which makes the whole thing too expensive in the end at €14! It's never expensive and always depends on the employees how the wraps/Borittos are filled.

Ordered the Chicken Ceaser wrap and it was delicious! More than enough food and the price was fair (8.90 €). Also takes NeoTaste (2 for 1 wraps). Would 100% recommend!

A delightful café, with a garden in the middle of Cologne, very good coffee, delicious small dishes and super nice waitresses, who were unfortunately a bit overwhelmed and you had to wait longer, but it's not a fast food restaurant either ;))... anytime again, an oasis in the big city

The vegan burritos taste great, as do the smoothies. The vibes are nice, the ambience pleasant, the staff friendly and the toilets clean and tidy, a really nice place!

You have to chase after the person in charge for days to get the contract that you deserve at the place you work. And unfortunately, even if they hire you, they won't pay you for your trial day. So you have to work for free for this place for a day. And another time I was there as a customer the food was pretty ordinary.

Excellent lunch! Very happy I stopped. Nice service. It was a bit busy looking out at the sidewalk, but it was also nice seeing what was happening.

Alles war sehr schlecht. Ich kam mit meinen Freunden und wir glaubten den Kommentaren, alles sah so lecker und schön aus in den sozialen Medien. Bis wir dort ankamen, diese Schönheiten. Das Essen war ungewaschen und abgestanden. Es war das dreckigste Restaurant, das ich je in meinem Leben gesehen habe. Über das Personal will ich gar nicht reden, der Kellner war sehr mürrisch. Bitte lesen Sie diese Bewertung, wenn Sie hierher kommen wollen!!!!! Die Teller sind schmutzig und den Mango Chicken Burrito, den ich hatte, kann ich niemandem empfehlen. Die Schüssel meines Freundes war sehr schlecht zubereitet. Ich hoffe, Sie schaffen es, ein wenig sauberer zu sein.

Really good food for a fair price.

The Cheesemaster is incredibly delicious. The chipotle sauce is really very good. Price-performance ratio is fair, you'll be very full even with the wrap.

A great concept! You can find something for every taste and depending on how hungry you are you can adapt it - as a salad, burrito, big bowls or a wrap. The portion was big and the prices were very good for what you get. The downside is that the place itself is very small and finding a comfortable spot to enjoy your meal is quite hard. The service was very friendly.

I had a fantastic experience at Rich’N Greens! The pastrami was delicious, packed with flavor, and just melted in my mouth. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it even better. Highly recommend for a true taste of New York!

We had guacomole chicken salad and california wrap. Both were extremely delicious and portions were big! Ingredients were fresh and nutritious 💕. I felt very lucky to find this place.

Excellent, fresh cuisine - good portions.

We waited for so so long until we could order, the bottle was dirty (but the waiter gave me another one with no problem), they dont serve glasses at all... and also a wrap doesnt get fork and knife.. Food was okay but nothing special.

I love this place! The food is always dry high quality, healthy and so delicious! The service is top notch. Even their coffee is comparable to some of the Cologne’s coffee specialty spots. Cannot recommend it enough!

I've already written a review once, but I just have to write it again... my husband and I were in Cologne again for a week and this time we got something to eat from you almost every day. That's why we now had the opportunity to try out the menu a bit... everything is so delicious, whether it's a burrito, salad, bowl or wrap... and you have a very good feeling because you have eaten something fresh and healthy. Price-performance ratio is also right! And no matter how much stress, the staff is friendly and in a good mood. Keep it up! We will definitely come back on our next visit to Cologne and I already have the bowls for our return trip home. It's such a shame that Rich'n Greens is only available in Cologne...

I go to RichNGreens so often and I just love this store!!!! for me this is the best place to eat really delicious burritos 🤌🏽✨ they manage to make a perfect burrito time and time again.. Price-performance ratio is also great!

Ordered a halumi bowl here. Arrived really late (30 min wait) and it was all cold. Disappointed and sad.

A beautifully decorated little shop. There is a variety of wraps, burritos, salads and bowls on offer. You can order these with meat, but there is also plenty of vegetarian choice. Also vegan. The Burrito Cheesemaster is a 5 out of 5 and I only recommended it, but I didn't personally recommend it. I had the Plant Protein Bowl which was tasty but there wasn't enough sauce for my taste. Nevertheless, I will come back.

Cozy little place with fresh, tasty wraps (and other choices made on the spot from various ingredients) and excellent service. I was passing by, looking for a fast but tasty supper and couldn’t end up in the better place. Service was fast and super nice, and the food is not a fast food - but fresh, aromatic and solid size.

It was very busy when we were there but everyone was still super friendly and polite. There were 5 of us, and the friendly waitress talked to the other guests so that we could sit at a large table. All the employees there were also super nice. It's a small restaurant with few tables but still cozy and you don't feel crowded. The food was also great in terms of price-performance ratio, pretty cheap for large portions and very flexible with extra requests, and the taste of the food was great. There's nothing to notice.

Super nice place, great atmosphere, lots of left-wing people and the service is super friendly. Everything is very comfortably furnished, the food came quickly and tasted very, very good. Unfortunately we are not from the area but would definitely come back. Can recommend the wraps, but also the nachos with the homemade guacamole are otherwise great

Delicious bowls & burritos. You don't need any side dishes, the portions are not small.

So wow, the wraps are unbelievable. Wow. The furnishings can be debated, but that's a matter of taste anyway. The music fits like a lock and key, but could be a little quieter. Otherwise great atmosphere, dear staff said unproven, the wraps are simply wow.

Overly delicious! Doesn't drip no matter which side you eat from. Still the perfect amount of sauce! Highly recommended, even if 7.90 isn't exactly cheap in terms of price.

Modern restaurant with delicious, healthy food. Burritos are highly recommended and the price is appropriate given the current situation. Drinks a bit expensive. There are not enough seats for the many guests, you have to be lucky. Friendly staff but short and a bit stressed.

I got a bit hangry after a long day and I came to Rich 'N Greens as a sort of last resort. One burrito was not really enough so I had to order a second one, but they were really tasty and with - at first glance - fresh ingredients. Excellent prices. One point of criticism: the music in the small store is way too loud. All in all a good experience.

The best chain Cologne has to offer. Always very fresh, very tasty and great prices. We are so grateful that we can afford this here and we really appreciate it. Keep it up, you're great!

Nice staff and delicious wraps!

Food was delicious and fresh. Prepared quickly. Service was really nice.. I don't find the map very clear or prices can't be clearly identified... I don't find the narrow space comfortable... And please!!! The music is too loud!! If I want a disco then I don't go out to eat...everyone has to talk loudly... The toilet goes to the back... and there lies the reason for the few stars... messy... and partly dirty... In the hallway in front of the toilet I asked myself how one could keep things tidy... the closet folder from the bookkeeping is open and in front of it and everything is on it... the toilet... PEOPLE... the walls are dirty!!! The socket next to the sink...and getting fresh and drying off didn't work...even at the prep bar...everything falls to the floor...looks impossible...even the food is spread out on the counter at the front...and even There's a mess there...sorry, I drove to you specifically...like I said, the food is delicious, but again!? I don't know ...

Very friendly staff. There is something for every taste, even enough for vegetarians. The prices are pleasant. The ingredients are fresh and high quality, the portion sizes are large, you will definitely be full. Love is put into this and you can taste it. I would love to come back, recommendation goes out!

We came across the shop by chance while strolling. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was very nice. Price-performance fits. The way to the toilet is very interesting, lots of post-its from the guests on the walls. What surprised me positively were the hygiene products in the toilet, which were available to guests. The atmosphere is also inviting and you feel comfortable.

I always like to eat there with friends as it is a very friendly place. The food is so delicious, especially as a bowl or burrito. The Home Made lemonades are also highly recommended.

The modern, cozy atmosphere and diverse menu with fresh ingredients makes for a great lunch. The Grilles Veggie Wrap is particularly recommended. The service is friendly and attentive. A highlight with healthy and delicious cuisine. Highly Recommended!

After BayArea Burrito closed, I was looking for a new burrito place. Unfortunately, their burrito doesn't come close. Too much rice and too dry.

Small shop with an innovative gastronomic concept. Rich 'N Greens serves delicious salads, burritos and bowls. The map is clear and the pricing model is very simple. There are also some vegetarian and vegan options. My burrito was delicious. Payment is super easy by credit card.

The food in this restaurant is quite good, but my overall impression was marred by the overwhelmed staff and the cramped, uncomfortable atmosphere.

Wow! This was one of the best burritos I've ever eaten. Every bite is a taste explosion! I had the Mexican Jack with jackfruit, feta and peanuts and it was amazing. The spiciness was just right, the jackfruit was super juicy and well seasoned, and the peanuts were a crunchy addition. And the portion is very large! We got the burrito to go so I can't say much about the ambiance. But the service was very nice and quick and everything was freshly prepared. We will be back definitely!! Great recommendation!

Visitenkarte last sunday after riding on our vintage scooter with friends. And , I tried lots of burittos in town. This Spot it my favourit buritto in town in cologne now. I have my to go always Spot in South of colgone(südstadt) in my neighborhood. But if I'm in city center, and craving for a burrito. You are my guys. Extraordinary staff. And amazing food. Loved it

Actually the absolute “go to” for me when I’m in Cologne. Unfortunately, today we lost our appetite when the lady behind the counter wiped the floor, collected the money and then prepared the food with the same gloves. We just left it with one drink for today and hope that the cleanliness will be up to the usual standard next time

Super tasty and fairly priced. There were three of us here and we had two burritos and a bowl. The taste was really good and it filled me up for a long time. I had a vegan burrito and was very satisfied. Desserts were good too. If I lived in Cologne I would be here several times a month. The decor is a bit very hipster-millennial but clean and cozy. Service was quick and friendly. For dessert I had a sweet chocolate wrap that was really good.

Perfect meal per to-go… The food is always fresh and the staff kindly accommodates any “extra request”. I will gladly come again.
