A really nice location, very stylishly furnished. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was visually served very tastefully. Unfortunately, a beautiful look is not always practical. The delicious truffle fries were served in a bowl, which made it difficult to eat the fries without them ending up on the table. The ribs were ok, but the expectations of the restaurant name and concept were greater than what was served.

We were also satisfied with the dessert. The chocolate cake was pretty much the best I've had in a long time. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

To put it briefly. It's a nice atmosphere, the food is delicious too. But what bothers me is the price/performance ratio. All desserts consist only of a ready-made frozen component and are brightened up with a little decoration. And then charging €12.00 for that is utopian. Nothing is homemade! The prices of the side dishes (e.g. a mini portion of sweet potato fries with sour cream €9.00) and drinks are also set far too high. The fries go into the deep fryer. It's delicious, no question, but all in all it's too much convenience food for too much money. That doesn't justify the price because the chef doesn't have to do much for it.

Really nice restaurant with tasteful decor. The service was super nice and accommodating. The food was also good, especially the spaghetti ice cream. The side dishes were also absolutely great and the meat was delicious. However, we actually expected more from the ribs (with a name like that). Parking spaces are difficult to find when there is nothing available on the street. But if you don't mind a nice walk, that's totally fine and you can also see wonderful, historically relevant, impressive buildings!

We ate at St. Ribs with five people on a Saturday evening. Our table was on the long bench in the middle of the restaurant, but that didn't bother us - the distance to the other guests was just small. The service was attentive, took our orders quickly and brought the drinks and food without long waiting times. It is probably common knowledge that eating out is no longer cheap these days. Prices for ribs in this themed restaurant start at €22, but without side dishes. The price for fries starting at €6 certainly seems understandable from a business perspective, but given the price-quantity ratio, it is clearly profit-oriented. One point of criticism concerns the way the ribs are served: warm plates are brought before serving, but the meat itself comes on a wooden board that has not been preheated. Since you portion it yourself and place it on your plate little by little, it cools down quickly while you eat. Despite eating it quickly, my meat was already cold after half of it, as was the plate. For the price of €22 (and more) I would have expected a solution that would keep the meat warm throughout the entire consumption period. However, there was nothing to complain about in terms of taste. The seasoning is certainly a matter of taste, I personally liked it very much. Particularly noteworthy is the tenderness of the meat - it literally fell off the bone and was cooked excellently. The desserts are well portioned and are suitable for sharing, although they could be a little larger for prices between €10 and €12. The three of us decided on the spaghetti ice cream, which was prepared directly at the table. The presentation in a converted airplane trolley with an integrated ice cream press is original, but I wouldn't have paid €8 for such a portion in an ice cream parlor. The way it is served alone doesn't justify the price in my opinion. Overall, our visit was a success and I would visit the restaurant again - but with the hope that the meat stays warm throughout the meal.

We have been regular guests at St. Ribs since it opened and have followed the positive development of the restaurant over the years. The stylish interior and atmospheric lighting create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit special. The service impresses with its friendliness and attentiveness. Table requests are taken into account when making reservations, and the service ensures that everything goes to your satisfaction. The new menu since the end of 2024 has made the offering significantly more varied. Particularly noteworthy are the pastrami in brioche, the avocado mash with ciabatta and olive oil and the recommended tartare. The corn cobs, however, were less convincing to us. Nevertheless, the new dishes are a welcome addition to the popular Saint Louis ribs, which continue to impress with their generosity and matching side dishes. By expanding the menu, the overall offerings appear lighter and more modern, which makes us want to come back more often. In terms of price, the restaurant is in the upscale segment. A visit during the week offers a pleasantly calm atmosphere, while weekends are more lively. St. Ribs remains a recommendation for lovers of high-quality dishes in a stylish ambience - especially with the new variety on the menu. Card payment possible.

When we asked about dessert, we were told that the ice cream machine was already clean - sorry, but if I mainly advertise with meat and spaghetti ice cream, then I assume that the waitress will inform you about this. We would have liked to drink more, but we were only able to order something when the waitress came by or we had to call - for the last hour we sat all alone in the restaurant. People come here to eat ribs and they are uniquely good and absolutely priced. The ambience is a subjective matter of taste. Tables, decorations, seating are great, but otherwise everything is a large hall with a long table in the middle. Despite all my efforts, it seemed a bit careless. We went to St Ribs for a birthday dinner. We were able to book online, which was very easy and convenient. Changing the time was also no problem. The ambience is very nice and looks high quality. The service staff were very attentive and friendly. Special requests due to intolerances could be taken into account. The food was very tasty. The only criticism is the price. The dishes are already very expensive for the portion size and the respective dish. A salad bowl for €19 and loaded fries for €21 are quite a lot. Nevertheless, it was a nice evening in a pleasant atmosphere.

The St.Ribs restaurant in Bonn, right next to the Museum König, offers a solid culinary experience that will appeal especially to meat lovers. The ambience is modern-rustic, with a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. The furnishings are tasteful, with lots of wood and warm lighting elements that give the room a cozy touch. It is the perfect place for a relaxing evening with friends or as a couple. We opted for the St.Rib Cut for two people, which costs 52 euros. The meat was high quality, tender and juicy, with a delicious smoky note that added depth to each bite. You can tell that emphasis is placed on good ingredients here. The portion was sufficient, but not overwhelming - you'll definitely feel full, but without feeling like you've overeaten. There were also two side dishes and two cocktails, which cost a total of 40 euros. The cocktails were well mixed and complemented the food in a pleasant way without overpowering the taste. The side dishes were solid, if not outstanding, and rounded off the dish nicely. The total final price for two people was 92 euros. Eating at St.Ribs is definitely an experience and a bit more luxurious without losing your touch. The quality of the meat and the relaxed atmosphere justify the price, although it might not be the right place for an impromptu dinner with a larger group. Conclusion: St.Ribs is worth recommending, especially if you like high-quality meat and are willing to pay a little more for an upscale culinary experience. However, it remains to be considered whether it is exactly the right thing for every occasion.

Insider tip in Bonn. Located directly on Adenauerallee, the restaurant appears quite inconspicuous. However, it is convincing in every respect. This shop is a must for anyone who loves meat. The ribs are great, the small salad is refreshing. I love sweet potato fries with mayo but of course everyone can decide for themselves. The souvidly cooked meat is supposed to be amazing, but unfortunately I can't rate it here because I haven't eaten it. One point deducted for the ambience because not everyone has their own table. I wanted to do something special for my birthday and chose St.Ribs. We received a friendly welcome and the atmosphere seemed classy. The problem was that the price performance wasn't right. For €52 we got a rack of pretty greasy ribs, which didn't taste good compared to ASH in Cologne. In addition, you also had to order a side dish for these ribs for €20, which was by no means worth that. (French fries, so-called red coleslaw that looked and tasted like it came straight from the mason jar, as well as indigestible shovel fries) It took the waiter almost 5 minutes to open a bottle of wine. The dessert menu reminded us of the cruise ships with less innovative cheesecakes. We paid €125 for this evening as a couple and it wasn't about the price at all, we had the feeling that the evening was only worth half and that's a shame. From now on I prefer to go to Cologne if I want to eat spare ribs.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is really upscale. The service was very friendly and seemed learned/trained. Unfortunately, the IPAs were both unavailable, but drinks and food came fairly quickly. Unfortunately, in our opinion, the ribs were rather average. One part (along the silver skin/tendon) is a bit tough, the marinade is dominated by a spice mixture/rub. There was definitely no taste of stout beer. However, the fries were good, very fresh and crispy. The mayonnaise had obviously been sitting in the bowl in which it was served for a while. A significantly darker “skin” or layer had formed on the outside. The spaghetti ice cream at the end was fun and tasted good too. Unfortunately, we weren't asked for any more drinks during the meal, even though there were at least three waiters present. Overall, the food was certainly not bad, but since it was quite expensive, it was a little disappointing in our case.

It's been a few days since our last visit and since we left the restaurant very excited that evening, it was time to visit again. Without a reservation, we quickly got a table despite a relatively full restaurant. Then the evening took its inevitable course. The pinsa as a starter was very tasty, but it could have used a little more meat. For the second course it should of course be ribs with sweet potato fries and regular fries. Unfortunately the normal fries were forgotten and had to be reordered. The ribs were tasty but unfortunately they were not brought to the table warm enough along with the sweet potato fries. We had confused the accompanying mayonnaise with butter and only realized after the waitress pointed out that the appearance was a bit deceptive. Unfortunately, the really delicious coleslaw was replaced by one with red cabbage. (incomprehensible because the new one doesn't taste good) No matter what suggestion or criticism, the waitress always had an answer ready. Unfortunately, the answers became increasingly cheeky and you could quickly see that she didn't really want to come to our table anymore. At the end of the evening, when we were paying, the waitress told us that we should make a reservation next time so that if necessary, more staff could be assigned to the shift so that everything could be better taken care of. So in the end it was our fault as guests that one thing or another went wrong because we hadn't made a reservation. It's been a month since the visit. Hopefully the next visit will be more harmonious as it is really delicious.

Visit on a weekday right when it opens. Informed in advance and parked in the nearby hotel (cost of €3). Reservation made in advance. We were greeted by a gentleman in a silver gray suit who led us to our seats. The atmosphere is really great and deserves a full 5 stars – very cozy and tastefully decorated. However, it could get noisy if all the seats are occupied, as there are only a few quiet corners. The order went well and we were able to receive advice, but the service seemed a bit intrusive. A main course was missing from the first delivery, but was added within 5 minutes. With only two other tables occupied, you wonder how this can happen. Two service staff were on site, as were others in higher positions. The food initially looked good at the place, but this turned out to be a disadvantage because the open spare rib rack allowed the ribs to cool down relatively quickly. The sides were fine, but I couldn't find anything special about the ribs, the restaurant's specialty. The meat didn't seem particularly high quality or particularly tasty. It was okay, but nothing to get excited about. Another disadvantage is the price: just under €30 for this portion of ribs is clearly too much and does not have a good price-performance ratio. The dessert was OK, but like many things in the restaurant, it was a show. The spaghetti ice cream was prepared right there, but a lot of white chocolate went wrong during the preparation and ended up on the table. It was only half-heartedly cleaned up with a napkin, and a large part ended up on the chair or the floor. Conclusion: Ambience very nice, service tried hard, but overambitious. Many coordinating management staff on site, who seemed overwhelmed even with just a few tables. Maybe save a job and reduce the price of the expensive dishes a little (certainly even more expensive now after the VAT increase). Basically there is no reason to go a second time.

I was there for dinner and had made a reservation, which probably wouldn't have been necessary that evening. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Every wish was fulfilled immediately. I chose St. Baby Backs and they were really tender and more than enough. Even though it may look a little dark in the picture, they were cooked perfectly. Plus the classic fries, which were nice and crispy, just the way I like them. Anyone who likes spare ribs is in good hands at St. Ribs. I'd love to come back.

The St. Louis Cut Rips have significantly more meat than the Baby Back Rips, but they were also significantly fattier. My personal favorite were the Shovel Fries, the BBQ Mayo and the Cookie Tower. If you like eating rips, I would recommend trying this restaurant in Bonn. The ambience is great and everything is very modern and stylishly furnished. Toilets are very clean as they are shared with the Kanzler Hotel.

Zur Hauptspeise, lässt sich sagen, das dass Fleisch qualitativ und auch vom Geschmack sehr gut ist. Meine Favoriten sind die ST. Louis Cut Ribs und die ST. Baby back, die etwas süßlicher sind. Beim Dessert, habe ich bisher den Cookie Tower und das Spaghetti Eis (Kann man sich mit einer gewissen Auswahl selber gestalten) probiert und auch hier ist beides Empfehlenswert. Der Service ist auch super, sehr freundlich und sympathisches Personal.

Ein ganz besonderer Ort! Service wird groß geschrieben: Als Gast wurde man mit Namen begrüßt, wenn man reserviert hat und der Kellner stellt sich am Tisch persönlich vor. Wir waren mit der Familie da, unsere drei Kinder mit ihren Partnern und fünf Enkelkindern. Im Vorfeld beim Warten auf den Rest der Familie, stürtze unser Enkelsohn und wurde fürsorglich vom Personal versorgt. Das Essen war rundherum super, die Getränke waren es auch. Und das Personal super freundlich zu unseren kleinen Enkelkindern, die sich, da wir auf der Terrasse saßen, gut bewegen konnten. Einfach ein guter Abend mit super Essen. Gerne wieder.....

Alles in allem war es ein toller Abend,einziger und auch großer Kritikpunkt ist das Preis Menge Verhältnis bei den Rippchen für 4 Personen.Es sollen 1700 Gramm sein und wir das Gefühl hatten das es aufjedenfall weniger war.Haben dies das auch angesprochen. 23 Euro pro Person zu Teuer. Terrasse direkt an der Adenauerallee, abgetrennt durch eine Glaswand. Man merkt den Verkehr, dieser wird aber überhaupt nicht als störend empfunden. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Eine gute Auswahl an auch regionalen Weinen. Wir hatten Teriyaki Veal Ribs mit Golden Fries, Truffle Fries und Wild Herbs Salad. Alles sehr lecker, knackige heiße Fritten, leckere Majo und Soßen. Die Ribs waren auch sehr lecker und zart hätten aber ein wenig heißer sein können. Preis-Leistung? Sehr hochpreisig für Ribs. 29 € für eine Portion Ribs ist schon eine Ansage.

Wir waren heute Abend zum Abendessen in diesem netten Restaurant, dass sich in einem Seitenflügel vom Living Hotel Kanzler befindet, und hatten einen Tisch im Freien gewählt. Trotz der neben der Terrasse verlaufenden Adenauerallee war der Lärmpegel wirklich in Ordnung und wir konnten uns noch sehr gut unterhalten. Das Ambiente hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen, nichts außergewöhnliches aber das haben wir auch nicht erwartet. Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen und der Nachtisch waren sehr schmackhaft. Die Baby Back Ribs waren ein Gedicht, zart und saftig. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und stets zur Stelle. Top-Service. Klare Empfehlung unsererseits.

Best Rips in town - nicht übertrieben. Wahnsinns Grillbuffet mit mega leckeren Rippchen, gegrillten Hähnchen, grobe Bratwurst und vegetarische Beilagen. Mega lecker! Das Restaurant ist eine 10 von 10. Wir hatten Rippchen und Pinsa und alles war sehr lecker. Die Rippchen waren Perfekt und fielen vom Knochen, so wie es sein muss. Selten eine so guten Service in Bonn gehabt. Danke schon einmal dafür! Vorspeise hatten wir das Tartar und die Garnelen - grandios, könnte mir jetzt noch alle Finger ablecken. Die Ribs, St. Louis Cut und die Veal Ribs, waren hervorragend. Bei meiner letzten Amerikareise hatte ich nicht so gute Ribs gegessen. Und zum Abschluss hatten wir ein wunderbares Spaghettieis, welches am Tisch zubereitet wird. Was für ein Showeffekt. Ich werde neuer Stammkunde. Danke! Und was ich auch hervorheben möchte ist, dass dieser Betrieb toll ausbildet und man sieht, wie wertschätzend mit den jungen Menschen umgegangen wird. Das sieht man leider viel zu selten.

Service vor Ort freundlich und bemüht. Ambiente ist ganz nett, allerdings liegt das Restaurant direkt an einer Hauptstraße, sodass draußen sitzen nicht so toll ist. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist leider nicht in Ordnung, da sowohl Qualität und Quantität nicht den doch recht hohen Preisen entspricht. Ich werde nicht mehr dorthin gehen.

Vorweg, das Personal war sehr freundlich und von dieser Kritik vor Ort auch peinlich berührt. Mittelmäßige Qualität bei weit überhöhten Preisen! Fleisch der Baby Back Ribs hing zäh am Knochen, Fleisch der Prime Beef Rib sehr fettig und die Portion lachhaft klein (zum Verständnis, es handelt sich bei der Portion um eine einzige Rinderrippe, also ein Knochen mit etwas Fleisch dran für 28,- EUR, Beilagen werden extra bestellt und berechnet). Hungrig gekommen und hungrig gegangen! Als Kompensation wurde Espresso aufs Haus angeboten (der Wille zählt). Für Rib-Lovers ganz klar KEINE Empfehlung. Das gibt es qualitativ und preislich vieler Orts besser. Bei einer Hauptspeise für ca. 35,- EUR sollte man erwarten dürfen, dass man satt wird. Statt rib-me leider mehr RIP OFF!

I give them 5 stars for the ribs. They are really very tasty. Bravo chef. But the service!!! Guys, dear, translate the menu into English. Well, or teach the waiter to explain what is on the menu. I think it's very unprofessional when a waiter responds to a customer - translate in an online translator. For me, this is rude! Why did you invest so much money in the design of the restaurant and did not teach the waiters how to communicate with customers? Apart that check the bill, they have added the bear which we haven’t had in the bill.

I discovered the shop in 2019 when I was often waiting for the bus late in the evening after a language course. I moved to Saxony-Anhalt in 2020, and now every time I visit the family, I HAVE to stop by here. The Cigköfte wrap is incredibly tasty, the service is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Absolute recommendation!
