The man (Indian) with the tattoo is very rude. We have been your customers for a long time, but as long as this man works there, we will no longer eat there or send our customers to Pizza Brothers.

I'm not one to complain easily and I tolerate a lot. However, there are limits. And these limits start to cheat the customer. If I as a customer order a menu, then I pay for a menu. When I order a single burger, I don't order a menu. Sounds logical. If the snack bar cannot offer individual burgers or cannot charge them as a single burger, why does the snack bar not give me any information and charge me twice for a menu even though I only ordered one burger and collect the amount. That I'm cheating. In addition, the products were always delivered cold for all orders. I immediately lose my appetite. Of course the best comes last. The cheeseburger is not offered with hot sauce or jalapenios on the menu. How can it be that these two components were on my cheeseburger? Well, if you want to get rid of a few products, you simply put them on the burger, even though the customer didn't ask for this. But with so much warmth from the customer, if I order again in 100 years, I'll ask you to spit in my burger. Of course for the taste. Then I'm willing to give a tip of 10 euros. Best regards.

Incredibly outrageous 😠 Waited 36 minutes for food only to find out that the order wasn't what we paid for. Calling the restaurant to say that they sent us the wrong order only to be told that the place is now closed (according to the motto, bad luck 😠) I definitely won't order from you again 👎🏻👎🏻

Food could be good but arrived cold. I also had to wait 90 minutes even though it said 50 minutes online

The Los Angeles baguette is super delicious and perfect for sharing! The price-performance ratio is also very good and you don't have to wait long.

Never had such a delicious pizza. The prices were also very reasonable. I would actually visit Bonn again just for the pizza. Meat is also halal.

I highly recommend going there. It was a great pleasure to see such amazing and delicious Halal cuisine. We went there for lunch on two consecutive days, the staff was quite friendly. The food came quickly and it was super fresh and tasty. The prices are also incredible. I will definitely come back here again and again every time I am in Bonn.

Very tasty food and delicious pizza for a good price in comparison to other restaurants in the area.

We just got a pizza and a calzone delivered. The delivery went smoothly and we were really looking forward to our meal until we opened the pizza packaging. Both pizza and calzone totally black. How can you deliver food like that?? Customers want the food to taste good, be edible and not burnt. It's a shame about the money, really sad about such a delivery. We will never order here again! PS: The pizza delivery guy was very friendly!

Nice store, nice location and fast & efficient service. Also really good prices. Unfortunately I have to take 2 stars away because of the strange, horribly sweet sauce that was on the baquette but wasn't even mentioned on the menu. It really wasn't nice, it was like having sugar on a sandwich. It would've been fine without the sauce, but it just ruined the whole experience. Please mention everything you put on the sandwich one the menu! It wasn't a nice surprise at all.

2 Mal Margherita bestellt, eine bekommen, Fahrer taucht nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit, mit fehlerhafter Bestellung auf und wünscht sich trotzdessen eine Bewertung. Nie wieder bestellen, das ist meine Bewertung! Schlechtester Service den ich je erlebt habe! Einen Stern dafür, dass das Essen überhaupt kam.

Die Preise sind viel zu hoch für so kleine Burger.Pommes leider kalt.

Vergleichsweise teure Burger. Geschmacklich aber gut. Würde nur anderes Brot nehmen, weil die labberig waren. Süskartoffelpommes waren sehr lecker, dafür aber viel zu wenig Sauce. Die hatte leider für weniger als die Hälfte der Pommes ausgereicht.

Wer mit dem Firmenwagen so dermaßen rücksichtslose Überholmanöver in der überfüllten Innenstadt wagt und dabei Menschen mit Kindern im Auto gefährdet, kann die allerbeste Pizza der Welt backen - bestellen werde ich da in jedem Fall nicht mehr, aus der Angst, dass ich damit Menschenleben gefährde, wenn die Pizza zu mir nach Hause geliefert wird.

2 stunden 3 kalte pizzen. Anrufen bringt nichts. Beim ersten anruf wird gesagt wird zubereitet( erst dann wenn geliefert werden sollte) dann nach einer stunde wird nichtmal rangegangen bei anrufen. Frechheit.

Essen war kalt und Pizza nicht richtig durch. Haben zulange auch warten müssen.

War heute mit der Familie dort. Alles Top, insbesonders die Mitarbeiter waren erstklassig.

Ich habe hier noch nicht viel probiert, kann aber schon sagen, dass die Pommes viel zu fettig sind. Die Preise finde ich auch etwas zu hoch. Die Bedienung war zumindest bemüht, der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse leider sehr unfreundlich. Die Atmosphäre in dem kleinen Lokal erinnert leider einfach an eine sogenannte Shishabar - die Musik, das Klientel...

I highly highly highly recommend going to the place. It was such a pleasure seeing such amazing and delicious Halal food in the center of Bonn. We went there for iftar the staff was friendly enough to give us milk and dates to break our fast. The food arrived quickly, and it was super fresh and delicious. The prices are also amazing and this place is also extremely student friendly. Even on its own, other than being Halal, their pizzas are just delicious. It is a different taste to the traditional Italian taste, but so enjoyable. I will definitely come here again and again, please keep up the amazing work, and amazing prices!

Sehr nettes Personal! Hatten aufgrund von Eigenverschulden ein Fehler in unserer Bestellung. Uns wurde aber sofort geholfen.

Jedes Mal kommt eine falsche Bestellung an oder es fehlen Zutaten. Außerdem brauchen die für jede Lieferung über eine Stunde Zeit, teilweise kam das Essen komplett kalt an.

Beste Sandwiches, bester Lieferant und einfach top

Nice food especially really good burgers. All the food was super fresh also the service was quick. The food portion especially the finger food was unexpectedly large. The seating area is actually a bit small with tables placed very nearby to each other & it feels crowded and has a more “fast-food” vibe than a restaurant. Also the heating was not the best especially when it was -2 outside.

Waren am 04.03.23 da, haben die Brothers Pizza und die Nr. 26 bestellt. Waren beide mega gut, sehr viel Käse. Die Getränke haben fast alle 2,80 gekostet bei 0,33l.

2 verschiedene Pizzen und 2 Baguettes ausprobiert. Die Pizzen war beide gut. Konnte uns geschmacklich überzeugen. Noch besser waren die belegten Baguettes. Einfach geschmacklich perfekt. Der Laden ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sehr viele Getränke zur Auswahl. Super freundliche Bedienung. Außerdem Halal. Eindeutig 5/5

After four large take-away orders, over four months, I can say that the quality is good. The pizzas are tasty and very good value. I wouldn't eat-in as the atmosphere is not my style (it has a fast-food feeling) but I'll be ordering fresh take away again. 4/5 for service as ordering in the website doesn't seem to work. Call orders in and arrange pickup to get the freshest pizzas!

Sehr leckere Burger (mit eins der besten in Bonn) nur leider zu wenig Sauce für die Pommes

Es ist Klein aber dafür ein sehr schönes gemütliches Ambiente :) die burger waren super: Fleisch saftig und zart & die hausgemachten pommes sind waaaahnsinnig gut gewesen!! Und auch die pizzabrötchen waren top! Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und zuvorkommend, die lage ist sehr zentral und auch die preise sind gerecht fertigt- wir kommen definitiv nochmal wieder!

Also Top ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!!!! Essen Top Mitarbeiter Top Einrichtung Top Super Ambiente…. Vorallem man merkt da steckt viel sehr viel Qualität hinter super echt weiter so 👍🏼

Schlimm… ich habe auf die Google Bewertungen gehört und mal was neues ausprobiert.. nie wieder! Ich wollte Chili Cheese Pommes haben gab es leider nicht mehr aber kein Problem die Kellnerin sagte die Chili cheese nuggets seien ähnlich also habe ich diese bestellt. Als sie ankamen war ich schockiert.. da waren ungefähr 8 KLEINE Bällchen Ohne Soße serviert auf einem Stück Holz mit bisschen Salat daneben gestreut total lieblos. Als ich in das erste Bällchen gebissen habe war es innen drin noch kalt weil das Tiefkühl Ware ist! Nie wieder für 6,90€ Habe trotzdem Trinkgeld gegeben.

Das Los Angeles Baguette und die Falafel Bowl, waren mega lecker und nur weiter zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliches Personal, süße Atmosphäre, da es nicht so riesig ist und dementsprechend auch nicht so viele Menschen dort sind. Es gibt eine offene Küche, also bei Bedarf kann man immer nachbestellen oder beim zubereiten zuschauen! Preise sind super angepasst, Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend und wie schon gesagt einfach sehr lecker. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Auch wenn der Laden Pizza Brothers heißt, hier würde ich keine Pizza essen WEIL die Baguetts die Bürger und Bowls so unfassbar lecker schmecken. Die Empfehlung des Personals kann ich absolut nachvollziehen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Geschmack, die Portionen dürften einen kleinen wenig größer sein, aber ansonsten ist das mein neuer Favorit an Burgerladen.

In short: Great food, fairly priced, friendly staff, convenient location and great ambience. In a bit more detail: Great selection of food, burgers, pizzas and other stuff. Loved almost all the variety I have tried until now (been somewhat of a frequent customer for the past few weeks). Order anything and it will be splendid. One of my moroccan friend also said they sometimes have a local drink from his home country, so worth a try if you want to enjoy that. I see it to be fairly priced. The quality of ingredients, the quantity of food provided, the plating and other nick-nacks, all absolutely justify the pricing. Might be a bit costlier than normal for a student, a meal with a burger, fries(infinitly better than mcd or most other fast food restaurants), and drink is like €10.8 but the quantity and quality is worth it. WAY better than MCd or others for similar price range. Staff, I mean they greeted everyone who entered as soon as we entered (normal but I use it as a matrix, especially when they are super busy). Friendly and engaging in conversation should you reply but will also leave you alone with the food if that's how you like it. Liked their vibes is what I want to say. It's located near the HBF, can't get more convenient than that. Ambience is something of a shot in the dark, personally love it best in the night, but lunch over there isn't half bad, some friends love it, some are on the fence but, none are against its aesthetic. Cannot remember any music, perfect to enjoy your food, or conversation, they might have played music but my monke brain tuned it out. Overall, worth a try, don't worry about the quality.

Breites Spektrum und trotzdem keine qualitativen Abstriche. Alles Halal, alles mit Herz. Die Location direkt am sanierten Hauptbahnhof ist natürlich Ideal. Abschlusswort: Empfehlenswert!

Wow! es war super! ich würde es jedem empfehlen! eine solche Bedienung habe ich schon Lage nicht erlebt. von Burgergrill, Pizza oder Baguette ist alles dabei. Die Kellner waren unglaublich höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen kam schnell, heiss und wie oben erwähnt sensationell. lotus dessert Unheimlich lecker 🥰
