We celebrated our wedding on Saturday with 150 guests in the Godesburg. Let's start at the beginning. We knew from the first phone call that we wouldn't fall on deaf ears and that service is very important in Godesburg. The planning with those responsible went perfectly and every wish, every little detail of ours was fulfilled. (When we left the Godesburg during the first viewing of the location and the first conversation with the boss, my wife said straight away: “That's it! We're going to celebrate our dream wedding here!”) You could call us at any time up until the big day Personally plan everything exactly as you want it! The boss himself, Mr. Schloter, deserves special mention here. On the big day itself, everything went exactly as we imagined. From the champagne reception to leaving the Harte Kern in the middle of the night, everything went perfectly! The wedding guests were thrilled with the food and the beautiful location! I myself learned in the catering industry and have to say that I have never seen such attentive and fast service staff as in Godesburg. All service staff were extremely friendly, competent and implemented every wish of the guests and the bridal couple in seconds. This location, this team with their extremely friendly and competent boss are an absolute recommendation to celebrate a wedding or other event there! We ourselves would do it again at any time!

We celebrated our wedding here at Godesburg and we are simply thrilled! The service, food and drinks were top notch! The ambience is simply a dream with the view of the Siebengebirge! We also received only positive feedback from our guests. The preliminary arrangements also went smoothly and all requests were well addressed. We can therefore absolutely recommend Godesburg as an event location to everyone!

We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary with Sunday brunch and asked for a table with a beautiful view. This was completely missed and our table was then at the buffet. In the end they apologized with a bottle of champagne. The staff was not understaffed but slightly overwhelmed. We waited 10 minutes for the welcome drinks. I had to refill my coffee myself after 30 minutes. Drinks other than filter coffee cost extra. A bottle of sparkling water €8.50. The food was okay but not convincing. There were long queues because an employee was putting the buffet on the plate for the guests. The dessert was only added upon request. The view is nice but mostly overgrown. Conclusion: A €30 buffet is offered here for €50 per person. Every better hotel offers something similar for less. We were here before years ago, but in the evening we had a course menu. At the time we were thrilled and not so disappointed. Too bad

Worth a trip. A castle, high on the mountain, an incredibly beautiful view over the valley and your physical well-being is absolutely taken care of. Very friendly hosts, I felt welcome.

Were there for a wedding, cool location with a great view. There were also some vegan dishes. Despite the roof, it was extremely hot outside.

We were there for brunch on Sunday, we got a nice spot so that our dog could lie in peace, the view was beautiful. The food was excellent and everyone could find something. The service was always very friendly and present. All in all, it was just a wonderful brunch.

The Godesburg Restaurant provided catering for a garden party for 60 people. There was a lot of praise from our guests for the food delivered. There was also a varied selection for vegetarians. All promises made by the restaurant were kept. The delivery was on time to the minute. We are completely satisfied and recommend the Godesburg without reservation.

We were here for brunch. The buffet offered a large selection of deliciously prepared dishes. The eyes and palate were spoiled. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. The live piano music and the view of the Rhine Valley rounded off the beautiful atmosphere. We will be back.

We went to Mother's Day brunch. Absolutely worth it! Lately we are choosing brunch options less and less because they are usually expensive and the choice and quality are becoming less and less. But the brunch here was a pleasant surprise. Truly unique dishes were offered, from regular breakfast options to cooked options and a good selection of desserts. A pianist played the whole time, which made it even more special and beautiful. Yes, it's expensive, but definitely worth it for special occasions. The ambience, the view from above, the quality of the food and the really good service. They often asked us if we needed anything or wanted something to drink. There were no delays in clearing empty plates and the staff were very nice to the children.

My birthday in the Knights' Hall was a dream! Everything was perfect, food, service, ambience, price/performance, everything was just right! Gladly again and highly recommended!

Unfortunately only an impression from a wedding celebration. The service tried to provide missing place settings quickly. But otherwise very friendly and accommodating. It still gave the impression that one thing or another had gone wrong. The food was very tasty, meat was just right, vegetables were not too soft and still firm to the bite, just as they should be. There was also schnitzel that you couldn't go wrong with. Starters, such as pasta with pesto and shaved truffles, were also very tasty. As a castle lover, I found the ambience itself very nice.

A bit run down in places (toilets), stairs to the toilet difficult or not safe

12/2023: A lot has happened. After the experiences in 2022, we wanted to know it again and were positively impressed. Everything was well organized, in my opinion fewer tables and logistically much better. As always, the food was excellent and the service was very accommodating. We are coming again next year. 12/2022: Logistically a complete disaster!!! Basically, we really enjoy visiting the restaurant on the Godesburg, but never again on a public holiday!! We were here on Boxing Day. The large hall was packed with tables. The buffet consisted of 3 tables. The waiting time is an impressive 25 minutes. Sorry, that's not possible at all given the high price. The second star is only for the good quality of the food! Conclusion: Never again on a public holiday. Proud prices and logistically inadequate!!

Wir waren zu einem Krimidinner in Restaurant Godesburg. Das Essen war top! Der Service war sehr gut genauso das Ambiente und dem Anlass sehr entsprechend. Der Krimi war weniger begeisternd. Mit reichlich Verspätung angefangen, sehr langatmig und dadurch konnte sich keine Spannung aufbauen. Fazit: Essen sofort wieder, Krimi muss nicht sein.

Gestern haben wir einen unglaublich schönen Abend im großen Rittersaal verbracht. Es war alles wunderschön dekoriert und die Aussicht bis ins Siebengebirge, wie immer grandios. Ebenfalls grandios war der Service. Die Mitarbeiter: innen haben uns richtig verwöhnt. Das Essen war köstlich und sehr schön angerichtet. Der Wein vorzüglich. So kann man einen Abend wirklich genießen. Vielen Dank dafür 🫶

Wir haben am Krimidinner auf der Godesburg teilgenommen. Sehr leckeres Essen, auf den Punkt zubereitet und heiß serviert! Bei der großen Anzahl an Gästen eine Meisterleistung! Sehr sympathischer Service. Und der Ausblick ist natürlich ein Traum!

Wir waren hier zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen am vergangenen Samstag. Die Speisen wurden in Buffet-form angeboten mit Service. Geschmacklich waren die Speisen sehr gut, vor Allem der Fisch. Vor allem hat uns das Service-Personal gefallen. Sie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen vorallem Nils,Mika und Lukas. Die junge Dame an der Theke hat uns ebenfalls bestens bedient und ist auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Wir Danken euch für die schöne Zeit und werden definitiv jedem dazu Raten in Zukunft an der Godesburg zu feiern da kann man nichts verkehrt machen !!!! ich kann es nur nochmal sagen danke und großes lob an das Personal !

Das Restaurant hatte leider geschlossen, als wir dort waren. Dafür haben wir die Aussicht von oben genossen.

Wir haben am 16.09.23 in der Godesburg mit der Godesberg Gastronomie & Event GmbH unsere Hochzeit gefeiert. Von der Planung unserer Veranstaltung bis zum großen Tag haben wir uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Das Team war jederzeit erreichbar und für unsere Wünsche offen. Alles lief unkompliziert ab. Am Tag selbst haben sich unsere Gäste und wir gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Essen und der Service waren grandios. Das Ambiente ist eh kaum zu toppen. Wir können sowohl die Location als auch den Veranstalter ohne Einschränkungen und guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben auf der Godesburg unsere Traumhochzeit gefeiert. Das Ambiente dort ist einfach der Wahnsinn: Wunderschöner Blick ins grüne Hügelumland von Bonn, Burgambiente, Baum im Wintergarten (hier fand die standesamtliche Trauung statt).... Und es gab für die Hochzeitsgesellschaft genug Raum sich die Beine zu vertreten und sich sowohl drinnen als auch draußen aufzuhalten. Serviceorientierung wird vom ganzen Team wirklich gelebt. Sowohl sämtliche Vorabsprachen und die Beratung für Essen etc. als auch der Service am Tag selbst waren extrem professionell und wir haben zu allen Fragen/Anliegen immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Individuelle Wünsche (sowohl bei der Locationgestaltung als auch beim Essen) waren überhaupt kein Problem. Das Essen war super lecker und schön angerichtet (wir hatten Buffet) und wurde von den Gästen sehr gelobt. Es war für wirklich alle (vegetarisch, vegan, Allergien...) etwas dabei. Und auch bei der Dekoration/Raumgestaltung hat einfach alles gepasst. Vielen, vielen Dank liebes Godesburg-Team!

Wir haben im Rahmen eines Krimidinner dort ein 4 Gänge Menü genießen dürfen. Die Qualität, der Geschmack und auch die Präsentation der Speisen war prima. Der Service war zügig und sehr freundlich. In dem Speisesaal hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf das Siebengebirge und auch von innen hatte der Raum durch die Mauern eine tolle Atmosphäre.

Wir hatten eine Veranstaltung (ca. 40 Personen) mit Grillbuffet. Essen, Service und Getränke war alles super. Die Aussicht ist total schön, ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Ich war bereits mehrmals auf der Burg. Zu meinem Pech war das Restaurant jedes Mal geschlossen. Das laste ich nicht dem Restaurant an, sondern meiner schlechten Planung. Doch ich kam in erster Linie, um die Godesburg zu sehen und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Der Eintritt ist ungewöhnlich niedrig und die Aussicht atemberaubend. Oben auf dem Bergfried blickt man weit ins Land. Die Gegend ist ohne reizend, aber der Ausblick toppt das. Der Aufstieg ist nicht schwierig und das ganze Gelände sehenswert. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Leider Ruhetag, trotzdem ein Erfrischungsgetränk bekommen. Danke für die Freundlichkeit.

Ich habe hier für eine Feier aufgelegt und es war richtig richtig schön! Das Team um Lukas war Spitze, der Ausblick ist wirklich einzigartig und wir konnten bis tief in die Nacht ohne Probleme tanzen mit 18 Zoll SUB, wobei ich immer Versuche möglichst "leise" aber mit gutem Sound aufzulegen...das aber nur am Rande. Der Umgang ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und es hat glaube ich allen wirklich viel Spaß gemacht. Sonderwünsche wie zb Licht auszuschalten im Flur - weil es zum tanzen zu hell war- wurden mittels leiter flott umgesetzt, da man die nicht einzeln schalten kann. Bei so etwas trennt sich eben die Spreu vom Weizen,andere sagen eben geht nicht und dann ist es eben doch sehr schade... also! .Absolute Empfehlung 120%. Besten Dank! Weiter so !!!

Mein Mann und ich haben heute mit Familie und Freunden unseren " Runden Geburtstag " im Restaurant Godesburg gefeiert. Es war ein sehr sehr gutes Brunchbuffet in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Wir hatten die kleine Weinstube reserviert und das war eine gute Entscheidung. Alles war sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll hergerichtet und eingedeckt. Wir fühlten uns alle vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es fehlte an nichts. Über das Essen kann man nur das Beste sagen, ein dickes Lob an die Küche. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal da. Wir waren zum Silvester Gala-Dinner zum ersten Mal dort. Vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung passte hier alles. Sehr freundlicher & aufmerksamer Service, sehr leckeres Essen (wirklich alles sehr gut, aber der Apfel-Walnuss-Crumble verdient eine extra Bemerkung: der war sensationell!) und ganz nette Piano-Begleitung. Zudem hatte man von der Burg aus eine gute Sicht auf das Feuerwerk. Ein sehr schöner Abend für uns :)

Wir waren n zum Weihnachtsbrunch im Restaurant. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, der Raum ist sehr schön und die Aussicht ist toll. Das Essen war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war das das Buffet auf nur einem Tisch angerichtet wurde. Deshalb hat sich das Anstehen am Buffet leider etwas in die Länge gezogen.

Wir waren zum Brunch auf der Godesburg und waren sowohl von der tollen Aussicht als auch vom umfangreichen und leckeren Essen sehr begeistert. Es wurden nach und nach immer wieder neue Speisen angeboten, so dass wir die 2-3 Stunden Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen haben.

Super Gulasch äußerst delikat, schneller, sehr zuvorkommender Service, herausragende Location. Hier ist alles gut. Leider kann ich zu Preis Leistung nichts sagen, da wir zur Firmenfeier geladen waren, damit waren die Speisen sicher so bestellt. Mehr Gemüse und eine Suppe hätte ich gern probiert.

Die Godesburg von Bad Godesberg 🙌👑 Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein erstmals den Turm der Godesburg erklommen und vom Panorama begeistert worden. Auge in Auge mit dem Petersberg, dem Drachenfels und Schloss Drachenburg 🐉🐲 (egal aus welcher Perspektive...ich komme nie auf genau 7 Wipfel beim Siebengebirge 😁🤔, egal)... Direkt anliegend sollte man auch auf jeden Fall die Kapelle und den Friedhof besichtigen, eine besondere Stimmung aus der Zeit 18. Jhd-19. Jhd.

Alles in allem ein rundum perfektes Lokal. Waren dort anlässlich einer Hochzeit. Das Essen war außerordentlich gut. So weit ich das beurteilen kann, war alles hausgemacht und man konnte die Qualität und das Handwerk förmlich schmecken. Der Service war auch sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Highlight jedoch ist der Ausblick durch eine riesen Glaswand auf das Siebengebirge. Definitiv ein Ausflug Wert.

Panoramablick, Ambiente, kompetenter Service von "A-Z" und sehr leckere hochwertige Küche - Wem das wichtig ist, der ist auf der Godesburg an genau der richtigen Adresse. Das Gans-Menü ist mehr als nur eine Empfehlung. Natürlich kein "Schnäppchen", das ist klar, aber ein rundum gelungener Abend für Zwei und jeden Euro wert. Wir haben uns an dem rundum gelungenen Abend und unserem Anlaß entsprechend sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
