This was my first visit to this wonderful restaurant. What can I say? It was fantastic. The service is truly excellent, and the food is simply delicious. Of course, a visit isn't cheap, but it's worth every cent. I definitely recommend it!

- Gourmet recommendation - We like to go to good restaurants. We had our second visit here on Sunday and were not disappointed both times. The food is of very good quality, and the dishes are fresh, creative, varied, and tastefully prepared. The service was attentive, friendly, and unobtrusive. Special requests are fulfilled promptly, and even though the restaurant was busy, there were no long waits. The waits were shortened with delicious bread (+dips) and well-chilled drinks. The prices are a bit higher, but appropriate for the restaurant's location and the quality and creativity of the dishes. A culinary delight from starter to dessert. We felt very comfortable, had a great evening, and can recommend the restaurant.

We enjoyed an excellent dinner today. From the chef's welcome to the dessert, it was a delight. The service (H. Hildebrand) was also extremely attentive and helpful, with excellent wine recommendations. We'll be back.

A very good restaurant just behind the dike. The staff was very friendly and pleasant, the food was upscale, very tasty with refined touches. The wine pairing was solid and fairly priced, as were the four-course menu and my girlfriend's à la carte menu. The dessert was the weakest part, very good in its approach, but the rhubarb tart was a bit crunchy – understandable on a moderately busy evening, but they could have thought of a better preparation for the standard dessert with the evening menu. Despite this minor issue, overall, an all-around good restaurant visit; I would definitely recommend the Vier Jahreszeiten.

Food was good but unfortunately a bit too thin for the cream.

Everything is perfect here, the excellent service staff, for example Mr. Conguar. A very fine person. It's always a great pleasure to be able to eat there and receive such great service. The food is a delight at market prices. Highly recommended.

Very good quality mushroom soup with smoked duck and goose (legs and breast) including broccoli, red cabbage and dumplings. Very qualified unobtrusive service. Reasonable price.

Since we wanted to eat out for a special occasion, we came across this restaurant during our search. Because of the prices, we were a bit skeptical at first, but we can only confirm that it is absolutely worth eating here. We both ordered the 4-course menu including wine to accompany each course. A 10 out of 10. I can only recommend it to everyone. Every course perfectly coordinated and prepared. Everything fresh and cooked to perfection. The wine is also absolutely delicious and goes well with every course. The employees are all super nice and very attentive. Thank you for the lovely evening. We will definitely come back again. Absolute recommendation!

We celebrated our small but beautiful wedding here today with the closest family circle. From the beginning, everything took place remotely and the day was planned via email. Our expectations, which we naturally had subconsciously, were more than exceeded! The service was perfect, the food was incredibly tasty and the price was actually absolutely reasonable. We give it a clear 5 points. We felt exceptionally comfortable and are very grateful that the “Four Seasons” restaurant made us and our guests so happy today!

The food was exceptionally good, the service was a bit hesitant, the reception should have been a little smoother and quicker, after all it is the first impression, but definitely a culinary experience that calls for a repeat. It's also nice that so many international staff work there, it makes a nice cosmopolitan impression. The kitchen is without a doubt excellently staffed, we were particularly impressed by the play with textures and the delicate taste of the mushroom soup with truffles, the legendary carpaccio with herbs and the cheese that went with it, and the silky celery puree was a total taste explosion.

Great cuisine. I don't have to have it all the time, but you should treat yourself to it when you're on vacation. Five stars for the food Five stars for the waiters Even though we hadn't made a reservation, after a short wait we were given a table for six people. 👍

Der Grund des Besuches war ganz einfach: Alle Restaurants schließen in Duhnen zwischen 19.00 und 20.00 Uhr, wenige um 21.00 Uhr die Küche. Vierjahreszeiten um 21.30 Uhr. Wir waren von der Begrüßung, dem Ambiente, der Tischauswahl sehr angetan. Der Service war erstklassig und die Menükarte nicht zuviel und nicht zu wenig. Eine so ausgezeichnete Qualität des Essen und der Getränke findet man selten. Das Rinderfilet war auf den Punkt genau zubereitet. Die Creme Brulee die aller Zeiten. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr gutes Restaurant, haben Menü gegessen, Bedienung alle sehr sehr aufmerksam, hatten einen Wunderschönen Abend.

Wir waren anlässlich eines Geburtstages dort und haben uns für das 3-Gang Menü mit begleitenden Weinen entschieden. Das Essen war nicht nur optisch ein Highlight, auch geschmacklich war es wunderbar. Die Weine passten gut zu den Speisen und waren ebenfalls sehr bekömmlich. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Preis-Leistung und Qualität der Speisen passen hier wirklich zusammen.

Fotos kann ich leider nicht beifügen, da ich es unhöflich fand dort zu fotografieren. Aber ich kann sehr wohl etwas über das Ambiente,das Essen und das Personal sagen. Preise sind okay. Dafür daß man in einem 4 Sterne Haus isst. Ne gerne passt auch. Das Personal ist durchgehend super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Keller steht mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite. Er ist bemüht das Essen zu einem Erlebnis zu machen. Der Hotelchef kam spät abends noch vorbei um die Gäste persönlich zu begrüßen und ein kurzes pläuschchen zu halten. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Auswahl gut. Sogar unsere Tochter war begeistert. Und das will was heißen. Ich würde sofort wieder hier essen.
