Hot Pot at Turandot is a great experience! The ingredients are very fresh and the selection is large. 3 ingredients per person per round can be ordered and the number of rounds is not limited. We really like it here and we always like to come back. There used to be tablets provided by the restaurant to place the orders. Unfortunately, this has changed, which is why you now have to use your own smartphone. I find this a bit unhygienic, as the tablets are only touched during the meal (and hopefully have been cleaned by the staff beforehand) and the smartphones are usually in use around the clock - except when eating (it should normally be like that 😉) At least cleaning cloths etc. should be offered here, because not everyone is used to using their cell phone at the table (I personally prefer not to have my cell phone near me at the table). And it's also inconvenient, especially if you're there as a group. Because you have a poorer overview of the products you have already ordered when several smartphones are in use and I probably don't need to explain the hygiene factor with a single smartphone for several people. Otherwise everything was great👍🏼

Tried this amazing hotpot place, and it did not disappoint! The food is fresh and flavorful, bringing that real taste of China. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is super friendly. Plus, the cool robots serving food add a fun touch to the experience! 🤖 HOWEVER, you have to book the table in advance The price is reasonable for the quality you get, making it a great spot for hotpot lovers. If you're looking for authentic Chinese hotpot, this is definitely the place to go! 🍲🔥

Unfortunately the service was very chaotic yesterday and we waited 45 minutes for our soup. Then the gas from the hot pot went out and we waited 30 minutes until someone came.... then we told them twice that we needed someone to change the gas for us. Then we left in the middle of the meal after paying and asked the staff about it. The staff didn't care either... it's a shame the hot pot used to be a lot better.

We were there on time for the reserved appointment. Nevertheless, it took 10 minutes until we were shown a seat because the waitress couldn't find our name on her tablet. The restaurant was at most a fifth full, so they could have simply given us a table. We then waited at the table for the menus to be brought and the drinks order to be taken... none of it. After another 10 minutes, another service person came and without comment pointed to the QR code that was stuck on a corner of the table top. We then worked our way through the registration procedure and the ordering process. A little later the robot stood next to the table with two plates of appetizers. We didn't know whether they belonged to us or were a mistake. When asked, the second service person explained that these were our starters... so we ate them. A few minutes later the first person came back and grumpily explained to us that a starter plate had belonged at the neighboring table... sorry, that's not my problem. Later the food came with the robot and we could finally eat. The quality of the BBQ was ok, but the price/performance ratio was very poor: for 40 euros I expected a little more than a mushroom, two wafer-thin slices of sweet potato, a tiny bowl of rice, two sugar snap peas, a few mushroom sprouts and a few pieces of meat. The restaurant itself was clean, but the lighting and furnishings had the charm of a canteen. A visit to a restaurant depends on the service, otherwise I can cook at home and it's more comfortable there. Stuffy staff, operating robots and self-service when ordering... sorry, that's not service. Conclusion: it was an experience, but not a positive one. There will definitely not be another visit.

The waitress didn't want to explain things to us properly at first and you could tell she always wanted to leave even though we didn't really understand the concept. 2. You can only order 4 things on your cell phone via QR code and then you have to wait 15 minutes for the next order?😂 wtf... 3. You wait longer than you actually eat, I don't care about the amount of meat, the beef was really great but the chicken was so I'm at a loss for words, we couldn't eat it anymore. The robot was true but sweet when he brought us the ingredients. The restaurant itself looked clean, thank goodness! I love hotpot, but this time it made me very uneasy.

Chic restaurant with a cozy atmosphere for a sociable meal. Nice service – the robot waiter is also funny. The food is good, there is a wide selection of broths and ingredients at the hotpot buffet, from meat and fish to vegetables and noodles. It will definitely also apply to frozen products, e.g. B. resorted to meat. You can order 3 ingredients for the hotpot per person every 15 minutes. At the sauce bar you can mix your own “special sauce” as you like from various sauces. The only point of criticism is that there can be longer waiting times for drinks and broths to arrive if there is a bit more going on locally.

We wanted to offer our friends something special and therefore decided on Hot Pot at Turandot. When we arrived there was no parking space and in the area around the restaurant you don't really want to park your car on the street. But nothing helped, the local parking lot was hopelessly overcrowded. When we arrived at the counter, we were quickly taken to our seat, which was in the next room, and the first thing we all said straight away was - oh dear, this is it. After we asked the waitress to turn off the ventilation, we were told that this wasn't possible and that it was the rule. Luckily I was dressed warmly from the Christmas market. The interior is quite nice, it's just a large room - I suspect an old car dealership - and therefore not particularly personal or separate. The condition only pointed to the QR codes on the table. After scanning, the first person to register is the one who can place orders for the hot pot and side dishes for the entire table; everyone can order drinks themselves. All that was explained to us was that we could order two broths and that after the first order we could order again every 15 minutes. So it was more learning by doing. If it hadn't been a hot pot restaurant, we would probably have gone again because I find ordering via cell phone super annoying - so everyone sits at the table again and looks at their smartphone. But whatever. The order came relatively quickly, the drinks were served rather carelessly. The waiter brought the hot pot with the broths, everything else was brought by the robot, with the consequence that you practically had to serve yourself and clear the table. Every time the order came, someone had to get up and empty the robot and send the used things back. When the gas ran out, we ordered that via the app, as well as refilling the broth, but no one came. After a while, one of the waitresses noticed that our gas was empty and quickly brought a new cartridge. The vegetables were very fresh, some of the meat was still frozen. The cart with the sauces ended up looking very chaotic because no one seemed to have cleaned it. We ate for over three hours and all in all had a lovely evening. The prices are okay considering what you pay in other stores and hot pot is simply not available everywhere and you don't eat it every day. You also have a nice selection of seafood and meat and can order as much as you want. We will definitely come back again, even if not regularly.

We came with a group of 5 people. The ambience is rather minimalist and seems a bit empty. But everything was clean and you felt comfortable. However, the music didn't fit at all. There was a wild mix of different genres and decades, which became a bit tiring after a while. The service staff were all very nice and helpful. However, I would print out instructions somewhere and put them somewhere, as unfortunately some of the service staff could not be understood 100%. A button to reorder broth would also be very practical so that you don't have to keep looking for someone. Since a lot of things are done by a serving robot, there was often only one or no service person to be found. Now to my main criticism. We were all vegan, which is why we only ordered vegetables and tofu. It was clear to us from the start that €33.50 excluding drinks would be far too much for what we ended up ordering, but we wanted to have the HotPot experience. We really liked it and tasted it (the mushroom broth was amazing!). But for the price none of us will come back. Perhaps you could think about an additional vegan price option.

We had a wonderful visit to Turandot in Erlangen! The food was delicious and the selection was really impressive - there was something for every taste. The generous portions are particularly positive, even for an all-you-can-eat concept. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always there when something was needed. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also a big plus: the furnishings are pleasant, and the tables are spaced far apart so you have a lot of privacy and can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner. Overall, a great experience that we can definitely recommend. We'd love to come back!

Great local with an interesting concept. The food ordered on the phone is delivered by robot and is all super tasty and fresh. Today we treated ourselves to the hotpot with two different versions. For a flat rate you can order as many ingredients as you want to cook in the soup. Everything was very tasty and the service from the staff and the funny robots were great! There is also the option to grill at the table, which is definitely something I will try next time.

Although we mentioned several times that it was our first time there, we had to personally get the employee to open the grill and explain it to us. We were pointed out about the sauce cart, but it was really a silver cart with dripping pots that hadn't been wiped once in two hours. The meat came to the table partially frozen. Opposite, the rubbish from neighboring houses is piled up on the side of the road and the restaurant chairs are piled up in front of the door. Unfortunately it is far too expensive for what you get. You can really invest your money better there

We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation and wanted to inquire if there was already a space available as the restaurant was almost empty. Unfortunately we had to wait in the entrance area for 15 minutes before anyone attended to us, and even then they barely spoke to us. After waiting for a while we got a table, but even then it took another 15 minutes before anyone showed up. There was also no introduction to the special ordering system, which was confusing for first-time visitors. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The broth was tasteless, and vegetarian orders only received three mushrooms per serving. Although the overall quality of the ingredients was okay, the taste and portion sizes left a lot to be desired. In addition, you can only place an order with a small number of side dishes every 15 minutes (homepage). Take plenty of time for this visit. What was particularly disappointing, however, was the service, which was disproportionate to the high prices. As students we paid €70 for two people (3 soft drinks) - definitely not worth the money.

A huge disappointment. The quality of the products is absolutely inferior. The meat is tough, the broth, no matter which one you use, has almost no taste. The digital ordering system largely works well. The service robot is an amusing and practical element. Human service is below average. The furnishings are generally well chosen, but due to the large space you feel a bit like you're in a canteen. I strongly advise against visiting the hot pot restaurant, especially because of the disastrous food.

We were very disappointed with our visit. First, we had to wait over 10 minutes to be seated (staff just ignored the huge line of people waiting to be seated). We weren't told to order through the barcode on the table, so we waited and were kind of lost. I am absolutely fine with ordering through the phone but it would have been nice to know... You can order 4 items for the hotpot and then 6 more items every 15 minutes. Our hotpot arrived pretty quickly but the second round of ingredients never arrived (neither did the other rounds). I asked one of the waitresses after a 30 minute wait. We received our second round a while later but it was not what we had ordered. The other rounds took forever too and at some point we just got everything at once. We needed new broth at some point. Tried ordering a refill twice, no-one ever showed up. Then we needed our cartridge to be changed. Same thing. Nothing happened. I had to ask multiple times until we were given new broth and could heat our hotpot again. The food was good but I felt very uncomfortable having to repeatedly ask for the things we'd ordered. I will not be coming back.

Always an experience. Turandot has been THE hotpot restaurant we trust since 2019 and even after over 20 visits, we are always impressed by the good service, the freshness of the ingredients and this unique hotpot experience at a comparatively fair price. We can recommend everyone, whether a hotpot newbie or a veteran, to try Turandot in Erlangen. There is a wide range of broths (from very spicy to absolutely mild) with a huge selection of ingredients included in the “all you can eat” offer. An absolute recommendation from us for an authentic Chinese hotpot experience.

A friend and I ate hotpot at Turandot for the first time today and loved it! Ordering with the smartphone was very easy to handle, although it was difficult to make a decision given this selection of ingredients (generous selection of fresh vegetables and delicious types of meat and fish). :) In terms of taste, the broths, homemade sauces and ingredients tasted very aromatic and fresh. My personal highlight was the spicy broth and the Korean rice cakes cooked in it. Super delicious! The price is also worth highlighting: you can order as many ingredients as you want throughout the evening at a reduced student price of €27 (regular price approx. €30). (per person: 3x ingredients can be ordered every 15 minutes) Overall, we not only ate well, but also had a lot of fun cooking the individual ingredients. That was our first, but certainly not last, visit. Gladly again! 👍🏼

We went to the HotPot with eight people. We had three different broths. A curry, spicy and chicken broth each and they were all very tasty to begin with. The ingredients were all fresh and very good. Ordering by tablet and delivery by robot went smoothly. We were all very satisfied, after the third order of side dishes the broths were refilled, after which all the broths were inedibly spicy. We had the impression that despite "all you can eat" we had ordered more once too often. When we complained about this when paying, we were told that the employee had probably mixed up the broths, that was all. So we were in Turandot for the first and last time.

"Average" 3 /6 Ambience of a university cafeteria. Bright and loud. Very very expensive colorless menus. Seafood was unimaginative, boring and not very varied. A bit of squid, half-frozen salmon and a few scampi that I just couldn't remove from the shell and ended up eating. With intestines! Everything from the freezer section, it seems. No possibility to order individual ingredients. The meat menus were of good quality. But clear for the price. You had to get your own sauces in the huge hall at the other end. Maybe that was a mess. No tablet to carry. Completely impersonal, as there are always some robots around you and the ordering is not very varied and would only be possible via cell phone. No creative scope. A really outrageous price for that. Unfortunately, the staff also made little effort to provide satisfactory information. Everyone had a friendly grin, but no warmth. Once and never again. We come from Düsseldorf (Asian stronghold) Korean BBQ is definitely 100 times better. 3 people: Over €150 (that really hurt the performance). I can't begin to understand all the 5-star reviews.

Very nice hot pot with robot service. Nice ambience. Also has Korean BBQ but haven’t tried that. Good choice of ingredients. Only one sauce trolley parked away from the tables, have to be careful when carrying little trays of sauce back to the table to avoid spillage. A bit pricey.

Yesterday we went to the restaurant for the first time for hot pot. Unfortunately, we cannot share the enthusiastic experiences of other reviewers. The ambience is, well, plain and actually uncomfortable. The idea of the hot pot itself is certainly a great thing. The meal was sociable and actually fun. At least it would have tasted like something. The broths, we had curry and a slightly spicy one, only differ in color. The broth itself was completely tasteless. You can choose from plenty of ingredients. There is also a sauce bar to refine your meal. Here too, not even the soy sauce actually tasted good. All in all a good idea. But in my opinion the price is a bit too high for unseasoned meat and vegetables. Service was actually non-existent, apart from a short briefing. The drinks were served rather emotionlessly. You order everything on your own cell phone. This is also very annoying and not for everyone. We will definitely not repeat this visit. There are much better Asians in Erlangen.

Nach den guten Google-Bewertungen haben wir den Hot Pot ausprobiert. Leider kann ich mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen: Geschmacklose Brühen und Saucen. Für ungewürztes Fleisch und Gemüse viel zu teuer. Der Service war grottenschlecht. Hier fehlt es leider an den einfachsten Umgangsformen, von Verständigungsproblemen mal ganz abgesehen. Das Lokal ist kalt uns spärlich mit Billigmöbeln ausgestattet. Wir saßen auf der Bank, hier musste man aufpassen nicht nach vorne über zu kippen. Alles in allem ein Katastrophaler Abend zu einem mehr als saftigem Preis. Sowohl für das Essen als auch für die Getränke. Wir werden das Restaurant weder empfehlen noch wiederholt besuchen.

Every single cent is worthy. I came here to celebrate my birthday, just me and my husband, and the staff was very kind and attentive, which was a HUGE plus. The food was absolutely delicious, as well as the sauces and other dips. Portions are correct, and the robot is also adorable. Highly recommended!

Very nice, clean shop with nice service and very tasty food! The grill was explained to us directly and when we had any questions, they were answered without any problem. Even when we asked for a vegetarian option there were no problems. Ordering via mobile phone was very intuitive and went completely smoothly. I think the prices are reasonable considering the quantity, quality and ambience. Of course it's something special that you don't always treat yourself to. We'd love to come back!

Here you can eat hotpot or grill at the table. Not exactly cheap, but a lovely evening is guaranteed. Nice personel. Orders are placed via your cell phone, so make sure your battery is full. As is increasingly the case, robots are serving.

Nice experience, but unspectacular in taste. We had booked the hotpot for our group. The waitress was friendly and the service was quick, the robot is really cute. Ordering via the digital menu is overall practical, but still room for improvement, and that brings me to the first point of criticism. I had to be "unlocked" every time I called up the menu (each guest can order their own drinks), which meant that my name was ultimately listed four times...quite confusing for the bill. Despite the variety of dishes, the food was initially bland, the broths were not spicy enough and there was no salt everywhere. Luckily, everything could be improved with the extra sauces, otherwise many of the ingredients would have tasted very similar. A little tip: The soy sauce is on the BOTTOM floor of the sauce cart, which is easy to miss. The quality of the meat also seemed average to me, for example the beef was still firm after cooking and not as tender. A few marinated or well-seasoned meats would have been desirable here. Drinks and desserts cost just under €35 per person. not received. The fruit spritzers were heavily diluted and mixed with still water instead of carbonated water, so the restaurant also saved costs here. For dessert I ordered the macha ice cream and got exactly one scoop of the ice cream mentioned... the rest was fruit slices, a bit of spray cream and a teaspoon of sweet bean paste (which is also a matter of taste). To then charge €7 for that is pretty cheeky. Addendum: On the website it appears as if the dessert is included in the flat rate because, like the hotpot ingredients, there is no price listed (but there is for the drinks). But this is not the case. There was also no information about allergens (e.g. whether the ice cream contains milk), although this is stated on the website. All in all, we had fun preparing it in the hotpot (warning: risk of mess!), but for the hefty price or even less you can get much better and spicier food elsewhere. It's okay to go there once to try it out, but you don't have to go there a second time.

We arrived and we weren't even told how to order (everything is done via mobile phone and the food is served by a robot). The broths didn't taste like anything. The meat was wobbly and tough. It just tasted terrible. We only tried beef and chicken and both were slippery. Absolutely disgusting...we couldn't try anything else. Shrimp were ordered 3x in 1 and a half hours and never arrived. We had to wait half an hour for our food to order and the restaurant wasn't even close to full. So we tried two pieces of meat and some vegetables and then couldn't eat any more because it didn't taste like anything. In the end we paid €80 for 2 people. At the We weren't even asked if it was tasty. I assume that they knew exactly how terrible it tasted because we had to leave everything behind. I absolutely cannot recommend it and don't understand where the positive reviews come from.

After reading so many good reviews, we were very disappointed with yesterday's evening. One of the waitresses was quite unfriendly and asked after the first round if she could clear away. Unfortunately, communication with the other person was not possible in either English or German. We then found out that there were no more cocktails, only home made lemonades. There are no tablets anymore, instead everyone (there were 8 of us) had to order food from a selected private cell phone - so make sure the battery is charged. But everyone had to order the drinks from their own cell phone. The timer on the food cell phone then stopped running as soon as the display was off - which led to confusion and a lot of delay in the first round. The ingredients were very mixed in terms of quality. Some of them were very good. However, the mushrooms were clearly dried out and the octopus smelled so intensely that we discussed at the table whether it could still be put in the hot pot. There was no extra cutlery to put raw chicken in the hotpot, for example - that had to be done with your own cutlery, which is highly questionable in terms of hygiene. The “cat robot” that brings ingredients and drinks was cute (and friendly, after all) and the experience of eating hotpot as a group is great. Payment was possible individually, and there was only an invoice/receipt for the shared table, which was not possible for each couple. We're not going there anymore. A pity!

I would have preferred to give zero stars. Unfortunately, the pictures posted online do not match what you find on site. Where do we start?! It's incredibly loud (a converted car dealership) and you can cut the air. Each table has either a gas cooker or the tables with the grill plate have a gas connection. This gas is funny!! The connection is under the table and was partly only attached to the table leg with duct tape. Doesn't add much to the ambience and I'd be interested to hear what the fire department says about it. Well, let's move on. When you arrive at the table, you will be informed of a QR code. You can only order via your own cell phone and only from one device! That means someone has to play the waiter and take the food for everyone. The broths that came were totally watery and had hardly any taste. You can also order the ingredients for cooking via your cell phone (3 ingredients per person every 15 minutes). What was then delivered to the table by the dirty cat robot (yes dirty and partly with the dirty dishes from the neighboring tables) was qualitatively unreasonable. Tough meat, clearly just thawed and it didn't taste like anything. The gravy truck was quite nice. It's just a shame that there was neither salt nor soy sauce to give the watery broth at least a little taste. Cost for 2 people hot pot with non-alcoholic drinks €100 We definitely do not recommend the Turandot. A pity

Rather disappointing for us. We originally wanted to order a barbecue, but we should have announced this in advance (which no one told us when we made the reservation). So all we had left was the hotpot. Very bland in taste and only somewhat edible with the sauces. Ambiance was virtually non-existent, a person came by to pay, the rest is done by the robot. Not necessarily worth repeating for us.

Wir hatten uns für Hotpot entschieden. Bekommen haben wir zwei nahezu geschmacklosen Brühen. Alle 15 Minuten darf man sich 3 Beilagen zur Brühe bestellen. Die Qualität von Fleisch und Fisch ist unterirdisch. Es schmeckt alles nach gar nichts. Da hilft auch eine Süß Sauer Sauce nichts. Ambiete hat Kantinenflair. Preise sind absolut frech. Wir haben zu 2 100 Euro bezahlt für je 2 Getränke und Hotpot. Nie wieder!

A large, well-located Asian-style restaurant, very good and fast, pleasant staff. This was my second visit here, the first time everything was okay but this time it was totally bad for the money. It started at the entrance, we were neither welcomed nor noticed. After more than 10 minutes, someone asked us whether we had reserved and we were shown to our table, but nothing was explained to us about the process. After puzzling for a while, we figured everything out and ordered our HotPots (there were 4 of us). After waiting for over an hour (we hadn't gotten any drinks at that point), a waitress came and pointed out to us that the four of us could only order one hotpot. If we asked why we couldn't order two because that would cost a hefty price Paying, the cheeky answer was “the table next door also shares a hotpot with four of us” (it was a family). After more than 1 hour and 20 minutes, our drink arrived and our food bit by bit, unfortunately the bowl and soup spoon were missing. Overall, we were very disappointed with the visit because you expect a certain level of service and quality for the money (over €130 without drinks)

We were very excited about the hotpot. Had a reservation for Sunday lunch, parking was okay. Guest room sparsely occupied. No ordering without booking via mobile, so digital compulsory, which is the first no-go for me. No introduction to the process. Everything is just digital without a buffet where you can see what you want beforehand. Waitress was extremely unfriendly, curt, there several times in the first 15 minutes only to finally get upset that we hadn't ordered anything for fifteen minutes. After a few more minutes again. So I ordered something quickly to get started. You can then always re-order a defined number of products every quarter of an hour. Over time, the leased bowls piled up, it became cramped on the table and extremely unsightly. In the end we paid €35 per person + expensive drinks. Overall, this is the most profit-oriented form of AllYouCanEat that we have ever experienced anywhere in the world. Unfortunately it wasn't really a hit in terms of taste either.

The place itself was nice, we had Korean BBQ. The quality of the meat was very poor. (Some of the meat was already a bit discolored). The gills at the table were at different temperatures and one of the grills could not be set warmer. This means that the meat was only slowly cooked on the grill and not actually grilled. The waitress said this is what the grill is like 🤷🏼♂️. (cheeky for the price of the meat) The taste of the food was 2/10. Service was also very bad, no matter what you asked for, you had to get up afterwards to get what you wanted yourself. (salt fork…) I am very disappointed

Quite an interesting experience, but I actually wasn't thrilled by it. Salt and pepper at the table to make the unseasoned food taste a little more exciting are missing. Operation is hardly visible due to the use of a robot. The back room does not exude a cozy atmosphere. Chocolate ice cream for dessert full of ice crystals must have been stored (incorrectly) for a long time.

Aus Korea kenne ich das Tisch BBQ, weshalb ich meine Familie in das Restaurant einlud. Wir waren um kurz nach 19h im Restaurant. Um 20:30h nach zwei Reklamationen, kam endlich das Essen. Die Wartezeit ist völlig inakzeptabel, da man ja nichts gekochtes bestellt, sondern nur rohes Fleisch und Fisch, um dies dann selbst zu grillen. Die Qualität von Fleisch und Fisch ist das Geld nicht wert. Insbesondere das Schweinefleisch bestand aus viel Fett, der Lachs hatte eher eine matte und keine frische Farbe. Richtig frisch sah das nicht aus. Das wirkte alles nach aufgetauter Ware. Bei einem koreanischen BBQ hätte ich mir Kimchi gewünscht. Gab es aber nicht. Dafür gab es Edamame, Algensalat und Gyoza aus der japanischen Küche. Die Gyoza waren obendrein kalt. Bei Preisen von bis zu 49,90€ für das Gourmet-Menü fehlt es mangels Qualität am Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Allerdings sind die Portionen ausreichend. Der Service ist freundlich, aber schlecht. Bereits bei der Ankunft dauert es, bis wir wahrgenommen wurden. Uns wurde dabei nicht gesagt, dass man die Speisekarte über einen QR-Code auf das Handy bekommt und darüber bestellen kann. Als ich mich über den schleppenden Service beschwerte, hieß es dann, dass man nicht viel Deutsch verstünde… Die Idee mit dem koreanischen BBQ ist gut, die Umsetzung aber schlecht. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Sehr leckeres Korean BBQ mit Tischgrill. Wir haben online reserviert und angegeben, dass wir zum BBQ kommen wollen. Der Service wurde teils von Robotern übernommen, welche z.B. das Essen an den Tisch gebracht haben. Sehr spannend mit anzusehen. Das Essen (Korean BBQ) war sehr lecker, vor allem das Fleisch. Bestellt hat man über eine Speisekarte per QR Code, hat uns gut gefallen, da die Bestellung direkt in die Küche geschickt wurde. Allerdings war in der Speisekarte, die man über den QR Code aufruft nicht alle Infos über die Menüs geschrieben. In der ausgedruckten Karte waren diese vorhanden. Der Kimchi war sehr wässrig, sonst war alles super. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen und Hot Pot probieren. 👍🏻

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Es gibt eine echt große Auswahl an Zutaten. Die Brühen sind top. Hier beim essen kann man ein paar Stunden verbringen und quatschen. Der Prozess beim kochen der Zutaten gibt einem ein wertschätzendes Essenserlebnis. Der Service ist freundlich und gut. Es war volles Haus und trotzdem hatte alles gut geklappt, der Preis ist gerechtfertigt. Kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Der Roboter funktioniert Klasse, d.h. über ein Tablet bestellen und wenige Sekunden später ist der Roboter schon am Tisch mit der Bestellung. Dieses Feature macht das Essen viel entspannter und man kann sich auf seine Tischgesellen konzentrieren ohne auf eine Bedienung oder so zu achten wenn man was benötigt. Das Essen ist preislich absolut super (Hot Pot) sowie die Qualität. Man kann hier Stunden gemütlich verbringen gut unterhalten da die Akustik sehr gut ist und dabei lecker essen.

As always, we were very happy with the food - I particularly like the spring rolls! I find the boss remarkable - when she takes an order (no matter how many people are at the table) nothing is written down, she remembers everything - so far everything has always been right - really fascinating!

Best sushi, best price. We have been regular guests since it opened (2011). We visit once every week. We have never had any health problems and you can see how the food is freshly prepared. The rolls are large and well filled. Every possible wish is fulfilled here. Even for those who don't like sushi, there are plenty of warm dishes, e.g. Fries, chicken strips, spring rolls, fried noodles, and much more.
