Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. The waitresses were unfriendly, unattentive, and we had to wait a long time, even though it wasn't busy. Our queries were answered only curtly or with annoyance. This makes you feel unwelcome as a guest. It's a shame; I expected more.

I can't recommend this kind of thing. What I've seen is truly awful, the way they talk to customers. They swear in Turkish, and so on, and so forth...

Seriously, this shop seems to employ some pubescent street urchin who can't speak a word straight. Instead of serving customers properly, he yells in Turkish, insults them, and acts like a big shot—probably because he wouldn't get a chance to speak on the street otherwise. If that's really the owner's son, then congratulations! That's how you ruin your business faster than you can say "customer." Simply embarrassing and disgusting.

Always happy, delicious food and great cappu

Penne all' Arrabbiata at Norma Ambergerstrasse by AD Feinkostwelt is worlds better than at l'Osteria and at an unbeatable price of €6, and the portion was generous. All the other products, such as doner kebabs, were also delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

A very nice little shop. With a great selection of different coffees. The Leonardo and the smaller Caffè Royal are absolutely delicious. The prices are truly unbeatable. I always enjoy coming back when I'm in Erlangen.

The flatbread is old and fresh bread would be great for 2.50 euros. And the Taramas is not homemade fresh but definitely bought from a can wholesale and filled into small plastic containers and is completely overpriced. You can miss the olives but that's about it.

War echt toll und schön sind auch nett und immer höfflich

Für mich immer ein fester Programmpunkt in den erlangener Arcaden. Der Chef ist unfassbar nett und sehr kompetent. Hier kaufe ich sehr gerne ein.

Leider sagt es schon der Name, .. Feinkost. Daher immer etwas teuerer als der Discounter, .. dafür bekommt man aber auch keine Discounterware, sondern echte Geschmackserlebnisse. Teuer sind andere Läden auch, aber der hier hat auch noch Qualität dabei ! Weiter so !

Sehr leckere und schöne Auswahl an Antipasti und leckeren selbstgemachten Aufstriche/Cremes, nette Atmosphäre, Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden zum ausruhen und genießen.

Produkte nicht hochwertig, o.k., aber wer das erwartet kauft hier auch nichts. Dennoch findet man so manches Schnäppchen. Daher dennoch Daumen hoch.
