The food and service are excellent. The furnishings are modern, but the acoustics in the restaurant are not particularly good, so it quickly gets loud and you can hear the conversations of the neighboring tables...

Highly recommended, while waiting for our order I looked enviously at the beautifully prepared plates at the other tables. This will probably be our Greek for the future.

The food was very tasty and the service was very accommodating. That's important to me.

Price/performance is top. It always tastes great. All employees are friendly and attentive. Parking is sometimes a bit awkward and I find the chairs too soft.

Wir waren das erst mal dort, von Freunden Eingeladen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfangen, und hatten die möglichkeit uns ein Tisch für 7 Personen auszusuchen. Der erste Eindruck vom Personal und Ambiente war sehr schön. Das Essen war sehr lecker und Reichlich! Haben sogar Rest eingepackt bekommen. Sehr Sympathischer Inhaber und Bedienpersonal. Bei der Bedienung immer für kurzes freundliches Gespräch Schöner kurzweiliger Aufenhalt!

Just had our Christmas party there. The food was super tasty. I had gyros with hollandaise sauce, which I haven't seen anywhere before and I have to say, it was really tasty! And it was a lot! Since the restaurant was full, the service staff had a lot to do and you still got your drinks quickly. So today was my first time there but not the last time!

Ordered something to take away today, it was ready quickly and simply delicious, everything was still juicy and hot. Simply a great price-performance ratio. By far the best Greek here

Very nice restaurant. The restaurant was right downstairs from our hotel so we thought we would give it a try. The food was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and it wasn't a problem to have the food packed up at the end. The only drawback was that both plates were packed in one package and so everything got mixed together, but that wasn't a big problem for us.

We had chicken suflaki. Unfortunately there was pressed meat, which is a real no-go for a restaurant... You really can't serve something like that. Please a little more quality and slightly smaller portions. You'll definitely drive just as well with it.

We ate in the restaurant with 4 people without a reservation. Good selection of dishes. Plates were well filled. Sometimes a little too much, rarely these days. It tasted very good - rarely eaten so well.

Unfortunately, Artemis has slowed down quite a bit and raised the prices quite a bit. The portions are now smaller and the prices are higher. The starter salad was a bit cheeky in terms of quantity.

The Taverna Artemis is an absolute must for us when we are on holiday in Schleswig. Everything is just right here. Have tried different dishes and have not been disappointed so far. We'll definitely be back.

Leckeres Essen - Fleisch und Fisch super gegart, die Beilagen waren auch sehr schmackhaft, sehr aufmerksames Personal, kühle Getränke, auch ein kostenloser Ouzo war dabei. Wir haben nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht heute Abend. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten, bekamen wir die Möglichkeit ab 17 Uhr bis ca. 18.45 Uhr zu essen. Da die Bestellungen zügig bearbeitet wurden, reichte die Zeit völlig aus. Einzig der Preis für Latte Macchiato fanden wir zu hoch, die anderen Preise waren der Größe und Menge der Speisen angemessen. Wir würden wieder kommen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Schleswig.

I come here regularly for lunch. Very good food for a good price. Nice service and pleasant atmosphere. My tip is the gyros plate with crispy fries and an espresso for dessert. Keep it up.

We called spontaneously and got a table outside. At 6:30 p.m. everything was full. We both had number 63 and were thrilled & full 👌🏽. Service was very nice (even though it was so full), food was delicious...everything was perfect 🥰

We were on vacation here in the area, like last year. We made a note of the Artemis Taverna. We each had pork fillet with metaxa sauce and gratinated with cheese. Delicious. Good service and a very nice atmosphere. If we lived here we would definitely be here more often.

Unfortunately you can only give 5 stars! I think the restaurant has just been renovated. In any case, it has a great look, not as overloaded with wood as usual, chic and modern! The ingredients of the dishes were fresh and of excellent quality. Taste is of course a personal matter, but I maintain that I have never eaten Greek better anywhere! The staff was awesome! Quick and friendly, I was surprised at the short waiting times. A great meal! But, be sure to reserve!!

Very nice staff and delicious food

We were so happy and lucky to be able to eat there several times, because it's a gamble to get a table there without making a reservation. The service is top notch, the staff are all just warm people. The bosses remained normal, great people. Seating options in front of the house, in the backyard, and of course in the building.

My husband and I went to Artemis for the first time. We reserved a table for 6 p.m. today. The staff is very friendly, attentive and quick. We had numbers 61 and 63, both were fantastic. The meat has a great grilled taste and the portions are generous. Unfortunately we don't live in Schleswig, so we can't come back that easily.

We had dinner there with friends yesterday and everyone was thrilled. The portions are really huge, the food is damn tasty and the fries are really good. Unfortunately, they didn't want to tell us how they are made. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back to eat there. Thanks for the hospitality

This is a restaurant that convinced us the most during the 2 weeks of vacation: Nice staff, nice atmosphere, good food at reasonable prices - and - the portions are for "lumberjacks", I didn't manage to finish my Mykonos grill plates. Tip: Definitely visit!

Ein vom Schloss Gottorf gut zu erreichender wunderbarer Grieche. Am Essen und vor allen an der Grösse der Portionen ist absolut nichts auszusetzen. Ob Vorspeisensalat oder Hauptgericht einfach nur klasse. Preise absolut o.k.

The absolute best Greek! They are great, large portions and Sedin and his team do a great job! Unfortunately, the background noise is quite loud because everything is kept very open. However, the rest of the ambience is very nice with pictures and subtle lighting highlights. The food is fresh, hot and always delicious!

A spontaneous visit to this restaurant was definitely worth it. The service was friendly and attentive, the food came promptly, even though the restaurant was very busy. Had a spontaneous meal here. Arrived promptly at 5 p.m. Less than 10 minutes later the food was on the table. Never had such a good gyro. The steakhouse fries were super crispy. The service was very accommodating. 100% recommendation.

Best Greek place we have visited so far! The portions were generous. The chicken was very tender! The portion we took with us in the evening was still perfect and not dry. Very nice staff. Open-minded, friendly. We sat outside with a view of the castle. Unfortunately no parasols. There is a deduction for us because of the liquor. It is known that there is a little schnapps after the meal. However, it would still be polite to ask if this is what you want. Because not everyone can or wants to drink alcohol! It would be a shame if it had to be thrown away...

You can get the best fries in town here. The moussaka and salads are outstanding and the apple spritzer was perfect. Very friendly atmosphere. Top.

Everything is beautifully modern furnished

The restaurant looks newly decorated and chic. We quickly got a table on a Saturday. However, we were lucky that everything was reserved. No matter what was ordered, everyone got a side salad beforehand. The food was great and the prices were reasonable. At the end there was a short on the house. There are a handful of parking spaces in front of the door. From the tables in front of the door you can see the castle.

You look forward to a nice evening with your better half and have to be told by phone when you make your reservation the evening before that you have to clear the table early. Because of the anticipation, I overlooked it. 5pm table reservation and the shop was already full upon arrival. Background noise is very loud due to the rooms, too many seats to process many guests as quickly as possible. Yes, consciously finish the word, everything quickly, quickly, like at a buffet. While we were being served, the waiter was taking incoming phone calls for reservations. For me, no dealing with guests. Ordered the table at 5 p.m. and left again at 5:30 p.m., so comfortably relaxing was not possible, the feeling of “go again, we need the table” was more than clearly noticeable. Not worth a second visit for me and my companion!

We hadn't made a reservation, we had just managed to get a table... that was the case for many people or the host spontaneously added a table, a little narrower, but one more ouzo and the atmosphere was great... good for business and the guest! Da freut man sich auf einen schönen Abend mit seiner besseren Hälfte & muss schon bei der Reservierung , am Vorabend, sich telefonisch sagen lassen, dass man doch zeitig den Tisch wieder räumen müsse. Aufgrund der Vorfreude habe ich darüber hinweggesehen. 17 Uhr Tisch Reservierung und der Laden vor schon bei Ankunft voll. Geräuschkulisse aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten sehr laut, zu viele Plätze um schnellst möglich viele Gäste abzufertigen. Ja bewusst das Wort abfertigen, alles schnell schnell, wie an einem Buffet. Während wir bedient wurden, nahm der Kellner einkommende Telefonate für Reservierungen an. Für mich kein Umgang mit Gästen. Um 17 Uhr den Tisch bestellt und um 17:30 wieder raus, also gemütlich entspannt war nicht möglich, das Gefühl von „gehen sie wieder, wir brauchen den Tisch“ war mehr als deutlich spürbar. Für mich und meine Begleitung keinen zweiten Besuch wert!

Ich war heute mit meinem Freund im Artemis essen, wir hatten uns wirklich auf den Abend gefreut. Einfach nur eine große Enttäuschung. Das Restaurant macht um 17 Uhr auf und es war um 16.50 schon voll. Bei der Reservierung des Tisches wurden wir schon darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir doch im besten Fall in einer Stunde wieder weg sein sollten. Der Salat zu den Hauptgerichten kam schon vor den Getränken. Die Vorspeise (Knoblauchbrot mit Tsatsiki) war einfach nur ein Aufbackbaguette (davon auch nur 4 Scheiben) und der Tsatsiki schmeckte auch nach einem Fertigprodukt. Das Gyrosfleisch bestand mehr aus Fett, als aus Fleisch und war wirklich nicht lecker. Alles in allem, schlechtes Essen und einfach nur Massenabfertigung, wirklich NIEMALS wieder.

I had dinner at Artemis with my boyfriend today, we were really looking forward to the evening. Just a huge disappointment. The restaurant opens at 5 p.m. and was already full at 4:50 p.m. When we reserved the table, we were made aware that, in the best case scenario, we should be gone within an hour. The salad for the main courses came before the drinks. The starter (garlic bread with tzatziki) was just a baked baguette (only 4 slices of it) and the tzatziki also tasted like a ready-made product. The gyro meat consisted more of fat than meat and was really not tasty. All in all, bad food and just mass processing, really NEVER again.

Everything was perfect. We were greeted warmly and got the last free table for four without a reservation. The order went flawlessly, the ouzo came straight away and shortly afterwards the salad. The main courses, 3 x gyros and 1 x bifteki, tasted excellent and were prepared to perfection. That's how we like it. Thanks for the evening

We got a table very spontaneously and were served at a speed that made you dizzy. After 2-3 minutes we were able to order the drinks, which seemed to have already been reserved at the same time. Since we knew what we wanted to eat, we were able to order it straight away - less than 5 minutes later our starters and salads were on the table. We were able to eat these in peace until the main course came about 10-12 minutes after the salad. I can highly recommend this nice restaurant. Over the last few years I've been through a few restaurants and I can say with certainty that this is one of the best of its kind. The food is not overly seasoned, but tasteful. The homemade fries are a poem, the meat juicy and tender. The starters are a dream. The portions are extremely large for me. So everyone gets full. A reservation is advisable as the restaurant is very busy. The service is friendly and quick.

Was für ein tolles Essen! Wir werden immer wieder hier essen! Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen! Wir kommen aus Papenburg und sind im Urlaub hier zum Essen.
