RESTAURANT SULTINO in Hildesheim

The Südklause beer garden/café garden is local, but unfortunately, it doesn't serve any vegan dishes other than fries and salad, so for me, as a vegan, it's only an option in extreme hunger. (As of March 19, 2025)

Rustic restaurant with solid home cooking The Alt Himmelsthür restaurant offers traditional German cuisine in a rustic, cozy atmosphere. The food is down-to-earth, well prepared and tastes like home-made. The meat dishes are particularly recommended. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is fair. The atmosphere is rustic and suitable for a classic restaurant, but could be modernized in some places. Service is friendly but occasionally a little slow when it's busier. Overall, a good place for anyone who wants to enjoy hearty home cooking in a relaxed atmosphere.
