Sehr Langewartezeiten beim Bestellen. Überforderter oder langsamer Service. Beim Bezahlen wussten die noch nicht mal, was ich alles gegessen und getrunken hatte.

nach gefühlt 10 Jahren mal wieder im Deseo gewesen und echt richtig positiv überrascht worden, tolles Frühstück das wirklich keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat, tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, netter Service, was will man mehr.

Sehr aufmerksame und nette Bedienung

Wir waren Muttertag zum Frühstück dort. Es war sehr voll. Ein eher kleine Auswahl am Buffet, die oftmals leer war. Geschmeckt hat es, wer aber nichts Besonderes. Viel zu wenig Servicekräfte, aber nett und bemüht waren sie. Ich würde aber nicht mehr zum Frühstück oder Brunch kommen.

Wir waren zum 7. Mal jetzt da. Jedes Mal haben wir die unfreundliche schwarzhaarige Bedienung. Jedesmal müssen wir uns extrem homophobe Kommentare anhören , uns beleidigen und auslachen lassen von dieser Name. Wie wir wissen heißt sie Nadine. Alles super aber diese Frau ist der absolute Horror. Auch andere Gäste die uns jedesmal ansprachen ( die das mitbekamen) , erzählten uns das gleiche

Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und gut.

Das Deseo ist ein gemütliches, helles Cafe/Restaurant für drinnen und draussen. Essen, Ambiente und Service sind gut! Man kann hier gemütlich mit Freunden und Familie sitzen. Und es besteht die Möglichkeit diverse Fussballspiele zu schauen. Dann kann es in den Bereichen, wo geschaut wird schon mal lauter sein. Es gibt aber auch Ecken, wo man das dann nicht hat. Zu empfehlen sind die Burger! Mehr habe ich noch nicht gegessen. Aber was ich so gesehen habe, haben anderen Gästen auch die anderen Speisen geschmeckt. Getränke sind auch gut! Die Service Damen sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Zusammengefasst kann man das Deseo für Familie und Freunde empfehlen und ist immer einen Besuch wert. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Wir waren seit langem malmwieder dort. Wollen gemütlich was trinken. Zuerst viel uns auf das an mehreren Tischen (Außenbereich) noch Geschirr stand. Hinzu kam, das die Aschenbecher voll waren und was ich wichtig finde die Speise/Getränkekarten verklebt und dreckig waren (wollte sie eigentlich nicht anfassen). Wir haben eine Servicekraft darauf aufmerksam gemacht,sie meinte nur "OK danke,machen wir heute Abend dann sauber"und ging. Ich hätte schon erwartet andere zu bekommen. Der Caipirinha schmeckte nach Rucola. Die Toiletten waren leider sehr dreckig. Zum positiven: Die Servicekräfte waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preise waren auch in Ordnung

Nettes Café, mit Essen ,super Bedienung. Mitten in der Innenstadt man kommt überall hin. Sehr zu empfehlen

Ein tolles Erlebnis! Das Essen war sehr lecker und hervorragend zubereitet, aber der Service war wirklich herausragend. Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und wurden während des gesamten Essens bestens betreut. Ich kann dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung

Ich war das erste Mal dort und war begeistert. Tolle Menükarte (und Extras)- für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Super freundliches und aufmerksames Serviceteam. Ambiente mehr als typisch Spanisch = toll. Immer wieder gern!

Vor paar jahren war es da nicht so gut aber es hat sich aufjedenfall gebessert schönes ambiente

Wir haben Sylvester im Deseo gefeiert, Buffet war sehr lecker, man hätte vielleicht nur in der Küche etwas vorplanen können, der Nachschub lief etwas schleppend... Nach Getränke wurde gefragt, Personal war sehr nett. Also alles supi. Frohes neues Jahr 🎊

Was at a party and everything went great!

Dort lässt sich gut in der Woche frühstücken. Die Auswahl ist OK und Standard. Der Sonntagsbrunch war jetzt nicht so unser Fall. Im großen und ganzen ist das Frühstück aber solide. Abends sind wir dort noch nicht gewesen.

Absolute Enttäuschung, Service unterirdisch, Qualität schlecht. Immer nur der Notfall.

We went there for Sunday brunch. The selection was limited. Nothing special or particularly noteworthy. The rolls were only moderately fresh. No vegan options or homemade items. Everything was simply taken from packages and placed on the buffet. A shame. Different types of milk (e.g., oat milk) were only available after asking and a long wait. The staff were incredibly friendly, however, they didn't clear away the used dishes. We ended up putting them on an empty table next to us. I didn't try the lunch buffet. It didn't look very appealing. Nothing special there either. I don't think we would come back. A pity.

I went to Deseo for the first time on Thursday with colleagues. The service was okay, not unfriendly, but not very attentive either. No big deal. The chicken wrap was unfortunately awful. The feta cheese was already a bit fermented, and you couldn't taste any of the other ingredients. The dressing on the side salad was either already past its best or simply an acquired taste. I hope it's the latter. Luckily, there are plenty of alternatives in Hildesheim.

We went there for brunch, but unfortunately, there wasn't much of a selection. There were two meat dishes, three side dishes, and three different vegetables. That wouldn't have been so bad if everything hadn't been gone by noon. Nothing was refilled, and what was left in the containers was completely dried out. It was also unclear what exactly was included in the lunch buffet. There were no salads or desserts left either. The service was very friendly, but they couldn't do anything about the situation. A shame.

A pleasant place to have a drink in the mid-afternoon

We arrived at noon on Saturday and didn't know whether we would be seated or should simply help ourselves to the breakfast buffet, as no table had been assigned. We sat down and waited a very long time for service. We had actually planned to have lunch at noon. Ultimately, we left because the information on the website and in the menu was contradictory. We were told we would have to wait 30 minutes or have breakfast at the buffet, as the information online was outdated. Due to staff shortages and the long wait, we left after almost an hour. Other guests were served, but we weren't.

I always enjoyed going to Deseo. Unfortunately, this was the second time I'd received cheap meat on my burger. It was inedible. So I ordered a chicken burger instead, and then I had to argue with the server and be accused of not paying for my meal, even though I'd eaten almost everything. I felt so awful! In the end, after speaking with the manager, they offered me a free drink.

We discovered this restaurant by chance and were very impressed. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

We used to enjoy going there, but unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly. It used to be a 5-star place, now it's a 3. Many items on the menu have disappeared or been changed. Changes are normal, but this drastic is a shame! It's okay for a drink, though!

The food is good. The service is ambitious. Lots of young people mixed with older crowds. Everything is good.

I've always enjoyed going there. But this time it was a total no-go. The portions were smaller than usual, so even after a full meal with several people, we weren't feeling full. The price, however, remained stable. Dessert had several deviations from what was listed on the menu. Instead of nuts, there were pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and a piece of plastic in the ice cream bowl, to name just two. Two stars because the service was very attentive yet friendly. We were looking forward to a nice evening, which didn't happen because of the food. It felt a bit like using up leftovers.

Deseo is a great option for Sunday brunch: cozy, plentiful, and delicious. It's always a pleasure to visit.

We were guests at Deseo yesterday to watch football. When we arrived, we were told that the internet wasn't working properly. But instead of leaving it at that, the waitress did everything she could to make our afternoon enjoyable. She even used her own cell phone to set up a hotspot. Now that's what I call customer service. Many thanks to this friendly and absolutely personable waitress.

We had breakfast there at the buffet...good value for money, drinks had to be paid for separately...friendly, attentive staff...nice atmosphere...you can also sit outside...just give it a try...good offers, schnitzel, etc. :))

The food was OK. Service was a disaster. Starters came with other people's main courses. After that, one person's main course took a long time to arrive. Everyone had already finished. And the food still wasn't there. When I asked, I was told it was being prepared.

The staff were terrible, very annoyed, and the food was terrible. Don't ask anything about the food, or you'll be told that you've been annoying all evening. We'd rather spend our money elsewhere; this was our last time there.

It's true, the place is beautiful—but I was truly shocked by the service. The staff were rude and irritable. The manager behaved very unprofessionally. I wouldn't have expected such disrespectful behavior. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

Nicely decorated restaurant. Not too loud on the outside terrace. The food was quite good, if a bit overpriced. Portions were quite generous. The service...meh. It's probably awful for a smile. Unfortunately, it's also inattentive. Room for improvement. There are better, cheaper, and friendlier places.

Impossible staff, very annoyed, eat lukewarm but taste really delicious. The order arrived incorrectly 3 times, when we mentioned it, the 3 women gave us looks that were quite unpleasant, and they also made fun of us and it was obvious. Don't ask anything about the food otherwise you'll get a comment that we've been on your nerves all evening. Negative aura We prefer to spend our money somewhere else, that was the last time there.

We were almost the only guests on a Sunday afternoon and had to wait a long time for 2 cappuccinos. I've experienced better service before.

According to the employee, it is a local restaurant and there are vegetarian dishes that can be modified to be vegan.

We went here for cocktails. The service was nice and attentive. Unfortunately the cocktails weren't good at all. The Negroni was served in the wrong glass and didn't taste good either. The Planters Punch wasn't tasty either. The bar is certainly suitable for drinking beer, but not for cocktails.

Sorry but this is absolutely the last store. You can wait up to 30 minutes for drinks with a small number of customers. When the drinks come, they taste very watery. I won't come back and I can also advise against it.

Food wasn't worth the money. Frozen food prepared in the deep fryer, some fried, some soggy and served lukewarm.... When we complained that the food wasn't hot, the service explained to us that it was only served warm...

Possibly the best pace in Hildesheim and that is not difficult 😉

Good breakfast with friendly service

Well, it's more like the ambience of an airport departure hall. Very loud and confusing. The food was so-so, nothing special.

Service was ok, hence one star, but the quality of the food was not sufficient. Cakes that tasted "old" and rosti were so full of fat that we couldn't eat them. Unfortunately, despite returning the almost full plate, there was no inquiry. Too bad.

I've eaten at Deseo several times, both the breakfast and brunch buffet as well as the à la carte dinner are lovingly prepared and super tasty. The waitresses are always very quick and friendly. At the weekend I also ordered a few cocktails, which are also recommended!

We regularly eat at Deseo. The staff is consistently quick and friendly. The food is tasty and served quickly. You can tell that the operating family has decades of experience in the catering industry. So it is not surprising that the Deseo also has a good price/performance ratio.

So we were at Deseo on New Year's Eve, I was really excited, it was super good. Everything was beautifully decorated, the food was delicious and sufficient, there were plenty of drinks, the staff was super friendly and the music was good too. A really nice evening. Thank you very much

Very nice New Year's Eve party with a good atmosphere, varied buffet and great service at a reasonable price (all inclusive).

We were there for brunch. A lot of money for an unappealing buffet. Instead of orange juice there was nectar. The buffet also promised less than previously researched. Staff very nice! We were there years ago and loved it. This was our last visit there.

We come here for breakfast once a month with our regulars after trying out a few things. Everyone likes it here best. The selection of the buffet speaks for itself. The staff is always friendly despite being busy.

The food was good and the waitress was friendly. The negative thing was that the two of us waited a long time until we were served (the restaurant was only occupied at 4 tables). The food was okay and the drinks was Yesh okay but too strong they all just tasted strong liquor. The service was not so great, they took a long time to help you or bring you your order.

We wanted to have something to eat here after a stroll through the city. The store wasn't particularly full, but we weren't served by any waitress, even when we said we'd like to order something, and left after about 30 minutes.

I have rarely experienced worse service than at Deseo. Either you wait for minutes until the waitress even notices you or you have to let them know. The staff is consistently unfriendly and you get the feeling that they are being forced to work. No hello, no goodbye. Very, very unfriendly! The food doesn't taste very fresh and is served very lightly.

I would be happy to tell you my impression. I was there with a lady and the restaurant was quite empty. Right from the start, I was a bit lacking in contact with the staff. We would certainly have drunk more if a waitress had made contact or come to the table. Paying also took 15 minutes or longer and I then went to the counter myself, which was really uncomfortable for me in front of my companion. Everyone seemed very busy. I come from the catering industry myself and rarely go away, but as a waiter you should be courteous and well-read, so you have to observe a lot in order to sell a lot. I personally think the restaurant is very good and inviting, I'll definitely come back and it's certainly not always like that, but having to go to the counter myself on a date really pissed me off.
