Delicious diverse food. Staff friendly and accommodating. The cocktails are also recommended.

We were guests at Deseo yesterday to watch football. When we arrived, we were told that the internet wasn't working properly. But instead of leaving it at that, the waitress did everything she could to make our afternoon enjoyable. She even used her own cell phone to set up a hotspot. Now that's what I call customer service. Many thanks to this friendly and absolutely personable waitress.

The food was OK. Service was a disaster. Starters came with other people's main courses. After that, one person's main course took a long time to arrive. Everyone had already finished. And the food still wasn't there. When I asked, I was told it was being prepared.

The staff were terrible, very annoyed, and the food was terrible. Don't ask anything about the food, or you'll be told that you've been annoying all evening. We'd rather spend our money elsewhere; this was our last time there.

Nicely decorated restaurant. Not too loud on the outside terrace. The food was quite good, if a bit overpriced. Portions were quite generous. The service...meh. It's probably awful for a smile. Unfortunately, it's also inattentive. Room for improvement. There are better, cheaper, and friendlier places.

Impossible staff, very annoyed, eat lukewarm but taste really delicious. The order arrived incorrectly 3 times, when we mentioned it, the 3 women gave us looks that were quite unpleasant, and they also made fun of us and it was obvious. Don't ask anything about the food otherwise you'll get a comment that we've been on your nerves all evening. Negative aura We prefer to spend our money somewhere else, that was the last time there.

We were almost the only guests on a Sunday afternoon and had to wait a long time for 2 cappuccinos. I've experienced better service before.

According to the employee, it is a local restaurant and there are vegetarian dishes that can be modified to be vegan.

We went here for cocktails. The service was nice and attentive. Unfortunately the cocktails weren't good at all. The Negroni was served in the wrong glass and didn't taste good either. The Planters Punch wasn't tasty either. The bar is certainly suitable for drinking beer, but not for cocktails.

Sorry but this is absolutely the last store. You can wait up to 30 minutes for drinks with a small number of customers. When the drinks come, they taste very watery. I won't come back and I can also advise against it.

Food wasn't worth the money. Frozen food prepared in the deep fryer, some fried, some soggy and served lukewarm.... When we complained that the food wasn't hot, the service explained to us that it was only served warm...

Well, it's more like the ambience of an airport departure hall. Very loud and confusing. The food was so-so, nothing special.

Service was ok, hence one star, but the quality of the food was not sufficient. Cakes that tasted "old" and rosti were so full of fat that we couldn't eat them. Unfortunately, despite returning the almost full plate, there was no inquiry. Too bad.

We regularly eat at Deseo. The staff is consistently quick and friendly. The food is tasty and served quickly. You can tell that the operating family has decades of experience in the catering industry. So it is not surprising that the Deseo also has a good price/performance ratio.

So we were at Deseo on New Year's Eve, I was really excited, it was super good. Everything was beautifully decorated, the food was delicious and sufficient, there were plenty of drinks, the staff was super friendly and the music was good too. A really nice evening. Thank you very much

We were there for brunch. A lot of money for an unappealing buffet. Instead of orange juice there was nectar. The buffet also promised less than previously researched. Staff very nice! We were there years ago and loved it. This was our last visit there.

Food is worse than in any fast food restaurant, prices are high, standards are in the basement

We come here for breakfast once a month with our regulars after trying out a few things. Everyone likes it here best. The selection of the buffet speaks for itself. The staff is always friendly despite being busy.

The food was good and the waitress was friendly. The negative thing was that the two of us waited a long time until we were served (the restaurant was only occupied at 4 tables). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend lunch for a lunch break that is limited to 40 minutes, as the order took a long time to arrive and was incomplete. Still very tasty!

The food was okay and the drinks was Yesh okay but too strong they all just tasted strong liquor. The service was not so great, they took a long time to help you or bring you your order.

We wanted to have something to eat here after a stroll through the city. The store wasn't particularly full, but we weren't served by any waitress, even when we said we'd like to order something, and left after about 30 minutes.

I have rarely experienced worse service than at Deseo. Either you wait for minutes until the waitress even notices you or you have to let them know. The staff is consistently unfriendly and you get the feeling that they are being forced to work. No hello, no goodbye. Very, very unfriendly! The food doesn't taste very fresh and is served very lightly.

I would be happy to tell you my impression. I was there with a lady and the restaurant was quite empty. Right from the start, I was a bit lacking in contact with the staff. We would certainly have drunk more if a waitress had made contact or come to the table. Paying also took 15 minutes or longer and I then went to the counter myself, which was really uncomfortable for me in front of my companion. Everyone seemed very busy. I come from the catering industry myself and rarely go away, but as a waiter you should be courteous and well-read, so you have to observe a lot in order to sell a lot. I personally think the restaurant is very good and inviting, I'll definitely come back and it's certainly not always like that, but having to go to the counter myself on a date really pissed me off.

We were there with 8 people to watch football. When paying, a few drinks were charged as large instead of small. One of the group was asked by the waiter to pay a drink directly to her as a tip and then this one drink was still there as “open”, so it had to be paid for again.

Overall everything was good, except for our waitress who charged us the wrong prices.

The food was great, the schnitzel was crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. Steak was of the best quality and cooked perfectly as requested. Plus delicious crispy fries and a salad and we were stuffed. To wash things down there were delicious beers and cocktails. So that nothing hurts your stomach, you can also have the odd schnapps on top. The whole thing was served to us in a great atmosphere by extremely friendly and very attentive service staff. Thank you again at this point.

Absolutely disappointing service! After a long wait, we were approached from a distance in an unfriendly manner with “Do you want something?”. We weren't even looked at when we ordered. Such outrageous treatment is completely unacceptable!

We were visiting Hildesheim and actually wanted to end the evening nicely. Unfortunately the service was sluggish and slow. Not only did we have problems placing new orders, other tables were also very upset. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the cocktails also contained far too much ice. It's a shame actually.

Ich habe hier an einem Samstag Sky-Fußball geschaut (Bayern-Leipzig 2:1) und bin trotz vollem Raum schnell und freundlich bedient worden. Das große KöPi ist mit 5,20 Euro schon sehr hochpreisig, aber dafür war ja auch Fußball dabei. Sehr fair: Der kleine Jägermeister für 2,50 Euro. Der Speiseraum nebenan ist nett eingerichtet und war gut besucht - ein Zeichen, dass die Gäste hier sehr gerne sind. Gegessen habe ich hier nicht.

There is a nice atmosphere at deseo, but the service is subpar. After being hissed at and poorly served, students start complaining loudly about tips. Lowest level. Similar statements, such as “have you ever worked in service”, “you can’t tell” are made by the waitress at the table while visiting the restaurant. Monday student day? Every time you find a new excuse why the pizza isn't included in the discount. Very last shop, cannot be recommended, expensive food and not particularly waitresses make the visit inedible. Better to stay away from it!!

Nice and pleasant restaurant with modern and stylish furnishings. We enjoyed the food and were very happy with the selection of dishes we found on the menu. The waitresses were also very friendly. The only negative aspects were the slightly longer waiting time (40 minutes) and the high, but still fairly regular prices. In our case ~16€ for a pizza and ~14€ for a bowl. In the end, a great stay and a lovely evening. I can recommend it ;)

I haven't been there for a while. I like the coffee there. Very attentive, friendly service. I will visit again more often AND also try out the vegetarian dishes. Made me curious!
