I love having breakfast there. Staff was always nice and accommodating. I can definitely recommend it

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend lunch for a lunch break that is limited to 40 minutes, as the order took a long time to arrive and was incomplete. Still very tasty!

The food was okay and the drinks was Yesh okay but too strong they all just tasted strong liquor. The service was not so great, they took a long time to help you or bring you your order.

We wanted to have something to eat here after a stroll through the city. The store wasn't particularly full, but we weren't served by any waitress, even when we said we'd like to order something, and left after about 30 minutes.

I have rarely experienced worse service than at Deseo. Either you wait for minutes until the waitress even notices you or you have to let them know. The staff is consistently unfriendly and you get the feeling that they are being forced to work. No hello, no goodbye. Very, very unfriendly! The food doesn't taste very fresh and is served very lightly.

I would be happy to tell you my impression. I was there with a lady and the restaurant was quite empty. Right from the start, I was a bit lacking in contact with the staff. We would certainly have drunk more if a waitress had made contact or come to the table. Paying also took 15 minutes or longer and I then went to the counter myself, which was really uncomfortable for me in front of my companion. Everyone seemed very busy. I come from the catering industry myself and rarely go away, but as a waiter you should be courteous and well-read, so you have to observe a lot in order to sell a lot. I personally think the restaurant is very good and inviting, I'll definitely come back and it's certainly not always like that, but having to go to the counter myself on a date really pissed me off.

We were there with 8 people to watch football. When paying, a few drinks were charged as large instead of small. One of the group was asked by the waiter to pay a drink directly to her as a tip and then this one drink was still there as “open”, so it had to be paid for again.

Overall everything was good, except for our waitress who charged us the wrong prices.

We went there for a burger in the evening and it was really great. It tasted great and was ready quickly

The food was great, the schnitzel was crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. Steak was of the best quality and cooked perfectly as requested. Plus delicious crispy fries and a salad and we were stuffed. To wash things down there were delicious beers and cocktails. So that nothing hurts your stomach, you can also have the odd schnapps on top. The whole thing was served to us in a great atmosphere by extremely friendly and very attentive service staff. Thank you again at this point.

Absolutely disappointing service! After a long wait, we were approached from a distance in an unfriendly manner with “Do you want something?”. We weren't even looked at when we ordered. Such outrageous treatment is completely unacceptable!

We were visiting Hildesheim and actually wanted to end the evening nicely. Unfortunately the service was sluggish and slow. Not only did we have problems placing new orders, other tables were also very upset. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the cocktails also contained far too much ice. It's a shame actually.

Very tasty food, only since the alcohol amount for the cocktails is determined by the machine, the cocktails no longer taste the same as before, they are too strong to enjoy. I was with about 6 people and they can all confirm that

Ich habe hier an einem Samstag Sky-Fußball geschaut (Bayern-Leipzig 2:1) und bin trotz vollem Raum schnell und freundlich bedient worden. Das große KöPi ist mit 5,20 Euro schon sehr hochpreisig, aber dafür war ja auch Fußball dabei. Sehr fair: Der kleine Jägermeister für 2,50 Euro. Der Speiseraum nebenan ist nett eingerichtet und war gut besucht - ein Zeichen, dass die Gäste hier sehr gerne sind. Gegessen habe ich hier nicht.

There is a nice atmosphere at deseo, but the service is subpar. After being hissed at and poorly served, students start complaining loudly about tips. Lowest level. Similar statements, such as “have you ever worked in service”, “you can’t tell” are made by the waitress at the table while visiting the restaurant. Monday student day? Every time you find a new excuse why the pizza isn't included in the discount. Very last shop, cannot be recommended, expensive food and not particularly waitresses make the visit inedible. Better to stay away from it!!

Nice and pleasant restaurant with modern and stylish furnishings. We enjoyed the food and were very happy with the selection of dishes we found on the menu. The waitresses were also very friendly. The only negative aspects were the slightly longer waiting time (40 minutes) and the high, but still fairly regular prices. In our case ~16€ for a pizza and ~14€ for a bowl. In the end, a great stay and a lovely evening. I can recommend it ;)

Was there again for a long time. Saturday night. It was full! I can't judge the food, but the drinks were very good, delicious cocktail 😋. One point deducted for service, but only because of a lack of staff.

Top breakfast, you only have to ask for the coffee even though it costs extra. But we are happy to come to you even if we drive an extra 50 minutes.

I haven't been there for a while. I like the coffee there. Very attentive, friendly service. I will visit again more often AND also try out the vegetarian dishes. Made me curious!

Service top top, Essen mau - sehr wenig für recht viel Geld, Qualität in Ordnung. Musik mittags/nachmittags leider die gleichen 15-20 Lieder in Dauerschleife.

Auch heute 18.12.23 war der Eindruck wieder durchweg positiv. Ein gutes Abgebot und ein sehr netter Service zeichnet dieses Café aus. Oktober 2023. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet, serviert von ausgesprochen nettem und freundlichem Personal. Da kommen wir gern wieder.

Im Grunde eine normale Kneipe. Leider war der Weißwein nicht gekühlt, der Chef nicht da und noch nicht mal eine Entschuldigung, dafür. Man kann hingehen, mehr ist leider nicht zu sagen. Ich suche mir jedenfalls nächstes Mal garantiert etwas anderes.

Egal ob ich abends zum Essen ins Deseo gehe, einen Rotwein oder Cocktail trinke oder aber zum Frühstück dort bin. Immer schmeckt es ausgezeichnet. Die Servicekräfte sind aufmerksam und freundlich. Alles ist sehr sauber und ich finde das Ambiente sehr gemütlich. Immer gerne wieder!

Kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Nette Bedienung und schönes Ambiente. Leider nicht immer Abends geöffnet. Wie lange die Küche auf hat, ist abhängig von der Auslastung. Ebenso wie die Öffnungszeit.

Frühstücksangebot ohne Einschränkung o.K. Umfang angemessen - Es wurde stets zeitnah nachgelegt - Preisgestaltung entspricht der aktuellen Situation und findet keine Beanstandung. Freundlicher Service - Respekt bei der nach meiner Ansicht schmalen Besetzung. Der nächste Besuch ist in Planung.

Soweit so gut es ist groß und geräumig. Was zwischendurch störend war das am Samstag Abend das Bundesliga Spiel live auf einem riesigen Bildschirm mit der entsprechenden Lautstärke übertragen wurde. Da viel die Unterhaltung dadurch etwas lauter aus was etwas negativ hängen geblieben ist. Auch der Bitte den Ton etwas leiser zu machen würde abgelehnt.

Hallo, ich habe selbst im Deseo gearbeitet und muss sagen, dass man dort mit gutem Gewissen essen und trinken kann. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und die Küche ist sauber. Das Essen ist gut, besonders geschmeckt haben den Gästen das Sambal Schnitzel, die Currywurst oder das Rösti Pulled Porki. Auch das Pollo Italiano kann wohl einiges und der Classico Salat muss sich auch nicht verstecken (gerade für Vegetarier). Die Cocktails gibt es ab 21:21 für 5,50. Viele Leute kommen um 21:21 dann kann es vor allem am Wochenende zu Wartezeiten kommen, da nur eine Person die Cocktails zubereitet. Für wenig bis gar keinen Wartezeiten empfiehlt sich außerhalb vom Wochenende zu kommen und nicht zu den Stoßzeiten zwischen 18:30 und 20:30 zu essen. Aber selbst zu den Stoßzeiten sind die Wartezeiten vertretbar. Alles in allem hatte ich eine gute Zeit und kann den Laden empfehlen. Vielen Dank und einen lieben Gruß! Dominik

Sehr leckeres Essen. Hatten Buffet. Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wir waren als Aussteller auf der EMO 2023 in Hannover. Aus diesem Grund waren wir sieben Tage in folge in diesem Restaurant/Bar, hauptsächlich für den „Absacker“ aber einmal auch mit der kompletten Messe Mannschaft (ca.40 Personen) zum Abendessen. Das Essen, der Service und das Ambiente waren sehr gut. Wir hatten in unserem Fall Buffett und das war von Vorspeise bis Nachtisch einfach klasse. Die Bedingungen war trotz der großen Gruppe und einem vollen Lokal auf zack und mega freundlich. An den restlichen Abenden sind wir nur zum trinken ins Deseo gegangen dabei kamen wir 2x erst nach der regulären Öffnungszeit und haben trotzdem noch 2 Runden bekommen(das ist nicht all täglich). Auch wenn es spät war und eigentlich auch Feierabend, waren alle Servicekräfte immer freundlich und fix. Also von mir 5 von 5 ich komme 100% wieder wenn ich in Hildesheim bin😏

Das Deseo ist ein sehr angenehmes Lokal. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Essen hat uns bis jetzt immer sehr gut gefallen und auch die Cocktails sind sehr lecker. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Bis bald 👋

Das Deseo in Hildesheim habe ich früher öfters für Geschäftsessen besucht. Nach vielen Jahren war ich nun wieder einmal dort und habe mich über die vielfältige Speisekarte gefreut - es gibt nicht nur Burger und Pizza, sondern auch einige innovative Gerichte. Unter der Woche war gut Platz zu bekommen, und ich wurde schnell und freundlich bedient. Das Essen war auch gut.

Das Ambiente ist angenehm und die Lage ist gut. Man kann dort ganz gut was trinken, allerdings ist das Essen wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Ich wurde mehrfach enttäuscht, obwohl die Erwartungen nicht hoch waren.

Bedienung war zwar ganz nett, aber langes Warten, die Speise total 08/15. Ich hatte Bruschetta und war maßlos enttäuscht... Es war Aufbackbaguette mit geviertelten Tomaten und ein paar roten Zwiebeln oben drüber, mit einer Scheibe Käse überbacken...das kann ich zuhause 100 mal besser. Toiletten haben gemüffelt und es hat einen nicht wirklich sauberen Eindruck gemacht...

Zur Zeit liefert das Deseo einen guten Mittagstisch ab, da es Coronabedingt kein Buffet gibt. Auf der heutigen Karte waren neben Kartoffeltopf mit Würstchen, Schweinebraten, Penne mit Käsesauce, Seelachsfilet und einer Bowl mit Qinoa auch Rinderroulade mit Kartoffeln und Speckbohnen zu haben. Wir haben letzteres genommen und 9.50€ pro Gericht gezahlt, inklusive Mousse au Chocolat als Dessert. Kann man preislich nichts sagen, das Essen war lecker, es war zwar nicht die beste Roulade die ich je hatte, aber auch nicht die schlechteste und ich würde sie auch nochmal bestellen. Generell finde ich das gut bürgerliche Mittagsangebot toll, da ich mit dem spanischen Konzept der Hauptkarte eh nicht viel anfangen kann.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Bedienung unhöflich. Küche merkt erst nach 45 Minuten, dass sie ein Gericht nicht vorrätig haben. Keine Entschuldigung.

Schade, dass das Personal nicht richtig eingearbeitet wird, eh es auf die Gäste zugeht. Falsche Informationen über Getränke Größen sind da als Beispiel zu nennen. An einem frühen Abend an dem wenig los ist, wartet man dennoch länger, um bedient zu werden. Dann kommt der Flammkuchen leider ohne das bestellte Pesto an. Alles in allem nur ein "ok", nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Wir waren heute nach langer Zeit mal wieder dort. Sowohl die Qualität wie auch die Quantität des Essens haben sehr nachgelassen. Schade. Wir haben immer gerne dort gegessen.

I ate at Deseo twice during my visit to Hildesheim. It is reasonably priced and has a good selection of food. The staff is friendly and the service is fairly quick. The atmosphere is friendly.

Wir haben dort nur etwas getrunken. Hatten uns dort mir mehreren Frauen getroffen um einen Abend zu verbringen. War nett dort.
