Very good lunch and friendly staff.

The food was excellent, everything we ordered was definitely worth the money. However, the restaurant is not geared towards children and I had the feeling that they didn't like the fact that the children wanted to move around. The ambience was pleasant.

We celebrated our wedding here and rented the hall for it. The food was great, the service was courteous but not intrusive. We can highly recommend the restaurant. Our wedding guests were also very satisfied. We will stop by here more often.

I was thinking about writing this review. Since I'm still disappointed with the handling today, I have to get my disappointment off my chest. We were satisfied until we paid. When we wanted to pay I said I would like to redeem the voucher. I should have said that beforehand, for whatever reason. He looked at the voucher that was bought in January and said it was no longer valid (the voucher was limited to six months) so I said vouchers are always valid for 3 years. That wouldn't be the case with them, the voucher would have already been billed to the tax advisor and we would now have gotten the meal for free. You have to discuss this with your boss. I said he would like to bring the boss with him, after a long back and forth the waiter came back to the table and we then paid the difference to the voucher. They generously accepted the voucher. We didn't get any schnapps on the house, which I found very petty, but you have to save somewhere... The woman at the next table also confirmed to me that you can't limit a voucher at such a short notice.

We just had dinner with 10 people. The dishes were very tasty and the service was also great and very attentive. The price-performance ratio is right and we will definitely come back. The ambience and furniture are also very cozy and invite you to linger.

A very, very good restaurant. I have rarely had such good meat as I did there. I ordered an onion plate. The onions on it were extremely well prepared. I have rarely been as satisfied as there. The service was super friendly and quick. With 8 people there, everything worked without any problems a super super good steak house very highly recommended

The staff is very attentive and special requests are also fulfilled if possible. Just ask! The steaks are prepared perfectly to the desired cooking point. The quality is outstanding and worth every euro.

Just had a really excellent meal here. It's worth listening to your boss about what's on offer for the day. We had a really excellent Australian rump steak! Grilled to perfection and with an excellent taste. All other dishes were also top! Gladly again

Starter and main course were extremely delicious. I particularly recommend the beef carpaccio! The waiter served us attentively, very friendly and professionally! At the moment the furniture is probably being replaced little by little. The new furniture looks really great! We will eat there again soon...

The furnishings, both inside and outside, as well as the food seemed carelessly put together. The menu resembles a fast food poster, with little choice but prices twice as high. A rump steak with fries and herb butter €36 - without salad buffet or mayo/ketchup for the fries. Maybe these are common prices now? My son liked it, the service was attentive.

We've been there for dinner several times now. Today we'll also leave a short review. Yesterday we once again had a very great waiter with a great tip for a Lugana wine. The food was, as always, excellent. I would particularly like to highlight the pepper sauce, which is simply brilliant. A little spicy and with a great pepper note. The salad buffet is also very tidy and extremely fresh. We also think the menu is very good. On one page everyone can find their own personal delicacies and not be overwhelmed by 100 different dishes. The outdoor terrace also invites you to linger. Everything is really right here and we are happy to recommend the restaurant.

Seating super comfortable. Staff always friendly and accommodating. The salad bar leaves nothing to be desired. The lunch menu also offers something for everyone. Whether pasta, fish or meat. If you order from the lunch menu, you will receive a soup, salad from the buffet, a main course and a dessert. But it can also be ordered from the normal menu. Among other things, there is delicious Grimbergen beer from Belgium here. In summer, the large terrace invites you to sit outside. The food is always of very good quality. You don't have to wait long for the food either. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not barrier-free.

Great lunch menu as a menu for little money

We received a nice and friendly welcome. My daughter had turkey schnitzel with fries and mushroom sauce, I had steak with fries, pepper sauce and beef soup. The soup had a strong beef flavor, the steak was delicious, very tender. The fries are crunchy, well seasoned, the pepper sauce is spicy and creamy, the turkey schnitzel is very tender, with a crispy crust, not too hard, fresh mushrooms...and a dessert too. Thoroughly recommended.

The food is always just great! We often come here with the whole family for birthdays and the like. I always like to order fillet steak bearnaise (I have never had such good meat anywhere) and will come back many more times!

We, 4 friends, all ate steak. On the one hand it was super quick, but more importantly, all the steaks were cooked to perfection. The meat was soft and the sour cream with the baked potato was very tasty. Can only recommend.

Good restaurant with some fine dining. Prices are correspondingly higher than in other local places, which is also partly due to the increase in VAT. Locality is modern and pleasant. Food is high quality products. You get steaks as ordered. Service is good, but there is room for improvement. The desserts could have more quality for the price in terms of ice cream and presentation. Total expenses, food and 5 drinks (main courses and desserts) for four adults and one child approx. 170 euros. All in all recommended, gladly again.

The restaurant lacked coziness for me, I sat in a corner where there was hardly any light, I know the salad buffet from the 80s/90s. It was disappointing and no longer up to date. The food came 5 minutes after ordering The sauce for the Zurich Geschnetzelte seemed and tasted like a finished product. The meat didn't seem to me to be of good veal quality. Overall, there was an early mood on the part of the staff in the restaurant that evening. You would have the feeling that you should leave soon. Was a little disappointed at Christmas time. The staff was friendly and tried hard in terms of friendliness and service.

Sehr leckeres Essen, bestelle mit Vorliebe den Gaucho- oder Zwiebelteller. Diese beinhalten unterschiedliche Fleischsorten, welche immer auf den Punkt gegart waren, das schaffen so leider nicht viele andere Restaurants. Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Gerichte waren ein Traum, der Service sehr freundlich und kompetent und das Lokal ist sehr einladend.

Wir waren an Weihnachten mit der Familie dort. Es gab kein vegetarisches Gericht auf der Karte - wenn man explizit nachgefragt hat, hat man einen Teller Tiefkühlgemüse mit Sauce Hollandaise aus der Packung bekommen und dazu 2 kleine Röstitaler und das ganze für 18€. Das Salatbuffet war sehr grob geschnitten und auch wirklich nichts besonderes. Für die Feiertage kann ich das Restaurant nicht empfehlen.

2 Sterne vergebe ich für die gut gelungenen Pommes und die kurze Wartezeit aufs Essen. Atmosphäre eher laut und ungemütlich, Service hektisch und überfordert. Wir haben uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt, Essensqualität war eher durchschnittlich. Aufgrund der überdurchschnittlich guten Bewertungen waren wir zum ersten, wohl aber auch zum letzten Mal hier. Schade.

4 gängige Mittagsmenü finde ich ganz toll. Sie bieten das verschiedenene leckere Salatbüffet an. Hauptgang hat mir auch gut gefallen. Bestimmt komme ich nochmal.

Wir waren zu 5 dort. Ich persönlich aß ,Grillteller das waren 3 verschiedene Steaks dazu Salat vom Salatbuffet und Ofenkartoffel mit Quark. Die anderen Pommes mit Cevapcici mit Pommes. Schnitzelteller mit Kroketten Ich habe schon solange nicht mehr so gute Steaks im Restaurant gegessen wie dort. Auf dem Punkt genau Medium und mit Salzkruste aromatisch gegrillt. Die Beilagen waren ordentlich. Die Pommes waren noch knusprig wo sie nur warm waren .Außen knusprig.,innen weich und hatten einen Butterigen Geschmack. Der Service war sehr freundlich und die Getränke und Speisen wurden schnell serviert. Das Bier wurde mit der üblichen Bierkrone serviert ,super gezapft ! Das Steakhaus Portters werden wir nicht das letzte Mal besucht haben . Unsere Freunde waren auch sehr angetan und freuen uns auf nächstes gemütliches Treffen dort

Wir haben hier regelmäßig unser Weihnachtsessen, dementsprechend waren wir einige Male vor Ort. Jedesmal waren die Steaks perfekt, richtig gebraten und gewürzt. Eine Soße ist überflüssig, denn hier hat man den vollen Fleischgeschmack. (Die Soßen sind natürlich auch phantastisch, hatte ein Arbeitskollege) Wer also besonders gute Steaks essen möchte, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse.

Ein gelungener Abend mit sehr gutem Essen und zuvorkommender Bedienung. Wenn ich quengeln möchte, dann das es etwas arg laut war, aber irgendwas ist ja eh immer. Nein, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren zu 6 Personen zum Abendessen da. Reservierung erforderlich. Essen wurden zeitgleich gebracht. Es wurde regelmäßig nach Getränken gefragt. Freundliche Bedienung. Kein ebenerdiger Eingang. Parkplätze an der Straße vorhanden.

Der Abend im Porterhouse hat mir gut gefallen. Zur Vorspeise gab es Salat vom Buffet sowie Bruschetta. Nach der Portion muss man aufpassen noch genug Appetit für die Hauptspeise übrig zu lassen :-) Ich habe kein Steak, sondern ein Cordon Bleu gegessen, aber meine Begleitungen waren von ihren Steaks sehr angetan. Einzig die Geräuschkulisse ist bei vollem Haus schon recht laut gewesen. Ich war trotzdem rundum zufrieden und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das Restaurant macht einen gemütlichen Eindruck. Wir haben zwei Balkangerichte bestellt. Essen war o.k., jedoch fehlte uns Ajvar und gehackte Zwiebeln bei den Gerichten. Leider erkennt man die Positionierung nicht, Balkanrestaurant, oder Steakhouse, oder Schnitzelbude ???. Das Salatbuffet war top, alles frisch und super Auswahl. Leider gab es für unseren Hund kein Wasser. Der Service sehr ruhig und diskret. Auch die Verabschiedung war eher unpersönlich.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung auch ohne Reservierung! Aufmerksame und nette Kellner. Tolle Steakteller, einfach alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren Abends zum Essen dort. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Gerichte waren geschmacklich sehr gut und hatten eine gute Größe. Salat gibt es in Buffetform. Alles sehr frisch und sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Ecke sind werden wir bestimmt auch dort wieder Essen gehen.

Rindersuppe ungenießbar total versalzen konnte man nicht essen Steakteller Fleisch war gut. Folienkartoffel OK ,Seur Cream lecker Salat ok , Eierlikör Crepes sehr lecker

Was ein Hammer! Von vorne bis hinten ein toller Laden. Tolle Karte, viel Auswahl am Salatbuffet, nicht alltägliche Fassbiere. Steaks waren exakt auf den Punkt gebraten und nicht überwürzt! Brokkoli knackig, Reis und Pommes ebenfalls grandios! Dazu schnell, freundlich und preislich absolut in Ordnung! Grüße aus Winterberg!

Wer leckere Balkanspezialitäten oder verschiedene Steaks möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben! Dazu gibt es eine nette, Bedienung und zivile Preise (auch wenn diese auch hier in letzter Zeit gestiegen sind).

Hi...wir gehen nun schon seid vielen vielen Jahren ins Porterhouse...und es ist egal ob man Stammgast oder erstmaliger Gast im Restaurant ist...man wird immer super nett empfangen...auf das Essen braucht man nicht lange warten...und wenn man sich Zeit lassen möchte dann wird auch dieser Wunsch erfüllt...das Essen ist immer sehr lecker...und die Angebote überschaubar...Preis Leistung finde ich sehr gut...denn es ist tatsächlich für jeden Geldbeutel das richtige Menü dabei...und zum krönenden Abschluss bekommt man immer aufs Haus einen kleinen absacker mit auf den Weg... Macht weiter so kann ich da nur sagen und bleibt uns noch länger erhalten... Mfg Simon Fotos folgen noch...
