Very nice team. To eat: We had a char with side dishes. While the local char was very good, the side dishes were not up to par with the fish. The snow-white, undercooked and completely tasteless potatoes looked as if they had been delivered pre-peeled by a convenience supplier. The dessert, a strawberry foam with mint (called a strawberry mojito) was overly sweet and barely edible. A pity. It's nice, though, that there's a solid selection of half bottles of wine.

Wir waren eine Runde von 4 Personen. Service und Küche waren vom Allerfeinsten, wir haben den Abend sehr genossen, weil wir uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlfühlten. Das Personal war unsichtbar, aber immer bei Bedarf präsent: Eine Kunst im Service, die nur wenige Häuser bieten können! Chapeau!

Ausgezeichnetes Essen! Geschmack und Qualität sind wirklich top. Preis-Leistung ebenfalls sehr gut. 65€ für ein 4 Gänge Menü. Die Auswahl an Weinen ist sehr gut.

The bill came before the (cold) espresso... The atmosphere here is quite nice and probably the only thing that justifies the hefty price. Unfortunately, the saltimbocca was burnt, the pasta underneath was half cold, and the starter salad was loveless. Four different service staff who "took care" of us in random rotation and with whom it was difficult to communicate... How nice that there are alternatives in GAP. Looks great, but the food doesn't live up to its promise. The main courses were very mediocre and did not correspond to the prices. The service was very nice, but the food couldn't have been better. What's also strange is that there is a 50% discount for hotel guests. We weren't guests, but this reduced price is more in line with the standard.

Mega restaurant!!! Great service, super delicious food and a very nice location. Large selection of wines, great time management, exclusive food and very professional staff. We can really only recommend it.

Ate here because honestly it was one of the only places open. Very glad we did. We were able to get menus in english and the waiter spoke good english and helped us out with selections and drinks. I would recommend this place because the food was very good. It is a little higher priced than other places but worth the price.

Wir hatten im Anschluss den Stern vermisst. Es war eine ganz hervorragende Küche, alles sehr fein und toll abgeschmeckt. Wir hatten einen tollen Abend mit einem überragendem Service. Ein ganz kleiner Manko war der Espresso,, das geht besser.

Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated greatly. "Fish of the day" was salmon, very mealy, really not of acceptable quality. Absolutely overpriced for €30. Unfortunately, good preparation couldn't hide that either. Snails also very poor quality, an attempt was made to hide them with sauce that was too shortened. One star for really very friendly staff. You used to be able to eat well here. NOT ANYMORE!

Excellent cuisine, high-quality products are freshly and extremely tastefully prepared. The size of the portions is worth mentioning. Sufficient, but not excessive. We enjoyed both Bavarian delicacies and international specialties. Friendly and courteous staff.

Jeden Tag ein sehr leckeres 4 Gang Menü. Entweder Fleisch, Fisch oder Vegetarisch. Das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Restaurantleiter hat sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht.

Restaurant im Resort Hotel Obermühle. Wir haben hier eine Woche abends gegessen, 4- Gang- Menü. Eine ambitionierte Küche zwischen Regionalität und Moderne, ohne gesichtslos zu werden. Sehr freundlicher Service der auch auf Sonderwünsche flexibel eingeht.

Wir hatten eine Woche Halbpension gebucht. Wir bekamen sieben hervorragende vier - Gang Menüs. Vorspeise oder Salat, Suppe oder Smoothie, Fleisch-,Fisch- oder vegetarischer Gang, Dessert oder Sorbet. Es war abwechslungsreich, es hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt, es war immer sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet. Serviert wurde alles von einem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Service. Ehrlich gesagt, haben wir uns am Ende eines Essens schon auf den nächsten Abend gefreut.

The food and service were amazing! My wife and I had filets that were truly the best! Our waiter, Dino, was so very nice and helpful in our selection of entree. I will stay at the hotel next time I visit in was beautiful!!

Hervorragende Küche! Selten so ein gutes Schnitzel gegessen! Die Ochsenbackerl waren nicht so ganz mein Fall, aber das ist nur mein persönlicher Geschmack, gekocht waren sie trotzdem sehr sehr gut! Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Preislich eher gehoben aber jeden Cent wert 😉 Das Restaurant ist wunderschön eingerichtet und lädt zu ausgelassenen Abenden ein - nächstes Mal nehmen wir uns mehr Zeit! Schade, dass man den Wellnessbereich nur als Hotelgast nutzen kann - der würde mich ja auch brennend interessieren!!! (Lieber Hotelier, wir lassen und gerne mal von Ihnen einladen 😄)

Sehr gutes Essen im wiedereröffneten Hotel. Ambiente und Weinauswahl von der Extraklasse. Nicht nur als Hotelgast einem Besuch wert. Tagliatelle mit Trüffel aber auch Wiener Schnitzel und Schweinsbraten auf der Karte. TOP!

Tolles Hotelrestaurant in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Das Anbiente ist sehr geschmackvoll, zudem war unser Tisch - einem feierlichen Anlass angemessen - festlich eingedeckt. Danke! Der stets präsente wie umsichtige Service brachte uns qualitativ hochwertige Speisen - Rinderconsommé mit Pfannkuchenstreifen, Pilzravioli, Zwiebelrostbraten und last but not least eine gebrannte Vanillecrème mit Zwetschgen und Orangenparfait. Alles stimmig und lecker. Dazu eine gute Weinkarte mit vielen österreichischen Tropfen - wir wählten eine burgenländische Heideboden-Cuvée und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der nette Ober dekantierte den Wein sogar - wow! Insgesamt ein gelungener Abend. Preisleistungsverhältnis zudem in Ordnung. Bis bald mal wieder...

A beautiful space and romantic....perfect lighting, modern decor. Competent wine list..discreet and helpful wait staff..the menu is so interesting, especially for Garmisch. I loved this restaurant! Dinner was romantic . I ordered the Zander fillet...I have never had it prepared anywhere as well as here. The Thai soup was aromatic and soooo good....I miss this restaurant, and hope to come back.

Hervorragendes Abendessen, absolut das Geld wert. Qualitativ kann ich mir keine Verbesserungen vorstellen. Und satt wird man auch noch. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We were 4 people - one of us was vegan. The menu is variable. The restaurant is very nice decorated and was very inviting. We took keisar salad , steak , deer with mushrooms , rice with curry and vegetable and dessert . It costed us 110 euro. The dishes were delicious to all of us - but the steak wasn’t in the right level we asked for. The waitresses were very nice , and the dishes came out together ( also, it didn’t take a lot of time to get out) To conclude, if you don’t mind to spend a little bit money - I think you will have a very great time there !

Super Essen, sehr freundliche Bedienung

Wir waren hier gewesen als wir einen k Kurztrip nach Garmisch P gemacht haben. Obwohl es ein gehobenes Restaurant ist, dürften wir mit unserer wanderausrüstung Platz nehmen. Der Service und das essen waren phänomenal. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher essen gehen. Das essen war auch sehr schön mit liebe angerichtet. Also eine absolut verdiente 5 Sterne Bewertung vielen Dank

Went there expecting an ok food and left reserving for tomorrows dinner. It was excellent.

What an amazing dinner! The restaurant was immaculate, the decor was beautiful, and the service from Ian was second to none! Oh...I almost forgot the food! I ordered the 200g filet, and honestly it was one of the best meals I have ever had. The steak was melt in your mouth tender and cooked perfectly. We went with our two kids ages 5 and 7, and another family with two 7 year-olds. This is not exactly a "kid-friendly" place, but we went early when it was not so crowded, and our kids are reasonably well-behaved so it was not a problem. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

Das war ein richtig perfekter Abend! Über open-table reserviert und angefragt ob wir den Hund mitbringen dürfen. 5 min später kam direkt der Anruf, dass in der Stube Hunde erlaubt sind. Dort angekommen, war schon ein Wassernapf bereitgestellt. Ein sehr schönes Ambiente, perfekter Service und eine richtig gute Weinkarte. Das Carpaccio top, das Wiener Schnitzel hervorragend. Beim nächsten Besuch in Garmisch werden wir hier wieder gerne einkehren.

Fabulous meal in a hidden oasis. This restaurant is hidden away in the hotel Obermuhle and feels a world away from Garmisch. The food was excellent and the service was even better! Our server Danija gave us the best customer service we've had in Garmisch! They start you off with an amuse bouche, compliments of the chef. Ours was a small bite of salmon with puff pastry and roasted eggplant. We ordered the venison schnitzel and the roasted salmon - both were fantastic. After dinner, Danjia offered us a complimentary sorbet tasting which was the icing on the cake of an already wonderful dinner. Never had to fill our wine glasses once, service was spot on. Highly recommend this restaurant for a nice dinner out with friends or a romantic evening.

Awesome! Limited menu. I had the beef tenderloin topped with goose liver and a side of mashed potatoes and carrots. Amazing!! The wine was fantastic as well! Totally recommend sitting outside on a nice day.

I love the food and the service

The food is excellent but the menu is limited. Very few people stay motpre than a couple of days so for most this is no problem.

Dined at this restaurant while on driving holiday around Southern Germany with friends. We had the best schnitzel ever in Oscars and found the wait staff extremely friendly. We enjoyed our schnitzel so much that we ordered it three nights in a row. The restaurant itself was attractively set up with comfortable seats and good size tables. Did not feel crowded even when full.

My son proposed here sitting outside at a table by the lake. And it worked! Excellent, classic German food and very reasonable prices.
