Restaurant Ratskeller in Bernkastel-Kues

Unmotivated and a poor price/performance principle We ate in the Ratskeller on October 27th, 24 based on a recommendation. The waiter was very unfriendly, unmotivated and simply ignorant. The steak died for the second time that evening. Without asking, it was more than cooked through and when I asked about it, I got a stroppy answer. There were initially no sauces for the children's fries. The bottle of wine we ordered was carelessly placed on the table and we were allowed to do the rest ourselves. Some questions or requests were not responded to. Conclusion: no recommendation with such poor service, the ambience is nice, but the room is very noisy

Ambience of one of the better ones in Bernkastel (the bar is not very high!). Service tried hard, friendly but also a bit disorganized. Home-style food, but little. Unfortunately instead of mineral water the Purezza-Nepp. A bottle of filtered tap water for €6.90 is simply a disgrace!

Food average. Nicely prepared. Waiter was friendly but inattentive and slow. Ambience modern, but atmosphere cool. Inappropriate choice of music (exactly my taste in music, but didn't fit the would-be style of the restaurant), music at least at a pleasantly low volume.

Food was good... but for the price it could have been more. The service was friendly. There were 2 pages on the notice board and in the restaurant there was only 1 page... The restaurant is equipped like a waiting room...

Very pleasant, bright atmosphere! Full marks! We ate in the Ratskeller twice during our short vacation. We were well advised both when choosing the wine and the food. The Gräves mission was a complete success.

Food was standard but ok. The price was extremely overpriced. But the worst thing is the service waited an hour. No attention was paid to whether the guest still had drinks. We were greeted with the words "they have reserved" and the service immediately became loud when there was slight criticism. People, you live from tourism and are so unfriendly, the management should pay attention to that. We will definitely never eating there again

Unfortunately, the food and service cannot keep up with the ambience and fuss. Waited 1 hour for food. Quality is rather average for the prices. Everyone else was served before us. Service was completely overwhelmed by just one person and the young man couldn't handle criticism given in a normal tone. It's a shame about the money and the time.

Nice restaurant and good food too. There was only one staff, but he had everything under control 👍👍 Since it was raining, it was very crowded. Our dog was also served 😊 with treats 👌👌

Rustic food, a little bit on the plate for the price. Unfortunately the atmosphere is a bit like a waiting room, which could be counteracted better with light and music. Service was a bit stressful at times, but still friendly. Of course, great location in the old town.

Unfortunately, the selection of food is comparatively small. The taste of the food was also below average. The young man was the only waiter who was completely overwhelmed, so he brought the espresso without sugar and when it came after 5 minutes, the spoon with which you could stir the cold espresso after another few minutes was still missing.

Ate here for the first time in 2023. Zander with Gräves, my husband steak. Everything was very tasty. Good selection of wine. Today we were here again. Big disappointment across the board. Overwhelmed service staff (only 1 service for the well-filled restaurant.) After 45 minutes the food finally came. Town hall pan. Not recommended! The beef was too bloody and sometimes tough. The fried potatoes were completely over-seasoned with rosemary. We had different expectations for the price. After asking for the bill, it took almost half an hour until the service person finally came. Overwhelmed, almost unfriendly. No question as to whether it was tasty has. It was a big disappointment for us. We won't be coming back and can't recommend the restaurant.

Had a great burger. Atmospheric restaurant and very friendly service. Super clean toilets. The best burger ever! You could tell that a lot of attention is paid to the preparation of the dishes. Also very nicely presented on a wooden cutting board with a slate surface. The view is also very nice. The restaurant is decorated with taste.

It's simply wonderful here. Great hosts and fresh, delicious cuisine. For us it was fine twice in a row. Many thanks to the Ratskeller team. We would be happy to come back at any time.

When we ate it, the bread for the soup was dried out and the contents of the soup were chopped so that it was not clear whether there were any fresh chanterelles in it; like if I ordered a steak and got a meatball. The main course was mediocre. All in all: I wouldn't go there a second time. Unfortunately, the gastronomic quality does not match the pleasant, beautifully renovated ambience. Ulrich

Nice lunch in the Ratskeller Bernkastel-Kues! 🌟 Four of us were here for lunch today and had a pleasant time in a well-kept atmosphere. The mix of old and modern after the renovation is really successful - a place to feel good! 🕰️✨ The food was very tasty, but we agreed that it was a bit dry - this applies to the trout, the beer steak and the Jägerschnitzel. We passed on our constructive criticism directly and were assured that this would be passed on to the kitchen. 👨‍🍳👍 Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our lunch and can recommend the Ratskeller. This is a beautiful restaurant located in the heart of the town in Bernkastel. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very peaceful and comforting. The schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce is the best schnitzel i’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some German classics!

After we walked around the old town without making a reservation, looking for an attractive restaurant, there was still a table available for us. The wine list is generous and there is also a wine of the month. The pork beer steak with French fries and salad is highly recommended. When we were there it was herring week and the three kinds of herring with fried potatoes and salad that my wife ordered were also great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The ambience is modern, framed by the old visible masonry and the beautiful columns in the middle of the room. All in all: top location

Op zoek naar een lunchadres zagen we dit historische pand. De vriendelijke jongelui die ons snel en attent de bestelde drankjes en lunch brachten deden hun werk prima. En…de kwaliteit van de lunch was prima ! Prijs/kwaliteit in orde ! Een aanrader dus !

God mat, vin, atmosfære og service. Vi var to par som var på ferie i Bernkastel kurs, og hadde middag her. Vi hadde en fin kveld.

Nice and modern restaurant in old premises, good wine list, very good food and good service. Had fantastic salad with goat cheese and schnitzel with mushroom sauce.

The food was very good, but too expensive for the standard dishes. Nicely prepared. There is pepper sauce with almost everything, but it is very good. Now to the service: in a full house, only having 2 staff is not enough to take the order, serve it, clear it, bill it and also pour the drinks. They still managed to do it within their means, which is why I don't want to downgrade them.

Visit with 6 people and 2 children, only ordered waffles and drinks. The drinks were there in 5 minutes (coffee), which was followed by an hour-long wait. When we asked where our food was, we were asked in disbelief, "Food!?" And the lady made her way into the kitchen to ask questions. After we asked for the bill we apologized with "Waffles are ready now, sorry we only have one iron". Then we were served dark waffles the size of a small Belgian waffle. PS: We were the first customers, the room filled up and EVERYONE was served first. Absolutely UNDERGROUND!

Actually the worst burger (BBQ Beef & Pork) I have ever eaten. Very little salt on the fries, no salt on the table. No sauces for fries, had to be ordered additionally, then arrived after 15 minutes… Service was very friendly, but still bad. You had to wait a long time for service. Then it also took a very long time until drinks were at the table...unfortunately not completely. The glasses remained empty for a very long time. Very nice atmosphere. Not a single high chair in the restaurant :-(. Prices unreasonably high. Despite a reservation, the table was not immediately available.

Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung stammt vom vorherigen betreiber. Dessen Essen passt zur Einrichtung. Nun bekommt man Convinience Produkte. Die Aushänge versprechen aber frische und regionasle Produkte, die scheinen aber nicht den Weg bis zum Gast zu finden. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber völlig überfordert. Wenn man Wein anbietet, sollte man auch wissen, was man verkauft. ...und das im Weinort Bernkastel-Kues. Wer keine hohen Ansprüche an sein Essen hat und sich an einem schönen Ambiente erfreuen möchte, ist hier richtig. Für alle anderen gibt es bessere Restaurants in Benrkastel-Kues.

Wonderful ambiance and food! At first I got the impression that there was understaffing of staff, but that turned out to be a mistake because the service was quick, friendly and accurate and we had a wonderful evening. Cheers!

A perfect restaurant. A quality that is rarely found in the catering industry.

Absolute recommendation: The food is a dream, the atmosphere is great and the service is very nice. The bruschetta is crispy and fantastically garlicky. The olive tapenade was nice and spicy and the sourdough bread served with it was incredibly tasty. We thought we were already in food heaven - but then the burgers we ordered arrived. We shared the BBQ and chicken burger and couldn't decide which was better. The flavors of both burgers are so well balanced, everything is juicy, fresh and clearly homemade. We didn't expect such a taste explosion and we agreed: the best burgers we've eaten so far. If we didn't live so far away, we would have found our local pub. Please keep it up, it was incredibly good!

We ordered food for our daughter's christening party through the Ratskeller's catering service. Both the canapés (bruscetta, puff pastry, shrimp in batter, wontons, spring rolls) and the lunch (chicken in mushroom-grape cream & veggie-filled zucchini with rice) were very well received by us and our guests. The preliminary meeting with the boss was super friendly and uncomplicated.

We spent a lovely evening in a pleasant atmosphere. The food was very good and the quantity was just right. The service person Jonathan was particularly friendly and accommodating.

The food was always really tasty when I was there, whether it was burgers or asparagus. I really like the atmosphere and we'll be back.

The Ratskeller is located in the center of Bernkastel. There are good home-style and seasonal dishes. The quality of the dishes made with fresh ingredients is good, although not outstanding. The service is friendly, the ambience is average.

We had a spontaneous meal there on a Whitsun Sunday evening. Since we had a short vacation in Bernkastel-Kues and were traveling “without” a plan during the day, we didn’t make a reservation in the evening. On this, as on the other evenings, the restaurant was very busy, but the appearance simply appealed to us, so we asked for a table for four. By chance something became free after a few minutes. The restaurant manager welcomed us very friendly and accompanied us to the table. The ambience is very appealing and beautiful. Renovated, modernly furnished, but so that you can still recognize the “old” of a Ratskeller. All in all, the furnishings are of very high quality, which I and my husband especially noticed (table lamps from Villeroy and Boch, modern tableware from V&B, high-quality glasses from Zwiesel, etc.). Unfortunately, our “favorite wine” was already out, but the boss recommended an alternative that was really good. The food was very tasty. Attractive size, beautifully presented, especially with a clear menu, which in my opinion is a sign of quality. At the end we had a chat with the boss, which rounded off the evening perfectly and beautifully. We would go again!

Very nice restaurant, modernized in a historic building. Unfortunately the service is cold and impersonal. The food was good, but couldn't stand up to the location and ambience. The bottom line is that I can't recommend it considering the large selection of restaurants in Bernkastel-Kues!

Went there for dinner today. Overall okay. The prices are too expensive compared to the portions. The burger wasn't minced meat, it resembled a veggie patty that was just steam cooked, it didn't taste like meat.

Once and never again…. The food was a disaster. The "BBQ Burger" as they call it was very bad. The alleged meat patty had nothing to do with meat. To me it looked more like a vegan mushy paste that was shaped into a patty. And the staff was nice but unfortunately didn't speak German. Not for the money they asked for. So sorry, never again…!!!!

The food is good. I had asparagus soup and the salmon with raisin risotto as my main course. The taste is really good, the portion could be a little bigger for the price. The interior design is very successful! Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. It was noticeable that there are no trained service staff at work here.

Online Reservierung hat geklappt, aber kurz nach Eintritt ins Lokal war der Grundstein eines unvergesslichen Abend gelegt. Die Getränkebestellung war schon schwierig...der erste Wein war aus...der 2. Wird nicht in Flaschen serviert...(Warum eigentlich nicht?-kommt der aus dem Tetra). Die geforderten Spirituosen kammen erst auf erneute Nachfrage und waren nur teilweise verfügbar...die Liste der Mängel ist unendlich...falsche Nudeln, schlechter Burger, mind. 2 weitere Gerichte waren "aus"...,leider wurden auch keine Alternativen angeboten. Das unfreundliche und überforderte Personal kann hier auch nur bestätigt werden. Zum Schluss stand noch Ketchup auf der Rechnung den wir nie bekommen haben.Er war eigentlich nötig und die versalzen Pommes essbar zu machen. Hier ...nie wieder

Essen wirklich gut, große Auswahl sehr guter Weine und eine total nette Bedenung. Jederzeit zu empfehlen! Und die Lage im schönen Bernkastel natürlich!

Not recommended! Very unfriendly service. No greeting when you arrive, no greeting when you say goodbye. Lukewarm, poorly seasoned meat. Cold fries. The sauce in the small bowl had a thick skin and was cold. There was no response to our criticism. Not even an apology.

We had dinner in the Ratskeller today. Nice location, unfortunately that was it. We ordered rainbow trout and town hall pans. It was a brown trout and not a rainbow trout. The town hall pan was a disaster. Bad, fat-soaked fried potatoes. The menu said beef and pork. Saumagen was mostly served, which wasn't on the menu and isn't to everyone's taste, so it would make sense to include it in the menu. The criticism and the full plate that was returned did not lure the chef out of the kitchen. The service staff was overwhelmed by the criticism. Incidentally, guests arrived at 7:38 p.m., they were informed of the time and that the restaurant closed at 8:30 p.m., so they left again due to lack of time. The following couple just looked at the clock, which was what happened of which were not registered and therefore they remained. It's a shame, nice location but everything else was bad. Not recommended and obviously no one seems to care.

Never had such a bad meal before. The schnitzel was more breadcrumbs than meat and the fried trout was obviously deep fried. Around us, meals were also regularly returned to the kitchen. Not to be repeated. The fries were good to eat.

Can't give any stars because it says it's open on the internet and we were standing in front of a locked door at 4 p.m. It was annoying, we had to go back to the hotel at 5 p.m., opening time, to go back. It was 5:30 p.m. because the light was on, according to the internet it was open but the door was locked "I called and they said, we're just closed, sorry, I find it impossible."

Not recommended! Chicken breast fillet with bones, instead of "fregola sarde" as a side dish - without comment Farfalle on the plate. Ratskellerpfännchen: Recycled, inferior meat with cartilage and tendons, not edible, plus Saumagen in the pan. If we hadn't ordered, we didn't want to. Service staff, not German speaking, completely helpless and overwhelmed with criticism. The wine list - no longer exists... and in a town on the Moselle. When asked which wine was available, “everything was off”. You have to/can drink whatever there is. This is the second time we've been there... It's going downhill. Same course as in Wengerohr/Missionshaus - the owners' last restaurant. It's a shame, because the location itself is quite nice. I don't think you'll get regular customers that way, but maybe you can survive on the tourists coming in. No win for Bernkastel Kues! I wouldn't give a star, unfortunately that's not possible in the system.

I had the beef burger 300g, which was very filling and also had a satisfying taste. In fact, my table neighbors also described the noodles as bland, as was already suggested in the reviews here. The waffles were also very tasty. Wine selection was also sufficient.

Ordered the rainbow trout with potatoes and lettuce. Trout was on the very small side (I ordered an additional bowl of lettuce as the lettuce on the plate consisted of 1 tuft of curly endive). Son had the hamburger which was huge. In other words, depending on your dish, you will leave satisfied or hungry.

Viel erwartet... ganz viel sogar. Diesmal war die Lokalität extrem hell, bissel gedimmt wäre angenehmer. Wenn die Herren schon die Speisekarte zuerst bekommt...🤔🫣. Carpaccio war lecker. Die Maronen Creme Suppe war viel zu dünn ( ...ähnlich wie Kakao), Graubrot war total dünn und zerfleddert geschnitten. Salat war gut. Rathauspfännchen mit Bratkartoffeln. Biersteak mit Bratkartoffeln. Rinderhüftsteak mit Pommes (Änderungen jeweils 1,50€ extra). Auf Villeroy und Boch , schwarze Teller, ist nett... aber war sehr dunkel insgesamt serviert. Sah nicht nach Kreativität aus. Rinderhüftsteak Medium rare... ging 2mal voll daneben. Erst durch gebraten, 2. Mal roh und kalt mittig ... echt schade und unverständlich. " Lehrberuf "Koch?" Service war auch bescheiden. Kein Interesse ob es jetzt besser gebraten ist oder wegen den leeren Gläsern. Dessert Ratskeller Variationen... war auch aus. Null Flexibilität. Haben das Hüftsteak voll berechnet, obwohl ich nichts gegessen habe... ausser eine wässerige Suppe. Also gehe ich jetzt noch was essen 🫣🤔. Obwohl ich direkt gesagt habe, dass ich keinen Cent für das Steak bezahlen würde, wurde es voll berechnet. Diese Arroganz des Services und diese Unflexibilität ist sehr schade. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Meine Frau und ich raten jedem davon ab in diesem Restaurant einen Tisch zu reservieren! Das Personal und vor allem der Chef sind extrem unhöflich! Da man das Restaurant nicht mit 0 Sternen bewerten kann, müssen wir leider 1 Stern vergeben.

Restaurant hat eine schöne Atmosphäre aber Sevice lässt zu wünschen übrig dass Essen hundsmiserabel. Von vier Pärchen waren am nächsten Morgen richtig krank so das wir unseren Kurzurlaub abbrechen mussten

Das Restaurant sieht sehr schön aus, allerdings ist der Service miserabel - sehr unhöfliche Kellner! Zuerst bot man uns einen Tisch im miefigen Kellner an, Getränke wurden nicht aufgenommen. Als ein Tisch im Hauptrestaurant frei wurde und wir den Tisch wechseln wollten, wurden wir dem Restaurant verwiesen mit der Aussage der Küchenchef hätte gerade beschlossen die Küche zu schließen - samstags um 14:20 Uhr, obwohl die Küche bis 17 Uhr geöffnet ist. Sehr enttäuschender Besuch! Nicht zu empfehlen!

Das Restaurant beeindruckt durch sein ansprechendes Ambiente und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich angenehm. Leider trübt der Service das Gesamterlebnis erheblich. Die Bedienung war unfreundlich und wenig aufmerksam. Schade, denn das hätte das positive Bild des Restaurants komplett gemacht. Leider konnte ich das kulinarische Angebot nicht erleben, da uns der Kellner unfreundlich abgewiesen hat, was das Gesamterlebnis weiter beeinträchtigt hat. Alles in allem ein enttäuschender Besuch.

L extérieur est très beau mais seule la salle du Rc est décorée et seules les personnes qui ont réservées peuvent y manger. Sinon, on vous fait manger dans une cave voutee au décor moderne impersonnel. Les plats sont corrects, mais le prix est élevé par rapport aux autres restau du coin. Le service a été très long et le personnel était à peine aimable. Nous avons été déçus par cette adresse qui est plus un piège à touristes.

I don't write reviews often, but I will do it for this place. One of the best burgers in my life. Highly recommended. I didn't expect for such a small town as Bernkastel-Keus to offer such a nice burgers. Place it's self is top notch.

Essen war überteuert und nicht sonderlich gewürzt. Das Ossobuco bestand ausschließlich nur aus Knochen. Reklamation wurde ignoriert. Der Boden war sehr schmutzig. Nicht nochmal.

Essen war sehr gut. Service Top, sehr nett und aufmerksam. Getränke sehr gut. Auch unsere beiden Nachbartische waren sehr zufrieden. Ambiente nur 4 Sterne, es stand während des gesamten Besuchs die Eingangstür offen, da auch im Aussenbereich Tische standen die bedient werden mussten. Durch die Menschenmassen, welche sich über den davor gelegenen Marktplatz bewegten, war die Geräuschkulisse für mein Empfinden zu laut. Trotzdem ein sehr angenehmes Restaurant, absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir sind heute am ersten Tag essen gewesen, der Rathskeller ist uns ins Auge gesprungen, da er vom Ambiente genau uns als Gruppe angesprochen hat. Die Weine sind wirklich gut, der Service lässt zu wünschen.. Leider keine Eiswürfel erhalten, nach dem wir gefragt hatten.. Da es sehr warm im Restaurant ist, ist der Wein trotz kühler schnell warm. Mein Rumpsteak war leider nicht zu beißen, die Konsistenz war leider was für einen Vierbeiner. Dem Gericht sind Bratkartoffel zugewiesen, bei der Bestellung, dass man lieber Pommes zum Steak haben möchte, muss man für diesen minimalen Wechsel leider 1,50€ extra bezahlen. Leider absolut nicht zu begreifen. Wenn man als Gruppe mehrere hundert Euro dort lässt für Speis und trank, ist dies eine absolute Enttäuschung! Das Burgerfleisch meines Bruders, war tatsächlich eher schwarz als braun. Ändert bitte etwas! Lg

Midden op een pleintje in centrum van Bernkastel ligt dit mooie oude pand Vroeger is het een raadhuis geweest met mooie gevels en gewelven. Je kunt er heerlijk eten en drinken. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

Gute Lage - Restaurant sehr laut. Essen war gut. Kellner allerdings überfordert. Lange Wartezeiten. Von der sehr umfangreichen Weinkarte-mindestens. 7 Seiten- waren nur wenige tatsächlich vorhanden.

I am not one to write a bad review; however, this was a special day for my husband and I. He chose this restaurant due to reviews. However, our waiter (the male) was absolutely horrible. I really feel he did not like American’s. We arrived at 1910. We were not even addressed by our male waiter until 1925. We ordered drinks at this time. Another set of 4 German’s arrived. They ordered drinks at the same time and received then within 5 minutes. At 2010 we still did not received our drinks. We had to ask the female waitress again for drinks. Then our waiter finally showed with our drinks. We finally received our marinated olives with brot at 2015. No silverware was even offered. We ordered our meal at this time. What time did we receive our meal? 2045 hours. The food was okay. At 2130 hours we had to go up and ask to pay. We did not leave a tip, although I wish we could have for the female. If you don’t like American’s then please be honest. I will never go here again and would greatly advise every American to avoid this place. There are other places who offer way better service here in Bernkastel-Keus. I will never give a tip to a waiter/Waitress who does not value me as a customer. I have been here many times. Never has s waiter or waitress treated me so bad. I will never give this place another penny of my money. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant in einem gemütlichem Ambiente - Historie trifft Moderne. Wir waren zu viert hier und alle Speisen quer durch die Karte waren ausgezeichnet. Die Auswahl der Weine ist erschlagend. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Am Abend ist eine Reservierung zu empfehlen.

Leckeres Essen, super Service und ein sehr schönes Ambiente. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schwierig...das Restaurant hatte wohl vor ca. 4 Wochen seine Neueröffnung nach einem Rohrbruch. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, allerdings riecht es im gesamten Restaurant sehr stark nach Chlor, wir empfanden dies störend. Der Service ist bemüht nur leider recht überfordert. Wir bestellten eine Flasche Weißwein, leider war diese nicht gekühlt. Unsere Vorspeise bekam der Nachbartisch. Die geschmort Kalbsbäckchen waren sehr lecker. Den Lachs kann man sich sparen. Die doch recht hohen Preise halte ich für nicht gerechtfertigt. Also ...da ist noch sehr viel zu tun damit dieses Restaurant eine gute, empfehlenswerte Adresse wird.

Restaurant op zich is prima. Locatie is goed, eten was erg lekker! Service was helaas minder goed… Hadden een reservering om 19:00 uur, en na amper een uur werden we eigenlijk alweer de deur gewezen. Hadden graag nog een dessert gehad, maar de ober kwam toen we klaar waren met het hoofdgerecht meteen met de rekening. Erg apart, want het restaurant ging pas om 21:00 dicht. Kennelijk was het ook moeilijk om een drankje en een gerecht tegelijk te bestellen, en ook een simpel glaasje water naast de wijn was lastig. En aan het einde konden we ook niet even naar het bonnetje kijken. Jammer, want het eten zelf was erg lekker. Desondanks kunnen wij het restaurant niet aanbevelen, want de service was dramatisch…

Personal stets bemüht, wirkte überfordert. Alles etwas chaotisch. Wartezeit ok. Essen sehr fettig und falsche Beilage erhalten. Preise ziemlich unverschämt. Z.B. Schnitzel mit Soße 23€ plus 5€ Beilage plus 5€ Beilagensalat. Auch andere Tische waren an dem Abend unzufrieden. Würde ich nicht wieder besuchen.

Sehr gute Küche, schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Und die Destillate sind der Knaller!

Wir waren gestern Mittag essen,die Kartoffelsuppe war mega ....Schnitzel mit Pfeffersosse sehr lecker.....Garnelen mit Spaghetti auch zu empfehlen rundum alles vom besten, obwohl ein Tisch gar nicht zufrieden war ....was wir gar nicht nachvollziehen konnten....wir würden wiederkommen

Erst haben wir 45 Minuten auf Antipasti warten müssen, die hauptsächlich aus Salat und Kresse bestanden, dann würde ein Hauptgericht vergessen und da die Küche schon zu war, bedurfte es auch noch etwas Überredungskunst. Wir haben dann zwar einen angemessenen Preisnachlass erhalten, aber bei so vielen Fehlern stimmt was im System nicht. Über die Wartezeit von mehr als 1 Stunde haben sich auch andere Gäste beklagt. Das Essen selbst war OK, aber nur Mittelklasse.
