We were there with a group and were very satisfied. The food selection was good, plentiful, and tasty. The service was fast, attentive, and friendly.

Friendly service, extensive menu, large portions. Beautifully set, pleasant atmosphere. The side salad wasn't my favorite, but that's a matter of taste. I would visit the restaurant again.

We visited you as a large, crazy group for the first time. Since we're not from the area, we let Google guide us. We were extremely satisfied in every way: excellent food, first-class service from the boss and the entire family, and the lovely Nico ❤️ A big compliment to the chef. Authentic Greek cuisine, rustically delicious food, prepared to perfection, attentive and friendly service

Very good value for money. We were particularly impressed by the very friendly staff! Sitting outside, you can hear the cars, the trams, and especially the S-Bahn.

We went there for lunch. The food came very quickly after ordering, so there was little waiting time. It tasted very good! The service was also very friendly. We'll be happy to come back.

First impression: actually good, second impression: unfriendly greeting. The small, thin waiter was very unfriendly to me and my wonderful companion. Questions about the menu and the dishes were answered very rudely. The candle at the table, which created a cozy atmosphere, was also skillfully ignored. You can also mix your own shandy! The appetizer salad was unfortunately very dry and bland... The supposedly hearty and flavorful metaxa sauce was a bit of a letdown. But the meat was very well cooked, hearty, and okay. So, overall, I missed the typical Greek hospitality. Regards P.S. The best part was actually my companion and the garlic bread + the tzatziki.

Throughout the evening, the front door and the patio door were open, so there was a strong draft and it was cold in the restaurant. Neither a candle was lit on the table nor was an ouzo offered upon departure. The salad came without dressing, and I had to mix my own shandy. The Metaxa sauce wasn't what I'm used to; it tasted okay but was very bland. The gyro was very good, however. I didn't feel welcome as a guest. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to this restaurant.

If you like your food a little spicier and with Mediterranean spices, this is definitely the place for you. Everything is freshly prepared and delicious. I'd happily come back again.

It's one of the few restaurants that hasn't let up on quality over the years and is resting on its laurels. Everyone at Setvice is extremely friendly, with a smile and always in a good mood.

My girlfriend and I recently visited this Greek restaurant, which has been open for an incredible 27 years, and we were thrilled! We received a warm welcome as soon as we entered, and the atmosphere was incredibly inviting – you can really feel the tradition and love that goes into it. The food was absolutely fantastic! We both had starters and main courses, and everything was perfectly seasoned and freshly prepared. The lamb and homemade tzatziki were particularly outstanding. A special shout-out goes to the son of the house: He was incredibly friendly, polite, and made us feel truly welcome. He repeatedly asked if everything was okay without being intrusive, and he always had a smile on his face. You can see how much passion he puts into his work. Summary: A fantastic evening that we won't soon forget. This restaurant is a gem and highly recommended.

The food was delicious (gyros, potatoes in mushroom sauce topped with cheese). The portions were a bit large, but we were able to take the leftovers home. The value for money was good. The service was very friendly.

Well... when there are no alternatives... The service tries to create a relaxed atmosphere - what good is that if I have to wait what feels like forever for my order, let alone drinks? The food came relatively quickly and was okay. The portion was sufficient. Apparently, there were a lot of regulars who were showered with ouzo - we weren't offered any at the end... c'est la vie...

Even if I have a point here in terms of the ambience (there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the entrance area) and the service (the drink we ordered was only brought after a reminder), I can warmly recommend this Greek restaurant. The food tastes very good and the portions are reasonably large. In terms of price, everything is still within reasonable limits.

The Greek restaurant Paros is a real insider tip! The Mediterranean furnishings are tasteful and cozy - you immediately feel like you're on vacation. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly and attentive staff, who provide a pleasant atmosphere with a lot of warmth. The dishes are fresh, authentic and prepared with a lot of love - from tender gyros to perfectly seasoned souvlaki. A place where you feel welcome and completely comfortable!

Very good value for money for very tasty food (with very large portions) and mostly very good service, with a very committed boss. On weekends you should definitely reserve a table as it is always full. The service is very child-friendly, friendly and nice. I was looking forward to a nice evening, but unfortunately I was disappointed right from the start. I order a non-alcoholic beer, I promptly received this, not just that. It would be served with a derogatory saying and attitude. Quote: "If there was a stone floor here, I would immediately throw it on the floor." The second beer would be answered with “who gets something like that?” served. I didn't feel like having any more drinks. Sometimes food can make a lot of things good. But if you order something with broccoli in Paros, you get two broccoli florets. If there was a mistake, it was repeated in three dishes.

We ordered the food to take away and unfortunately couldn't complain about it. The tzatziki was really bad, it tingled and burned my tongue. This is probably a known problem if you look at the previous reviews. Unfortunately, the garlic potatoes were totally dry. The 2 stars are for the quick preparation of the food (15-20 minutes)

There were three of us there. Very friendly staff. The table was served quickly with drinks and food. The starters were awesome, but for the main course I personally found the gyros a bit more overdone than too soft. Portions were okay, but not enough without starters. Price performance okay.

Very cozy location, the staff friendly and accommodating. Food came quickly and was incredibly good. I was only a little disappointed with the side salad; I was expecting more variety. Just unseasoned white cabbage with 2 cucumber slices. That's why only 4 stars.

Very cozy Greek restaurant, with friendly and courteous staff. Ambiance inside very nice, outside OK. Large selection on the menu, good value for money, normal price structure. The dishes we ordered were very tasty and the portion size was normal. We found it very nice to get an ouzo beforehand. Yamas. The only point of complaint would be the side salad, which in no way meets the standards of a Greek.

The best Greek in Potsdam. Lunch specials are cheap and the portions are sufficient to "I'll have the rest packed for me". Service and ambience are top notch. You should reserve a table for the evening, Paros is always full; that speaks for itself. Update at the end of July: today we were there again there. The waiting time was a little longer because it was quite busy. Prices have gone up a bit, that is like that everywhere. The lunch menu is quite diverse, the prices are still ok. And the food was really very good again and the lunch portions were optimal for me from the crowd. As usual, there is the ouzo in advance and that is also very good. The salad was a bit mildly seasoned. The Metaxa sauce was again more than tasty, the croquettes were not drowned in fat, so it was ideal and the chicken was nice and tender. It was beautiful here again in May 2024. There was a new employee who was also nice and friendly. At the beginning of September 2024 it was very tasty again 😋 here.

I have known this restaurant for 30 years, starting in Werder. Yesterday it tasted like the first day. The service was good and the prices are like everywhere else.

The food is good. But the price-performance ratio doesn't suit me. For example, Saganaki almost 10€ and not even nicely prepared is a shame. We were only served what was necessary. I would have liked to drink more, but unfortunately it's no fun when you're literally ignored. Ouzo was hardly available, so we bought it.

Nice service, but that's about it. There was no eating at all. Garlic potatoes were obviously from lunch and warmed up again. They were really chips, totally dried out. After complaints there were new ones that were a little better.

We were there with a large group of 24 people and were served extremely quickly and well! My “Christina plate” was excellent! Delicious bifteki, spicy gyros and a delicious souflaki. If you order a “giant boulette”, you really get a huge portion (approx. 700g).

This great “Greek” has been here in Babelsberg for around 28 years. Nice terrace on the street, nice winter garden at the back and a nice restaurant with delicious Greek cuisine and typical Greek hospitality. Definitely go.

Worst experience with a Greek restaurant I've ever had: - “Garlic bread” was not fully baked, hardly any garlic, barely crispy - Tzatziki wasn't consistent and for the price you can prepare it yourself at a much higher quality - Garlic"""sauce""" was a cream with the consistency of tzatziki (went back and was taken off the bill """out of good luck""") - Onion soup from the Knorr collection with half a slice of Gouda was the least worth the price of all - Beans (42) were not described in more detail on the menu, I assumed green beans (I see it as my mistake) + ""tomato sauce" which tastes like a can/bag and feta which tastes less like sheep's cheese and more like goat's cheese , hardly seasoned - scalloped potatoes (45) nothing special, little cheese but otherwise mediocre + price-performance ratio is okay - Garlic potatoes were crispy, but not enough garlic and around €5 is a bit steep - Metaxa sauce was clearly too creamy, too sweet, hardly aromatic, not very typical Metaxa taste Conclusion: the food was more often bad than mediocre, but the real shocker is the price-performance ratio Service: partly friendly and courteous, partly rude and blunt. We noted that we had ordered a garlic sauce and not cream, whereupon the plate was put away without a word and without any questions or answers. Exactly the same with empty plates. After we finished and waited for almost 20 minutes, I went to the checkout myself as the waiters didn't seem to see us.

Since I haven't eaten Greek for a long time, I was very happy to be invited at short notice. I really like eating gyros with garlic potatoes mmmmhhh, but it wasn't as good as I had hoped. Very cartilaginous, firm, partly black and dry flesh. The potato slices looked fried and had zero flavor. But the house wine was good and helped. The waitress could have been more attentive, she was at the table once to order and once to pay. The minimalist lighting was tiring, you could hardly read the map, luckily there was a cell phone with a flashlight. I have nothing against romance. It doesn't have to happen again because it can be done better.

Food is good, just not served together with the food of the companions. Despite being so reserved and practiced repeatedly, we were banned from playing Skat without prior notice. We were very upset and won't be coming back.

Yesterday our paros era ended, there was no reason other than happy togetherness eating, drinking, playing, but we were banned from playing, without warning, so to speak... the reservation to play Skat was accepted on the same day, and all 7 players also gave their order nicely. Then it happened, out of the cold, so to speak: the young waiter banned us from playing, because playing cards in restaurants is now forbidden. It didn't take long to look for other reasons that we could understand; it stayed at that: because it's forbidden, that's it! We all looked at each other, April 1st was long over... there was no exception for that evening either. 2 players always come from Berlin to play... our colorful group had a tough time yesterday. Words/quote: "as if you agreed to meet in the swimming pool and then were banned from swimming after paying entry...." To cut a long story short: we then had a wonderful and fun evening of skating at Happy Hour next door. Paros will never see anyone from our large, well-connected team in Potsdam again... Adios, Arrivederci, Au revoir

Price, performance, service and ambience are very good. The fries were not good, fried too short?!? The gyros, lamb, souflaki and dessert were very good. We would be happy to come back and recommend it to others.

The best Greek in Potsdam and by far... super delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere

Simple things are really okay, like bifteki or gyros. But Metaxasauce, for example, is totally boring and just creamy, casseroles don't work, the taste is terrible. My side dish, garlic potatoes, were floating in oil or frying fat, not edible. I was there for lunch once and my meat was raw inside. The salad before a meal is also absolutely not my thing, just coleslaw from a single... Anyone who thinks there are no better Greeks in Potsdam has no plan.
