Best Greek restaurant. I had a very, very tasty steak with delicious garlic potatoes, highly recommended. The young waiter was also super friendly and passionate about serving.

We stopped by for dinner spontaneously and found a nice spot in the garden area. The service was friendly, and the food arrived relatively quickly. The positive thing is that the dishes are homemade, and we enjoyed them. It's a shame, but you can hardly blame the restaurant for that; it's just that they've adapted to the local clientele. This, of course, somewhat detracts from the 100% Greek ambiance. The appetizer platter was delicious. The main course was good, and the homemade dessert, galaktoboureko, was also impressive. We'll be back.

The service was poor. The waiter was new, wrote down everything, and still forgot everything. The restrooms were terrible, with loose toilet lids and empty towel racks. The pan-fried dish arrived on the plate without the cheese on top as requested. A real shame, as we are/were regulars and we know much better.

The food was a total flop. Overpriced and poorly presented. The waiters were unmotivated and bored.

Let's start with the service. Unfortunately, everything took a very long time, and they were also very rude and didn't listen properly, let alone ask questions. Unfortunately, the food was quite cold, or had too much salt, pepper, or something else. The ambiance was the only good thing about the evening; it was really nicely decorated. Ultimately, I have to say it was very disappointing at Akropolis. I won't be going back.

The food was okay, but nothing more. Service was mediocre, the staff didn't stop to ask how we were. They didn't even bother to ask if we enjoyed our meal. Poorly presented... The sanitary facilities were outdated, the restrooms smelled of drains, the fixtures were beyond worn, and cleaning supplies were left in the restrooms. I wouldn't go there again.

Yes, what can I say 🤔The stuffed garlic bread is highly recommended 🙏The grill plate was, compared to my salmon, a dream, visually and also in terms of taste 👍and still €2 cheaper👍We found the service very unfriendly - when we took the order, for example. E.g. everywhere, just didn't look at the guest - it was very empty, so it couldn't have been due to stress🙄It's a shame, for the very tasty cuisine😢

Unfortunately, the service and the food have changed for the worse in recent years. We didn't feel welcome today, no ouzo to say goodbye and no nice goodbye, nice evening. Very unfortunate.

We found it to be conditionally recommended, still ok for a spontaneous visit, overall at best average. Neither the food (e.g. loveless side salad) nor the atmosphere particularly appealed to us. There is a large parking lot in the immediate vicinity.

For the fourth time in a row, I've paid €80 for this tasteless, over-salted crap! The first three times, I thought, OK, it happens. But I've crossed the line! If I want white cabbage and onions in a salad, I'll go to REWE, not the Greek restaurant! In the last two years, the quality has dropped by 200%! Never again...

My visit to Acropolis Restaurant was not as expected. Service left something to be desired as staff were inattentive and orders took a long time to be taken and served. The food was not up to expectations and the value for money was not convincing. The toilets were not maintained and the smell was noticeable even in the dining area, which significantly detracted from the dining experience. Overall, there is room for improvement in these areas.

Too bad. Mixed salad at the front. However, this has nothing to do with the fabulous Greek salads. Meat was ok, but the baked potatoes were moist and sour, no roasted aromas, the pasta rice was lukewarm and bland, tzatziki without any kick, according to the menu, there were a lot of stuffed grape leaves but only one piece on the plate. Is anything made here at all? You had to ask for bread and there was no olive oil on the table. By the way, I'm talking about the Acropolis plate for 24.50 euros. Waiter curt. Found by chance for a short-term visit with a friend. The food, in my case the lamb plate, was very good. However, we were sitting at the table in the middle and someone was constantly walking past us because it was once the path to the toilet and the kitchen. In addition, it was very drafty in the middle of the room. The condition of the sanitary facilities wasn't that nice either. The service was very friendly and good. The potential for five stars is there :).

The food was tasty, although a bit greasy due to all the sauce. There was an ouzo as a welcome and nightcap.

We were there with children for my daughter's birth. 4 adults and 2 children. The table was reserved in a reasonable size and we were immediately offered a children's chair for the smallest. As usual, there was ouzo as a welcome and a juice mixture for the children so that they could toast. Everyone enjoyed the food from starter to dessert and the price was more than reasonable! So we will come back 👍

When the weather was nice, we looked for a place outside, well, the outside area isn't exactly nice, but it was shaded... it was pleasant given the outside temperature. The serving staff was nice, the plate with the ordered food was well filled and tasty. At the end there was two ouzo per person.

The woman did a complete renovation, ordered a tzatziki and told the boss that they would only order the main course if they saw the whole game, the boss was very friendly Answered that if only 2 people stay he can't stay until the end. Everything was perfect, the boss, the food and the service. The best thing is that everything laughed later that night

European Championship final between Spain and England. The innkeeper advertises public viewing. So reserve seats. We order drinks. Then the waiter says: Kitchen closes at 9 p.m. The restaurant closes at 10 p.m. Then comes the ordered food. Bread very dry. The main course leaves almost untouched. Actually a disgrace. After the first half we leave the restaurant and decide: Never again!

The excessive “politeness” is getting annoying.

We happened to pass by here during our vacation. The food is simply delicious and the portions are very large.

Ambiance was nice, nice staff, but unfortunately they couldn't keep an eye on everything. There wasn't that much on the plates, but it's a good thing ;) Some pieces of meat were a bit rubbery and unfortunately the tzatziki wasn't that good and after 30 minutes I had to get out urgently :( I've never had the Greek d** *rchfall :((( a shame. That's why only 2 stars for the food.

There are delicious meat meals at fair prices. We only waited about 15 minutes for our food. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were regularly asked if we needed anything else. Children are welcome. Right at the beginning there is a jar of colored pencils and a children's menu to color in.

The fast service is positive. The portion size is small compared to other Greeks and the price-performance ratio is therefore inadequate. All of the side dishes were not cooked through. The children's plate was prepared without sauce and carelessly. The request to please fry the meat was not accepted and it had to be returned twice, only with the waiter rolling his eyes.

I am disappointed with the value for money. The taste was okay and the portion was quite small. A price of almost €20 is not justified.

We were there on Saturday evening, luckily with a reservation. It was very full and therefore we had to wait a long time for our food. The food was very good. In summer you can also sit outside. Parking on the street or in the parking lot opposite.

Nice Greek restaurant with typical local dishes. Good price/performance ratio, good service. Cozy seating outside in summer. Before the menu there is the obligatory ouzo. Unfortunately, the starter salad comes without dressing!

Acropolis only gets 2 stars because I don't think it's typical Greek food. I've eaten one or two gyros in my life. Therefore, I would not include the gyros offered here. Even a typical Greek salad (tuna salad) would probably have tasted different in a typical Greek restaurant. Price/performance doesn't match.

We have been guests at this restaurant for many years and will not go there again. Even before the big VAT increase that restaurateurs will face from January 2024, dishes that we have been ordering again and again for a long time and have therefore clearly noticed the price increase were sometimes added €5 (!). I don't want to insinuate anything, but the wine tasted strangely watery and the (German) waiter was unable to share a bill. When I criticized him, he threw the receipt on the table and said that "we should work it out ourselves." He reacted really aggressively and the farewell ouzo was immediately suppressed. I've never experienced anything like this, as a guest I'm not responsible for creating the invoice? As I said, the frequent changes in personnel only led to the abyss - never to be seen again, which is a shame.

Das Essen war bisher immer sehr lecker, allerdings würde ich mir etwas kleinere Gerichte für weniger Geld wünschen - dann schaffe ich auch mal ein Essen mit Vor- und Nachspeise & muss nicht jedes Mal wieder was mitnehmen 😅 Der Service ist auch immer sehr nett und es wirkt stets sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Portionen sind aber (für mein Empfinden) wirklich mächtig.

Nettes griechisches Restaurant im Kirchsteigfeld! Größe und Ambiente sind ok, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich! Es gab den obligatorischen Ouzo vorweg und das Essen wurde zügig an den Tisch gebracht! Vorab gab es einen Salat, den fand ich eher mittelmäßig mit wenig Dressing. Das Hauptgericht wiederum war sehr gut! Dort kann man also problemlos Essen gehen...wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Es ist immer sehr frisch drinnen, da muss mann sich warm anziehen. Was ich immer eigenartig finde. Du bestellst knoblauch Kartoffeln und tzaziki aber riechst nicht am nächsten Tag nach knoblauch wie wenn wir aus anderen Restaurant gehen.

Solide griechische Küche zu angemessenen Preisen. Guter Service, unser Gyros war lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir sind öfter zu Gast im Akropolis und immer wieder begeistert. Unlängst haben wir u.a. die warme Vorspeisenplatte probiert und nicht alles geschafft. Die "Reste" wurden uns gut verpackt mitgegeben. Sie waren in der Mitnehmbox sehr appetitlich einsortiert und luden geradezu ein verspeist zu werden. So hatten wir am Tag danach und einem kurzen Aufwärmen noch einmal den wundervollen Duft und Geschmack des Essens aus dem Akropolis.

Wir wurden von einer freundlichen Bedienung empfangen. Auch unsere kleinen Extrawünsche wurden uns problemlos erfüllt. Das Essen war lecker 😋 und reichlich. Ich kann das Restaurant mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Ich werde mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Sehr tolles Ambiente und sehr gutes Essen dort

Der Service war freundlich und stets bemüht. Aber warum läuft der Kellner mit einer Jeans, die ihm förmlich " in den Kniekehlen" hängt? Der Tisch war nicht sauber, sondern voller Krümel von den vorherigen Gästen. Das Essen war unterer Durchschnitt. Die Bifetki mussten wir noch mal zurückschicken, weil sie nicht richtig durch gebraten waren, obwohl wir das bei der Bestellung ausdrücklich gewünscht hatten. Die Zwiebeln zum Steak waren nicht geröstet, sondern glasig im Öl "gebadet". Beim Knoblauchbrot wurde stark an der Füllung gespart, so dass es sehr trocken war. Das große Bier war nicht richtig kalt und schmeckte abgestanden. Einzig die Berliner Weiße war kalt und schmeckte prima. So wurden unsere Erwartungen leider in keinem Punkt erfüllt.

Gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.

Der Service war sehr freundlich und wie mussten auch nicht lange warten. Da wir nur im Recht schönen Außenbereich waren, kann ich nicht nicht sagen, wie es drinnen ist. Aber ich vermute genauso sauber und freundlich wie im Außenbereich. Das Essen war soweit recht gut, allerdings sind die Portionen echt riesig. Die Schnitzelpfanne wirkte eher nicht wie eine Pfanne. Die Preise sind etwas hoch, aber bei den riesigen Portionen kein Wunder.
