Restaurant Palmengarten in Heringsdorf

No, unfortunately not, but we were hungry. The ambiance is dated. Okay. The food, however, was simply not good for a 4-star hotel/restaurant. The service was nice, but rather inattentive and uninformed. Overall, we felt rather unwelcome—perhaps it was due to the 8:00 p.m. reservation after a long journey. Unfortunately, this wasn't worthy of a 4-star rating, neither the hotel nor the restaurant, nor the value for money.

The ambiance is fine and the service friendly! However, I can't give it 5 stars: the waitress didn't take down our orders and had to ask us repeatedly what we had ordered; we sat for a long time without drinks; if I order a guinea fowl breast, I don't want a leg on my plate; and the wait between courses was long. There were no non-alcoholic aperitifs. It's a shame.

We would like to thank you for the hospitality at your hotel. The massage was a dream, the way he performed it. The head waiter was excellent; he made it possible to organize the meals.
