Service war freundlich und ok. Essen ūberteuert, und gechmacklich verbesserungswūrdig. Bratkartoffel nicht frisch...nur klassisch so dargestellt. In Summe Preis/Leistung nicht empehlenswert.....Leider

The worst 'restaurant' around. Since we as hotel guests didn't know that the hotel restaurant only served with a prior reservation, we had to switch to the bistro. There is the veal schnitzel from the deep fryer and the very Aldente potato salad is made hot in the microwave but the crowning glory is the flank steak for 50 euros, about 120 g cut into slices, the meat gray and tough like Yuchten leather. The burgers for 26 euros are a joke. We recommend avoiding the part as far as possible.

It's a shame that the one I ordered wasn't comparable to the schnitzel that I'm used to from other places. The "potato salad" that came with it wasn't worth the money either. My food was by no means worth the money that was asked for but also paid by me. Pity, that was a failure!!!

Had a waterfront burger with beef. Okay, the pattie was medium fried as requested. However, the pattie was far too thick and compact for my taste. It was quite firm and difficult to chew. It reminded me of frozen patties. It's a real shame about the Wagyu beef. After the first few bites I wanted to switch to the Fallafelburger. The briochebun and the truffle sauce were very tasty, as was the coleslaw. Fries were also good and came simply with ketchup and mayo. I didn't find value for money appropriate. I paid 28 EUR for a mediocre burger with side dishes.

We ended up here by chance. Eating was a disaster instead of 3 matjes only 2 on the plate fried potatoes probably frozen goods not fried properly very small salad [11.00 euros] Recommendation we should order some cheese with it simply delivered without any price indication + 9.00 euros. Price-performance ratio is an absolute rip-off. Is that worthy of a Steigenberger hotel.

Eine Stunde warten auf eine Suppe und eine kalte Vorspeise, eine weitere Stunde auf Spaghetti. Wenn Ihnen das nichts ausmacht, sind Sie hier richtig, denn gekocht wird ausgezeichnet. Allerdings kostet das seinen Preis.

Wir sind das zweite Mal hier und nun leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Ambiente ist super, nur ist heute der Service eine einzige Katastrophe. Von ignoriert werden bis 15 Minuten zur Getränke Bestellung ( die ich dann selbst in die Hand nahm) war es wirklich schlecht. Man muss erwähnen, dass bei mindestens 5 Mitarbeitenden und ca . 6 besetzten Tischen keine feststellbare Auslastung gegeben war. Sehr sehr Schade!

My obvious walking disability made no difference. (mark aG) When I asked, I was looked at and asked if I was a house guest. Under these circumstances I will never be. Unfortunately, the Waterfront is an absolute desert of service when it comes to this topic. We were customers for many years and the coffee/cake was a highlight. Now for the first time since Corona - but unfortunately very disappointed. Service on the terrace only after asking inside, then a snippy waitress who didn't know her own menu. Tartuffo tasted good, but based on the other review pictures we probably forgot any garnish. 10€ for 1 ball - hmmm. The crowning glory was the New York Cheesecake (see photo). Yes delicious. But a bit small - also 10€. Payment with card only possible in the house due to... bad internet. I thought those times were over. All in all €41 for coffee and cake and the feeling of not being welcome. The Steigenberger has lost us as customers.

Staff super nice. Food not good, especially in terms of price-performance ratio. It seems like simple, warmed-up ready-made food, with no creativity or attention to quality. Certainly not appropriate for the hotel.

Chic beach restaurant with delicious food at reasonable prices.

Unfortunately far too expensive for the quality of the food. Wilted salads and dry schnitzel are a must in this price range. A pity

“Reservations are generally only possible at 6 p.m.” - Sorry, no go. Flexibility is zero. But there is a good restaurant around the corner - Heinrichs. With easy online reservation. Go there!

Okayish Restaurant. 10€ for a bottle of water is outrageous. I’m happy with spending money but what you get for what you pay is not a great deal. They are dog friendly, so that was a plus.

The service and the ambience were very nice but unfortunately the food was not worth the price. Here you count the location, which is fine, but if you want to eat delicious food there are much better and cheaper alternatives in the area.

Price-performance not good. We were hotel guests and thought we would have dinner at the Waterfront. Burger for €28 very bad, bun was way too hard. Nothing special in terms of taste. My wife ordered a vegan dish, unfortunately only 1 dish to choose from. Lukewarm Hookaido pumpkin. What arrived? Pumpkin pureed, three small “blobs” Very very cheeky, for €26. Drinks are also way too expensive, beer 0.5l for 7€. We won't be coming back.

Actually a nice restaurant that we really enjoyed visiting. But the fun really ends at EUR 10.00 for a 0.75 liter water bottle. Drink prices themselves are very expensive, something that urgently needs to be improved. The purchase price of these mineral water bottles is probably EUR 0.80 per bottle. 10.00 EUR on sale is a rip-off. As long as the price remains this high, we will visit the neighboring restaurants in the future.

As guests at the Steigenberger, we also had to try out the in-house bistro. Maritime atmosphere, relaxed, light music, very friendly service. The food was really very tasty and ended the evening nicely. Rump steak that you could mash with a fork and prawns as soft as butter. We will be back definitely.

The beach restaurant spoiled us with culinary delights. The dishes were freshly prepared and full of flavor. The burger in particular was a highlight. The relaxed atmosphere near the beach made the meal a great experience.

Top service and price performance

Very nice upscale restaurant with a modern ambience that invites you to feel good. The food and homemade drinks were delicious, fresh and of high quality. Furthermore, we were served in a friendly and courteous manner. There are vegan and vegetarian alternatives to meat and fish. We would love to come here again.

Monday evening with live music was great. Nice service, great ambience.

The food was delicious but the service was poor. We waited about 1 hour for our main course. The Sanddorn Liqueur tasted like a lipstick.

The food wasn't particularly good and it was a disgrace for the prices. Dishes do not correspond to the prices! You pay €7 for a Coke alone… Not recommended

We went to the Waterfront for dinner yesterday. Starter received 10 minutes after ordering - 2x fish soup for 14 euros with a small piece of fish per plate. Main course after 35 minutes. I had veal schnitzel with potato salad. The schnitzel was good, I didn't like the K. salad. We also ate burgers and fish and chips. Food overall okay - but expensive. Feeling like in a fast food restaurant. Service friendly. Overall, however, we were disappointed - price-performance incompatible.

Far too expensive for what is offered. I also said that I would be happy to pay EUR 17 for a good leaf salad. Even if you have to pay another EUR 8 extra for the turkey strips. But only if it is served accordingly and not in a “starter bowl” with a diameter of 20 cm. That just doesn't fit together!

Einfache Hotelküche, dafür überteuert. Nichts ist schlecht aber für den Preis einfach herzlos und unkreativ.

Gemütlich gehobenes Ambiente,sehr freundlicher Service, das Essen und die Getränke waren köstlich . Es gibt ein Glas Wasser zum Milchkaffee und einen Glashalm im Coktail. Ich habe mich ausgesprochen willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank! Das war ein guter Start in den Urlaub.

Staff was friendly, unfortunately a bit untrained. The food looked Great, the taste was standard...my Team was ordered medium-rare and I got almost well done.... Same for the Burger, medium ordered we got well done... Just in case you think I am too picky, the Burger comes at a price for €26, so this should better be as being ask for....

Das Essen ist gut, aber nicht besonders, die Preise daher nicht ganz gerechtfertigt. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich.

Wir haben hier zum Abendessen sehr gut gespeist Kleine Karte, die aber verschiedene Geschmäcker abdeckt, Fisch, Fleisch, vegetarisch Alles sehr schmackhaft mit gewissem Pepp und Portionen passend Schön angerichtet und frisch zubereitet, Kleine Anpassungen unproblematisch Schneller, zuvorkommender und sehr freundlicher Service Preislich höher angesetzt, gehört halt zum Steigenberger Luxus Hotel

Nettes Lokal, allerdings aus meiner Sicht besser im Außenbereich Wärmestrahler, Holzofen und Decken, alles prima Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Keine Top Bewertung da die zwei Cocktails ziemlich kleine Gläser hatten und viel zu viel Eis gemessen am Getränk hatten, schade Hatte für 12 Euro pro Cocktail etwas mehr erwartet

Das Bistro & Bar Waterfront ist ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Bistro mit einem netten Service und gutem Essen. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist maritim angehaucht und passt selbstverständlich zu der Lage und dem Essen. Ein kleiner Snack zum Teilen oder ein komplettes Essen, hier findet sicherlich jede/r etwas.

Location Sehr schöne Lage und einladend gestaltet Service Begrüßung na ja ... etwas hochnäsig Die Bedienung durch eine junge Kollegin war sehr sehr gut ... Freundlich zuvorkommend Speise Käsekuchen und Tartufo ... war nett angerichtet aber geschmacklich sehr einfach und damit meiner Meinung nach viel zu teuer ... Preis Leistung passt nicht!

Der Service ist nett, die Location an der Strandpromenade auch. Die Preise steigen jedes Jahr jedoch heftig weiter. Eine Flasche Wasser kostet dort mittlerweile 9 €..

Personal freundlich, Essen eher nicht gut, Tagliatelle weich, lagen in der bitteren Rindfleisch Sauce usw

War in Ordnung, das/der Kartoffelstampf ist nicht zu empfehlen, lag sicher an den alten Kartoffeln, es fehlten Butter, Muskat, heiße Milch, Salz und es wR zu stueckig. Sonst alles edel, Massregelungen sogar auf der Toilette.

Der Waterfront-Burger ist ok, aber die gleiche Qualität bekommt man auch für deutlich geringeren Preis. Der Service war in Ordnung. Die Location direkt an der Promenade ist sehr schick.

Wenn ich auf Usedom bin, muss mindestens einmal hier gegessen werden. Echt super super lecker, freundliches Personal. Kann ich zu 100% empfehlen

Sehr nette Lokation. Allerdings ist es fraglich ob 11 und 12 Euro für einen kleinen Coktail gerechtfertigt sind.
