We had made a reservation beforehand and were a group of 10. The service was outstanding! The owner took all our orders (including special requests) without any paper, just from memory! Not a single mistake when we received our food! Much respect! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals! The portions were generous! Best regards!

What was intended as a last resort turned out to be a real stroke of luck! After an eventful day in Bremen, spent all day on our feet, we didn't want to walk too far, and Notos was very close by. Even just walking in was a pleasure, being greeted so warmly. The service was very attentive, the food was delicious and arrived quickly, and the portions were generous. Due to health issues, I had to leave more than the usual amount of food on my plate, and the waitress immediately asked if everything was alright, if I hadn't enjoyed my meal. Yes, indeed, the food was truly excellent, and we had the leftovers packed up. We've already recommended it to friends, and we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Bremen!

Very nice Greek restaurant in the heart of Bremen

Saturday evening, we tried it on a whim. Even though a large group was already eating, we were allowed in, along with our dog (provided it was quiet). Portions are generous, so a main course is more than enough for average eaters. Dishes are served with delicious rice. Ouzo is on the house. Delicious lamb chops and souvlaki. Highly recommended!

The food is delicious and the portions generous. Unfortunately, the service was unsatisfactory due to understaffing. Perhaps they shouldn't accommodate so many guests at one table if they can't accommodate them all! A long time passed before we could pay. I recommend checking the receipt; our receipt listed four ouzos that we didn't drink. We only noticed this after we had already left the restaurant. Since we left Bremen shortly afterward, we couldn't request a refund. I'm not suggesting this was intentional, but because we wanted to leave quickly and had already spent too much time in the restaurant, we didn't check the receipt. We weren't the only ones who had to wait a very long time. We ended up paying over 20% in tip money, and the service was definitely not worth it! So check your receipts; this has never happened to us before. Nevertheless, we recommend the restaurant because the service was friendly and the food was delicious.

Charming, delicious and typically Greek

Good Greek restaurant. Friendly, attentive service, but as always, the portions were way too large. But of course, we took all the leftovers home because everything was so delicious.

We flew in at short notice with seven people on Saturday. They made room immediately. The chef was very friendly and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and plentiful. We would come back anytime.

We visited yesterday for the first time, even though we've wanted to go there many times. Now we took the chance with friends and were not disappointed. All the dishes were very appealing and tasted truly delicious. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

We were on a weekend trip to Bremen and ended up at Notos. And what can I say, it was fantastic throughout! Two of us had the appetizer platter and each had a main course, and we could barely finish it all. And all that with the excellent quality of the food. Perfectly seasoned, and the quality of the meat is unfortunately far too rare. The service was friendly, and we felt completely at home. We'll eat there again on our next city trip to Bremen! Highly recommended!

We were able to host a family celebration at Notos. Service was very flexible, food was very good and came quickly. Typical vegetarian/vegan Greek dishes can also be ordered. We were here for the first time today and absolutely loved it! The food was very tasty, the service was friendly and quick. We had the meze platter and a gyros for two and didn't make it.

Bei einem Wochenendausflug nach Bremen haben wir das Fisherman's Seafood entdeckt. Wer Fisch mag, muss hier hin. Frische Scholle und Backfischvariationen waren Top. Die Beilagen sehr lecker und der Grauburgunder passte auch. Im ersten Moment etwas versteckt haben wir den Eingang gefunden. Top Prei / Leistung!

Порции, действительно, большие, атмосфера дружелюбная, рыба свежая и даже картофельный салат самоего хорошего качества. Помещение светлое, народу было достаточно, но не чересчур. Возможно, я не стала бы рекомендовать место для романтического свидания, но в остальных случаях - безусловно.

Super lækkert mad, kan virkelig se og smage at der er fokus på de gode råvarer. Kompetent personale. Det er helt sikkert et sted vi kommer igen hvis vi kommer tilbage til Bremen.

Super Service, sehr frischer und auf den Punkt gebratener Fisch. Gute Getränke, guter Wein! Hervorragende Dips vor dem Essen. Respekt vom Hobbykoch. Die convenience-Hollandaise könnte man ersetzen mit einer Zitronen- oder Nussbutter, die ist einfach und schnell herzustellen! Insgesamt hervorragender Laden, den wir weiterempfehlen können.

We ended up here spontaneously after reviews and proximity. My farmer's skewer was very good, although 1 or 2 pieces of pork could have used some more time on the grill. According to my friend, gyros are also good. Therefore a little deduction for the meat and for the noise in the restaurant caused by children. All in all, not quite the same as my local Greek but absolutely fair and within limits.

It was a tip from the family. We didn't regret it. Great value for money, the food was freshly prepared and served. The meat is soft, tender and fried to perfection, the gyros are excellent. I can fully recommend the Notos restaurant, full 5 stars...

Exactly how it tastes in Greece and beautifully grilled. We had a great meal and even the free ouzo was high quality stuff. Friendly staff that had trouble speaking English but with some basic German you’ll get there. Though Greek restaurants are often good and rarely bad it’s worth noting that this one stands out. Not the most beautiful restaurant you’ll ever see, but the chairs were really comfy. I’d pick that over ‘fancy but my a** hurts’ any day.

Aufgrund der bisherigen Bewertungen haben wir das Lokal besucht. Wir haben „Feinste Filets“ (Rotbarsch und Seelachs mit Ratatouille Gemüse und Kartoffelpüree) sowie Kabeljaufilet auf Kürbisrisotto gegessen. Das Essen war HERVORRAGEND. Der Weißwein war gekühlt und passte sehr gut zum Essen. Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Dieses Lokal ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Greek food has never been so GOOD in Germany! We have been to countless Greeks. In southern Germany and in the north. But that was by far the best! Unfortunately we live at the other end of DE otherwise we would come regularly!

Went there for dinner yesterday without reserving a table beforehand. The restaurant is small but okay. We got a table at the back as we had luggage and our daughter with us. The lady who served us seemed unmotivated to us. We ordered Gyros Metaxa with rice, chicken breast fillet with Metaxa and fries. Our daughter only wanted pasta, which got us horrified looks. The owner(?) asked us nicely if the pasta could be dressed in butter. We affirmed this. A little later the coleslaw arrived. Unfortunately totally over salted and inedible. When we told the lady this, she shook her head and didn't go into it any further. We thought that it could happen, but the fact that the service wasn't interested in it was news to us. Unfortunately, we later discovered that the chicken breast in Metaxa was also too salty. After eating we also shared this with the service lady. Apparently she also told the chef this but only came back with "he seems to have some problems" instead of an apology. Since there was no excuse, we thought maybe there would be a small compensation, for example the drinks would be on the house or at least one drink. Unfortunately, since we didn't receive anything from this, we cannot recommend this restaurant. My husband and I also work in the catering industry (as a cook and waitress) and do not understand this indifference at all.

Als Vorspeise hatten wir eine Bouillabaisse des Nordens, die sehr dezent, aber trotzdem schmackhaft gewürzt war. Danach je eine lecker-knusprige Portion gebackenen Kabeljau mit Kartoffelsalat und einen Gurkensalat. Vom hanseatisch-freundlichen Personal wurden wir gut bedient und fühlten uns entsprechend wohl.

У нас была простая цель - поесть рыбы. Для этого ресторан подходит как нельзя лучше. Брали "лучшую рыбу в городе" и фишбургер с лососем. рыба свежая, её много, всё реально вкусно. Надо понимать, что это чисто немецкие радости, то есть, большие порции, немного небрежная подача и обслуживание "с перчиком". Но качество еды реально хорошее, это заметно даже не столько по рыбе (это как бы само собой подразумевается), сколько по гарниру. Хрустящий и не перемасленный картофель-фри и очень достойный картофельный салат (который я обычно не ем, но тут- с удовольствием).
