Food was great and service was very friendly. However, the food was served relatively late. So next time just reserve a little earlier... What I didn't like at all, however, was the crowd of people sitting right outside the front door. It is not particularly pleasant for children or pregnant women to have to walk through this cloud of smoke.

The best real Greek in DE we have ever eaten at. And there were some! Our dear Aegean native Greek in HB-Huchting. He remains this way and has been this way for well over a decade! Maria, Jurgos (hope we spelled it correctly) and her husband, the excellent chef, always make every effort to ensure a welcome, cozy and truly Mediterranean Greek atmosphere. In addition, the price-performance ratio is still good. There is also a well-ventilated smoking area, comfortably separated by a window. It should also be mentioned that there is the now rare freshly tapped Haake Beck Kräusen. Real Greek ouzo too, of course. Our favorites include the Aegean plate and the broccoli casserole, as well as starters tzatziki, grilled peppers, kalamatio olives and a tzatziki plate together with the small rolls and the homemade herb butter as well as the tzatziki round off the evenings. There are also changing buffet days and delicious desserts. The Greek honey yogurt is worth a sin. But as we all know, tastes are different. So convince yourself. The food/drinks menu has a lot to offer from Greek and even international cuisine (see homepage). It's definitely worth a visit for anyone who hasn't been there yet. We and our entire circle of friends, families and acquaintances are always happy to come back at any time. Good infrastructural connections and parking facilities are available. Pick-up orders also run smoothly even during the Corona period.

I was looking forward to a piece of liver at Christmas and the waiter said they didn't have it because there were only 3 dishes on the menu. I think it's a shame. The food didn't taste good either, the fries were very hard and the meat was also quite tough and just didn't taste very tasty

Friendly and very hard working, perfect price performance.

Beforehand we got delicious, warm rolls with aioli. We ate from the buffet (€16.50 on Thursdays). There were various antipasti, tomato rice and potatoes. Gyros gratinated, chicken in cream sauce and beef liver (unfortunately it was already empty / not refilled). There was dessert (small cakes or something similar. I didn't try it). And you were allowed to help yourself at the salad bar :). It was all very tasty ♡. We were very satisfied for the price and even if you ordered from the menu, the dishes were cheap and looked good to the other guests. The staff was very friendly, always approachable and accommodating. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Gladly again :)

Bad service. You come in and are taken to your seat and given dry rolls with alioli. Then you have to wait until someone appears and takes drinks. As soon as everything has been picked up you can go to the salad bar, but it is empty. After multiple hints it takes almost 1 hour is refilled.

The Aegean is typical like all Greek restaurants both in terms of ambience and menu. There is little exciting here. But the food is ok and the service is very friendly and quick.

We've been eating here for many years. We've never been disappointed. The food is great. The prices are also okay. Not to mention the friendliness of Gorgie and Ata. We're always happy to come back.

Really nice restaurant. I find the furnishings very cozy, slightly rustic and not too fancy. The service is very good and friendly. The food tastes good, the quantity fills you up and it isn't overly seasoned.

A good Greek restaurant with friendly service and various weekly offers that I like. You can sit well inside but also outside. The daily salad buffet is a very good idea! So you can put together your own side salad. I'll definitely continue to come here!

I've been there again for many years because I've lived somewhere else in the meantime and I took my current wife with me, who didn't know the place yet. She was immediately excited too. Very attentive and very friendly staff and the food was great 👌 Highly recommended 👍🏻 We will stop by more often now 😊

We received very friendly and courteous service here. The food was very tasty. The portions are huge. Unfortunately, there has been no smoking area there since March 2024. We'll look for another place with a smoking area.

Nice staff, buffet very carelessly prepared. The atmosphere is like at the train station, very bland. Prices are very good. However, a day later all three of us had serious stomach problems

I think it's a very good restaurant. The food is always great, e.g. Souwlaki, always delicious, juicy and not dry. The waitresses are always super nice. We will always come back and the price is great

I had dinner here with my family. I ordered a medium rare rump steak. Unfortunately I received a completely cooked steak that was very tender. I asked nicely to get a steak that was medium rare rather than well done. When the steak came back it was completely bloody. The waiter then got mad at me and told me snidely that the kitchen was now mad at me and that I was exaggerating in this matter. Reluctantly, the steak was then fried again. Impossible & unfriendly service - despite years of regular customers.

Grill plates on offer on Tuesdays. We recommend. Less than €10 for a very tasty plate with 4 types of meat.

New Year's Eve party was celebrated there, at a price of € 90. A large and rich buffet that everyone could help themselves to at any time, various starters and main courses as well as a good selection of desserts. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were reserved at the table. A DJ provided atmospheric music, music requests were fulfilled and a dance floor ensured an exuberant atmosphere. Praise for the staff, friendly, attentive and polite. Overall, a wonderful end to the year and highly recommended.

Auf Empfehlung guter Freunde, mit guten Freunden. Geben das gerne weiter. Tolles Essen, Preis/Leistung super. Salatbar zur Selbstbedienung. Sehr nette Bedienung. Kartenzahlung möglich. Es gibt einen abgeschlossenen Raucherbereich. Wenn der run dort los geht, die Tür zu dem Bereich öfter geöffnet wird, zieht der Geruch rüber, zumindest in näherer Umgebung, Gottseidank nicht so penetrant. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Gutes Essen in einer angenehmem Atmosphäre serviert von einem freundlichen Personal. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation nicht befriedigend aber der Bus hält ja fast vor der Tür. Im Sommer gibt es auch eine Außengastronomie.

Ich habe 111bestellt zu mitnehmen Kalamares in öl gebraten (waren voll mit Paniermehl),mitCocktail-Kneblausauce ,(war nicht da bei),Butter Reis (auch nicht da bei) . Nach den Anruf habe ich als Antwort bekommen das die fehlende Zutaten kosten nur 1.50.€.Sehr nette Antwort

Das Essen war schon mal besser aber noch in Ordnung . Das Personal sollte bitte mehr drauf achten das Familien mit den Kindern das Lokal nicht mit einem Spielplatz verwechseln sollten. Etwas mehr Ruhe und nicht geschreie von Kindern kann man als Gast erwarten da man in Ruhe sein Essen einnehmen möchte . Wir konnten bemerken das auch andere Gäste sich gestört fühlten . Man sollte diese Personen ruhig darauf hinweisen das sie nicht allein im Lokal sind . Wir werden es noch einmal versuchen und mit Freunden das Lokal besuchen .

Viele Nutzer und auch das Restaurant in der Speisekarte betiteln hier Garnelen als "Scampi" was so nicht stimmt und in Deutschland nicht erlaubt ist. Da kann man dann das Schweinenackensteak auch Wagyu 100% Beef nennen. Bitte ändern.

Netter Chef, nettes Personal, leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen (meistens so viel, dass es auch noch für eine zweite Mahlzeit reicht), also immer wieder gerne, wenn der Hunger auf gutes griechisches Essen kommt.

Ich habe in so vielen Restaurants griechisch gegessen , aber nichts war vergleichbar. Das Essen war vorzüglich. Ich hatte Leber, Gyros und Hacksteaks . Alles war auf den Punkt gebraten . Bei Leber ist das ja manchmal nicht so. Hier nicht ! Der Reis war richtig gut, oftmals ist der ja langweilig;-) Den Salat konnten wir von der Buffettheke selber aussuchen . Auch sehr gut. Ich war und bin noch immer begeistert. Dann war das Personal so freundlich und hat uns oft gefragt ,ob alles gut ist. Das war nicht aufdringlich oder nervig. Einfach nur sehr nett. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner Abend. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal . Danke

Sehr gutes Essen, preis-qualität ist sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, der Wartezeit ist komplettin Ordnung. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Buffet am Donnerstag ist nicht wirklich gut. Das was da ist ist OK, aber nicht wirklich mehr. Es sind verschiedene Antipasti im kleinen Umfang da, eine kleine Salat Bar und als Hauptgericht nur Giros mit Metaxasoße und Bifteki mit Käse (Hirten)... Es fehlt an Beilagen wie Reis oder Pommes... Nachtisch ist keine Auswahl da, nur Rote Grütze und Vanillesoße. Bedienung war genervt oder gestresst... Alles in allem habe ich mir mehr vorgestellt und war nicht zufrieden mit dem Angebot...

Es war wieder ein wunderbares Essen mit 25 € für Essen und Trinken kann man nur sagen super

Wirklich sehr nette Mitarbeiter und fix obwohl es sehr voll war. Die Saucen waren toll aber die Scampis schmeckten irgendwie nach nichts....also hatte woanders schon aromatischere. Nun ja war ja wirklich ein Super-Angebot (all you can eat) da möchte ich nicht meckern.

Lage ist sehr gut, Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich Klasse. Hier kann man wirklich noch Günstig gutes griechisches Essen bekommen. War jetzt nicht für mich geschmacklich nicht der "Beste Grieche" in Bremen, aber gut hat es trotzdem geschmeckt.Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen freundlich und alleine dafür würde ich wiederkommen. Im allem würde ich sagen durchaus empfehlenswert hier mal zu essen.

Am Karfreitagmittag überkam mich die Lust auf ein leckeres Gyros zum Mitnehmen. Nach einer angemessenen Wartezeit bekam ich auch das Essen. Zuhause dann die Enttäuschung: das Fleisch war nur lauwarm, zäh und trocken. Vermutlich noch die Reste vom Vortag. Konnte nur ein paar Bissen runterkriegen. Der Rest landete in der Mülltonne. Irgendwie hat es schon System, Gästen, die Speisen mitnehmen, nur minderwertiges Essen mitzugeben. Gut, dass das ein Probe-Essen war, so ist mir mir eine Blamage zu meinem Geburtstag mit meinen Gästen erspart geblieben. Der Wirt sollte sich schämen. Fazit: nie wieder bei diesem Griechen.

Das Ambiente ist sehr griechisch angehaucht, so wie das für ein griechisches Restaurant gehört ;) . Die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir waren das erste Mal dort auf Empfehlung, da es mittwochs Scampi zum satt essen gibt. Bei den Scampi's fehlte mir persönlich der Pepp, so etwas wie Knoblauch und Kräuter. Aber die dazu gereichte Soße hat es etwas aufgehoben. Trotzdem hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass man schon bei der Zubereitung der Scampi's Salz, Kräuter und Knoblauch hinzufügt.

Haben uns was für zu Hause raus geholt. Sehr lecker und Super schnell fertig. Und für den Preis ist keiner hungrig geblieben. Poseidonplatte f 4 Personen 1A Immer wieder gerne ..... 😁👍
