Restaurant Meeresbrise in Sankt Peter-Ording

The food was great. Unfortunately, the prices were high, as everywhere. It would have been nice to have been offered a high chair.

After trying three other restaurants, I highly recommend eating here in SPO while soaking up the sun in a beach chair, in a beautiful, clean ambiance and with friendly service, and enjoying a wonderful meal.

I visited the Meeresbriese restaurant on June 14th and was completely impressed. The service was excellent – ​​the staff were quick, friendly, and pleasantly unobtrusive. It's exactly what you'd want! The zander was excellently prepared, and the drinks were also delicious. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a relaxed atmosphere. I'd definitely be back!

A very nice restaurant in St. Peter's with a lovely terrace. The fish was excellent and the service outstanding. We didn't have to wait long, and they checked regularly to see if we needed anything else without being intrusive or intrusive. The dessert was also delicious.

There's rarely an opportunity to give a restaurant a full 5 stars in all categories. But here it's appropriate, as we were completely satisfied. The service was very friendly and attentive, the fish dishes were delicious (pike-perch fillet, whole plaice, fish fillet platter, and cod fillet) and the portions were generous. The prices are reasonable, and we enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant.

Fast service and decent food, prices typical of SPO. Without a reservation, you can only eat outside.

We actually had a nice evening. The food was good. However, we weren't familiar with the opening hours. When we were rudely asked to leave at 9:30 p.m., the manager said, "Do you want to stay here overnight?" Thank you very much, never again.

We have eaten here many, many times now and I have certainly given a completely good rating. The starters were really very tasty! The main courses came so quickly after the starter that the plates were barely cleared. That would still be possible, but to be honest the fish (sea breeze fish plate and zander fillet) were too good. The boiled potatoes were probably warmed in the microwave and had a skin on them. All in all, we had the feeling that we were simply being dealt with and so after 40 minutes we were 90 Euro and were disappointed simply because we know the restaurant completely differently :-/ Service is still great :-)

The quality and taste are very good. We had the fish plate, the plaice fillet and also the crab soup. Price-performance ratio is great. The restaurant is absolutely recommended!

Wir waren heute das dritte mal hier, und es war wieder super gut! Die Krabbensuppe so wie ich sie mit vorstelle, auch die Fischsuppe und die Garnelen Spieße waren Mega lecker! Die fischplatte ist genauso zu empfehlen, wie der Kabeljau und die Scholle. Alles war auf den Punkt, und super lecker! Wir kommen definitiv wieder wenn mal wieder in der Nähe sind!

We went to the restaurant twice. The service was very courteous and attentive. Waiting times for food and drinks were very pleasant. Quality and taste of the food very appealing and good. It's a shame that there is now a winter break until March 2025 . We will definitely be visiting again next season.

Unfriendly! I was there a few years ago and found the restaurant quite nice. Since I was in town again, I thought I would go out to eat there again. But I have to say, the boss is TOTALLY unfriendly and the employee seemed listless. If you also consider the prices... Hospitable looks different. You can read that in many other reviews too. Then I'd rather go somewhere else to eat where you're treated well as a guest, because we were friendly.

I got a voucher for my girlfriend in the sea breeze. But I didn't get a receipt. My girlfriend couldn't redeem the voucher because she didn't accept it. You'll still be taken for a ride. really sad that something like this exists!!!!!

A very balanced menu. About citizens, meat and of course fish. There were two of us there. Service was totally on point, friendly and accommodating. The food was first class. We both ate fish and will go here again. Price performance very good 👍... could be an insider tip....

We had schnitzel with fries and cucumber salad and a baked potato with dip and herring. It was very very tasty. 😋 Great quality and the price/performance ratio is also right. Finally there was a cappuccino... and I have to say, I haven't had such a delicious cappuccino for a long time. The service was friendly and very keen to make you feel comfortable. We'll definitely be back. There was no parking space in front of the door, but there was a parking garage a little further away.

There were two of us there and we were only allowed to sit inside. Apparently the seats outside cannot be given away for anything in the world and every seat has to be filled. In any case, it totally frightened me.

We became aware of the “sea breeze” through insider knowledge. A great tip! On our first SOP vacation it became our regular evening restaurant. Everything is on point here! A great menu! Whether fish or meat, everything is excellently prepared and tastes a feast for the palate. So conclusion - highly recommended.

Had dinner today with 6 people + dog. It was really great!!! The food (plaice, cod, fish platter, herring, bruschetta & tomato soup), the service (special praise to the lady of the house!!!), ambience, etc... Keep it up, it's definitely not the last time we've been with you!!!!!!!

We were served by the owner himself and received very rude answers to our questions about the dishes and their ingredients. As if you had to know what was used in the dish. This restaurant is entirely designed for quick local tourism. This type of service does not create any desire to come here again. The owner doesn't seem to care because the next guests are immediately on the mat. I can't recommend it.

If you are around in Sankt-Peter-Ording and craving for some good fish, then this place is really worth eating in. There are also vegetarian options available.

Jeden Urlaub in SPO kommen wir 2-3 mal zur Brise und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Ganz im Gegenteil: egal ob Fleich, Fisch oder Burger. Es ist alles sehr lecker. Wir waren mit der Familie da (7 Personen) und es wurden fix 2 Tische zusammen gestellt. Vorweg gab es Bruschetta. Dann Matjes, Rumpsteak und Schweine-Medaillons. Als Dessert Pannacotta, Eis und Milchreis. Bei sehr freundlicher und schneller Bedienung insgesamt sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist inhabergeführt. Das merkt man. Wir kommen wieder.

As soon as the aperetivo was served, it was explained to us that an orange tastes like grapefruit... in a completely mushy, inappropriate tone, the young waitress explained to us that the other guests also liked it and that we shouldn't behave like that. We then canceled our main course. Never again !!!!

The restaurant is relatively central and easy to reach. It makes a well-groomed impression in a maritime outfit. The service staff are nice and friendly. The food is okay. Both in the mixed fish platter and in the wolffish fillet, the fish was rather dry because it was overcooked. That can happen sometimes... but it shouldn't actually. The tartar sauce and mustard sauce were very tasty. The hamburgers were good. Prices range between €20-30 per dish. Here locally it is in the middle price segment.

There was no food...no response when spoken to...I thought I was in the wrong film...what language was understood there...you have to find out for yourself...then thrown out of the restaurant after complaining. .probably the unfriendly restaurant in all of Eiderstedt...bad...

We were in this restaurant for the first time today and we are just thrilled.

We made a reservation with a high chair for a child. The service staff are attentive and friendly. Drinks came quickly and so did the food. We once had cod with Dijon sauce and pork medallions. Everything was extremely tasty and of good quality. Of course the portions don't look huge, but as a normal eater you'll get enough - see the photos, not just mine. Prices tend to be a little on the higher end, but it's worth it.

Incredibly good quality, the chef knows what he's doing. Great and attentive service. Everything fine. There were three of us there on Saturday and luckily we had reserved. All dishes were perfectly prepared and there was nothing to complain about. Unfortunately there is no associated parking space.

Get a comfortable table for 2 people on the terrace. Service very friendly and attentive. The plaice with fried potatoes and cucumber salad...a delight. Plaice crispy and juicy, the fried potatoes brilliantly crispy, the cucumber salad just the way I like to eat it. Highly Recommended.

Excellent asparagus cream soup and asparagus al dente. Unfortunately no ham with asparagus. Instead, a delicious giant schnitzel. Nothing for the small appetite.

Pretty little restaurant, nice service, delicious food! Of course everything is more expensive in "SPO" - but the salad with fish fillets was plentiful. I think it's great that the salad is already completely covered in dressing without drowning in it and without the dressing just being on the bottom of the plate.

We just ate plaice with fried potatoes and cucumber salad and it was very tasty. The staff here is very quick and very friendly. We would love to come back here and can highly recommend it.
