We had a very pleasant meal here for the second time at the end of our holiday. Again it was perfect. Service perfect. Friendly, considerate and absolutely accommodating. The portions and quality were absolutely the same. After our visit, we ring in the last evening full and with our palates pampered. We thank you and will definitely come back more often.

Never again. The food had nothing to do with Greek, sorry. Gyros limp and not cooked through, the grill marks were missing on the skewer. It was unseasoned and very lemony. Only the ponmes were good.

A shame for Greek cuisine. I've never had such a bad gyro before. The meat tasted disgustingly like pork and rancid fat. The fries were lukewarm and wobbly and dripping with grease. The calamari that came with the dish was also soft and cold, as if it came from a meal that had already been returned. Just disgusting. If only we had listened to the other bad reviews. We will definitely never enter this restaurant again.

Unfortunately we didn't like the taste at all and the portions aren't fair for the prices offered.

The good thing first: the fries tasted good! The pre-salad was completely tasteless, with 3 squirts of dressing. More dressing or at least oil/vinegar on the table could have saved him.. Unfortunately the Giros was from the PAN and didn't deserve the name Giros! It was also seasoned completely untypically. You could eat it, but it had nothing to do with typical Giros! Also so tiny Portions that you could almost count the side fries with a quick glance. The meat portion was also very manageable. And then there wasn't even the typical final ouzo with the bill. What an outrage! Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the food and were annoyed that we had spontaneously chosen this restaurant.

Our vacation ended here on the last evening in a very pleasant and friendly manner. The food was of very high quality and the portions were perfect. You can feel the love for gastronomy from everyone involved in this restaurant. We felt very comfortable and welcome here until the last minute and will definitely dine again.

They don't understand English and don't accept card payments. The greek waiter wasn't too nice but the german waiter was polite and professional on the other hand. Other than that gyros was ok, although portion was rather small.

We were pleasantly surprised. The children were given something to paint. We were able to stop by spontaneously with 8 people. However, there was a misunderstanding with a food order and we were charged about €4 too much. Otherwise it was a good visit to the restaurant.

From the outside you expect a good restaurant and unfortunately you are disappointed with the food. Calamari is tough and cannot be cut. When we pointed this out, the waiter simply said: “They’re fried.” Gyros with fries was okay, but also underwhelming. The portion size wasn't necessarily appropriate for the price either.

Starters were very good, while the taste of the main courses was unfortunately only average. Portions were generous and the price was in the middle range. There were six of us and we paid around €30 per person with a drink. No card payment is possible here, only cash.

The food was bland and dry and, above all, you had the impression that it wasn't home-made, but rather that ready-made meals were served that had been warmed up in the microwave. But what was worst was the service. The waiter initially gave the impression that he couldn't speak at all and just rolled his eyes as he made a long decision. Ouzo, which is actually the norm for a Greek restaurant, was not free as a welcome or with the bill. The worst restaurant I have ever visited. And this despite the fact that I have been eating out regularly.

The first and last time we were here to eat, in this picture you can see 2 pieces. Greek cheese, we were served 1 piece, size approx. 3x3 cm, the salad was still "nice and wet", with 2 drops of dressing, for 10.90 euros it was just outrageous and exorbitant! The chair cushions were dirty and stained on both sides. No thanks, never again! We earn the euro too hard for that.

Giros out of the pan, liver has gone down. Don't go there, prefer a bratwurst next door.

The food was not what we expected of Greek food. The salad was chilled and fresh, and there was far too little dressing. The gyros were tasteless and bland and the rice was bland and overcooked. The fries tasted very oily. The staff was very unfriendly. We cannot recommend eating at this location more highly.

Waiter distributes drinks and eats incorrectly. Even the salad in front of it was accidentally distributed the wrong way, so it was eaten and then the waiter comes and notices that the children's meal doesn't actually have any salad. But you don't get a new salad. The flesh was just dry shoe soles. It has nothing to do with a Greek. There wasn't even ouzo, neither before nor after. Oh yes, and plates were even cleared away even though more than half of the guests at the table had still eaten. Decency is something else. All in all just a huge failure

Oh dear, unfortunately that wasn't culinary. I really enjoy being in Karlshagen with my family and have never been to a Greek restaurant in this place. This time my wife really wanted to, but unfortunately it wasn't a good idea. The staff and the location were impeccable, quick and very open to our 2 year old. The cutlery had to be kept after the starter, I left it on the plate because tzatziki and oil stuck to it, but that wouldn't have caused me to leave a review. Unfortunately the food was very bad, I'm trying to give a review Starter: Tzatziki - average, oily, hardly any taste Pepperoni and olives - no rating, certainly a finished product, nothing special but not bad either Garlic bread - bad - In my opinion it is mainly due to the bread, more of a standard white bread from the wholesaler, which neither makes a delicious garlic bread nor is it suitable for tzatziki- Main courses: Gyros - very bad, a pile of meat that was barely seasoned and cooked very soft, probably lying in a large pile in a warming box before it went on the plate Fries - were ok, little salt but a matter of taste Minced steak filled with sheep's cheese and sauce - again very poorly seasoned and somehow no reason to go to the restaurant Salt and pepper weren't on the table, so you have to be sure about it. The location and conditions are wonderful, please do yourself a favor and go to the Greek competition. Otherwise, you live off your current customers, but most of them come back and prefer to go to the surrounding restaurants.

We passed this restaurant on the way to our holiday hotel. The ambience is - for our taste - not particularly attractive inside and has nothing "Greek" about it, or what you might expect visually. The remains of the previous child could still be found on the children's chair. Oh well... The service was quite subdued, but very child-friendly. For this there is an extra point in the overall rating. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food. We had the pork medallions with Metaxa sauce and fries (the taste was okay, but the sauce had nothing to do with Metaxa, but was more of a kind of spicy tomato sauce) and the gyros with gravy and fries plus a dollop of "Zatiki" (extremely bad... There was no sauce, apart from the drippings, which can hardly be called gravy 🤔 and the tzatziki had more of the consistency of sour cream with a hint of garlic that was barely noticeable). Both were very carelessly prepared and, at €18.90 each, were unreasonably priced for the quality of the dishes. We didn't get the obligatory ouzo before or after our meal, which isn't particularly bad, but it's part of it somewhere. For our toddler, who hasn't eaten his own portion yet, we got 3 slices of bread free of charge. Thanks for that. Overall, this was the biggest gastronomic failure for us in a long time.

We have often eaten Greek and here we say once and never again, I asked whether the peppers were hot or mild and the answer was maybe a little bit spicy, so far ok but what I then ate were really really hot peppers. The staff should already know which variety is being processed. They could always tell me elsewhere. Although we had already read a few reviews beforehand, we wanted to see for ourselves as everyone has a different opinion. Unfortunately, we can only agree with the bad reviews. The fries were 10 in number and without salt. The sauce for the meat dish tasted like a tomato sauce, but in no way a Metaxa sauce. I've never eaten so badly. The waiters were very different. This restaurant is an absolute disgrace. There were 10 fries with the Bifteki special. In addition, we were not taken into account at all. Had to wait a long time for the bill. We stopped in the evening after a walk on the beach. Well, what can you say? I've never been to a Greek restaurant where you can't smell the garlic in the restaurant and you still smell of garlic the next day... I had pike perch with lemon sauce and garlic potatoes (which had no garlic on them) and a small dollop of tomato rice. I could/had to eat straight away because the food was almost cold. My husband's food, on the other hand, was hot, partly because the gyro was gratinated in Metaxa sauce and served with fries. In the salad I was missing the one olive/pepperoni that is always on it at least in Greek dishes. We agree - once is enough, repetition is not necessary

The fact that we got a table without a reservation should have been a warning to us. Prices are really too high for what is on offer.

The food we ordered did not correspond to our idea of ​​gyros in Metaxa sauce with cheese gratin. The sauce was mostly fatty but no Metaxa sauce. We were there for dinner. After reading some reviews, we still wanted to eat there. Unfortunately, the bad recessions have hit home. The meat was without spices, the zasiki without garlic (quark with cucumber), fries were not salted and garlic potatoes without garlic were on our plates. There was no ouzo, neither before nor after. The waiters were stressed and the boss was way too hectic even though not all the tables were occupied. After 30 minutes the meal was done. You felt like you were in a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, miles away from a good Greek.

We've been reading for years that it's not supposed to be that good here. We haven't been able to confirm this for years! We look forward to being able to eat there several times a year and have a pleasant end to the day. We have also been guests here for lunch. That was always very good for us. At the end, the waitress or boss asks you if everything was okay and whoever doesn't say anything and just writes it down in reviews and complains is a real coward and should only eat at home. And I doubt whether everything will be perfect there. We will definitely go back to Lemnos!!! Thanks to everyone there at the restaurant P.S. Uninfluenced by the previous negative reviews, we visited the Greek. We realized that you shouldn't believe the reviews. The Greek was very good and the delicious, fresh food came in a reasonable time. Before the main course, we were given a delicious, crunchy starter salad, as we know it from the Greeks. We were given a free ouzo before and after our meal. The staff was really very friendly and accommodating. There is no talk of ready meals here. We always like to come back. The entire food was dry, tasteless and bore no relation to the price charged. The menu said Suflaki instead of Souvlaki, so we should have taken notice at the latest. The well-known Greek hospitality and atmosphere can only be found here.

The beer had no foam, my souflaki was okay, my husband's gyros were neither crispy nor particularly seasoned. The salad came with a ready-made dressing, the taziki was more like garlic curd. While my husband was still eating, my plate was already cleared. The free ouzo was warm. We found it edible but absolutely not something we will visit a 2nd time.

We were warmly welcomed and immediately shown to a table. The restaurant is simply furnished with a few pictures on the wall, but that didn't seem negative to us at all😄 The drinks arrived very quickly and the food was also at the table fairly quickly. The starter salad was fresh, the pepperoni and tzatziki starters were delicious! The tuna salad was large and also super tasty👍The garlic bread was only slightly toasted and could have tasted a little more like garlic. We were looking forward to a lovely evening. Unfortunately, we were processed like we were on an assembly line. The salad wasn't even finished with the starter and was thrown onto the plate in a completely careless manner... And a few minutes later the main course was taken away from us and simply eaten spread out to the table..I myself had Gyros Special, I had never eaten anything like that before. The Gyros only consisted of fat, the Metaxa sauce was everything but not that....it tasted like if you had mixed the sauces, the fries didn't for my standards I've never eaten as bad as here, every kebab shop is better and unfortunately the prices don't match the cuisine. I'm happy to pay more for food. It's a shame.....

Ice cold in the restaurant with an outside temperature of 5 degrees. Although there was no guest in the restaurant other than us, the waiter took the order incorrectly and served it that way. The Metaxa sauce was just oil and there was no sign of sauce. The meat, supposedly gyros, was not from a skewer but frozen food in the pan quickly fried.Disgusting!It was the first Greek who didn't offer us a schnapps and at really great prices.Never again!!!!!!

Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Essen, Service alles war super. Es hat lecker geschmeckt und Preis Leistung war gut.

Von der Werbung der Gerichte haben wir uns entschlossen griechisch zu essen. Personal war wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Salat Vorspeise war gut wenn auch ohne Oliven oder typisches Griechisches. Dazu einfaches Weißbrot. Die Hauptspeise sollte mit Metaxasoße sein aber sie schmeckte so gar nicht danach. Eher reine Tomatensoße. Das Gyros selbst war auch nicht so kross wie erwartet. Teilweise war das Fleisch etwas zu zäh. Dafür waren die Pommes echt super. Ouzo gab es zwischendurch. Ob der nun kalt oder warm ist, wie in anderen Rezensionen bemängelt wird, ist egal. Insgesamt war das Essen aber OK. Wir haben jedoch mehr erwartet. Es wäre uns kein 2. Besuch wert.

Wir wären fast nicht hier zum Essen gegangen, wegen der durchwachsenen Bewertungen hier. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gab Hähnchen mit Metaxasauce und eine Pizza. Zum Hähnchen gab es einen kleinen frischen Salat als Vorspeise. Die Pommes waren gut, Hähnchen war nicht trocken. Die Pizza wurde auch gern gegessen. Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Zum Schluss gab es einen Ouzo. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch wegen der freundlichen Bedienung.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und sowohl Getränke als auch die Speisen kamen sehr schnell. Das Ambiente ist leider etwas trist und wir fanden das Essen leider auch nicht so besonders schmackhaft.

Ich fand es sehr schön hier, das Essen wahr sehr lecker. Nette Bedienung und das Essen kam auch schnell.

Kalbsleber,Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln alles war frittiert. Das einzige was geschmacklich okay war waren die Zwiebeln. Der erste Ouzo war warm. Einen zweiten gab es nicht, ganz geschweige einen Absacker. Bezahlung leider nur bar.

Sehr leckeres Essen, wir sind alle satt geworden. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kinderfreundlich. Wir haben vor lauter Schwatzen vergessen, für unser Kind Essen zu bestellen und haben das noch nachgeholt - trotzdem kam das Essen für unser Kind zuerst 👍🏼 Ein Besuch in diesem Restaurant ist ein Muss während unseres Urlaubs und wir kommen immer sehr gern wieder.

Preis Leistung stimmt beim Essen überhaupt nicht. Für Gyros mit Pommes knapp 16 € und für ein Glas Wasser fast 4.90€ !Sind hier seid fast zwei Wochen im Urlaub und haben uns immer gewundert warum dieses Restaurant als einziges im Ort um die Mittagszeit sehr leer ist! Jetzt wissen wir warum!

Riesige Portionen, schnelle Bedienung.

Selten habe ich solch eine beeindruckende Gastfreundschaft erlebt wie im Griechischen Restaurant Limnos. An einem schrecklichen Tag fanden wir uns abends um 21:00 Uhr in der Notwendigkeit einer Unterkunft wieder. Als wir im Restaurant ankamen, hatten wir die vage Hoffnung, dort um Hilfe bitten zu können. Zu unserer Verblüffung zögerte der Kellner keine Sekunde, uns bei der Suche nach einer Ferienwohnung zu unterstützen. Innerhalb einer halben Stunde waren wir bereits eingezogen. Nach diesem herzlichen Empfang beschlossen wir, im Restaurant zu bleiben und unser Abendessen einzunehmen. Das Essen war schlichtweg hervorragend. Der knackige Salat und die erschwinglichen Preise waren ebenso bemerkenswert wie das außerordentlich freundliche Personal. Das Ambiente des Restaurants war ebenso einladend, da es nur wenige hundert Meter vom Strand entfernt lag. Angesichts dieser außergewöhnlichen Erfahrung fällt es mir schwer, negative Bewertungen nachzuvollziehen. Ich kann das Griechische Restaurant Limnos uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Mein aufrichtiger Dank gilt dem gesamten Team für ihre herausragende Unterstützung und Gastfreundschaft.

Abends mal spontan vorbei gesehen und gleich einen Platz auf der Terrasse erhalten (3 Erwachsene +Labrador) Schnelle,freundliche Bedienung. Speisen kammen nach kurzer Zeit und waren lecker Preise für einen Urlaubsort in Ordnung

Wir sind abends völlig fertig um halb neun angekommen ,nach einen Tag voller Entäuschungen und fragten im Restaurant ,ob sie uns helfen könnten ,wir suchen eine Ferienwohnung .Ohne zu zögern half uns der Kellner eine Wohnung zu finden ,was dann auch sofort klappte.Später haben wir kurz vor Schließung der Gaststätte sogar noch Essen bekommen.Meine Familie und ich können diese schlechten Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen!Das Essen ist reichlich super lecker und die Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung !Super liebe herzliche Menschen die das Herz noch auf den rechten Fleck haben in der heutigen nicht ganz einfachen Zeit !!!Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Als Vegetarier bleibt uns beim Griechen nur viele Gerichte von der Vorspeisen Karte zu nehmen. Diese waren außerordentlich gut. Wir hatten gebratene Auberginen und Zucchini, knoblauchkartoffeln, gebackenen Schafskäse und Zaziki. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Das Essen ist nicht grundsätzlich schlecht aber entspricht in keinem Fall dem geforderten Preis. Nach einem langen Strandbesuch wollten wir hier zu Abendessen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben sofort einen Tisch für 6 Personen (davon ein Kind) erhalten. Die Einrichtung des Restaurants ist eher nüchtern mit ein paar griechischen Dekoobjekte. Die Tische sind allerdings nicht wirklich für 6 Personen geeignet. Da die Stirnseiten geschlossen sind kann man da nicht wirklich gut sitzen. Der Vorspeisesalt war lecker auch wenn die sonst typischen Oliven und Peperoni fehlten. Das Knoblauchbrot war nur kurz getoastet und nicht gegrillt. Das Hauptspeisen waren schnell serviert und bestand zum großen Teil aus Fertigprodukten. Bei Kroketten mag das noch in Ordnung sein aber nicht bei griechischen Hackfleischgerichten für rund 18 Euro. Das überbacken Hänchensteak in Metaxasoße war sehr trocken und hat neutral geschmeckt, da es vermutlich unmariniert vorgegahrt wurde. Die Soße selbst war sehr tomatig und hat nicht nach Metaxa geschmeckt. Entweder ein Fertigprodukt oder mit einem anderen Schnaps/Wein zubereitet. Metaxa kann man hier übrigens nicht bestellen, nur Ouzo und der war auch noch warm, lediglich in einem kalten Glas serviert. Einen Ouzo aufs Haus gab es übrigens nicht. Ich selbst hatte einen gemischten Teller mit Gyros und Souflaki. Dazu gab es Pommes und etwas Tomatenreis. Das Gyros hat sehr gut geschmeckt! Die Stücke des Souflaki waren nur leicht gewürzt und tatsächlich gegrillt (mit Röststreifen). Pommes und Reis waren absolut in Ordnung. Die Angestellten waren sehr flink und absolut nett. Alles in allem hatten wir hier einen netten Abend mit mittelmäßigem Essen. Auf der Rechnung standen am Ende 160 Euro.
