Four of us went to Pizzeria Italia today based on a recommendation. We received a warm welcome and prompt service. The food was plentiful and delicious, arriving piping hot. We'd love to come back 😉

On recommendation... We had reserved a table just in case. A very good Italian restaurant, which is still truly Italian. Great, friendly, and attentive team, with a wide selection of food and drinks. We had pasta that was hot and delicious. Large portions, so you'll feel full. Afterwards, we had some Italian ice cream on the way. We were thrilled, would gladly come back, and highly recommend it.

We went out to eat today, it was very tasty 😋 and there was plenty of it, really great service, keep it up, highly recommended, we felt very welcome.

The first time, I had a delicious pizza, and this time, I had a special of the day. I've never been disappointed, and it tasted wonderful, both for me and my wife. Thank you! We visited this Italian restaurant and were absolutely thrilled! The service was exceptionally friendly – ​​our waiter was attentive and very kind. The mussels were simply fantastic: fresh, flavorfully prepared, and served in generous portions. The relaxed atmosphere on the terrace perfectly complemented the experience. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

The landlady was very friendly and attentive. We had special requests, which were easily accommodated. All the staff were friendly and attentive. We felt very comfortable. As for the food, I would have preferred the fried fish without a light coating and the salad with just olive oil instead of a marinade. Everything was fresh and delicious. We eat there regularly. We were at Italia Karlshagen yesterday, and it was simply fantastic! I had the tortellini soup and the tortellini al forno – both incredibly delicious, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The other four dishes at the table were also all consistently delicious and everyone really enjoyed them. 🍝🍕 This shows that consistently high quality is served here. I would also like to particularly highlight the staff: incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm – you immediately feel welcome. Combined with the cozy atmosphere, this made the visit a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

If you're looking for a good Italian restaurant in Karlshagen, you've come to the right place. The staff is always friendly, always has the right thing to say, and even in stressful situations, they remain friendly and helpful. We always got a table, even without a reservation. The food is/was very delicious, and if you're not sure what to eat, they'll be happy to recommend something. We would and will happily visit and recommend it again and again.

Unfortunately, the unstructured service creates a sense of unease throughout the evening. Everyone serves every table, making everything seem a bit hectic. (At the next table, three different waiters came within five minutes and asked about clearing, even though they weren't ready yet.) The male staff, however, were all extremely friendly, with lighthearted remarks, and even accommodated special requests. The food was delicious, but there are better options. For many main courses, you have to order the filling side separately. The fried potatoes weren't worth the price...

The food is delicious and the prices are perfectly reasonable. The service is terrible, with far too many temporary workers who don't know what they're doing. In some places, there are very long waits for orders and reorders.

Good, simple Italian food. We thought the children's schnitzel with fries was a great size. However, the schnitzel had been salted after cooking. That was too much salt for us. The staff was super nice and friendly, even to the children. The ambiance is designed to accommodate a lot of people. And we missed a bit of coziness (candles/flowers, etc.).

We ordered a takeaway pizza. The lady was very assertive and unpleasant. We ordered a salami pizza, but only half of it was supposed to have cheese, since one of our children doesn't like cheese. She smirked at me and, of course, knew exactly what I wanted. In the end, we sat on the beach, and the children wanted to eat their pizza. Then we were very disappointed: One half had no salami, but instead, it felt like only cheese.

We visited several times during our summer vacation. We were impressed every time. Neither the ice cream menu nor the menu leaves anything to be desired; feel free to ask about the daily specials. We ordered 7 pizzas and a salad to go. The pizzas were generously topped and the crust was perfect—everything was delicious! The salad also had plenty of dressing. We ordered by phone, the food was ready on time, and the staff were very friendly! We had a delicious dinner! Thank you very much!

Fast, delicious – with a small flaw in the execution We called from the beach and ordered two pizzas – less than 20 minutes later, we were able to pick them up. The service was quick and uncomplicated, which we really appreciated. Both pizzas tasted excellent. We had a Gamberetti pizza and a Napoletana pizza. The Gamberetti was very well topped and had a nicely balanced flavor. One small downside: The Napoletana's toppings were unfortunately a bit careless and unevenly distributed, which somewhat spoiled the overall impression. The taste was still good, though. Overall, fast, uncomplicated service and solid quality – we would come back, but hope for a bit more care with the toppings next time.

We wanted to eat here today. However, a waitress greeted us so unfriendly (she seemed very bad-tempered and arrogant), so we went to the Italian restaurant right next door. The service there was friendly and the food was good.

If the waiter calls you "my dearest," that's way over the top. On top of that, one of the two appetizers was forgotten. The waitress/manager would rather gossip about the afternoon's guests/influencers than serve. The pizza was mediocre. A little tip: just walk a few steps away; there's a much better Italian restaurant there.

All the employees were very nice, especially the boss when it was the big boy man?😊 The service was great. The brittle cup and kiwi cup and the latte machiatto were really tasty and on September 21st. I had dinner that evening and the noodles were really sooooo delicious, I'm still raving about them now.

Unfortunately, it has diminished greatly over the years. Food tasted more like it had been warmed up, the foccacia was bone hard. Our waitress was positive. Unfortunately, all in all a disappointing visit. Too bad!

We ate there for the first time today. The pizza was delicious and the spaghetti carbonara was really Italian. Unfortunately, the watery Aperol Spritz is not recommended (there was clearly a lack of alcohol). But that's nothing against the service. The waiter (tall, strong) strolled around bored, didn't look at the guests, just kept walking while the order was being placed. At the next table someone politely asked for the bill. As he walked on, he said "keep calm" and made dismissive hand gestures. Several guests paid without tipping a cent.....he probably didn't ask himself why!? We then gave a small tip (much less than usual) because another waitress served very nicely in between. Maybe the boss should conduct employee training. Then we'd love to come back ;))

It's a pizzeria with an ice cream parlor. We opted for ice cream since it was early afternoon. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. I chose spaghetti ice cream. You can make the whole thing more voluminous with lots of cream and vanilla ice cream on top. When the waiter asked if it was good, I said no and said it was like that. He just wanted to know the reason. I've had much better ice cream.

Pizza tasted okay. Spaghetti Aglio e Olio completely failed. Warmed pasta, pickled, minced garlic instead of fresh and served sprinkled with parmesan cheese (was not on the menu and was not wanted). Spaghetti was swimming in a watery broth. Unfortunately it didn't taste good at all.

The mozzarella on the Caprese was chewy and rubbery. It was also incomprehensible why there were cucumbers, carrots and mayonnaise on the plate. The calzone was inedible and the wine was heavily watered down. The fish, the tiramisu and the espresso, however, were delicious. Some of the staff were very friendly, but some were also unfriendly.

Our last day of vacation, yesterday in Anklam! Very nice service, the food was very tasty, everything was prepared very tasty, the eye eats with it! Although there was a lack of staff, as was pointed out from the start, the food was ready in no time! As mentioned above, it was delicious and cheap! Thank you

If there's not so much going on... then it's great. When the shop is busy, orders get mixed up, for example dish 35 with 53. This is also due to the language skills of some of the service staff. But everyone is very friendly. You can sit very well outside. The wine tastes delicious and so do many of the dishes.

It was very nice here in the restaurant. The food was quite good. The pasta could have had a little more salt, but luckily there were cruets on the table. I really liked the steak. The service staff are very friendly and entertaining. All in all we were very satisfied. Thank you!

We had reserved 3 weeks in advance and wanted to dine there with our daughter for her birthday and celebrate a little. Despite several reservation confirmations via email, no one there knew anything about it. Still got a table. As soon as we sat down, the service came and wanted to take the drink order. Just a short time later, the drinks hadn't arrived yet, and the food had to be ordered. Apparently everything had to happen very quickly. Drinks came very quickly, and a little later the food too. The lasagna we ordered, as well as the pizza, was lukewarm, bland and tasteless. After we reported this to the service staff, nothing happened. We then left the restaurant and would not recommend it. There are other restaurants right next to it, you might want to look for a place there.

The taste of the food was acceptable. The vegetables in the minestrone were more than al dente and the head waiter and his sayings took some getting used to. Removing the cobwebs and the resulting dead flies would also be beneficial for the interior ambience.

I went out to eat 3 times between June 15th and June 22nd and had a nice ice cream sundae. It tasted really delicious. Service was top and friendly. Next year I would go back again for dinner or ice cream sundaes. Best Italian restaurants where I have been my life so far. I had also been there in previous years when I was on vacation in Karlshagen. Simply great

The food was fabulous and the location is ideal too. You have a beautiful view and, with a bit of luck, live music from the open-air stage next door.
