Restaurant Pizzeria Italia in Karlshagen

We went for lunch today for the second time. Once again, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the value for money was just right. We didn't have to wait too long for our food. If the weather's nice, you can even sit outside.

If the waiter calls you "my dearest," that's way over the top. On top of that, one of the two appetizers was forgotten. The waitress/manager would rather gossip about the afternoon's guests/influencers than serve. The pizza was mediocre. A little tip: just walk a few steps away; there's a much better Italian restaurant there.

We spontaneously went there for dinner today, and it was very good. Pasta and pizza, and cold drinks. Very friendly and attentive service. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

All the employees were very nice, especially the boss when it was the big boy man?😊 The service was great. The brittle cup and kiwi cup and the latte machiatto were really tasty and on September 21st. I had dinner that evening and the noodles were really sooooo delicious, I'm still raving about them now.

Unfortunately, it has diminished greatly over the years. Food tasted more like it had been warmed up, the foccacia was bone hard. Our waitress was positive. Unfortunately, all in all a disappointing visit. Too bad!

We ate there for the first time today. The pizza was delicious and the spaghetti carbonara was really Italian. Unfortunately, the watery Aperol Spritz is not recommended (there was clearly a lack of alcohol). But that's nothing against the service. The waiter (tall, strong) strolled around bored, didn't look at the guests, just kept walking while the order was being placed. At the next table someone politely asked for the bill. As he walked on, he said "keep calm" and made dismissive hand gestures. Several guests paid without tipping a cent.....he probably didn't ask himself why!? We then gave a small tip (much less than usual) because another waitress served very nicely in between. Maybe the boss should conduct employee training. Then we'd love to come back ;))

It's a pizzeria with an ice cream parlor. We opted for ice cream since it was early afternoon. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. I chose spaghetti ice cream. You can make the whole thing more voluminous with lots of cream and vanilla ice cream on top. When the waiter asked if it was good, I said no and said it was like that. He just wanted to know the reason. I've had much better ice cream.

Pizza tasted okay. Spaghetti Aglio e Olio completely failed. Warmed pasta, pickled, minced garlic instead of fresh and served sprinkled with parmesan cheese (was not on the menu and was not wanted). Spaghetti was swimming in a watery broth. Unfortunately it didn't taste good at all.

The mozzarella on the Caprese was chewy and rubbery. It was also incomprehensible why there were cucumbers, carrots and mayonnaise on the plate. The calzone was inedible and the wine was heavily watered down. The fish, the tiramisu and the espresso, however, were delicious. Some of the staff were very friendly, but some were also unfriendly.

Our last day of vacation, yesterday in Anklam! Very nice service, the food was very tasty, everything was prepared very tasty, the eye eats with it! Although there was a lack of staff, as was pointed out from the start, the food was ready in no time! As mentioned above, it was delicious and cheap! Thank you

Disgusting place that in my opinion you should avoid if you want to eat anything good. I haven't eaten something this bad in ages. Just yuck

If there's not so much going on... then it's great. When the shop is busy, orders get mixed up, for example dish 35 with 53. This is also due to the language skills of some of the service staff. But everyone is very friendly. You can sit very well outside. The wine tastes delicious and so do many of the dishes.

It was very nice here in the restaurant. The food was quite good. The pasta could have had a little more salt, but luckily there were cruets on the table. I really liked the steak. The service staff are very friendly and entertaining. All in all we were very satisfied. Thank you!

We had reserved 3 weeks in advance and wanted to dine there with our daughter for her birthday and celebrate a little. Despite several reservation confirmations via email, no one there knew anything about it. Still got a table. As soon as we sat down, the service came and wanted to take the drink order. Just a short time later, the drinks hadn't arrived yet, and the food had to be ordered. Apparently everything had to happen very quickly. Drinks came very quickly, and a little later the food too. The lasagna we ordered, as well as the pizza, was lukewarm, bland and tasteless. After we reported this to the service staff, nothing happened. We then left the restaurant and would not recommend it. There are other restaurants right next to it, you might want to look for a place there.

The taste of the food was acceptable. The vegetables in the minestrone were more than al dente and the head waiter and his sayings took some getting used to. Removing the cobwebs and the resulting dead flies would also be beneficial for the interior ambience.

I went out to eat 3 times between June 15th and June 22nd and had a nice ice cream sundae. It tasted really delicious. Service was top and friendly. Next year I would go back again for dinner or ice cream sundaes. Best Italian restaurants where I have been my life so far. I had also been there in previous years when I was on vacation in Karlshagen. Simply great

The food was fabulous and the location is ideal too. You have a beautiful view and, with a bit of luck, live music from the open-air stage next door.

The food is so delicious and freshly prepared. It simply tastes like Italy. It doesn't get any better. The portions are really big and the price-performance ratio is definitely right! The staff is also super friendly and accommodating. As a guest you immediately feel welcome. Always my pleasure!

I would have liked to give it a 5th star, but unfortunately my favorite appetizer and dessert were missing from the menu. I really enjoy drinking Lambrusco at Italian restaurants and this was by far the best Lambrusco I've ever drunk. We all enjoyed our food!

All right. Price-wise, it's in the middle.

Pizza was good. Service is slow. Expensive cola was available for 5.10 euros, but without carbon dioxide.

The restaurant is highly recommended. The food is plentiful and delicious. The service is very friendly. We always enjoy coming here.

Pizza Margarita was super good.

We had bruschetta as a starter which tasted very good. But the pizzas were great. Thin dough and well topped. Precisely. For dessert, chocolate soufflé and crème brûlée. I haven't eaten so well in a long time. The service staff were also very friendly and had time to exchange a few words. The ambience was also good. We recommend the restaurant.

For us, this pizzeria was the highlight in Karlshagen. A real Italian cooks here and you immediately felt welcome. The food was tasty, but the portions were very large, too big for us. The ambience itself is nice. I just don't like plastic flowers. We particularly liked that the waitress always took the time to have a little chat. Hosts in the best sense of the word.

Bester Service - soooo nett das Personal!

Es war einfach perfekt! Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern im Restaurant und wurden wirklich schnell bedient und auch das Essen war im Nu da. Das Essen war schön angerichtet und schmeckte sehr lecker. 1000faches Lob an das gesamte Team!!! Ein wirklich schöner Abschluss für unseren kurzen Urlaub in Karlshagen.

Ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Unsere Pizzen waren lecker und gut belegt. Das Personal war bei unserem Besuch freundlich und kompetent. Da wir draußen saßen können wir zum Ambiente nicht viel sagen. Der Wiederholungsfaktor ist hoch

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend....man fühlte sich willkommen. Das Essen war wirklich lecker! Die Portionen so das wir raus "gerollt" sind. Glücklicherweise war an dem Abend gegenüber eine Openair Diskothek und wir konnten uns ein paar Kalorien gleich wieder abtanzen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Also erstens dieser Ort ist unfassbar schön und zweitens das Essen kam unglaublich schnell zu uns an den Tisch dauerte so ca. 2-3min. Außerdem schmeckt das Essen so unfassbar lecker und gut das es definitiv einen Besuch wert ist und ich es durchaus empfehle 👍🏻❤😅

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen obwohl dort sehr viel los war. Bestellt hatten wir Pizza zum mitnehmen. Unsere Pizzen waren sehr lecker und auch nicht zu teuer. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder vorbei.

Gelangweilte Kellner, Essen leider auch sehr enttäuschend. Unfassbar viele Hunde im Restaurant. Findnich persönlich eklig und hygienisch sehr fragwürdig

Ich bin enttäuscht. Wenn man sich nicht um seine Gäste kümmern kann, sollte man nicht so viele annehmen. Und wenn man kein Wechselgeld hat, es gibt Banken.

Leider sehr enttäuschend! Wir haben eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Draußen fielen andauernd Käfer auf meine Pizza und zum Schluss haben wir für eine Kugel Eis 2,50€ anstatt 1,80€, da kein Wechselgeld vorhanden war. Das war leider unser letzter Besuch in dieser Pizzeria.

Wir sind hier als Familie (3 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 3J) zum Mittagessen gewesen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich (auch zum Kind). Es gibt eine Seite mit Kindergerichten in der Speisekarte. Das Essen war sehr frisch und zügig aufgetischt. Bisher das beste Restaurant in unserem 1-Wöchigen Usedom-Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne.

Kommen schon jahrelang nach Karlshagen. Dachten immer am Strandvorplatz diese Italiener gehören zusammen-nein es sind unterschiedliche Lokalitäten! Waren 3 mal bei Paolo und seinem Team Essen und Service SUPER! Das heißt,hier werden wir wieder kommen. Alles Gute eure Sachsen!!!

Wie angepriesen wollten wir mehrere Pizzen zum mitnehmen bestellen - erst wurde uns gesagt das wir später kommen sollen, dann wurde uns gesagt das zuviel los wäre und wir nichts bekommen würden - wieso macht man dann Werbung das man auch außer Hausverkauf macht?? Bei einer anderen Pizzaria in Karlshagen hat es dann zum Glück alles geklappt. Hier gehen wir definitiv nicht wieder hin!!

Der Service ist sehr freundlich, die Auswahl der Speisen sehr vielfältig mit teilweise sehr leckeren Zutaten, die es sonst selten gibt. Ich hatte eine Pizza mit Gorgonzola, Parmaschinken und frischen Pilzen und Basilikum.

Die Freundlichkeit hält sich in Grenzen, die Gerichte sind Okay ...man wird Satt zum normalen bis günstigem Preis .Die Lage direkt am Hauptplatz ist natürlich super.
