We had a really great meal there, really great.

A solid Italian restaurant where you can sit outside when the weather is nice and hot. The pizzas are really good, very well topped. The service definitely has room for improvement. One of my guests was brought the wrong dish. When asked whether the dish he ordered would be delivered later, the waitress said no and simply said "sorry". No discount, no drink on the house. That's not how service works in a holiday resort in the 21st century, dear Stella del lago.

Pizzas have a great dough, service is super friendly, it was as if you were welcomed with open arms. I really liked it, the quick service was positive. It took less than a minute and the cards were brought to us. After ordering it took approx. It took 5 minutes until we had everything at the table (drinks including the main meal). Unfortunately, I can't say what the starter was like. Pizza was also very good (Pizza Bella Donna) Super friendly restaurant, I'll be back again if I'm near here.

A very nice atmosphere, clean and cozy. Unfortunately my dish was cold and the tomato sauce was very watery, not worthy of the name tomato sauce. My neighbor also only ate half of his meal. There will be no further visit to the restaurant! NO RECOMMENDATION

Rather below average. Food comes surprisingly quickly, so you have to ask yourself how carbonara can be on the table within a few minutes. The taste is also not positive, and the prices don't match the quality and taste of the food. I think they are too expensive. The team is unreservedly friendly and very professional. Conclusion: You get full. Neither more nor less.

The food was very tasty and plentiful. Parking spaces are available directly in front for guests. We can only recommend it.

I've been there regularly for the last 15 years. To date I haven't found an Italian that comes close is so good! Stay like that!

Been there on the first day of vacation, fast and friendly service. Food was hot and very good. People are happy to give tips.

Unfortunately, I cannot support the positive news. The best thing I can say is that you get your food very quickly. Unfortunately too quickly. We wanted to eat our starter in peace, which was almost pulled out of our hands because the main course came three minutes later. People rolled their eyes in front of the guests because two families wanted to pay separately, which didn't go down well with the guests. In general it appears to be mass processing. Just leave quickly so that the next guest can take a seat quickly. Aaaand the food isn't that great either. This really does get better. 2 stars from me that are kind to me

Unfortunately completely overrated. Food overpriced……. Ordered an appetizer and in no time it was there. That was good. But 2 minutes later the main course arrived. Where should the starter go so that the main course can be eaten warm? Well……. Comfort looks different. There are better shops. Too bad…….

Very large selection, children's meals at reasonable prices. Our food tasted great, felt like we were in Italy.

The first meal came about 2 minutes after ordering, before the drinks. Freshly prepared, however, looks different. In terms of taste, it also left something to be desired. The other 3 meals came 20 minutes later, by which time my son had already eaten them. My pizza was 20% burnt, well, wood-fired pizza. I then complained and was laughed at by the waitress. Actually the restaurant was touted as one of the best on the island, then I don't want to see the worst.

They have the best pizza here. I'm here especially from Berlin. Well, I also go on vacation here in the north.

Ordered food to go. All ready in 10 minutes! This tops all fast food chains :-) food tastes great. Had schnitzel, lasagne and pizza and everyone enjoyed everything! Then we had it on the last evening of our vacation ordered again :-)

The pizza I ordered wasn't quite cooked through, it was still raw and in many places there was no tomato sauce or cheese, just dough. And then the pizza costs 11.90, which I think is really bad and needs to be improved

Outdoor area: nicely shaded and plenty of space. Unfortunately a lot of through traffic. But it's not the restaurant's fault...

Great pizza, the rest of the menu is ok. Friendly service but you feel like you're dealt with quickly. It is very crowded between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.

The employee who takes the "to-go" orders noticeably rolls her eyes a lot, looks annoyed and occasionally slips out a condescending comment while taking the order. All in the presence of children. Levelless. Tourist trap. Appreciation towards guests = none. No recommendation.

There were ten of us. Within 15 minutes we all had our food... hot and absolutely delicious. Very fast and friendly service/operation.

Unfortunately the service is at its limit. We've been here many times. But that doesn't work at all. Despite asking, no food arrived.

There was spaghetti carbonara. The "ham" was gray and tasted very bland. The lasagna was clearly overcooked and oily. The only thing worth recommending are the pizzas. As some previous guests have already said, this is apparently the only dish that is made fresh. Service very friendly and accommodating. Price-performance only matches the pizzas.

Whatever you wish, you are king here. But be careful....I had my daughter with me, she immediately fell in love 😍.... ;). But there are also cute guys there...

We've been here twice during our vacation. Super tasty pizza, the meat dishes are also delicious. The service is always friendly and very attentive.

The restaurant is not in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea, but there was still a maritime atmosphere in the outdoor seating. The waiters and waitresses were consistently very friendly and accommodating, but without being intrusive. The food was very tasty, the tiramisu was the absolute highlight, you'll be happy to come back and eat there again. Oh yes, the prices are still acceptable, you don't have to take out a loan to eat here. Given the experiences I had at other restaurants in town, this restaurant is an absolute recommendation. The pizza feels like it comes from Italy.

The food is not served at the same time! My wife had already received her pasta dish 5 minutes after ordering. Everyone can imagine how fresh the cooking is here. My daughter had fish fingers with fries, these were also served with the pasta dish in record time. I had ordered a pizza, which arrived long after my wife and daughter had finished eating. As a guest, I find something like this to be absolutely disrespectful. In my opinion, a tourist machine without heart and quality. The food was ok at best, but nothing more. The prices are high for that.

Food is overpriced because the pasta portions are very small and the toppings on the pizza are no longer as large as they were 2 years ago. As a guest you sometimes feel very observed. A waiter is always running up to you and asking, "Are you okay?"... "Are you okay?", but he didn't really care. Unfortunately, since we were there twice, I was also able to hear how they exchanged information about us. You don't make that so obvious. The food is ready very quickly, which was strange. If you listen to the waiter's/waitress's recommendation or ask, be sure to ask for the price. This was stated on the receipt with various dishes and was 39.90 euros. I wasn't full and the veal wasn't cooked through either. Both times I didn't give a fee and the second time the waiter clearly shook his head. It's basically already included in the prices. Paying extra for bad food and unfriendliness makes no sense.

This was easily the best Italian food I've ever eaten. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. The drinks arrived quickly, and the food did as well. I will definitely return.

Food very expensive. But that's not better. Pizza base too thin and therefore soft. Garlic soup a bit sour. In the evening we had a stomach ache, possibly from the soup.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was served very quickly, was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and, from what I noticed, they knew many languages, e.g. Italian, including Polish, which made communication extremely easy. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the decor surprised us positively. Toilets clean and fragrant. It's hard to point out negatives about this restaurant.

We were 4 adults and a child. Two pizzas were far too thin and sparsely topped. Schnitzel with cream sauce was canned mushrooms with simple cooking cream. The daily recommendation was the most expensive and a simple rip-off because there were no prices on it and afterwards extortionate prices were quoted for an inedible meat dish. Seldom eaten so badly. We will never go there again. Has nothing to do with Italian food! Shame about the money!

We were guests today. The pizza was good, but nothing special. Vitello tonnato and carpaccio are unfortunately absolutely subterranean. The color of the carpaccio ranged from pink to brown. The chef's salad was poor and the pike perch was unfortunately also mediocre. Based on the menu, the prices and the reviews, we expected a very good Italian restaurant. The service and the ambience are absolutely ok. Unfortunately, price/performance doesn't match here. In addition, with a bill of over €130, we weren't even offered an espresso or schnapps. Repeat definitely impossible. It's a shame, it could be much better. For the money you can eat much better and in a nicer atmosphere on the pier in Heringsdorf.

A warm Saturday evening in June... In other restaurants you are seriously sent away shortly after 8 p.m. because there is no more food... Before we got to the Stella del Lago restaurant it was already 8:30 p.m.! We were greeted very friendly and immediately had the menu on the table. A meal at that time is completely normal! Of course it's not a fine dining restaurant, but a good, solid Italian! We had two pasta dishes, both of which were very plentiful and tasty! And the price is absolutely fair! The service was friendly and attentive, even to the guests who came after us... That's how it has to be in a holiday region! It's really incomprehensible to us that people are still walking up the sidewalks at 8am despite there being so many holidaymakers! But luckily there is the Italian! 👍🏻😃

Karlshagen was the destination of our bike tour and as a “reward” there was a wonderful pizza. Very good service and the pizza is really tasty - we have rarely eaten better. Clear recommendation!

Sehr leckeres Pizza gegessen. Netter Service. Leider gab es keine Bruschetta oder kein Likörchen, so wie man es von zuhause aus kennt.

Good selection of food and drinks, plus a spot in the sun on the large terrace, great ambience, attentive and courteous staff. What more do you want?!

Unfortunately we weren't satisfied. Unfriendly complaining from the waiter. Stressful atmosphere among the waiters. I would actually have gone again if we hadn't had my little nephew with us. The main course came when the starter had not yet been eaten. Some plates were cleared away during the skin course, although not all of them were finished. Very unpleasant for those who are still eating!!! Pasta dishes like the pizza service - rather bad, uncreative and way too much cream. The pizza is great. For a cola 6 euros.

The food was very good. The location perfect. Ambience, sat outside because the weather was nice.

We know good Italian cuisine differently. The starter came quickly, and before I was finished the main course was simply put next to it. Penne Arrabiata was supposed to be spicy, but unfortunately it wasn't. There was no parmesan, which is actually common and requested. My husband's food was forgotten, he got the pizza when I was finished. It wasn't a shared dinner.

We visited Stella Lago today. Had drinks, starter and main course within 30 minutes. Reminded of fast food. Unfortunately it had little to do with customer service. They could have made more money with us today. It's a shame, very good food but I don't think we'll see you again.
