We had dinner here with a larger group. The food was very tasty. The selection is large, and the menu also includes less traditional dishes. The appetizers came very quickly, and the food was also served quickly, but not at the same time. Unfortunately, the children's dish was brought out last, which is just plain annoying for children. The staff was nice. The ambiance was okay, but nothing special. The restaurant is very large and spread over two floors, so it's not particularly cozy. All in all, an acceptable Italian restaurant. The food is good, but the ambiance could be improved.

The price-performance ratio was perfect. The food was really good, hot, and plentiful. However, the whole experience resembled mass processing. In the dining room, one of the (I think) three service bells rings every second, and the waiters, or so it seems, are running for their lives. There's not even a hint of comfort here, let alone a chance to eat in peace. The otherwise familiar and beloved Italian hospitality was unfortunately completely lost. What a shame.

…im Ort gibt es mehrere Italiener. Ahnungslos wählten wir diesen für unseren ersten Versuch. Wir wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Service war top. Essen kam überraschend schnell. Wir hatten 2mal Nudeln und 1 Pizza. Alle Gerichte waren gut. Hervorbringen würden wir die Lasagne… Alles große ausreichende Portionen. Wer Brushetta vermisst sollte vielleicht eine Foccacia wählen. Bietet sich auch sehr gut zum teilen an.

One star less as the staff already cleaned the table from plates while people were still eating, this was interrupting conversation and felt rushed while there were plenty of spaces around. So not really crowded at that time.

Great restaurant. Nice atmosphere, extremely fast service (we were seated immediately, drinks after about 5 minutes, food after 20 minutes). The pizzas were fabulous, well topped, crispy, thin and very large. The service was friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable and all in all worth a visit at any time.

We were guests at Stella del Lago on Sunday, April 13th, 2025. The food was super tasty and sufficient. Our pizzas had plenty of toppings and were large. Our daughters were also thrilled. The service was nice and attentive. It's a shame that you can't add a tip when paying by card. We were sorry because we didn't have any cash with us. All in all, we would love to come back!

I travel around Europe a lot and find many (Italian) restaurants run by non-Italians, I must say that I ate very well, it felt like I was eating in Italy even though I was 1,500 km from home, friendly manager and excellent service. Good quality/price ratio

The two of us ate here at the beginning of April 2025. If you expect good quality at reasonable prices, this is the right place for you. There are no frozen foods here. Even the schnitzel is homemade. The pizzas have crispy thin dough and plenty of toppings. The portions are large. There is no skimping here. Consistently charming and calm service. We had our food in 10 minutes. In the high season you definitely have to make a reservation here as it will definitely get very crowded. Because it was so delicious here, we went here again the next evening. Absolute recommendation!

We were guided by the positive reviews. My husband had a Parma pizza with rocket and parmesan which was quite good so far. My daughter had spaghetti pesto and I ordered hollow pasta with broccoli and feta gratinated, I had to look for the feta on my plate, only a few threads were visible. The dish was also very carelessly prepared. My daughter's pesto spaghetti too. No decoration, nothing. As we all know, your eyes eat with you. And in general the food came very quickly. For me it was like mass processing. Drinks are also way too expensive, so we don't go there anymore.

We stopped at this Italian restaurant today for a business lunch. We were greeted very friendly and given a suitable table in a quiet environment. The service staff is consistently very friendly and quick. No long waiting times. The menu is extensive, with classic Italian dishes. All dishes were excellent. Starters such as tomato salad or the pasta dishes were very tasty. The fish dishes were also delicious and are recommended. We can highly recommend the Stella del Lago restaurant and would be happy to come back the next time we have the opportunity.

The food was nothing but satisfying. The hollandaise sauce tasted like a packet sauce. The service was ok, but still impersonal. It felt like you were being handled and not served.

As soon as you enter, every employee greets you with a smile. The food is excellent! Also, I accidentally ordered something and wanted to exchange it at my expense. The service served me a new dish within minutes and fixed the error as they should have been more careful. I am always amazed by the service at this restaurant.

We spontaneously stopped in today; the food was really good and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the service was rather mediocre. My wife and I (both under 30) felt like second-class customers. While pizzas, chili, olive oil, and Parmesan were neatly served at the neighboring tables by the (apparently) boss himself, we weren't even given a second glance. The food came really quickly, courtesy of a young employee. While the neighboring tables were repeatedly asked by the aforementioned (respected) boss, we were ignored again. My wife then asked for oil and balsamic vinegar, which the waiter apparently only understood after three repetitions, making my wife look completely ridiculous. She spoke so clearly that even the guests three tables away knew what she wanted. In short, we felt like second-class guests. Perhaps they should just write on the door that regulars get better service and guests under 30 are generally not welcome. As I said, I can't say anything negative about the food. At the end of the day, I don't expect much service at a pizzeria in a vacation spot, but I don't want to leave feeling unwelcome, which is unfortunately what happened. There are actually kebab shops where I was made more welcome. Bottom line: The food is good, but if you're not a regular or simply too young for this "restaurant," go somewhere else and give your money to people who care about you as a customer and want you to have a good time, not just the food.

Five of us were there for dinner. The service was very friendly and quick. Within a few minutes we all had our drinks and within a corresponding preparation time all the food came to the table at the same time. We only had to wait an extra moment as our friend's tomahawk steak was freshly prepared at the table. The rest of us had different dishes, including rigatoni with Bolognese sauce, spagetti a la casa, honeydew melon with Parma ham and the aforementioned steak. All dishes were very tasty and very tasty. The pasta was cooked to perfection and wasn't drowned in sauce. There is also plenty of dessert available. Wir waren mit mehreren Personen da. Alle hatten ihr Essen 10 Minuten nach der Bestellung. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass das alles frisch zubereitet wurde. Die Pizza war viel zu dünn, ich hatte doppelte Belegung für die Pizza bestellt, muss aber leider sagen das so eigentlich eine normale Pizza belegt sein sollte. Davon mal abgesehen war die Pizza nicht geschnitten. Zum Rumpsteak muss man, wenn man nicht ersticken will extra Soße bestellen ,die mit fast 5€ viel zu teuer ist. Auch die Gorgonzola Soße war geschmacklich eine Enttäuschung. Im allgemeinen fanden wir, das die Preise völlig überzogen sind. Wir werden dort nicht noch einmal Essen gehen.

The worst meal in a restaurant in my 50 years of life. For me, Italian food has always been simple and good tasting. The girls ordered schnitzels for €20 each. What came was plain frozen food with no taste, but small and thin. What did you think of the schnitzel? Under the orange slice. I had cannelloni, these were probably also assembled from ready-made components. The noodles were filled with a questionable mass of semolina and herbs, like the ready-made things from the supermarket. They weren't through with that either. Only the meat sauce had potential. If the noodles had been given at least 10 minutes to cook, at least my meal wouldn't have been a disaster. But our food came very quickly. Max. 5 minutes. Drinks a bit overpriced. But the quick service means you can't get a second drink anyway. I can't give as few stars as I wanted. Oh well, if you don't eat what little you have straight away and leave something left for your father, the plate will be put away quickly.

We wanted to spend a cozy evening there and were consistently ignored. Service was only at the neighboring table but turning to us and asking if you wanted anything else wasn't an option...it's a shame if you feel like second class. So we were all thirsty for the main course, which wasn't quenched until the end. You had to fight hard for the espresso round by formally indicating this clearly to the service with your hand and shout. The food was extremely good 👍🏻 but since no one came, we didn't want any more dessert. If you don't need the money, it's your own fault...you won't see us again.

A soggy soggy pizza with a burnt hard crust. And that for 16€. Never again. A coke for €6!!! A pushy landlord who could only recommend the most expensive things to me. No thanks!

Wir haben Pasta aus dem Parmesanleib bestellt. Schlechter habe ich dieses Gericht noch nie gegessen. Es war kaum Parmesan an den Nudeln und dieser Parmesanleib wird wahrscheinlich noch bis 12/2025 genutzt. Es hat extrem nach Alkohol geschmeckt und wir hatten alle ein paar Magenproblemenan dem Abend. Die Pizza und der Service waren ok. Also maximal Durchschnitt und weit weg von einem guten Italiener.

Super great restaurant and delicious food

Were there on New Year's Eve and was very disappointed. Of course it was full but I've never seen a three cheese pizza with so little cheese. The gratinated pasta also had extremely little cheese on it. You even saw the stripes. The taste was okay. Service was extremely stressed due to the abundance and it was really a piecemeal process. There were quite a few of us and after less than an hour we were all finished. A little uncomfortable as a result. Acoustics upstairs also terrible, it was terribly loud. But I thought the cheekiest thing was the price for a white wine spritzer. 8.90 euros for a glass! And then it costs just as much as a glass of wine, despite the water. Since I found it so terrible, I didn't want to give a tip, whatever. I found it a bit cheeky that they assumed that I would give the remaining 20 cents, I intentionally didn't say anything because I wanted to look and they didn't even act as if they wanted to give it out. I wouldn't have taken it back, but it's a matter of principle when it comes to things like this.

In general, the restaurant can be described as nicely located and nicely decorated. Unfortunately it became very crowded on the day of our meal, with a group of 19 people (plus 4 children) we unfortunately sat at a table that was clearly not designed for this. We came in at 5:25 p.m., were seated at 5:30 p.m. and had Our starters at 5:35 p.m., the main courses followed at 5:50 p.m. Some of us were still eating the appetizers and the plates were taken from the guests' hands. The apparent boss was rude and not customer friendly. The food (at least the carpaccio and the spaghetti with carbonara) can generally be described as not seasoned, the service was clearly overwhelmed, of course this can be forgiven since it was New Year's Eve, but it was also not appropriate in relation to the meal . Due to the extreme speed and the overall impression, the term "Italian MCDONALD'S" was mentioned at our table. My cutlery was greasy from the start and unfortunately some food was forgotten. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

We were guided by the Google reviews and stopped by at lunchtime on December 26th, 2024, full of anticipation for a delicious Italian meal. The friendly greeting in Italian “buongiorno” encouraged us once again. There is really good Italian cuisine here... What can I say... When the plates were placed on the table after a very short time, the Italian romance was gone. I had the “Spaghetti Bodo” (A,C) with garlic, olive oil, olives and chicken breast for €13.90 I was hoping that I would get pasta beautifully soaked in garlic oil. Unfortunately, far from what we wanted. Everything was super dry and after a while the waiter came around the corner with parmesan from the bag. So I should probably make the food even drier. My wife had: "Scaloppa Bolognese" (3,5,9,G,A,J,I) breaded pork schnitzel with roasted shoulder ham*, and cheese gratinated in a light tomato sauce for €23.90 This sight of the plate also left us wondering. A Bolognese looks different. The breading of the schnitzel had disappeared in the "red sauce pan" and the few frozen fries didn't make the dish any better. As a first conclusion, I can only say that any canteen food is better than this Pams that was delivered to us on our plates. To our shame, I have to admit that we should have said something straight away. But, again, we are good Germans who didn't want to raise any alarms here. I seriously wonder where the honor of the Italians has gone. All nonnas would go crazy and slap their sons for serving something like that.

The food was really top. The pizzas were well topped, large and, like the carpaccio, very tasty. The prices for the drinks then cause the rating to plummet. A friendly smile from the otherwise very polite service would also be nice.

We ate there last year (see pictures) and were thrilled with the wood-fired pizza. During our current visit, we were totally disappointed. The pizzas are rather children's portions and the prices for drinks are very expensive.

Our plates were cleared away even though we were still eating, the waitress reached across the table - she was in a terrible hurry. For a wood-fired pizza restaurant, the pizza was not well prepared. The center was too flaky and not completely cooked through, while the edge was black on one side and soft on the other side... pasta dishes average and hardly seasoned. Conclusion... Great service while you wait in vain for good food. What is missing here is the characteristic why one would go to a restaurant more often. We would also have expected better quality considering the prices.

War am letzten Sonntag dort und wollte noch einen Wein trinken. Da es den gewünschten Nero D'Avola nicht gegeben hat wurde mir ein Primitivo empfohlen. Da der durchschnittliche Preis für ein Viertel Wein in dem Lokal 7-9€ beträgt habe ich den Preis nicht hinterfragt. Nach 3 Viertel hat man mir eine Rechnung von knapp 45€ präsentiert. Zum Wohle...

Good restaurant with attentive and friendly service and great food. First of all there was Salad Mista, beautifully prepared and with a great dressing. For the main course, we didn't take the usual dishes from the menu (prices 10-20 € main course) but treated ourselves to the daily recommendation: for 24 €: flamed pasta/linguine tossed in Parnesan cheese with scampi in sauce. It sounds cliché, but it was really great. The pasta was flambéed at the table and tossed on a huge wheel of Parmesan and then placed on our plate. Very cool.

We ate there and weren't happy. The taste of the food wasn't great and it was completely overpriced. E.g. tomato salad (a large tomato cut open, a few onions, a few capers) €6.90. Then we had ice cream sundaes. Normally he has 4 balls. We wanted to split this into two cups. Each cost €15.90, for a total of €32.80. Another day we ordered pizza and picked it up. Two adult pizzas and two children's pizzas with salami - cost €52. So super expensive. We picked her up and drove to Trassenheide. There we noticed that there was salmon on the children's pizzas instead of salami. Call and exchange. So we would travel to Karlshagen. There they apologized and slapped four cheap lollipops on the box. No trace of the friendliness that is usual in Italian restaurants and Italians in general. Nor was anyone asked what else could be done for us. Then return to Trassenheide. Unfortunately, the adults' pizzas were now cold. Costs €52. Very disappointing!
