The food was OK, portions were sometimes small, the service was a disaster. Our plates were cleared away even though we were still eating, the waitress reached across the table - she was in a terrible hurry. After that nothing more happened, no questions about further drink requests or dessert. We won't be coming back! What a shame!!

The staff was very nice and pretty quick. The food was disappointing. The starter was a ready-made broth and the schnitzel was also frozen food. For a wood-fired pizza restaurant, the pizza was not well prepared. The center was too flaky and not completely cooked through, while the edge was black on one side and soft on the other side... pasta dishes average and hardly seasoned. Conclusion... Great service while you wait in vain for good food. What is missing here is the characteristic why one would go to a restaurant more often. We would also have expected better quality considering the prices.

Good restaurant with attentive and friendly service and great food. First of all there was Salad Mista, beautifully prepared and with a great dressing. For the main course, we didn't take the usual dishes from the menu (prices 10-20 € main course) but treated ourselves to the daily recommendation: for 24 €: flamed pasta/linguine tossed in Parnesan cheese with scampi in sauce. It sounds cliché, but it was really great. The pasta was flambéed at the table and tossed on a huge wheel of Parmesan and then placed on our plate. Very cool.

Pizza came quickly and was very tasty. The service was friendly and helpful, even though the restaurant was full. We'll be back ;-)

We ate there and weren't happy. The taste of the food wasn't great and it was completely overpriced. E.g. tomato salad (a large tomato cut open, a few onions, a few capers) €6.90. Then we had ice cream sundaes. Normally he has 4 balls. We wanted to split this into two cups. Each cost €15.90, for a total of €32.80. Another day we ordered pizza and picked it up. Two adult pizzas and two children's pizzas with salami - cost €52. So super expensive. We picked her up and drove to Trassenheide. There we noticed that there was salmon on the children's pizzas instead of salami. Call and exchange. So we would travel to Karlshagen. There they apologized and slapped four cheap lollipops on the box. No trace of the friendliness that is usual in Italian restaurants and Italians in general. Nor was anyone asked what else could be done for us. Then return to Trassenheide. Unfortunately, the adults' pizzas were now cold. Costs €52. Very disappointing!

Friends invited me to dine with them here. The service was very good, as was the food. What bothered me a bit was the feeling of having to listen in on conversations from all the surrounding tables because there was no corresponding acoustic barrier. Nevertheless, I will definitely come back.

The pizza here was delicious, the service was good, but one star was deducted because several tables in the winter garden were not clean.

The pizza was super good, nice and thin, large and very crispy. The tiramisu, on the other hand, was unfortunately very disappointing, far too creamy and relatively tasteless. We'll still come back for the pizza.

We got food twice on vacation. Each time the food was ready very quickly. The pizzas were well topped and the lasagne was also okay. Price/performance is completely worth it.

Very good parking situation and a very good location. Very friendly staff. The food is okay, but it is not in proportion to the prices and the calculations that are difficult to understand. The best part of the whole order was the antipasti plate. The pizza was very disappointing and it would be better to mention in the half/half question that each ingredient is charged separately. (Quattro formaggi/ funghi e Ruccola) Garlic 2,- Rocket 2,- Mushrooms 4,-. Unfortunately, the carpaccio is also not recommended. On the whole it's fine if you absolutely have to eat something, but it's worth driving inland.

Good-humoured, friendly staff even at late hours. Good cuisine for a small appetite. Price wise ok 4 years later: returned again in the evening on July 31, 2024. Ordered pasta and spaghetti. Lots of oil there. Dessert: tiramisu. Totally waterlogged. The following day we were unable to act. Diarrhea at its best. Conclusion: sloppy cuisine. Danger to life.

We went because of the good reviews and I have to say I missed the Italian taste. The minestrone tasted like a poorly seasoned German vegetable soup. Something was missing from the pasta Napoli. It was just pasta with tomato sauce. The food was on the table in less than 5 minutes. My husband had schnitzel. For freshly prepared it was quick and sporty. Too bad. We had promised ourselves more and were looking forward to the food.

Bestellt hatte ich eine Chef Pizza mit crossed Boden - Bekommen habe ich eine Pizza auf einem zu kleinen Pastateller. Die Pizza war blass wie eine Leiche (also hell), der Boden war weich wie ein Putzleder. Das Teil war nicht mit dem Pizzamesser geteilt, ich bekam ein Aluminiumbesteck. Pizza in einem guten Pizzarestaurant geht anders!

Very good pizzaria. The pizza was very tasty, reasonably priced, decent size and the children also liked it very much. The toilets were clean. We would come back at any time. Was the perfect refreshment after visiting the museum in Peenemünde.

First day of vacation in Karlshagen and followed a recommendation from friends. Even though the hut was full, a table was found for us with 6 people and it was extremely friendly. The pizzas are the best I've ever eaten in an Italian restaurant. The pasta is also really tasty. The service does a top job, you have the opportunity to speak to a waitress every 3 to 4 minutes, as there is always someone in the dining room. And almost always with a smile. Conclusion: Our second visit was also a great cinema, both in terms of cuisine and ambience. We will definitely check it out again...6 stars!

A solid Italian restaurant where you can sit outside when the weather is nice and hot. The pizzas are really good, very well topped. The service definitely has room for improvement. One of my guests was brought the wrong dish. When asked whether the dish he ordered would be delivered later, the waitress said no and simply said "sorry". No discount, no drink on the house. That's not how service works in a holiday resort in the 21st century, dear Stella del lago.

Pizzas have a great dough, service is super friendly, it was as if you were welcomed with open arms. I really liked it, the quick service was positive. It took less than a minute and the cards were brought to us. After ordering it took approx. It took 5 minutes until we had everything at the table (drinks including the main meal). Unfortunately, I can't say what the starter was like. Pizza was also very good (Pizza Bella Donna) Super friendly restaurant, I'll be back again if I'm near here.

A very nice atmosphere, clean and cozy. Unfortunately my dish was cold and the tomato sauce was very watery, not worthy of the name tomato sauce. My neighbor also only ate half of his meal. There will be no further visit to the restaurant! NO RECOMMENDATION

Rather below average. Food comes surprisingly quickly, so you have to ask yourself how carbonara can be on the table within a few minutes. The taste is also not positive, and the prices don't match the quality and taste of the food. I think they are too expensive. The team is unreservedly friendly and very professional. Conclusion: You get full. Neither more nor less.

Been there on the first day of vacation, fast and friendly service. Food was hot and very good. People are happy to give tips.

Unfortunately completely overrated. Food overpriced……. Ordered an appetizer and in no time it was there. That was good. But 2 minutes later the main course arrived. Where should the starter go so that the main course can be eaten warm? Well……. Comfort looks different. There are better shops. Too bad…….

Unfortunately, I cannot support the positive news. The best thing I can say is that you get your food very quickly. Unfortunately too quickly. We wanted to eat our starter in peace, which was almost pulled out of our hands because the main course came three minutes later. People rolled their eyes in front of the guests because two families wanted to pay separately, which didn't go down well with the guests. In general it appears to be mass processing. Just leave quickly so that the next guest can take a seat quickly. Aaaand the food isn't that great either. This really does get better. 2 stars from me that are kind to me

The first meal came about 2 minutes after ordering, before the drinks. Freshly prepared, however, looks different. In terms of taste, it also left something to be desired. The other 3 meals came 20 minutes later, by which time my son had already eaten them. My pizza was 20% burnt, well, wood-fired pizza. I then complained and was laughed at by the waitress. Actually the restaurant was touted as one of the best on the island, then I don't want to see the worst.

They have the best pizza here. I'm here especially from Berlin. Well, I also go on vacation here in the north.

Ordered food to go. All ready in 10 minutes! This tops all fast food chains :-) food tastes great. Had schnitzel, lasagne and pizza and everyone enjoyed everything! Then we had it on the last evening of our vacation ordered again :-)

There was spaghetti carbonara. The "ham" was gray and tasted very bland. The lasagna was clearly overcooked and oily. The only thing worth recommending are the pizzas. As some previous guests have already said, this is apparently the only dish that is made fresh. Service very friendly and accommodating. Price-performance only matches the pizzas.

The restaurant is not in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea, but there was still a maritime atmosphere in the outdoor seating. The waiters and waitresses were consistently very friendly and accommodating, but without being intrusive. The food was very tasty, the tiramisu was the absolute highlight, you'll be happy to come back and eat there again. Oh yes, the prices are still acceptable, you don't have to take out a loan to eat here. Given the experiences I had at other restaurants in town, this restaurant is an absolute recommendation. The pizza feels like it comes from Italy.

The food is not served at the same time! My wife had already received her pasta dish 5 minutes after ordering. Everyone can imagine how fresh the cooking is here. My daughter had fish fingers with fries, these were also served with the pasta dish in record time. I had ordered a pizza, which arrived long after my wife and daughter had finished eating. As a guest, I find something like this to be absolutely disrespectful. In my opinion, a tourist machine without heart and quality. The food was ok at best, but nothing more. The prices are high for that.

Food is overpriced because the pasta portions are very small and the toppings on the pizza are no longer as large as they were 2 years ago. As a guest you sometimes feel very observed. A waiter is always running up to you and asking, "Are you okay?"... "Are you okay?", but he didn't really care. Unfortunately, since we were there twice, I was also able to hear how they exchanged information about us. You don't make that so obvious. The food is ready very quickly, which was strange. If you listen to the waiter's/waitress's recommendation or ask, be sure to ask for the price. This was stated on the receipt with various dishes and was 39.90 euros. I wasn't full and the veal wasn't cooked through either. Both times I didn't give a fee and the second time the waiter clearly shook his head. It's basically already included in the prices. Paying extra for bad food and unfriendliness makes no sense.

This was easily the best Italian food I've ever eaten. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. The drinks arrived quickly, and the food did as well. I will definitely return.

Food very expensive. But that's not better. Pizza base too thin and therefore soft. Garlic soup a bit sour. In the evening we had a stomach ache, possibly from the soup.
